Why were the videos not released before the election. Whoever held those videos should be arrested for not reporting election fraud. 1 ballot one drop. That is the law. If I video a murder and say nothing I'm also a criminal at that point.

I'd say in reformed America all election cheatin should be prosecuted similarly to murder. Given how many people a vote can kill it's only fair

I've only gotten into politics over the last 5 years, and my father has been moderately into it for probably the last 30.

This is pretty much how he defines it. "If it does happen, I'll be happily surprised, but don't get your hopes up." because that's how it's been virtually his entire life.

14
cryptoa 14 points ago +17 / -3

wheres the video ?

24
day221 24 points ago +24 / -0

The video from state farm arena with Ruby and her gang where they pulled ballots out that were hidden under the table to count after everyone left.

The machine logs and electronic ballot images from those two hours were never released. We were never told what the vote tally was during that time where all the observers were kicked out. They just said they investigated themselves and found they did nothing wrong.

Nothing happened. It still pisses me off to no end that Trump didn't just press them constantly to release that data.

8
Xuvial 8 points ago +8 / -0

We should be far more pissed at Trump's legal team for not submitting a single lawsuit using that video as evidence. Seriously, they got caught cheating ON VIDEO and not a single one of the 60+ post-election lawsuits even mentions it. They were handed a free victory with direct evidence, and never used it. At that point one has to wonder whether it's pure incompetence, or whether they were actually working for the other side.

1
Libertardian 1 point ago +1 / -0

Good points.

3
Simple_Doot 3 points ago +3 / -0

It's always nice to more and multiple kinds of evidence as to convince others that arrests need to be made.

-4
PraiseBeToScience -4 points ago +2 / -6

That's flimsy evidence, though, that any defense lawyer would be able to get the case dismissed on the lack of meat to it, because no matter what we saw on camera, we can't actually connect to a specific stack of rescanned ballots, or being able to rule out plausible explanations like "oh there was an error".

And any information that could've been on the scanning machine is probably long gone.

7
Mooksayshigh 7 points ago +8 / -1

The fact that there were no observers and everyone was sent home says otherwise. It was illegal for any of them ballots to count.

3
Xuvial 3 points ago +3 / -0

Letting states decide their own election laws was a mistake. In Georgia election law, observers are not legally required to be present in order to count ballots. Observers can be present, but they are not legally required to be there. This law was decided upon on a bipartasan basis, by both republicans and democrats. Deep state uniparty fucked us all.

0
Inquisitor_Corvus 0 points ago +1 / -1

States rights. It’s literally in the Constitution. But now you can see it’s a uniparty and we have been scammed.

2
schiff_for_brains 2 points ago +2 / -0

You can literally watch them dismiss observers and scan the same stack ballots multiple times.

-1
PraiseBeToScience -1 points ago +2 / -3

I literally spelled out exactly how that doesn't meet a sufficient standard of evidence. It's like you have a video of someone standing in their living room shooting their gun, but you can't see what they're shooting at. Were they blanks? Were they filming a home movie? Did you witness a homicide? Did you see a negligent discharge?

You need that fucking information before it can seriously be considered evidence.

You sure as fuck aren't going to get a conviction out of what you have, much less get Trump reinstalled or something.

1
Vapor_Trail 1 point ago +1 / -0

DickTick 35 points ago +37 / -2

You're assuming that somebody was just privately sitting on these videos but I can pretty much guarantee that wasn't the case, at least not somebody from our side anyway obviously...

I would imagine the story will come out that they hired private investigators or either that the state has been quietly carrying out its own investigation and is just now ready to start acting on it... If the secretary of state had put out that FOIA equest before this information came out, then it would have already raised a shit ton of flags and questions, so it makes sense that they would go ahead and show a little bit of their hand at the same time that he has to put in a public FOIA request.....

I know so many people around here just want to be all doom and gloom because we haven't had a ton of stuff to be happy about it in terms of the audits and whatnot, but it's just like everything else in life, you never give up and you take little wins wherever you can get them...

