bill_in_texas 462 points ago +479 / -17

Nope. That's it. Investigation's over, we got our man, everybody go home. Case closed.

Now we just need to wait for this guy to get a small fine and have his law license suspended for 30 days, to really make him think about what he's done wrong.

This story about Dem/Clinton operatives being guilty of doing this is old news. It was reported on 2 years ago:

https://old.reddit.com/r/politics/comments/aj7bh3/testimony_reveals_how_clinton_operatives_pushed/

Edit: Sorry, I linked to commie reddit, but I had to. The comments are just too funny. Literally every commenter there is downvoting the post and calling out how it's a lie and bull shit Trump propaganda from Washington Times

36
Hoof_Hearted 36 points ago +36 / -0

But that was like 2 years ago...

And it's a good thing Durham is moving this swiftly along...

And again, NO admission of guilt or apology or I will definitely walk on this deal...

13
resoluteAction 13 points ago +13 / -0

They indicted two people with whom they had a slam dunk case 3 f'n years ago. Where is the conspiracy to commit treason you fcking tool. You've got Comey and McCabe, Page, Strzok, Clapper, and Brennan dead to rights with enough evidence a first year lawyer could get a life sentence/death by execution conviction in an uncorrupt court if you can find one.

12
TrumpsWall 12 points ago +20 / -8

We can’t just accept good news here. Durham finally does something and we poo poo it. I know we’re used to disappointment, but let’s celebrate a win when we get one. No one here has any idea what will happen or not happen regarding Durham. I choose to be optimistic. Why? Because I can only really control one thing, myself and my attitude. Don’t get me wrong, I’m mad as hell at what’s going on in our great country, but I’m not going to give the other side the power to control my outlook. Fuck them. Besides, being pessimistic all the time sucks, and I don’t want that to carryover into my personal relationships. Angry, negative and pessimistic people aren’t going to win a lot of followers. We need to convert a lot more normies, and being a happy warrior is the way to do it in my humble opinion.

2
War_Hamster 2 points ago +2 / -0

You ought to hear about the UFO's I swear I saw on Tuesday night driving through Camp Pendleton. I'm not even kidding. I can't identify them, they were flying, and they were objects.

I could use a break, but that's not going to happen anytime soon. I've been looking for proof that the stories about Durham's grand jury were true, and now we have it.

2
Worldtraveler0405 2 points ago +2 / -0

What do you mean, did I miss something?

1
War_Hamster 1 point ago +1 / -0

A lot of people have been speculating that Durham never even existed. As evidence, they cite the fact that there's only 1 or 2 pictures of the man to be found anywhere on the internet.

2

Marc Elias is shitting his pants. The only reason that he indicted him is because of statute of limitation however Durham would not have waited this long for this. This is now part of a conspiracy which pushes statute of limitation. Good move.

17
Imransgarage 17 points ago +18 / -1

Right, why would they shit their pants? Time limits are going by every day on their criminal behavior.

WTF five years to get to this point?

11
libertyhominid 11 points ago +11 / -0

This is clearly the reason why Elias also just recently left to form his own firm.

4
Trumper007 4 points ago +4 / -0

Yep and I believe that if its a conspiracy the first charge limits the statute of limitations as other can now be charged in the conspiracy if/when they update charges. Thats my hope otherwise we are to believe he acted alone? Nope. Plus I don't think Durham would leave this as his last indictment after 2 years IMO

2
Judicator 2 points ago +6 / -4

Yeah if Durham were fake/DS/whatever surely he'd just have done nothing at all instead of this? Not like anyone expected him to do anything anymore; this has been a total surprise. So why do this action that won't exactly satisfy conservatives and doesn't bring you anything when you could just not do it, unless you aren't controlled opposition and are really finally going loud with your investigation?

Remember that if he just pumped out indictments for the Clintons out of the blue it'd be a clusterfuck. Nobody conservative would believe he actually did it, and nobody left wing would believe it was anything but a partisan attack.

If he's truly ready to go loud, it DOES make sense to drip feed it at first to leave a pretty clearly documented trail for people to follow corruption wise.

26
DCdeplorable 26 points ago +26 / -0

Perkins Coie IS the democrats. Every single thing they do is corrupt, and frankly I'm surprised Durham would even mention them employing one person who may have done one slightly naughty thing. Probably an angle to it still, but indicting a perkins coie employee is at least a little interesting

93
lolpaladins 93 points ago +96 / -3

This is how fake news is manufactured.

We are seeing the sausage get made.

The fbi investigated trump, because they were told there was evidence by the Clinton campaign, the lying msm is told about the investigations, so they report the fbi has “known about it for weeks”. The fbi then uses the manufactured news reporting to justify more investigations.

It’s literally the plot of house of cards.

Yup. That's legit what Coney did. Leaked false intel to the media, media reported it, Comey used media reports to substantiate false claims to be used to warrant further investigation.

