I have a feeling this slush fund was one of the primary sources of DNC funding; which is now why they're going with dark money. The Education system is likely their 2nd biggest, and that's why they want to force everyone to stay in the system with no option of escape. You want to keep people down? Force them to send their children to schools that can't help them learn the skills to GTFO of generational poverty.
