Ugh i'll force myself to watch this. I can't stand Gutfeld though after he said he was happy that Chauvin was convicted. He's such a POS.

"I’m glad that he was found guilty on all charges, even if he might not be guilty of all charges," just to avoid any riots.

Source for those who haven't seen it.

Typical Faux News controlled opposition.

Establishment Republicans prefer to be out of power tut-tutting instead of leading.

92
WashedMasses 92 points ago +92 / -0

Yup, they freaked the fuck out when Trump won and brought with him the house and senate. Every tactic in the book was used to hamstring his agenda.

Daily reminder, Paul Ryan works on the board at Fox News.

I agree it really is not only distracting but stupid.

24
Sabina 24 points ago +24 / -0

So does RINO Kelly Ayotte, ex Sen from NH. She got the gig at Fox after conceding a stolen election by Democrat. She got the consolation prize at 2 Million a year.

6
rossiFan 6 points ago +6 / -0

At least she doesn't have to "sell paintings".

1
TeachersUnionsSUCK 1 point ago +1 / -0

holy fuck

43
MAGADutchPEDE 43 points ago +43 / -0

Honestly why does Trump keep supporting these RINO pricks instead of going to based/independent media?

58
TommyJarvis 58 points ago +62 / -4

Because it reaches the biggest audience. Same reason he didn't dump Twitter before they dumped him. It was how he got his message out. I think Trump made the same mistake Biden is making in thinking Twitter was real. It's not, it's 90% bots and sock puppets.

13
KickingPugilist 13 points ago +13 / -0

The msm reported his tweets either way.

7
spezisacuckold 7 points ago +7 / -0

There's not really a simple fix for TV interviews, but there is a simple way to fix Twitter and people have been telling Trump this for literally years. Trump simply doesn't want to fix it.

Trump could have set it up so that he posted first to a friendly platform like Gab/Parler/GETTR/[INSERT PLATFORM HERE], and then have it automatically cross post to enemy media like Twitter after like an hour. He would be supporting new media first, and then reach the audience of existing media second.

spezisacuckold 1 point ago +1 / -0

I will continue to say that the "right" stupidly continues to make the good the enemy of the perfect which results in inaction.

A better-than-status-quo heuristic is better than nothing at all. The "right" has no sense of the moment.

1
deleted 1 point ago +2 / -1
1
CoryInTheHouse1776 1 point ago +1 / -0

You'd think his statements would have that effect. Especially when they're first posted on Gab and other places

6
SquiggyMcPepe 6 points ago +6 / -0

The 90% bots is true. A study showed that 90%+ of all tweets are made by the same 2% of users with nearly everyone else being lurkers reading and making the occasional tweet. I've seen the videos of a huge botnet of connected phones and tablets all running twitter and a central computer running them spamming out bot messages on all the usual prominent public and political accounts either supporting them or bashing them.

28
VenusDe 28 points ago +31 / -3

Because he's not a moron. He goes where the biggest audiences are but also goes to independent media as well.

18

If he spoke out against them he could literally end the controlled opposition media like Fox and drive conservative masses to actually based media.

Trump had so much power still that he just doesn't use.

9
Jimmyprawns 9 points ago +10 / -1

He wasn't and still is not interested in building a totalitarian regime. He isnt one to concentrate power. One of the major points of maga, is to push decisions down to the lowest possible level. Break up and decentralize concentrations of power and allow decisions to be made as close to the problems and affected people as possible.

Maga is not about bending the will of others to our own. It's about giving the people free will to live their own lives as they see fit while defending them against infringement by others and by the state. Trump wasnt one to flex power, and with good reason.

He shows his face and talks where he knows he'll be listened to. He's not supporting the conduit by showing up. He's using it. He's not showing weakness by failing to scream accusations at them like a histrionic bitch. Sometimes you have to let the kids figure out their mom's a wack-a-doodle on their own. If you keep saying it till you're blue in the face they'll just shut down and stop listening to anything you say.

6
MAGADutchPEDE 6 points ago +6 / -0

I'm not talking about creating a totalitarian regimes, I'm talking about restoring democracy, all within the bounds of the constitution.

I'm not a civil war larper, let that be clear.