Dirty scumbags.

6
AllTheWayTrump 6 points ago +6 / -0

It should be illegal for law enforcement to start investigations based off of “news” reporting, especially stories using anonymous sources. Just like mail in voting, it will inevitably be misused, abused, and used as a weapon against political and personal enemies of those that control what is reported as news.

We should be roasting this motherfucker and instead we're getting shilled the fuck up. Remember that and then go read all the doomers in this thread. Remember their accounts, too.

5
talltellmanson 5 points ago +5 / -0

Thats the beauty of living in a delusional state of mind though.

But if you fight monsters, you become a monster. We need to turn into the monster to counterbalance and overcome the left.

Which is going to require a lot more effort than were putting in

4
Dictator_Bob 4 points ago +6 / -2

Yeah, staring into the abyss and all that. Except we have the truth on our side and very simply need enforcement of laws already written. It is lack of will, not monster-slaying, that is our enemy.

Best way to convert new normies? Seems like making public airwaves (and all that) public again. Reach them via the power of the hypnobots in their livingrooms. But do it even better than the DS does it. Maybe starting with enforcing antitrust law. But whatever it takes. In less than a year, everything would change. Maybe in a day.

My guess is Michael Sussmann is being punished for something we'll never know about. The Durham "investigation" is how they threaten each other to keep the goons in line.

A start.. I guess

Not a great one, but we are moving

One liar laying it on to a complete agency of liars and he gets tagged! What a hoot!

I honestly have a feeling that the small indictments will lead up to bigger ones.

I think small go down first, after snitching on bigger fish, while getting a minimal sentence themselves.

Part of what makes me still believe Durham is legit is the fact there have been legit zero or little to no media leaks.

Mueller was a media spectacle. Nobody even knows where to find Durham, which if he's legit, would be a good thing.

Who really knows honestly, but we do know Russian collusion was a sham that went up to the highest of the elites. Let's hope Durham is going to the top of the corruption.

I know it can be considered delusional, but Durham actually does have a track record of busting corrupted feds.

I'm not gonna hold my breath for anything at all, but either way, I'm glad the investigation wasn't just ended yet with nothing to show.

I actually disagree with this.

I think any honest case wouldn't put a time frame on anything, and pursue every single detail.

With that said, I doubt it'll amount to much, but I always hold faith in general in the future.

all this time and that's the best he could do?

Sussman

MasterOfIllusions 2 points ago +2 / -0

AMOGUS

6
BobSux 6 points ago +6 / -0

He was acting on behalf of "a US technology industry executive."

5
Warbeard 5 points ago +5 / -0

Who is "tech executive 1"?

6
CMDRConanAAnderson 6 points ago +6 / -0

I'll turn 150 before they get to the bottom of Crossfire Hurricane.

5
TNVol 5 points ago +5 / -0

Slap on the wrist or pardon coming...

5
BoughtByBloomberg2 5 points ago +5 / -0

Oh boy his FINE will be so colossal he'll have to maybe work FOUR whole hours to cover it.

5
MerlynTrump 5 points ago +5 / -0

I wonder who Tech Executive 1 and Internet Company 1 are.

1
Lumberjackchuck 1 point ago +1 / -0

University 1 I would guess is John’s Hopkins. They were receiving internet data from internet company 1 as part of a cyber security contract/project with Agency 1. And tech executive 1 was making them fabricate the data, as a side project, to implicate trump.

From the looks of it. Tech executive 1 is a co-conspirator in this and probably broke multiple laws as well as the university. They used their contract with Agency 1 (NSA or CISA?) to gain access to non-public data for opposition research (making up stories). I can assume he will probably be indicted as well.

1
MerlynTrump 1 point ago +1 / -0

I wonder why the keep the names of the university and the internet company and all that secret.

I'm only on page 7 so far.

4
Kekintosh2020 4 points ago +4 / -0

I'd be very impressed if they indicted ALL of Perkins Coie for The Big Steal

4
Siteless_Vagrant 4 points ago +4 / -0

Clinesmith 2,

4
NamendaBiden 4 points ago +4 / -0

I look forward to his Kevin Clinesmithesque slap on the wrist. Perhaps a small fine, probation and a lifetime suspension from the DC Bar that really only lasts about 9 months.

4
killacommieforyourmo 4 points ago +4 / -0

That's a helluva lotta time Durham spent on 1 indictment. Hope we weren't paying by the hour.

4
MarsupialHomeRule 4 points ago +4 / -0

Phew, and here's me thinking that Perkins Coie management were indulging in criminal behaviors, or even Marc Elias, or (god forbid) a FISA judge or two...

Remember when they executed Anderson accountants, and Bear Stearns - they probably forget to pay their Democrat masters...