No decent commander goes into a war and then decides just to say fuck it because they lost a single battle.... wars are fought and won over hundreds, if not thousands of small battles, sometimes. You're going to win some and you're going to lose some, you just have to keep pressing forward trying to capture as many of those little wins as you can and this is one of those wins. Shit like this makes for amazing argument material, especially when it's unchallengeable and on video....

18
War_Hamster 18 points ago +22 / -4

This story is a very big deal, and some of our more credible people like John Frederichs have vetted it. Yet the negativity is going to reign supreme on this site until someone gift wraps some actual results. C'est la vie.

If I recall correctly, the investigation started after the election. They used public records requests to get the video footage to go with the cell phone pings.

This sounds pretty straightforward to me.

Now to get someone to act on it...

I've tried twice in the last hour to post information to this post, with links to the TrueTheVote website, and Breitbart articles, to provide background information. My posts show in my comments, but not here in the post. Anybody know why that would be happening?

Try using archive.is and posting it?

4
PorchLightOn 4 points ago +6 / -2

Oh, so some problem with posting a URL to TrueTheVote, and/or Breitbart? I'll try that. Is there some reason those sites would be blocked? I never had this problem before.

2
War_Hamster 2 points ago +5 / -3

Someone else will have to answer the "why". I just know I've read that archive.is works.

4
PorchLightOn 4 points ago +5 / -1

Looks like swapping out the URLs with archived links worked (I think.) Thanks for the suggestion.

2
Amaroq64 2 points ago +3 / -1

It's because of how .win handles the newest/toppest/etc posts.

I suspect it's something like, they take the x most recent, x highest rated, whichever it's set to... out of the database, but doesn't account for the structure of comment threads when it does this.

So because this OP has a lot of comments on it, too many peoples' comments are rated higher than yours, and your subcomment on the subthread doesn't show up.

2
PorchLightOn 2 points ago +2 / -0

Thanks, maybe that was playing a role too, as well as the links I was trying to use. I just hadn't noticed it happening before. I was about to go make myself a hat out of tin foil.

I'm on record as saying we'll get that action when enough of us demand it.

2
PraiseBeToScience 2 points ago +9 / -7

Yet the negativity is going to reign supreme on this site until someone gift wraps some actual results

It's not "gift wrapping", it's that we still lack actual evidence. This shit we have would barely stand up in a kangaroo court. "Biden lost 18/19 bellweathers" is not actually evidence that you can act on, nor are claims about 'muh algorithms' or 'server traffic'. It's all incredibly circumstantial if not straight up baloney.

It's like we're trying to investigate a murder, except we only have a suspect. No body, no motive, no weapon, no forensic evidence (I'm being figurative about this comparison to underscore that we lack major, major items, not that we actually lack 'motive').

Like, for example - Ruby Freeman running stacks of ballots over and over. Okay, we see on video what appears to be re-racking the stack and putting it in the scanner again. What if the defense says "how do you know there wasn't an error, and she had to rescan the stack?" Well, the answer is, we don't.

We can say 'Fulton County showed stacks of ballots scanned multiple times in their images', and then they'll say "Okay but how do you prove that that was her stack?" and again, well, we don't.

The piece we're missing is grabbing someone who will squeal and reveal emails, text messages, etc. And that won't happen because no prosecutor is willing to touch this issue, no judge has the balls to issue that warrant, and everything was probably destroyed by now anyway.

8
War_Hamster 8 points ago +10 / -2

I've been making the argument that we already have more than enough that those who run the elections now have the burden to prove that they ran clean elections.

But the answer to that is the same as the answer to what will be done when/if the "incontrovertible proof" is released; It'll happen when We the People demand something be done.

That takes getting those of us who are already sure of the fraud to get louder and for those on the fence to join us, and the negativity doesn't help in this regard, nor do the false promises of due dates.

This shit we have would barely stand up in a kangaroo court.

We've got numerous counties where more mail-in ballots were received than were sent out. At the very least, that DEMANDS an investigation. This one isn't that complicated.