Because even my hopelessly brain-washed, Rachel Madcow-loving, blue-haired progressive/socialist LGBT neighbor watches FOX. She told me she does it to "get her news from all different sources". Besides left normies It's the only way Trump can reach the NeverTrump Republican normies.

Because he doesn't understand the nature of the deep state conspiracy. If you were to ask him what it is, he would not be able to give you a coherent answer.

3
BlackPillBot 3 points ago +3 / -0

Many people here will continue to cope, and refuse to acknowledge this reality. I honestly think Trump is an imperfect, but decent human being overall, and honestly wants the best for our country, but the truth is, he is no where near extreme, and ✊🏿💊 enough to actually say, and do what needs to be done, and he’s already proved it. He was, once again, the best candidate, by far, out of a group that was filled with almost exclusively gloabalist Bolsheviks. The only other semi decent human being who ran was rand Paul IMHO, and even he showed numerous times over the last five years that he is a huge cuck, and not up to the task. The best thing Trump ever did was pull back the curtain on the Bolshevik media, and government by forcing them to go full retard, and show their full on seething rage and hatred for us and our country, and I thank him dearly for it.

I personally think Jr. is more extreme, and ✊🏿💊 and becoming more so by the day. I still don’t think he’s extreme enough yet, but he’s getting there, and could possibly make a decent candidate soon enough. Imagine watching what those Bolshevik SatPhiles did to your father, for years, and continue to do when you know deep down inside he’s a good person who’s trying to help others, and better our country. With all that said, there is, and has been only one answer all this time, and it also happens to be the most effective, and efficient answer all throughout history. I’m 99% sure this is the only answer left.

0
Xanisor 0 points ago +1 / -1

That's ridiculous, he knows exactly what's going on.

1
info_warrior 1 point ago +2 / -1

Everyone knows by now that Q is Operation Trust 2.0

It's okay. Trump isn't the genius we all thought he was at first. He bought into the Covid lie. He trusted his deep state advisors on Wray, Barr, Sessions, Haspel, Barrett, etc.

0
MAGADutchPEDE 0 points ago +1 / -1

He understands it better than we do. He's been surrounded by them for decades and fought them for 4 years in office.

1
info_warrior 1 point ago +2 / -1

Apparently he doesn't understand. He trusted many people he should not have. Sessions, Barr, Wray, Haspel, Barrett, Kavanaugh, and many, many, many, many others.

7

2
BlackPillBot 2 points ago +2 / -0

It’s more than problematic. It’s completely unacceptable. I remember seeing the vid posted on the internet hours after he said it, and couldn’t believe it. That was then. Now, there is almost nothing that surprises me anymore.

4
Trumper007 4 points ago +7 / -3

ex liberal

9
FalconPunch 9 points ago +9 / -0

I think he's always identified as more libertarian, but who cares. What if he was an ex liberal? Don't we want liberals to open their eyes and hopefully see the error in their ways?

3
conservativefrank 3 points ago +3 / -0

He's 10,000x less funny and clever than he thinks he is.

4
16BeatsAOne 4 points ago +4 / -0

Exactly. Gutfeld is too full of himself. But GEOTUS shut him down by telling him that big ratings isn't such an achievement because the other late-night shows are hosted by talentless individuals.

2
Barbs 2 points ago +2 / -0

I loved that part. Plus the part where he told him to let his Russian wife have her freedom, and stop pushing her to get the vaxx if she doesn’t want it.

1

Agreed. That was another great part of that interview.

He's 10,000x less funny and clever than he thinks he is.

Have you ever heard of schtick?

1
conservativefrank 1 point ago +1 / -0

It's not funny.

Was his claim that even if Chauvin was not guilty it was good that he was found guilty - was that schtick?

Was it schtick to not admit or mention that Biden stole the election?

1
LearnAboutRoaches 1 point ago +1 / -0

"Schtick - a gimmick, comic routine, style of performance, etc. associated with a particular person."

He doesn't really think he's some amazingly funny and clever guy.. It's schtick. Sometimes the shows funny, sometimes not... Still it's better than any other late night shit show.

