I know this is a case for Australia, but I'm pretty sure it will be the same - "no standing"

47
AnastasiusFocht 47 points ago +47 / -0

Court clerks will just dismiss the cases for "reasons" - things like the applications/forms/fees not done properly.

This method will not really work as it's written here because it assumes the courts are not complicit in the tyranny.

The real way to win via this is to do mass numbers cases - large enough groups that the courts can't as easily brush under the rug - especially if the cases are lodged at the same time as press releases that are spammed out to mass media and social media.
The barristers representing the cases would do well to go on a variety of podcasts to push the agenda too.

Okay, so you find the bottleneck to your process, and then work to break them. Do it until those who might have stopped people are afraid to stand out and be struck by the hammer. Make those doing this pay, it will be over after this process begins. But can't wait forever, and can't start too soon.

1
TopperBlack 1 point ago +1 / -0

You underestimate the Australian government's capacity to spend more money on mistakes to cover up politically unviable mistakes.....

Find a bottleneck, they'll hire 100 public servants and/or contractors to fix the bottleneck and create a new service to help people in the future for all these problems.

Or

Make human rights illegal like they did protesting.

BillGateCanSuckIt 4 points ago +4 / -0

We need this process fleshed out. I can't wait to try this

1
captainmawm 1 point ago +1 / -0

Start with Qantas.

4
President_Elect_Pepe 4 points ago +6 / -2

You’re totally right. I guess we shouldn’t try!

I’ll go crawl back into my hole where I’m constantly afraid of judges who refuse to hear my case attempts because that’s the actual worst thing in the world.

-1
Magastreammedia -1 points ago +1 / -2

Ok

1
Txponi 1 point ago +1 / -0

If you are the person who is being harmed, purposely kept from use of service due to medical condition and that should negate your "no standing".

Controlgroup 34 points ago +34 / -0

It’s cute how people think they are following laws

29
Phaedrus_Wolfe 29 points ago +29 / -0

Nice! What would be the USA equivalent of this procedure?

58
Ballind 58 points ago +58 / -0
  1. We didn't give them our guns
9
Phaedrus_Wolfe 9 points ago +9 / -0

Thats next, LOL. Mu Covid makes it necessary. Anyone who resists is racist.

90% of Americans will most likely end up giving up their guns though these last couple years have taught me a lot about this country

Similar, these are partially international laws with local implementations in every country. Traditionally the US tends to not sign these globalists documents but prefer to make it's own rules instead.

This is why you sometimes hear retarded libtards complaining that the US doesn't care about children's rights, back in the Trump days. As if North Korea or China would be better, who signs every single one of those documents, then ignore to follow them.

Also, after they Cheated in Biden, he signed a whole bunch of globalist documents on his first day making it law in the US immediately so there should be plenty of legal options available. If not, then it would be completely legal to discriminate against handicapped. Which it might be because of this globalist communist takeover.

Worth a try at least, otherwise 1776 as Ballind suggested.

7
Phaedrus_Wolfe 7 points ago +7 / -0

Thanks, Any reliance on courts to ensure justice is no longer a sane concept. But I agree its worth a try -- and a few cases actually may receive some justice. But barring justice, I'd just settle for equal protection under the law.

Colorado has a "civil rights" commission. It's what they use to keep going after Masterpiece Cake Shop.

I really doubt that commission would ever say boo about any of this, though.

6
HiddenDekuScrub 6 points ago +6 / -0

Basically, the guy's just giving a longer version of "make them fire you".

Nah that won’t work. Here’s what you do. Brush up on your voice acting skills and your various pronunciations of the words FUCK YOU!

12
Torrvarpen 12 points ago +12 / -0

If you happen to find yourself in a place with no guns, or don't want to use them just yet. Use the blocking method instead. Go to the establishment, pretend to be compliant, pretend to scan a random slip of paper which wont work obviously.

Soon there will be other customers showing up and place themselves in line, waiting to get in. Complain loudly that the machine doesn't work. Once the line of angry people are long enough the staff will show up and assume that the machine is broken because every sheep behind wave their vaxx pass.

Sneak in with the crowd once thy open the gates to avoid confrontation.

7
BillGateCanSuckIt 7 points ago +7 / -0

Or use a hammer. Replacing Nazi paper scanners will get expensive

3
spezisapedo2 3 points ago +3 / -0

magnets.

1
RichPatriot33 1 point ago +1 / -0

How can we use magnets? I am also legitimately curious. Would LOVE to cause financial inconvenience to any business enforcing this garbage.

1
spezisapedo2 1 point ago +1 / -0

Strong magnet can destroy a hard disk but might have little to no effect on a scanner. I honestly dont know.

1
dixond 1 point ago +1 / -0

Fucking magnets, how do they work??!?

1
spezisapedo2 1 point ago +1 / -0

Im pretty sure Richard Feynman has a video about that.

8

I heard the Aussies can’t even leave the country now. True? They need to go full-scale uprising down under.

9
ejectmailman 9 points ago +9 / -0

We can leave, but where are we going to go? No one is going on holidays because they have to pay crazy ticket prices and potentially wait months to get back into the country and then quarantine for another 14 days in a hotel or quarantine camp.

3
wethepepe 3 points ago +3 / -0

Basically it’s jump through a bazillion red tape hoops to be allowed to leave

Unless you’re a politician who wants to go to the Olympics.

7
Keiichi81 7 points ago +7 / -0

Raise your hand if you think the Australian HRC will just laugh and say rights no longer apply because COVID.

