Trump wasn't even there, it was never about Trump... How can this be evidence of his "waning influence"? These "people" are absolute filth.

They are obsessed with Trump and miss him like a jilted ex.

Notice how almost every one of trumps endorsements for office wins, but when one doesn't there's 3 days of articles showing how it's proof he's lost his status? The media has always done this with him, since 2015. Let's not forget

1
Bluestorm83 1 point ago +2 / -1

Something like 19 out of every 20 new businesses fails. Donald Trump has something like a 1 in 3 success rate for new ventures, and the media points to this and goes "Look at that! He fails more than he succeeds!!! Ha ha! Loser!"

And didn't they just have a headline that said something like "Almost 50 percent of the country believes that Joe Biden can save America!" as if that's anything other than a reversal of the fact that MORE THAN HALF OF THE COUNTRY BELIEVE THAT JOE BIDEN IS DOOMING AMERICA.

Aquamine-Amarine 11 points ago +11 / -0

They'll continue to ignore real rallies, where hundreds of people gather to hear Trump listen. The media are scum.

Trump influence waning

If you wanted an honest quote that contained truth, Ted Lieu does not fit the bill.

absolute filth.

Now THIS is Ted Lieu through and through.

Ted's a multitasker. Right handed cock gobble while texting with the left.

21
Whitespace 21 points ago +22 / -1

WAY more people would have shown up if Trump hadn't warned people.

I'd love for Trump to speak out more about the political prisoners IMHO, but the small crowd size was because people listen to him. Whether he's right or wrong, like a Commander in Chief, you follow instructions.

Ex-military pedes: Am I correct?

10
maga_mama_757 [S] 10 points ago +12 / -2

Trump didn't warn people not to go, that wasn't the kind of setup he was referring to. The tweet person in the OP (tweeter?) quoted him.

7
MAGA1775 7 points ago +8 / -1

Yep so many people have been arguing with me on here saying "TRUMP SAID NOT TO GO! HE SAID IT WAS A TRAP"

They completely took what he said out of context. People make fun of the left for being low information yet it seems many here get all their info from headlines too.

5
MeinDonald 5 points ago +5 / -0

Yup. Many people on this site can't read past the 3rd grade level.

I tried explaining Trump's quote but just got down voted. Looks like you did too lol

3
MAGA1775 3 points ago +3 / -0

I tried explaining Trump's quote but just got down voted. Looks like you did too lol

Too complex of a concept for some of the mouth breather smoothbrains here to comprehend unfortunately :(

2
maga_mama_757 [S] 2 points ago +2 / -0

Thank you. I think the stickied post with a misleading headline contributed to the confusion. I mean, it shouldn't have - the article it linked to had his actual words, as does this post - but I think a lot of people didn't read past the headline. And it was stickied all day. It's really unfortunate.

Whitespace 2 points ago +3 / -1

He warned people to go with the right intentension and discretion, you're right. Prudence but taking risks are not only compatible, but necessary adjacents.

They never ran a story about Kerry's "waning influence"

They never ran a story about Bush's "waning influence."

They never ran a story about McCain's "waning influence."

They never ran a story about Romney's "waning influence."

They never ran a story about Hillary's "waning influence."

If you actually do have waning influence, they aren't going to print headlines about you.

Inherently the truth.

truthbandit 10 points ago +11 / -1

The Sarasota trump rally was the most impressive collective event I’ve ever been to. 50,000 stood through an entire thunderstorm unlike anything I’ve seen and didn’t shutter. These people are terrified of his influence

9
Christ_Alone 9 points ago +10 / -1

Media were our largest event goers demographic. They got baited. We won today.

9
maga_mama_757 [S] 9 points ago +9 / -0

I disagree. I think it is sad more people didn't go.

7
MAGA1775 7 points ago +7 / -0

It is sad.....no one is talking about the 400+ political prisoners in solitary who are being tortured and denied basic human rights......all over a minor trespassing non-crime. Even after the event the only stickied posts are memes about "glowies."

Just amazes me how so many people think "we are winning" by not protesting and gathering at all.....the enemy doesn't want us to protest....they want a neutered and silenced MAGA movement.

3
Heavy_Metal_Patriot 3 points ago +3 / -0

they want a neutered and silenced MAGA movement.

Looks like they got their wish! Censored across Big Tech, afraid to support the J6 political prisoners, waiting 2 weeks for the next "wait 2 weeks" notice, etc.

6
Christ_Alone 6 points ago +6 / -0

It worked out , hopefully this will prove to others we can pull this off without incident I guess

4
MAGA1775 4 points ago +4 / -0

I hope so....because if we are too scared to even have anymore protests or gatherings again then we are going to lose. Protests generate momentum and morale and are crucial for successful mass movements.

1
TDS_Consultant 1 point ago +1 / -0

The battlefield has changed. You don't just keep on insisting we try the same ol shit that has fucked us over on principal. This is a propaganda war and you need to learn how it is played. Being stubborn is not how you win. Protests are practically worthless when both outcomes are a loss. The media will not cover any succsess and the bigger it is the easier it is to infiltrate.

I honestly don't see what you think we are going to achieve. You're stuck in nastalgia thinking of days when our government wasn't so corrupt you could have mass protests and media covered it semi-honestly. Unfortunately that is not today.

Strategy must be modified accordingly. This is not about not letting the corrupt feds scare us out of protesting. This is about aknowledging that traditional protests are NOT going to advance our cause and moving on to better strategies.