I disagree with Gutfeld on that one thought of his about Chauvin.. but even there his angle was different than anyone else's.. if you watch the actual clip at the end he was talking about "a sense of extortion"... and the number of people saying how much trouble/riots there will be if he's not found guilty. It was almost like the emotional masses blackmailing the smaller orderly attempts to uncover the truth

He was wrong, Chauvin is not a murderer but I don't believe he's completely innocent either. Downvote away

1
conservativefrank 1 point ago +1 / -0

What did Chauvin do wrong? Remember, Floyd took a more than lethal dose of Fentanyl, complained about not being able to breathe from the moment he was contacted by cops, and Chauvin did what he did to keep Floyd stationary to try to save his life.

1
LearnAboutRoaches 1 point ago +1 / -0

"Chauvin did what he did to keep Floyd stationary to try to save his life."

Yes, he was saying he couldn't breathe and was resisiting being put in the back of the car as I understand, which created a struggle in which it was necessary to pin floyd right there on the street next to the squad cars door, to continue to get him to stop resisting.

Then he went on for 8 minutes with his knee pinned to floyds back, AFTER being told he couldnt breathe.

This is pretty funny man, come on man. So you are trying to convice me the 8 minutes of the knee on the back while face down was to TRY to help him "remain stationary" - what so he wouldnt run around, maybe do some jumping jacks and get his blood pressure higher and THEN od..

hahah stationary.. as opposed to what? no wonder I didn't follow this trial that closely the whole thing stinks

1
BlackPillBot 1 point ago +1 / -0

He’s just another limousine liberal who is completely out of touch with the common man and most of reality.

26
PelosisSaggyTadders 26 points ago +32 / -6

I don't care for Gutfield's style of 'smug'. I like me some arrogant asshole comedy, but his just seems on the border between being honest and cutting edge but also 'fratty' with the same "I told you so" cuntyness as every other talk show host these days.

To be honest, the best conservative personality on tv in recent times was back when Colbert did a mock version of a conservative character. He was always smart and on point despite his antics much like how Forest Gump always made the smart moves even though he was retarded.

12
dianabrown1 12 points ago +16 / -4

Never liked Colbert - but didnt hate him. Watching once was enough for me.

I find Gutfeld entertaining.

13
YoMamma2020 13 points ago +15 / -2

I like Gutfeld, too. But I don't have Fox news anymore. Pulled the cable plug.

7
Regnad_2720 7 points ago +8 / -1

I signed up for Sling so I could watch Gutfeld (and sometimes Tucker) after cutting the cable.

Almost canceled Sling too after Tyrus went on that rant about the unvaxxed recently. Now I just turn off the tv if Tyrus is on the show.

4
FalconPunch 4 points ago +4 / -0

I honestly don't understand why Gutfeld keeps Tyrus on. His takes very rarely add anything to the conversation. Dude constantly is shaking his head when they intro him, like he doesn't want to even be there.

You don't have to answer this, but about how much are you paying now with Sling?

3
Regnad_2720 3 points ago +3 / -0

I actually liked Tyrus when the show was Saturday only. Now that he is on 2-3 times a week it is too much.

I'm on Sling Blue, I guess that is $35 a month. About 1/4 what Comcast Cable was so a pretty big savings.

1
Recken 1 point ago +1 / -0

I have betterthancabletv. It's about $200 a year and I get all channels including premium and pay per view, every pro sports game, too bad I couldn't care less about any of it. I keep it for certain things that come up, but I generally don't watch it.
I think I can have 3 devices going at the same time, so I share the cost with my brother.

2
Jimmyprawns 2 points ago +2 / -0

Producers probably forced him into the mix ages ago, and still won't let go of him. Somebody, somewhere, likely finds it easy to play idea fairy and whisper things into tyrus' ear they want repeated on air.

He's rarely original, and the novelty of his presence hasn't aged well. Gavin McInnes made comments on his tube chanel years back about the aparent lack of meritocracy on the red eye and at Fox in general. And this was before they slow rolled their ideological shift to where they are now.

Sounded like higher ups fancied themselves casting directors for a movie studio and were more concerned with demographic box checking than with a talent's ability to contribute original and worthwhile content. The unstated preference was toward play actors, not actual conservatives and parrots, not actual thinkers.

2
Jimmyprawns 2 points ago +2 / -0

I used to ignore the pharma ads or even get a laugh from them. But since the word ended it seems more and more that life, or what of it we are still being allowed to observe through the window of media, has been manipulated into nothing more than a damn pharma add.