Matt Braynard's intentionally conservative investigations have found similar incontrovertible evidence of fraud.

Same problem; nothing will be done until we demand it.

5
zooty 5 points ago +6 / -1

I've been making the argument that we already have more than enough that those who run the elections now have the burden to prove that they ran clean elections.

What burden? Without consequences, they can just tell us to screw off and nothing changes.

You're right we need to demand action and changes and to take wins where we can but the system is not set up to deal with cheating after the fact and is currently in a state where fixing that is going to be very difficult. We're on the back foot and we need to steel for a fight but we should acknowledge it won't be an easy fight and wins will be scarce, particularly at first.

6
War_Hamster 6 points ago +7 / -1

We're on the back foot and we need to steel for a fight but we should acknowledge it won't be an easy fight and wins will be scarce, particularly at first.

I've been acknowledging that for quite some time. We're up against the most powerful and diabolical criminal enterprise the world has ever seen. I'd like to say we're no longer on the back foot and are on the offense now, as we are pushing back on many fronts, but it's understandable if some want to see results before having hope.

It's not hope I care about; it's what must be done. I can't stand politics, but I hate corruption even more, and if we don't turn this around very soon, it's not going to be a world we want to live in.

Those consequences you mention will happen once We the People remember that the government works for us, not the other way around. I suggest it is long past time for a performance review.

I'm working on ways to get that message out.

Skogin 2 points ago +2 / -0

AUDIT ALL 50 STATES

1
PraiseBeToScience 1 point ago +2 / -1

We've got numerous counties where more mail-in ballots were received than were sent out

I know there was at least one case where that accusation turned out to have been 100% fake news.

We've been getting played by our "own side" for a while on shit like this too, you know, people who either want to rock the boat, or people who think they're 'helping' by lying. And yeah, people do that kind of shit a lot.

3
War_Hamster 3 points ago +3 / -0

Well, since I'm in San Diego, I'll give you one I'm personally involved in.

Our registered voter to eligible voter ratio is 115%. That's the highest in CA, but not the only one over 100% by any means.

It is not possible to have more registered voters than are eligible to vote. This alone should demand an examination/audit.

Yes, we'll be working on challenging this right after the Recall Election.

And yes, we've got plenty of grifters and infiltrators on our side. It pays to be cautious of all claims.

3
PraiseBeToScience 3 points ago +3 / -0

How much does California's same-day registration affect that number?

Realistically we all know the situation in California is 100% because of the Motor Voter law, so you have a fuckload of illegals voting.

The one I was referring to I'm pretty sure was that meme about Pennsylvania. I think Rudy Giuliani even shared that one. That was deffo a fake news, nobody ever had a source for the original "ballots mailed out" figure. It was just believed because it was a meme.

TrueTheVote says they will release more evidence: https://archive.is/Pglaf

"To date, law enforcement has not taken action.

Make no mistake, what we have found will be made known. If law enforcement doesn't initiate investigations, we have plans to release all data, all video, publicly. ...This is a massive undertaking. And it continues. Once all six states are completed to the best of our ability, and if at that point law enforcement still has not acted, we will publicly release it all.

How long will that take? Hard to say. We could release what we have now. And we may. But if it serves the greater good to hold on a while longer, then that's the option we will take. One way or another ballot trafficking will soon be exposed on a massive scale."

Right now, they're still working to complete their analysis of the data they've acquired for the six states. Breitbart forced their hand a bit early by running with a story about the investigation they hadn't planned on. Even so, they've already released evidence to law enforcement in several states.

From what Englebrecht says, I don't think they plan to sit on it.

4

PorchLightOn 1 point ago +1 / -0

I'm not saying anybody should blindly trust those agencies, and it's obvious to me TrueTheVote isn't doing that either.

They have a track record of making decisive moves. If it wasn't for TrueTheVote, my idiot governor would have succeeded with her plan to mail every resident an actual ballot in the 2020 election, even though NM state law didn't allow it.