Then they'll ignore September 25th in Perry, Georgia.

1
Magasaurus_Rex_1 1 point ago +1 / -0

This. This fake news has a shelf life of exactly 7 days, at which point, it is proven demonstrably false, and promptly memory-holed.

6
Weallseethetruth 6 points ago +7 / -1

Yup and plenty of people did show up, acted civil and didn't get arrested!! Imagine the headlines if a million people showed up, were peaceful, didn't take the bait and drew that type of attention!! Trump doesn't want attention drawn to the people from the 6th why is that? ... Why is it his personal pick Wray that has these people in solitary confinement for 9 months now!?? ... If it's not about Trump, Trump's not interested!!

4
MAGA1775 4 points ago +5 / -1

Bingo

1
Weallseethetruth 1 point ago +2 / -1

At least some people are seeing it!!

5

Tell that to the rally crowds.

5

then he holds a rally and 100,000 people show up "wtf bonald blumpf super spreader event!!!!!"

4

Lol. Newsweek sold for a dollar back in 2010. It's worth even less now.

Everyone needs to represent in their towns tomorrow/Monday—flags, shirts, stickers, confronting commies/Karen’s, etc. Keep bringing the heat, boys and girls!

3
Hussar 3 points ago +3 / -0

Ted doesn't believe that, not for a second. If the left truly believed that Trump's influence was waning, they would not be constantly talking about how evil he is and they wouldn't be concern-trolling about how he's corrupted the GOP.

Give him a day, and he'll be right back on the "Drumpf and his influence must be stopped!" bandwagon.

3
Armatron 3 points ago +3 / -0

It's getting to be predictable. Crowder said the media will frame Milley not as a traitor but as a protector of Americans. The USA Today just came out with that exact angle today, with an article titled "Preventing war: Why Gen. Mark Milley's secret calls to China deserve a medal".

3
Eleutherian 3 points ago +3 / -0

i wonder if they'll report on the 10's of thousands that will show up to his rally in Georgia?

3
GrayManNumber333 3 points ago +3 / -0

They just stick with the narrative even when it gets flipped. So when trump says “don’t go” and no one goes, that’s waning influence?

2

What about that one guy? He got outed, and embarrassed.

3

Rally 9/25 will have actual people, not Biden glowfags.

3
GeoG85 3 points ago +3 / -0

The Swamp is talking about Waning Influence,

after their constant fiascos.

What's this week's tragedy they fucked up?

10,000's illegal immigrants chilling under a Texas bridge?

Or is it the drone strike of children?

Yea, it's Trump's Influence that's waning. As the enemy hits every fuckin' branch on the way down without Trump's pressence. It's actually almost miraculous how they're even hitting branches that are easily avoidable.

Anyway...

Hades440 2 points ago +2 / -0

Good. Ever since Trump showed up, they blame everything on him and his influence. If they want to start the narrative that his influence is dying off, they'll have to find a new scapegoat for their complete lack of control.

2
BurgerChef90 2 points ago +2 / -0

They even blame stupid shit people who hate him do, on him.

I mean, why would someone who think he's an absolute idiot, and who hates him, take any advice from him?

if they think he's an idiot, but take his advice, doesn't that make them much bigger idiots?

Basically, telling us that a bunch of anti-Trumpers did something cause Trump said to, is the biggest load of bullshit ever, cause you don't take advice from people you think are idiots, or from people you hate. People who hate Trump and think he's an idiot, aren't going to listen to his advice.

2
MillionDollarDon2020 2 points ago +2 / -0

They think they know how much support Trump has but they have no idea.

That's until the actual 80,000,000 man march when all this fraud is exposed.

2

Oh my gosh, it amazes me how many comments say "Trump told us not to go."

No he didn't.

His actual words in regards to it being a setup are right in the original post. He was not referring to the kind of fbi setup most of us think of.

A post with a misleading headline was unfortunately stickied here, and I don't think enough people read past the headline to read what he actually said.

2
AngryMuffin 2 points ago +2 / -0

Ted Lieu looking for a cockpunch as usual? Man he's so desperately into BSDM, it would be funny if not so tragic.

San Francisco - you suck balls.

At this point, I can’t tell if this shit is funny, sad, stupid or all of the above.

These people are so predictable. It’s not even like you have to be smart to see right through this shit. But apparently everyone lost about 50IQ points over the last few years.

1

1

1
SeaKyle 1 point ago +1 / -0

Most of Trumps supporters are normies. They don't have an interest in face fagging or fucking around in meat space. The only people who want to LARP in the streets are trouble makers. In the alt-right, when it was still a thing, it was what we called the wignats. Wignat means Wigger Nationalist. I will let you think about it and figure it out. Basically these people that went around talking about fighting Antifa in the streets and had a thing for protesting in the streets and wanted to do "real life stuff" all the time. Meaning they wanted to go out in the streets and parade around like a bunch of 80's or 90's era skin head Neo Nazis. Which is the opposite of what the alt-right originally was. The alt-right was all about internet action cause that's where most of the eyes are now. Normie conservatives don't like protesting and never have. They say "go vote". You vote, you don't go out in the street and make a spectacle of yourself. The lefties protest, conservatives don't.

So anyone who wants to go out into meat space is mostly looking to cause trouble. Meat space is what we used to call the real world in the alt-right. We also used the term face fagging which means going out in the streets with other people and getting looked at in real life or meat space.
