Yep. I got an email from the Chief Medical Officer of our local hospital after the jabs became available, advertising them and touting their safety and efficacy. He provided information on how the jabs worked, and described the process of a conventional vaccine, stating that the Covid jabs worked the same way. It was a false statement, provably so simply by going to the CDC website and viewing the actual mechanism of the mRNA jabs, yet here was the fucking Chief Medical Officer of a hospital sending that misinformation out in an email to thousands of people. There are only two possible explanations for it:
The Chief Medical Officer of a large hospital is completely ignorant of the workings of an experimental medication that he is recommending that everyone take. Inexcusable incompetence that should result in immediate termination.
The Chief Medical Officer of a large hospital is blatantly lying in order to assuage the fears and convince thousands of people to take an experimental medication. Pure evil that should result in being sent straight to Hell.

These people should be put on leave and given time to consider their actions. An investigation needs to be conducted to see if they have already presented misleading information to the public, or if any policies or practices were put into place which could potentially have harmed patients in their care. If such unethical behavior is found to have already occurred, the hospital must revoke their privileges and terminate their contracts and those of any other employee involved in order to restore faith in the community that their care will not be jeopardized or used to generate propaganda."