I think these are the right people to come to the forefront with this kind of evidence.

3
Bobsyeruncle 3 points ago +3 / -0

"Biden lost 18/19 bellweathers" (and the one biden won was in Delaware..his home state) is not actually evidence that you can act on, nor are claims about 'muh algorithms' or 'server traffic'. It's all incredibly circumstantial if not straight up baloney"

I get what you are saying. Perhaps it wouldn't hold up in court. That said, the Bellweather counties data absolutely SCREAMS cheating. Add all the rest of the evidence to the whole thing and it is enough for me. Sadly not for a court...

Bottom line - If it looks like a duck and quacks like a duck...it is a duck.

1
PraiseBeToScience 1 point ago +1 / -0

And that's fine, but this is also why you shouldn't be surprised nobody has seen the inside of a courtroom.

It's like the difference between civil court and criminal court. One is a 'preponderance of evidence' and one is 'beyond a reasonable doubt'.

Any fraud had its tracks covered extremely well. They knew how to do it, and I'm betting 99% of the fraud was done outside of the counting centers. They stuffed ballot boxes, which is the absolute hardest to catch, because once a bunch of anonymous ballots get mixed in, it's impossible to trace that back to any actor, especially since they've all been handled by now.

2
MAGA1775 2 points ago +3 / -1

"Lack evidence"

Here's thousands of pieces of evidence: https://hereistheevidence.com

That that doesn't include all of the data and statistical impossibilities and improbabilities.

We have direct video evidence of them pulling out suitcases full of mail-in ballots from under tables at 2AM with no chain of custody and counting them, in an area where Biden magically received 200k votes, all for him, overnight to beat Trump.

We have so much evidence, that if a potential murderer had this much evidence against them and their only defense was "nah, I didn't do it" then they would be locked up for life.

How does a popular incumbent who GAINED support lose re-election?

How does Trump win Florida by a comfortable margin yet lose Georgia? That's never happened to any Republican in US history.

How does someone who didn't even run a campaign and couldn't muster more than 30 people to a rally get the most votes of any US President in history and even 30% more votes than Obama ever did?

5
PorchLightOn 5 points ago +5 / -0

TrueTheVote hasn't made public everything they know, so we don't know. Jovan Pulitzer did a Locals podcast about the TrueTheVote investigation, and he said they have videos and still photos of people's faces, stuffing the ballot boxes.

The cell phone data they acquired (I assume they bought it from a company that buys and sells this kind of data) doesn't have personally identifying information. But Pulitzer says some drove rental cars. Rental cars have gps, and can be tied to credit cards, and so can lodging.

My guess is that TrueTheVote has plenty of evidence to allow law enforcement to ID some of these people, if law enforcement has the will to pursue it.

I think the pushback is inevitable. Whether we win or not is another question, since no one will act until it is pretty close to too-late. Partially because half the country is under a spell which makes them our enemy unless you wake them up first, and everyone who might do something is focused on trying to bolster their numbers before it's time to show their hand.

If you're looking for good news, they haven't taken our guns 'yet'.

The Dominion war was looking pretty bleak before it turned around. And it all depended on the free peoples (Fed/Rom/Kdf) allying together instead of fighting each other. That can happen here too at the last minute 😆

There is no witnesses to support our side. They have 11 Democrat workers and only had 1 person observing. That person observing left because of the water break. We should have had 6 people working and 10 observers. Their word is Golden because we are not there to say something else happened.

3
MAGA1775 3 points ago +3 / -0

We also had surveillance video of them kicking out all poll workers and 3 people pulling out suitcases full of fraudulent mail-in ballots from under tables, with no chain of custody, all for Biden at 2AM in the morning and counting them and nothing happened there either.

