I have contacted my state Attorney General, my federal and state representatives, all state reps in leadership positions, and Liberty Counsel. I will be submitting ADA, medical, and religious exemptions I fully expect to be denied. I don't think my medical history or religion are the communist regime's business, but having the exemptions denied sounded like a prerequisite after talking to Liberty Counsel

I will not quit. I will not get another job, unless it is a job I would have taken anyway - remote or in Texas/Florida. I will be fired and will proceed with legal action.

Stand up now, while we still can.

The standing up hasn’t even begun, but it will. I can sense the tension in the air, group by group stiffening their spines.

It won’t be much longer..

Respond with the following:

"I am not sure of my vaccination status. I can ask my doctor for my medical records if you send me a notice saying it is required that you see those records for continued employment."

Then just keep coming to work as normal. If they are dumb enough to give you that letter, then sue the shit out of them.

1
Panopticon 1 point ago +1 / -0

That works

I made it at Disney (corporate) for a long time by talking like that

Re: did you say x?

Me: I don't think I did

Re:Yes or no?

Me: I dont think so. 😂

19
TruthWillOut 19 points ago +19 / -0

You should fire off a mail asking your employer if the Comernity "vaccine" really will be available by then?

If they ask why, you tell them that you want to be certain that you will be able to sue Pfizer for any damages the forced injection may lead to, so you don't have to sue your employer as they are the ones forcing the work force to take the experimental vaccine.

Keep it friendly and optimistic and see what response you get 😎👍

8
Panopticon 8 points ago +8 / -0

You can't sue vaccine makers period. Gov has a compensation fund. But no one says you cannot personally sue the people pushing you to do it.

8
BurtMcGirt [S] 8 points ago +8 / -0

I'm curious to see how that ends up working out. Would probably depend on what judge you got, which is really fucked up. If it is required for employment, it should 100 percent be on the employer.

3
el_gato_pepe 3 points ago +3 / -0

Sue fucking everybody!

2
Panopticon 2 points ago +2 / -0

I'm saying sue them personally too. Not just the company.

2

Good idea. I hadn't thought of that. Should not be able to hide behind company protections when individually violating civil rights.

6
I_Love_45-70_Gov 6 points ago +6 / -0

Inevitably, the fighting will be in the streets.

These communist cunts do not understand the difference between an armed and an un-armed society.

AOC with that Tax the Rich "dress" at the MET gala is a perfect example of how far these clueless, commie-loving elitist twats have lost the script.

5
Spleenrippa 5 points ago +6 / -1

This where I am now. Currently being forced to test twice a week and tonight my superintendent is going to the board to force the shot. Most of my school is vaccinated. He is trying to identify and weed out conservatives who will fight down the road I feel. I am.not in a position to lose my job and be ok, they know this. I would quickly be without a house. Totally sucks. It's easy for many to say oh just get fired when you are just out of school or your job is easy to find or it's easy to move, but when you provide for others and can't move or lose your job, giving in might be the only way. It might be the only way for me.

This why stolen elections matter. Trump was golfing with Graham when he should have used the impeachment process to expose the steal. Im so disappointed in so many these days.

3
Pede3 3 points ago +3 / -0

Yea, I know that school districts/support staff are majority liberal, so figure they will take a zero tolerance approach. I expect my related (temp, remote) job to demand a vax card as soon as the contact starts, especially since my co-workers were vaxxed in March.

Good luck with your decision. Get some ibuprofen or whatever for the arm pain if you have to take it. The second one may require time off afterwards (extreme tiredness).

3
BurtMcGirt [S] 3 points ago +3 / -0

Definitely not easy, and no one should be tell anyone else what to do. Being fired sure as hell isn't going to be easy. I have never lived high on the hog, but I'm really going to have to cut down to live for a few years on what I've saved. I' already lived very modestly, but I've cut down even more. Not everyone is in the same situation as me though. I think everyone who can stand up should, but people can't starve, either. Everyone has to make their own choice. Hopefully everything works out for you.

2
Spleenrippa 2 points ago +2 / -0

Thank you so much for the kind words and respectful reply. And the same thoughts to you. I hope everything works out for you as well. Hang in there and keep swinging as long as you can.

4
Gaia_Guy 4 points ago +4 / -0

I'm right there with you. Out of the 163 remaining unvaxxed at my command (out of 533), all but 15 held strong. I'm getting summarily discharged come next week. Even the guys who talked tough about never getting it caved because their careers and families were on the line. I understand their positions, but in my mind, this is not how we as a country win.