1
dianabrown1 1 point ago +1 / -0

Agreed...and I reject it and them.

7
dianabrown1 7 points ago +7 / -0

very entertaining.

4
engineerdon 4 points ago +5 / -1

Donald Trump often talks about ratings, right? In any interview, the chance of him mentioning a show's ratings is pretty high.

And that's not surprising given that he was actively involved in the production on The Apprentice.

So Gutfeld expected the topic to come up, and decided to beat him to the punch. AND play it with his self-involved character. And maxing that out by opening with it.

So that was a multiple meta-level joke at the very beginning.

1
_-Th0r-_ 1 point ago +1 / -0

Wut? This is comedy. GG loves to troll the other shows by wallowing in his ratings. And hilariously began the interview about himself, not Trump, which is a part of his act.

Don’t read too much into comedy…

1
conservativefrank 1 point ago +1 / -0

Was Gutfeld playing a character when he said he's glad Chauvin was found guilty even if he wasn't guilty?

1
engineerdon 1 point ago +2 / -1

I was watching when he said that, and I was a bit appalled.

Perhaps that was required by his employer, I wouldn't know. Or maybe he didn't think that one through.

His point was that the guilty verdict saved lives and property destruction from the likely response of the Antifa/BLM/Democrat mobs. And that's probably true. Except that it's morally backwards.

I also thought that the guilty verdict might have been a tactical maneuver; keep the mobs down AND give a higher court the opportunity to dismiss or acquit due to the miserable jury, and the mobs wouldn't be able to do anything about that. ...But that sure didn't happen.

It seems that the corruption in Minneapolis is so thick that Chauvin was doomed just by being there.

So yeah, GG screwed up there.

But almost all of the rest of his ideas, opinions, and reasoning sure seem pretty good.

1
conservativefrank 1 point ago +1 / -0

He claims Biden didn't cheat to win the election.

0
engineerdon 0 points ago +1 / -1

That one is possibly required by his employer. (Who famously called Arizona early.)

I'm guessing that Fox, heck, all networks, are difficult working environments when it comes to opinions that run counter the narrative.

You should catch some of Dave Rubin’s stand-up, or Dave Landau (Crowder’s sidekick). Both are pretty fuckin hilarious.

Greg’s not bad, he just needs better writers.

I agree in a sense, Trump is just a messenger. He was the first national-level politician willing to parrot our beliefs back to us rather than the sanitized, bland "reality" politicians espouse during elections.

It frankly didn't matter who was the first one to tell it like it is -- they were always going to be elevated to national prominence.

I mean, I like Trump, but I think that if we can find someone more shrewd who's also on board with our world view, we're set for decades.

0
rubmewithbeer 0 points ago +3 / -3

I think he was at first but the DS has something over him now.

1
Julia_J 1 point ago +2 / -1

I don't think so. Trump wouldn't care. Furthermore, if there was, they would have already tried to use it to bring down his legacy. The best they can do at this point is the January 6 protests at the Capitol. They also stole the election, so it's obvious they have nothing on him, because if they did have something bad on Trump, they would have used it if it would have made them believe that Trump would lose support.

2
LearnAboutRoaches 2 points ago +2 / -0

He didn't take a stand for, or against it.. But what would be gained from standing against it now that he has no power besides assuring he loses in 2024 if he runs.

It's his opinion that the shot helps.. At the same time reminding everyone that this is America and freedom of choice is vital. Do we even know for sure he ever actually got a jab?

It isn't.

What was said, why does it matter, what are we doing next.

16
BreadPitt 16 points ago +17 / -1

Its enigmatic how good Trump's gut is. I've been on the Trump Train since he did the spot on Jimmy Fallon. Q: "How are you gonna bring jobs to this country?" A: "By doing it" I said fuck it works for me no ones tried that yet. Turns out it was that simple. Any time I disagreed with Trump he proved me wrong. Tariffs being the best example I was eating the pages straight out of the econ books that say even if trade agreements are lopsided the fewer barriers the better. I didn't see how effective the geopolitical aspects of those tariffs would be and how he was engaging them in a game of chicken and knew Americans were simply more well equipped to win in a trade war.