0
PraiseBeToScience 0 points ago +1 / -1

We also had surveillance video of them kicking out all poll workers

Yes, that appears to have been the case.

and 3 people pulling out suitcases

They were not suitcases. The woman who said that was lying. They were the heavy plastic totes with sliding lids that are the official container used to move ballots, and were identical to every other tote containing ballots.

full of fraudulent mail-in ballots

I mean it quite literally when I say you do not even have a single iota of evidence to back up that they were 'fraudulent'.

from under tables, with no chain of custody

Incorrect, this was another lie. Unfortunately, the video we saw was heavily edited. In the full surveillance video, earlier in the evening, those ballot boxes came from the stack of boxes elsewhere in the room. They were then put under the table a few hours before they were pulled back out. There was nothing to suggest they were smuggled in, nor was anyone attempting to hide them. It does seem like they were just shoved under there to keep them out of the way.

Does it look suspicious? Sure. Will you ever get answers? Nope, whatever was in them is long gone. Are there plausible explanations for what was going on with the ballot totes? Yes, there are.

The big issue is that they kicked everyone out, because we can see on camera there are zero poll watchers. But that will change nothing. As fun as it would be to say 'all ballots counted during that period are invalid', that's not going to happen.

We have a major problem of Fraud Derangement Syndrome. Like Trump, it appears to have mentally broken our peers here.

I've been saying the same thing in another thread and the reaction I got was much the same, just hateful replies and downvotes because I'm not saying what they want to hear.

Feelings are now > Facts in the Trump circles.

In Michigan (which uses the same machines), their investigation said that if a high speed machine has an error reading one of the ballots, it has you rescan the entire stack.

You may not believe the Michigan investigation, but we have to accept that internet forum standards of evidence and courtroom standards of evidence are not the same.

It is quite plausible that they have seen the video but aren’t in direct possession of the video and who ever showed them the video didn’t protest to them reporting on it. Seems like a very realistic situation, if that is the case then wouldn’t you want to report on it immediately instead of sitting on the information waiting for a video that may or may not get released?

PorchLightOn 2 points ago +2 / -0

The Gateway Pundit article and video in the OP don't provide the information we need to understand the story (not unusual for Gateway Pundit.)

TrueTheVote has acquired the data and video behind their conclusions:

To test our trafficking theory, we acquired over ten trillion location-based cell signals in major metropolitan areas across six states....Using mobile and GPS data, we mapped the travel patterns of ballot traffickers to ballot drop boxes.

We've also acquired over a petabyte of video surveillance data. The quality of this video is inferior overall; lighting is bad, cameras are poorly positioned, timestamps are manipulated, key timeframes are often missing. Nevertheless, we are working video by video, using proprietary AI-based code we've written to screen the over 100,000 clips in our possession. The result? We are successfully finding video evidence that corroborates the digital data and supports the need for full investigations by law enforcement.

The implication from the article that they intend to sit on the info isn't right, either. They've released their findings to several states already (FBI, law enforcement, and elected officials) and they're still working on the analysis for the other states.

They make it clear they will release all the information they have, directly to the public, if law enforcement fails to act.

I outlined it and made an entire timeline with actual tangible evidence, including references and links, that it started from a post on a 4chan site, got posted on Twitter, and then Rep Louie Gohmert repeated it on a Zoom call saying he "saw a tweet saying that the US military raided and seized the election servers in Germany." It was then repeated by sites like Gateway Pundit and also repeated by Sidney Powell, who made it seem like she was confirming it as fact. That's how it all got spread around. It originated from a damn 4chan post written in German.

But no one wanted to believe me. I was called a shill and commie. And how "I'm stupid for thinking I know more than Sidney Powell"

1
PraiseBeToScience 1 point ago +1 / -0

When Harrison Deal was killed IN A CAR CRASH, I remember looking into information on Twitter at the time the story was breaking because people were posting videos.

At some point, a couple hours after his death, a conspiracy Twitter account (didn't seem to be Q, just regular conspiracy) with no real name, no real profile picture, no real information about who ran it, but it had a SHITLOAD of followers, simply wrote:

"Breaking: engine block from Harrison Deal's car was found 300 yards down the road".

No pictures of this engine block. No link to anything substantiating it.