So what a relief, now just waiting for Durham to bring me my hot cocoa, tuck me in, and say "Go back to sleep, its all alright"

4
ghost_of_aswartz 4 points ago +4 / -0

This is so far a nothingindictment

I hope it does turn into something but jesus triple h christ, he's had 4 yrs to produce ONLY THIS

it's fucking sad

Judicial Watch should have been deputized as an independent legal agency and put in charge of indicting spygate

4
Just_An_Idahoan 4 points ago +4 / -0

Now do Obama! 😠

6
alienjesus 6 points ago +6 / -0

They will never prosecute Black Jesus!

4
BoatingAccident 4 points ago +4 / -0

Everyone is complaining, but this single indictment ties into the entire Russia charade. It could be a precursor of better things...

Ooooorrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr NOTHING. I'm leaning to nothing.

3
MAGADUDE 3 points ago +3 / -0

We just have to wait and see. I'm going to go stand in the corner and hold my breath now.

4
SilentGuardian 4 points ago +4 / -0

So this is what took 4 years? What a fucking waste of taxpayer dollars. Justice is dead in this country.

4
business_narwhall 4 points ago +4 / -0

I wonder how much probation he'll get?

4
brundlefly777 4 points ago +4 / -0

The question is what are they attempting to distract us from?

  • Milley's treason (I've heard many already attempt to frame this as near-treason! Cute!)
  • Nicki Minaj's Twitter rampage
  • More vaccine side-effects
  • Afghanistan in general
  • China's seeming to prepare to attack, other preparations from other countries like Japan and India

Or, something else?

4
Siteless_Vagrant 4 points ago +4 / -0

Something something election stealing?

3
brundlefly777 3 points ago +3 / -0

Well, they must have fucking distracted me because I didn't even mention it, and it just happened two days ago.

Not to mention 2020.

That's probably it, isn't it. Son of a bitch.

2
Siteless_Vagrant 2 points ago +2 / -0

I hate to say it, but either they're getting better at distraction, or we coming to accept election fraud as normal and acceptable. Maybe a little of both.

2
MerlynTrump 2 points ago +2 / -0

Yeah but if China is going to attack us, won't their general warn us first?

1
brundlefly777 1 point ago +1 / -0

It's only fair!

4
npc_NULL 4 points ago +4 / -0

the statute about "lying to the fagBI" is tyranny

if its not in an officially filed "statement" or your not sworn in under penalty of perjury...you should not face charges

process crimes are fucking bullshit

but fuck that guy

4
MastaJoda 4 points ago +4 / -0

2 weeks probation and a $500 fine. Case closed!

3
bigbossman2 3 points ago +3 / -0

You mean for the person who reported the crime.

Mikey gets a bonus, and will write a best selling Amazon book later this year.

4
Shalomtoyou 4 points ago +4 / -0

Is that the judge who was fucking over Flynn?

4
LeftiesAreTheRacists 4 points ago +5 / -1

Sus man

4
Bigly2021 4 points ago +4 / -0

I mean... I guess it's something. Durham still seems like a useless corrupt sack to me, but he's welcome to prove us wrong by catching the big fish.

1
yurimodin 1 point ago +2 / -1

maybe....just maybe. The "rank & file" that Shamnity was always going on about is super disgusted with how bad this regime has fucked up America in 8 months and has buyers remorse.

1
Bigly2021 1 point ago +1 / -0

Wouldn't that just be rich. You can almost picture them saying "You know, everyone didn't think America was such a fucking joke when Trump was in charge."

1
thetenman 1 point ago +1 / -0

Nice fantasy, I wish it were true. Evil doesn't work that way.

3
Scumbag-reddit 3 points ago +3 / -0

Slap on the wrist, then gets a raise.

Bank it.

3
Justaguy147 3 points ago +3 / -0

It was entertaining to watch Mueller look dazed and confused in front of congress when asked about Crowdstrike. There are a lot of assholes in the world but to be a professional asshole, that takes a lifetime of practice.

3
Grief 3 points ago +3 / -0

How incompetent do you have to be to bring this as a charge when Treason occurred. Outrageous!

2
thetenman 2 points ago +2 / -0

Almost like he is working for the other team and just wanted to placate us.

3
spinometer 3 points ago +4 / -1

is durham saying that that's it and he's wrapping up, or is that just our doomers in the comments?

4
VarusSPQR 4 points ago +4 / -0

Nobody knows but if this is the best he can do....it’s over

3
thetenman 3 points ago +3 / -0

Generally in an investigation you arrest everyone at once so as to not tip off any other subjects. Not all the time but normally.

3
censorthisss 3 points ago +3 / -0

Barely better than doing nothing. If this is all that comes from the Durham investigation just fucking lol

3
behemoth887 3 points ago +3 / -0

this long to nail a guy nobody heard of for something the libs do multiple times every day

3
ThaDtothaOtothaN 3 points ago +3 / -0