EDIT: instead of 15 held strong, I meant all but 15 had given in.

4
BurtMcGirt [S] 4 points ago +4 / -0

Sorry to hear you are being discharged. Hearing that many people stand strong really surprised me. That definitely gives me more faith. I'm not going to tell anyone what to do. Other people are in different circumstances than me. I can afford to take a few years off, because I invested significantly more than I spent. Not everyone had the luxury of doing the same, so I really feel bad for people who are taking it so they can feed their families.

2
Pede3 2 points ago +2 / -0

I agree, but caved for employment. I don't have a husband and seem to end up working for left leaning orgs, plus my resume kind of sucks without the vaccine issue piled on. It should be an individual choice, and I would have continued to opt out if I had better personal circumstances.

Round one was on Sat - got away with just arm pain for a couple of days. Next round in 3 weeks, which I expect to suck. I believe that I have had Rona around Mar 2020, and know that I'm rolling the dice with this. Thanks to bigly and yourself for praying for people in similar circumstances. May the odds be ever in our favor - or something.

1
Gaia_Guy 1 point ago +1 / -0

sorry, pede. I mistyped. All but 15 had CAVED. so I am in the minority.

1
BurtMcGirt [S] 1 point ago +1 / -0

Millions of us are being set up to lose our jobs/income, overnight, within the next two months.

It is going to get very ugly, and I will not be peacefully protesting.

The time for peace and patience is over. Tyranny must be met head on and with force.

The the Declaration of Independence, the Federalist Papers, and the Bill of Rights make this very clear.

Anyway, see you on the otherside, Pede.

-9
Athena86 -9 points ago +1 / -10

Abortions and obesity aren’t infectious diseases.

6

Abortion actually kills higher than 0.02 percent of victims. AIDS is much more dangerous than COVID-1984.

-10

President_Elect_Pepe 4 points ago +6 / -2

Start documenting any OSHA violations and mask mandate violations you see occurring at work.

See if they are interested in firing an employee over liability “concern” when your ability to make them liable for actual safety violations is fully documented.

13
BurtMcGirt [S] 13 points ago +13 / -0

I actually work remotely, which makes it even more ridiculous. I could see them revoking that, though, to remove that as a reason.

2
easyonthefiber 2 points ago +2 / -0

For those of us who are remote, with no communicated return to office date yet, I wonder why they’d even mandate at all? If we’ve been performing all job duties as assigned flawlessly since March, 2020, why return to the physical office at all?

5
FightTheSWAMP 5 points ago +5 / -0

I know exactly why they would mandate it. They think this will lead to an increase in vaccinations. This has NOTHING to do with safety or even productivity. I had to fight tooth and nail to get an extension to work from home, despite having a serious high risk disease. They are intentionally sending documentation to medical providers that have absolutely nothing to do with COVID. "Are you able to use a keyboard? Can you speak? Can you do your job?" Nothing to do with high risk individuals.

Many nurses were forced out so they don't expect most to know they can send them anything other than the bullshit documents they are given.

My work has a goal - get as many asses back to work, regardless of production numbers. They are forcing workers into the office that were fully remote way before COVID. This is political.

1
hdhd66 1 point ago +1 / -0

Many reasons depending on your work. At my work they said government contractors come to our sites so they can’t do business with them if not everyone is vaxxed.

I also believe the state and federal governments are either fining companies who don’t have full compliance, or they are paying money to companies as an incentive to have 100% vaxxed.

They would say it’s related to insurance liability I’m sure.

1
deleted 1 point ago +1 / -0
5
President_Elect_Pepe 5 points ago +5 / -0

And what exactly does threatening my job in order to force a dangerous vaccine sound like?

Not blackmail?!?!?

Documenting violations means nothing and is 100% moral.

It only “looks like” blackmail when you show them the receipts after they officially threaten your job.

In fact the most immoral thing is to not report these violations that we see every day.

You don’t even need to make a threat and that’s the whole fucking point. The danger is implied which is the exact same game Biden and OSHA are about to play.

I read that they are just trying to find a viable solution that'll actually be more accurate.

But the way that things have gone, a test that is 40% inaccurate would suffice for these clowns.

So, you're probably at least 50% right.