I knew this was bullshit because people on the highway were recording with their phones as they drove up onto the wrecked vehicles, and there was literally no engine block anywhere, and if an engine block blew out, it leaves a ton of fluid and debris everywhere, and again, nothing.

Later, pictures of the front of his SUV showed that the engine was very much still inside, because the front end was all there albeit smashed backwards with the frame bent (spoilers for people who think this was a bomb - that's what a front-end collision does, a bomb doesn't fucking IMPLODE your vehicle).

But it didn't matter. That bullshit Twitter account fabricated a fake claim, and that was the very second that the "THE DEEP STATE CAR-BOMBED HARRISON DEAL WITH LESS THAN 12 HOURS NOTICE IN ORDER TO KILL A USELESS LOW-LEVEL MAIL SORTER FOR LOEFFLER WHO WAS DATING KEMP'S DAUGHTER SO THAT HER FEELINGS WOULD BE HURT AND THIS IN TURN WOULD HURT KEMP'S FEELINGS AND HE WILL CALL OFF THE AUDIT" theory was born.

Note that while Kemp did roll back talking about an audit, it took him like three months after the crash to do it.

Honestly, that was kind of the day I had enough of conspiracy faggotry. I could see how conspiracy theory culture is basically a hate-engine fueled by incredibly stupid, gullible people with severe mental illnesses who just want to scream at the sky. Some poor kid died and not a single one of them could have given a fuck, they immediately set about disgracing him with their psycho nonsense.

Addendum: The very first theories about his 'assassination' was that it was a drone strike. Because apparently an MQ-9 flew clear across the country and shot an AGM-114 in Georgia and then flew back to Creech AFB and not a single ATC noticed this and it never showed up on FlightAware and nobody checked with Creech AFB if they were flying lives that day (spoilers again: they weren't).

Ballot harvesting is not legal in Georgia

This is big, if true. H.B. 316 is the law that supposedly bans it. I haven't found the relevant text yet.

This writer claims that Raffensberger issued a "consent decree" to allow harvesting. I can't find details on this supposed decree.

7
ShyRipley 7 points ago +7 / -0

HB 316 ‘outlawed’ ballot harvesting. That may be true but Brad neglects to tell you he fraudulently and unconstitutionally made a deal with Democrat operative Stacey Abrams which negated any progress in the bill. This ‘consent decree’ was kept secret even from the GA legislature until after Nov 3rd. Brad says HB 316 prevented people from ‘driving up and down the street picking up absentee ballots’. Brad neglects to tell you his consent decree allowed just that – drop boxes to be set up all over GA which were not monitored; chain of custody documentation for over 300k ballots is missing.

^ From the Georgia Record story

I think what they mean in that is since the consent decree allowed for the drop boxes, and the drop boxes were not monitored, ballot harvesting COULD happen via the drop boxes since nobody would be watching. (Except somebody was...)

And Interesting point John Fredericks pointed out this morning is that in that consent decree ("Stacey's law") use of the drop boxes was very specific. One person, one vote, deposited in a drop box by the voter, a member of the voter's immediate family or a close friend.

So even though "Stacey's Law" was not actual law and thus anything under it was not legal, even if you suspend that for a minute, even "Stacey's Law" specifically does not allow what happened in Georgia: Multiple people, in the wee hours of the night, wearing gloves, visiting drop boxes and dumping backpacks full of ballots into those drop boxes.

I think I had the link to the actual decree months and months ago but I don't know where it is now.

5
PraiseBeToScience 5 points ago +5 / -0

TRUST THE PLAN

17
PorchLightOn 17 points ago +17 / -0

Trying to add background info for the Gateway Pundit article. This info about the 242 ballot traffickers in Georgia (and 202 in Arizona) is the result of months of clandestine investigative work by TrueTheVote. They purchased huge amounts of cell phone data in numerous states, then hired teams to look for patterns in that data. They identified routes that people were paid to repeat, picking up illegitimate ballots from select government buildings and NGOs, and stuffing them into ballot boxes by the bundle.

