It is a .3ml dose. Period. It's drawn up in a 1 ml syringe. They are not withdrawing enough of the "vaccine" per syringe to provide that much waste. With or without the safety mechanism. If someone is withdrawing enough "vaccine" to have this much left over? They are screwing up the entire process. If you'd like links to the training videos, put out by the "vaccine" manufacturers themselves, let me know.

Look, I am telling you from the perspective of having used these syringes, and given shots over a lifetime, there is nothing in this video of substance. With a tiny syringe and tiny needle it may appear to the untrained eye to be a significant amount wasted. And if you watch it in super slow motion, you can convince yourself I suppose. Ill grant you it seems odd to an outside observer with no real world experience. Which is why I attempted to explain. Whether you want to listen or believe me, that's up to you.
