- Heather Mullins Report on the TrueTheVote Situation (9/11)
I’m assuming Heather was the journalist keeping quiet in order to not disrupt the investigation that Garland was referring to in his interview.
- Data Analytics Guide for Canvassing from USEIP (9/11)
- Scott Presler’s Updated Schedule (9/11)
- Mark Finchem on War Room (9/11)
Finchem is giving a 5-10 day until release estimate. Rogers is giving a 7-10 day estimate. We’ve been through this before, so I wouldn’t give their estimates too much weight. As far as I know, Karen Fann has not confirmed or denied these timetables. Because of a recent ruling concerning American Oversight’s FOIA request, Nick Moseder is reporting that the Senate will only have 3-5 days max to make the report publically available once Cyber Ninjas hands over the full report.
Finchem is working with the Pima County GOP to set up a canvass based on evidence from Dr. Shiva. He says that there will be more details next week.
- Updates from Liz Regarding the Canvass (9/11)
Since her appearance on War Room, there have been attacks on Liz’s website.
The report that her team released only focuses on the work done in the months of July and August. This is just the first of numerous reports.
They need help to continue canvassing. You can still sign up to help here:
She is asking for registered voters to fill it out the canvassing info at the new website. It doesn't matter if you voted or not as long as you were registered to vote. Here’s the link to the site:
Liz is getting lots of reports from people about phantom votes, ballot destruction, and other issues now that she has gotten national attention. Someone has even sent her evidence that they were given a batch of mail (which included ballots) and asked to burn it.
- Petition to Remove Voting Machines in GA (9/11)
This is from the Constitution Party of GA and it is being used to show support for VoterGA’s new lawsuit to remove dominion machines/BMDs.
- Canvassing Training Seminar Sept 12 from 3-5 in Clinton Twp (9/11)
This was from an individual and forwarded by the Michigan Audit channel, so I don’t have much info. I’m not sure how organized this is, but she left a way to contact her.
- NH Citizens Preliminary Audit Report (9/11)
Marylyn Todd released this preliminary audit report that they have been working on. They have been going around and collecting machine/tabulator tapes.
- Sandy Smith’s Audit Petition (9/11)
- Interview/Update with ATVPA (9/11)
Fulton County Commissioner, Stewart Ulsh, said he wasn't going to answer any questions since Fulton County has filed a lawsuit over the SOS’s decertification of their machines. Dush allowed the legislators to ask him questions anyway.
So essentially, Cris Dush allowed democrats to depose Ulsh after he stated he only wanted to provide his own testimony. Now the SOS can potentially use this info against Ulsh in Fulton County’s case.
Jamie argues that Dush should have known what info was involved in that litigation prior to the hearing.
Toni is getting info that indicates that the PA swamp is setting up Dush as the fall guy since he was too conservative in the legislature. This is just speculation, but blackmail or bribes could also be involved.
According the Mason’s Manual, the Senate can vote Corman out as president pro-tempore at any time. They go back into session this month (either the 20th or the 27th, Toni couldn't remember). One person has to make a motion to remove him and nominate someone else. He needs another senator to second it and then it goes to a vote.
Mastriano has been kicked out of the Republican caucus and needs several senators to petition to have him put back into caucus. The district that he represents currently has no representation in the republican caucus because of Jake Corman. If ATVPA can pressure some senators to help get Mastriano back in, they have another ally who can help get the Corman removal to a vote.
Toni said bringing an anti-dominion lawsuit, similar to the one in GA with VoterGA, is one of their next moves.
One of Jamie's canvassing teams got a signed affidavit from a judge of elections who received an email or memo from the then SOS instructing them to do the opposite of state law in their precinct
ATVPA does have a lawyer. He has advised them that it is possible they could get a lawsuit started (in a week at the soonest) that would prevent them from being able to destroy any election evidence in every single county. She didn't clarify, but I'm wondering if she means that they couldn't destroy anything despite the limited 22 months retention period.
