If someone does nothing but downvote, then they are either a bot, an Antifa member, part of the deep state, or otherwise unwelcome.

The Donald has always been a community FOR Trump Supporters. Rule 1 from the very beginning.
If people want to either come here to downvote everything they see, or create bots that do it for them, I say ban them. They aren't adding anything of value to this community.