Im a Trumper and I know the dude is a stable genius and even I cant even begin to imagine just how not only intelligent, but intuitive he is.

I am so with you on your conversion. I did not vote for him in 16. After four years of what this guy accomplished amid non stop obstacle he won me over 100%. Incredible accomplishments.

Ive been a registered Independent since college. Never saw a difference between the dems and republicans which swayed me to align differently. I still feel there is little difference and now see how the fix was in a long time before I stepped into it.

usernamechecksout 12 points ago +15 / -3

You dumb fucks are absolutely miserable. First of all, Greg is a hybrid comedian that has organically made his way to the top, and it’s obvious most of you pricks don’t know how to win. His red eye show was groundbreaking and the only funny thing on tv to help young liberals understand a different perspective. Greg brought me out of liberal wasteland. He’s authentic and willing to admit fault, unlike a good portion of you hypocrites.

So many of y’all seem to hate him because you could only respect an alpha Chad. Well guess what, Greg is exactly that! He just happens to be self deprecating which makes a lot of you uncomfortable because of your own insecurities.

That being said, he is definitely liberty minded and supports freedom. I don’t agree with everything he says but he does seem to be a free-thinker and I appreciate his approach. Greg’s hot takes are the best on all of Fox, I don’t even think it’s arguable. You can hate Fox all you want, but Greg is a bright spot and definitely helping the cause.

Y’all bitch about the GOP not learning to win from Trump. Well, neither are y’all.

2
conservativefrank 2 points ago +3 / -1

Alpha Chad - "I'm glad Chauvin was found guilty even if he wasn't guilty"? That's not alpha.

0
usernamechecksout 0 points ago +2 / -2

I don’t think you understand what an alpha is. Greg runs shit and people respond. He’s not Fox’s bitch, they're his.

2
conservativefrank 2 points ago +2 / -0

...which is why he says what they tell him to say.

An alpha is me. When I was 7, some nun tried to grope me. I told her stop or I'd bite off her fingers. When I was 8, the principal "disciplined" me by making me sit all day at a desk outside her office. I pried a piece of metal off the desk to use as a screw driver to disassemble the desk. Sweetly and in Christian Love I told her if she wants me to sit there all day doing nothing, that's the type of nothing I would do. She sent me back to class.

They wanted kids to walk in a line. I walked in a line - pulled a door off its hinges. Why? "I don't like doing silly things like walking in lines." I no longer had to walk in lines.

My employer requires masks. I don't wear a mask. Others have started following suit.

Gutlessfeld parroting the company line is not an alpha. He's alpha, but when Fox wants him to say Chauvin killed Floyd, he says it. He also went further saying even if Chauvin wasn't guilty, it was best to find him guilty.

Gutlessfeld is the opposite of alpha.

TommyJarvis 11 points ago +13 / -2

I don’t have cable so I haven’t seen this show much, but I pulled up a recent episode and they were all shilling for the Clot Shot. That Tyrus idiot was marching out that old “we mandate vaccinations for other stuff, so it’s no big deal just get the shot” and I turned that shit off.

I’m happy his ratings beat Colberts but it’s still uniparty faux news bullshit.

2
chickeninoven 2 points ago +3 / -1

They've had guests in there that start railing against the vaxx. That's when Gutless, Tyrone, and that skinny blond bitch jump into defense mode.

11
chickeninoven 11 points ago +12 / -1

Gutless suggested that all questions and concerns regarding the vaxx have been "answered."

11

Trump shilled for it in this very clip. At least he allows room for personal freedoms.

10
TommyJarvis 10 points ago +11 / -1

Yep and here's a shocker:

I don't have to agree with everything Trump says, either.

2
mrh218 2 points ago +3 / -1

Right! This has been an effective point when discussing the shots with the pro side, especially when they know I support Trump.

Remember the boos Trump gets when mentioning the shots in rallies? I know the media gets so excited when they hear those boos, but then disappointed that is doesn't fit their narrative.

6
Xuvial 6 points ago +9 / -3

He still needs to cut that shit out. It's not what his voters want to hear, and he should adapt himself to that.

7
mrh218 7 points ago +9 / -2

I personally agree, but it is very powerful for him to be pro-shot while reminding everyone about freedom. I assume his research says that his message about right to try and freedom is playing well with the largest number of voters.

