Been wanting this position for awhile as it’s a substantial pay increase and will allow me to do what I enjoy. However, they are now requiring all employees —even remote ones—- be vaccinated by mid-November. Only offering religious or medical exemptions. The exception process requires approval and only a few get those.

How likely is it I can get an exemption? How does one obtain one successfully?

Thanks, brother. Absolutely ridiculous GOP governors are allowing this to happen.

I agree I am feeling some pressure on some gov contracts I work on. I have some plans but kind of in the same boat. I own my company so I get a little more flex on how I solve the problem.

I wish getting hammered economically the pressure is insane with Covid and getting clients and the fake economy , but I am open to new opportunities that maybe mutually beneficial.
