the little guy will permanently be altered from such an injury. Even if he heals 100% the ordeal and healing will likely make him end up being shorter and other deficiencies that he likely wouldn't have had otherwise.

death chair is what was deserved. It was pre meditated murder, we're lucky the boy lives. The mans actions are no different.
