Yup. By posting that image, if the site still had embedding enabled, would get to view the user IP of everyone that browses this thread.

It's smart to disable them for now.

  2. Image is not hosted on thedonald.win

  3. Your browser makes a request to whateverimagehost.com to load the image.

  4. Your browser has, by making that request, exposed your IP to that image host.