The workers paid to do this used burner phones, and that apparently aided the investigative team's analysis. They also have video they can coordinate with the cell phone data, showing people stuffing ballots into drop boxes, while wearing gloves. The workers also took selfies of themselves stuffing the drop boxes, apparently to get paid for their work. They used rental cars (that have gps) and rental cars can be connected to credit cards.

A week ago, somebody jumped the gun at Breitbart, and did an article about TrueTheVote's investigation. So Englebrecht added this explanation to their website, to confirm that the information was accurate: https://archive.is/Pglaf

The website says that TrueTheVote has already turned over some of their findings to the FBI, law enforcement, and elected officials in several states. They plan to keep rolling out more data to increase pressure until somebody takes action. They say they have a lot more data, and I think their analysis of the data they've secured is still ongoing.

Aug 24 Breitbart article: https://archive.is/lJFLv

7
War_Hamster 7 points ago +8 / -1

I'm not crazy about the fact that Breitbart jumped the gun on this by reporting on a leak from a donor. I have security concerns.

The fact that they are looking for donors doesn't bother me. This type of work isn't free.

For some background on Catherine Englebrecht, here's her testimony from 2014 on IRS targeting: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xxcMKtsm5BU

I'd say she's properly motivated.

10
PorchLightOn 10 points ago +10 / -0

TrueTheVote is a good organization. They stopped my governor in NM from mailing actual ballots to everyone in my state for the 2020 election. When our crooked SoS filed an emergency petition to mail absentee ballots (instead of mailing requests for absentee ballots, as our state law allows) TrueTheVote filed an Amicus Brief to stop them cold.

TrueTheVote said if the NM Supreme Court decided to illegally order a mail in election, they would sue in federal court. Gov Lujan-Grisham and her leftist cronies had to back off their plan.

3
Kingofkek 3 points ago +3 / -0

Wow they turned over the videos to the people who are all in on it. Great, this will accomplish a lot...

3
PorchLightOn 3 points ago +3 / -0

Did you read what TrueTheVote says, in the first link in my comment? https://archive.is/Pglaf

Englebrecht then goes on to say that we can help their effort by fighting to clean the voter rolls in our own state.

We've built an app to automate citizen-led voter roll clean-up efforts called IV3. The plan was to launch this week, but we've pushed it out a few more days to first share all of the above information with you. Next week, we'll launch the app. It will be the first in a series of tools and supports to help citizens' restore election integrity.

2
FiresideRant 2 points ago +2 / -0

They need to be telling law enforcement a set date that the information is going to be released regardless of what law enforcement chooses to do. Giving them a conditional statement will simply result in more "two more weeks...." theatrics that will stretch on into years, and eventually fade and vanish.

2
PorchLightOn 2 points ago +2 / -0

We don't know how they've communicated with the law enforcement people they've contacted. It would be interesting to know. I admit I have faith in Catherine Englebrecht, because she's got a good track record.

2
Fractional 2 points ago +2 / -0

Sounds like a legit methodology. Getting access to some of that information would be questionable as it would break many financial and privacy disclosure laws.

2
PorchLightOn 2 points ago +2 / -0

I thought that would be the case. But my guess was, information that was beyond the legal reach of a citizen's group like TrueTheVote might be possible for law enforcement to access, as part of an investigation.

That is, if we had an intelligence agency or state law enforcement agency that was willing to pursue an investigation. I don't have any illusions that this will be an easy fight for TrueTheVote, but it seems like an intelligent approach, and I respect the time and resources they've devoted to this operation.

1
Fractional 1 point ago +1 / -0

Agree, there is great power in open source intelligence. However, many don't know about it or understand how to leverage it.

Sadly, you could prove without a shadow of a doubt, and people still deny it. Until those who "just want my pension", do something other than "just following orders", we will gradually shift towards bad times.

Federalizing elections is the cement to keep the 2020 rules in place going forward. Useful idiots champion it because they got what they wanted.... what they don't realize is that once politicians no longer need the voters, the voter's have lesser say and influence and ALL sides of the political spectrum end up underneath an oligarchy.