2
mugatucrazypills 2 points ago +2 / -0

It would work if you filed every.other category of complaint. the Humman rights tribunal is a kamgaroo process where the accused practically has to prove innocence

If every customer files they're fucked.

6
IBentMyWookie 6 points ago +6 / -0

If they think the courts are on our side at this point I dunno what to say…

5
shadows_of_the_mind 5 points ago +6 / -1

LOL you think your Aussie court system is suddenly going to say "oh jeez, this is pretty illegal m8 surry aboot that" and go back to being a normal and functioning society

Ha. Haha. Hahahahahahahahahahahaha

See, its funny because you think the ruling class in Australia cares about your rights

3
Honderdendagen 3 points ago +3 / -0

The issue is that the human rights judges are communists.

3
LibertyPrimeWasRight 3 points ago +3 / -0

I totally trust that human rights commission.

3
BelichickBradyTrump 3 points ago +3 / -0

Sure, this would work if you assume that they will actually follow the laws and that the judges aren't corrupted as well.

3
Milstar 3 points ago +3 / -0

In America you are protected from the American’s with disability act. You cannot be denied service for medical conditions, real or perceived.

2
AmericanJawa 2 points ago +2 / -0

You're assuming the 'Human Rights Commission' isn't compromised.

2
magaroll 2 points ago +2 / -0

Or just get the max amount of people that will fit I bussiness to bust in, sit down and refuse to leave. Do this for an entire town. Sure the police and or military can come to remove you. But at that point it will force the conflict. And with no arms the Aussies will lose but so will the economy because now the entire consumer base for said town is gone.

Become ungovernable, and untaxable.

2
Datamancer 2 points ago +2 / -0

Numbers can overcome weapons.

2
Crappydatum 2 points ago +2 / -0

So you'll stand in front, taking the bullets? Everyone's courageous behind a keyboard

3
loverat 3 points ago +3 / -0

Rofl mate - they are already shooting us with rubber bullets and gassing us here in Melbourne and MORE of us turn up every week. When you have nothing to lose you stop giving a fuck. We are fighting back BECAUSE we don't have the luxury of thinking having everyone having guns is going to save us. Having guns does not mean those who own them will be brave enough to actually USE them. And it certainly hasn't yet stopped your country from being subverted from within.

1
Crappydatum 1 point ago +1 / -0

yeah, it's a freaking mess here mate. I keep watching old Mad Max movies, set right in this time frame and wondering how the hell they knew

1
Txponi 1 point ago +1 / -0

Just tortured and killed a poor old injured woman in Melbourne. I'd light up the cop shop in revenge.

1
Datamancer 1 point ago +1 / -0

Good thing the men at Lexington and Concord were willing to sacrifice. Certainly would not expect you to lift a finger, if it comes down to that. Just stay out of the way. There are worse things than death.

1
Crappydatum 1 point ago +1 / -0

Right, you're another keyboard warrior. I'll let me worry about me and you worry about you. I've got ancestors who fought IN the revolutionary war. To you it's just history you barely know

I'd like to see Jack Phillips (Christian WARRIOR baker in Colorado) categorically refuse service to those who either won't produce a Nazi vaccine passport and/or have a useless face diaper on - just to completely watch the Gay Mafia/Liberal heads EXPLODE.

1

Dan Andrews will 'cut them off from the economy'.

I'm all for this and Australian fighting back... but I fear they are already too far gone.

2
loverat 2 points ago +2 / -0

More of the "muh it's too far gone why bother fighting back". You have no idea what we are doing/planning here lol.

Yesterday construction union members turned on the biggest and strongest union in the land and smashed their office to pieces here in Melbourne because they didn't stand up for their members, they stood with Dictator Dan. That was spur of the moment. In retaliation, Dan just shut down all construction for two weeks and took the food out of the mouths of their families. Dan just made the biggest mistake of his Socialist career. Us Australians LOVE our tradies - they build our world - they are the real men of this country.

1
RememberIssacKappy 1 point ago +1 / -0

I saw the union thing, that's good stuff. Hopefully the trade workers lead the charge from here.

You guys really need to get rid of that Andrews clown though.

Vaccines are just a cover story for the real plan. It's ALWAYS about the banks.

This assumes the Human Right's Commission would actually do the right thing.

1
Schwungle 1 point ago +1 / -0

Oh yes the judges will save us!

1

What do you think politicians making those rules will care? This won't affect them financially.

1

I think this Vax Passport works better, and is much faster. https://media.patriots.win/post/J02SVYC7.jpeg

1
GenghisPrahn 1 point ago +1 / -0

In Canada they are just changing the Laws, Literally, so this cannot be done.

They are refusing to uphold our Charter Rights, UN Human Rights, or Nuremberg Code.

Id like to see the leaders of my country exterminated with extreme prejudice.

1
BasedPresby 1 point ago +1 / -0

This guy's client is stupid.

1
Homemade-Soap 1 point ago +1 / -0

Pretty sure that juggernaut guy is how to defeat the vax passport. Just steamroll the cops.

1
CharcoalWhite 1 point ago +1 / -0

They'll create and exemption for this so quick. All complaints COVID related will get tossed in the garbage immediately

1
ironhorse 1 point ago +1 / -0

Nice but you forgot one detail.

The judge is a democrat. socialist

1
acasper 1 point ago +1 / -0

Lol, the law. Nice try.

1
Zabannith 1 point ago +1 / -0

Here in Canada the human rights commission automatically hangs up on you if you want to make a complaint ever since they announced the Vax pass

1
Crappydatum 1 point ago +1 / -0

Sadly this good idea only works if the Human Rights Commission does its job. I'm not betting on that dark horse
