Godspeed. Cancer is a cunt. One of my best workers just found out he has cancer. Now has to go through the whole multi appointment bullshit to test and biopsy and observe etc etc. He’s fuckin scared shitless and everything is a multi week waiting game

I don't want to jump the gun and say I have it. I have been exposed to many dangerous chemicals, substances, and radiation sources from my time doing what I used to do out in the field, so I am waiting for the day it manifests. I have been exhibiting the same signs that I saw one of my friends who worked in the field with me go through, and he ultimately ended up with a diagnosis for it. But until I get that diagnosis, it could be many things. I have to get them to even let me into the hospital to see my primary care to find out. They seem to find ways of avoiding that these last couple of months.

As for your friend, cancer really is a cunt, so I hope the treatment goes smooth, effectively, and as painlessly as possible. I watched some family members and friends go through it, and I was there for those I could be, but it never feels like enough when they're dealing with that.