1
PorchLightOn 1 point ago +1 / -0

Yes. The only way I can see to break the power stranglehold (of politicians that only care about protecting their pensions) is for common, every day people to rise up in large enough numbers to force them to take actions those politicians would rather avoid. If most politicians think they have a choice, they'll choose the option that makes us lose our country.

I still worry that complacency has become routine for most voters. I wasn't seriously involved in following any election law issues before this election was stolen, so the way I see it, I'm responsible for this mess too.

Lots of us are on the edge of our seats for the Maricopa results (I am too) but I see even that as another small step on a long road. It's going to be a long hard fight.

2
Fractional 2 points ago +2 / -0

Understand.

Before Trump, i rarely paid attention to much but the daily grind. Since trump i've learn a lot about a lot of things through reading and research. I'm no expert, but far more knowledgeable than half the people i've encountered.

Sadly, i'm not expecting much from any of the audit activities. Even if they find that AZ was corrupted beyond belief, and they eventually decide to recall their electors... it still requires other states to do the same to get anywhere near making a difference. The biggest kick to the balls was SCOTUS punting on legitimate issues and the other courts not even listening. Fundamentally it told us all we needed to know... the "muh pension" goes all the way to the top... they either are complicit, or they are more fearful of the imaginary mob than they are the real ones.

11
Fractional 11 points ago +11 / -0

This would explain why Raffensburger is nervous... the consent decree may violate state law... and if it does and there are videos of people breaking the law and Raffensburger tried to circumvent law... well.

However there is a reason they are ramming everything they can through... because they know. They know we know. And the media can't cover for them anymore.

The far left are radicals. They keep the center left by media propaganda. The center (independents) are often victims of the media propaganda, moderates are just center left. From the center right have woken up. The media no longer works on them, and as they slip up more and more that section of the spectrum grows.

Why did they not show the videos? God damn I’m getting sick of this circle jerk of “evidence” but no display of evidence. We all know it was stolen but fuck off with all the grifting.

Democarts steal was just more sophisticated, and the propaganda arm as well.

The steal was more in changing the rules of the game, and using the MSM and Big Tech to act as their official propaganda channels, giving Democrats a monopoly on information. And using the BLM riots as a form of extortion on corporate America. this is all outlined in the Time article they released.

Having control of the counting operations and small time shady crap that we know Dems get busted for all the time was just the cherry on top of the shit sundae. and as long as you have all 4 estates not wanting to rock the boat you get away with it.

The thing is that no matter how solid and irrefutable the proof is, dem judges will toss it, FBI will ignore it, media will spin it, and nothing will happen. It has to be so overwhelming that your average normie sees it and can't deny it and gets up in arms over it. And even then it won't reach the majority of people because the big tech companies will squash it.

They got caught OR they got caught on video? I can't find where they got caught. They need to go after these thugs like they did with the Jan 6 trespassers.

These corrupt leaders need to be prosecuted for KNOWINGLY being part of the crimes of the century against ALL OF US.

The entire demoncrap party is corrupt to the hilt. Most repukicans are also. Every vote up and down the ballots for all counties and states were fraudulent to keep whomever was in power in power again.

This is outright TREASON. Bring in the Military. Do forensic audits in all states. Dismiss any and all leftist delays. We need answers now.

4
PorchLightOn 4 points ago +4 / -0

(I did a post about this 40 minutes ago, and it shows in my comments, but not in this post. Weird. I'll try again.)

Trying to add background info.

They also have video they can coordinate with the cell phone data. They have video of people stuffing ballots into drop boxes, wearing gloves.

So Englebrecht added this explanation to their website, to confirm that the information was accurate: https://www.truethevote.org/news-posts/the-breitbart-article-true-the-vote-update

The website says that TrueTheVote has already turned over some of their findings to the FBI, law enforcement, and elected officials in several states. They plan to keep rolling out more data to increase pressure until somebody takes action. They say they have a lot more data, and I think their analysis of the data they've secured is still ongoing.