Greg Gutfeld is hilarious and unafraid to put himself and his friends down. Anyone with a sense of humor would appreciate him. Watched regularly, Gutfeld is able to be put into context better. He must be WATCHED, because part of his charm is that quirky smile which tells that part was sarcasm. Give him a chance, please.

Also, I love Kat and Tyrus, the regulars. It's a great show.

Give Dennis Miller a late night show! That man is funny as hell AND a conservative.

5
dianabrown1 5 points ago +5 / -0

Dennis Miller is a mean spirited shit head. Ill take Gutfeld over Colbert and Miller any time.

0
TommyJarvis 0 points ago +1 / -1

Well that's just, like, your opinion man. But I'm curious what specifically you are basing that on.

I've been a fan of his standup for a long time and unless you are confusing sarcasm with "mean" I don't understand your criticism here.

1
conservativefrank 1 point ago +1 / -0

Miller said mean things about leftists. That's why leftists say Miller is mean spirited.

1
dianabrown1 1 point ago +1 / -0

It seems to me you call it sarcasm. I call it mean spirited coming from an arrogant shit-head. We can add loud mouthed to it and be correct as well.

You may not agree, I get that. Consider how much I dont understand how you are a fan of his "comedy" and him in general. Lets call it even and leave it at that.

1
TommyJarvis 1 point ago +1 / -0

"Joe Biden shouldn't be in the White House, he should be in the back seat in a Sonic commercial!" - Dennis Miller

You gotta admit that's funny.

You know what TommyJarvis....I appreciate the effort

but

I think you had to be there. I wasent. You keep Dennis Miller.

0
Rockmanneo 0 points ago +1 / -1

Was that the time you were a lib? Did you call Trump mean-spirited shithead too at one time?

1
dianabrown1 1 point ago +1 / -0

Ahh, no. For the record, I was never a liberal. What I stated was I saw no difference between the democrat and republican platform. I must say I wasent far off the mark looking back now.

I also stated I misjudged DJT in '16. All I saw was that game, The Apprentice. I was wrong about him and his ability which is proven by his accomplishments over 4 years as POTUS.

He certainly won my support as well as my respect. He is the farthest thing from a mean spirited shit head before '16 (because I didnt know him or of him beyond The Apprentice) or afterward but you know that now too, right?

2
16BeatsAOne 2 points ago +3 / -1

Agree with you completely. Dennis Miller deserves a late-night show geared toward conservative audience. He is bright and truly has a towns of the comedian.

I was also thinking of what previous television show would flourish among all types of political audiences now, and have you ever watched Tough Crowd with Colin Quinn from the early 2000s? There is no way that show would ever be permitted to broadcast now. But it was hilarious then. Most episodes are available on YouTube.

1
TommyJarvis 1 point ago +1 / -0

Colin Quinn has promise, but did you see that thing he did on Nutflix where he went state by state with his political opinions? That shit pissed me off. He truly has deep disgust for everyone outside of New York and Los Angeles.

1
16BeatsAOne 1 point ago +1 / -0

I didn't see it. Was it recent? Back in the early 2000s, he's conservative views were very apparent on Tough Crowd.

1
TommyJarvis 1 point ago +1 / -0

It's really recent, last couple of years. It's called "Red State Blue State". I was kind of expecting a more conservative outlook, but he just kinda plays around the perimeter and calls red states stupid and racist most of the time.

I couldn't sit through the whole thing though, and I don't have pedoflix anymore, so I wont bother trying to watch it again.

1
Lonnie62 1 point ago +3 / -2

Yea, Gutter thinks his opinion is more complex than everyone in the room and you have to have a 4 digit IQ to understand him. Most the time it’s just Bla,Bla, Bla and the others just shake their heads and agree!

3
bobobob 3 points ago +4 / -1

This is the new "king of late night"? His show feels like the right-wing version of all the other late night shows that read lame jokes off a teleprompter. He doesn't attempt any type of delivery of the jokes, he just reads them same as Fallon or Kimmel or Colbert would on their shows.

EDIT: His weird off-handed jokes are better than the scripted stuff they had him read in the beginning.

Note that if you access this with a browser, you'll need to prove that you have a cable TV subscription.
