Rgb is dead. Somebody give me some irrefutable proof that's she's not.

I'm with you. This latest reference to RGB's health is a way to introduce her death to the American people. IMHO, Trump and team waited until AFTER the farcical "impeachment" hearings before unloading ANOTHER bomb to the Dems. And, BTW, isn't the government now out of money? So, can't RBG replacement be a recess appointment?

I don't think Supreme Court Justices can be recessed appointments. Wasn't Anne Coulter a Law Clerk for the Court. Maybe she can answer that question?

Oh wait. She's too busy complaining about the wall not being built fast enough to care about everything else the God Emperor has accomplished.

I agree, we have to give Ann some shit for her lack of faith in GEOTUS, but she was one of the very first to say he we going to win, and campaigned for him.

George Washington was able to create a recess Supreme Justice appointment (John Rutledge). I would say there is sufficient precedent for this to happen.

Any change that was the same John Rutledge that was the governor of SC? I believe that I am related to him.

George Washington created a recess Supreme Court appointment, so there is precedent. But I do agree with you, on whether or not, Congress is in "recess" at this time. I'm thinking if, Congress is out of money and cannot function, it may - de facto - be considered to be "recess" -- but I'm uncertain of this point.
