I only asked bc I thought you might not have trouble referencing something covering this in some form. Generalized research is fine, but having a target is even better. In this case, that target is how the upper respiratory tract fights off infection.

Same question: If I wanted to learn more about how the upper respiratory tract staves off infection, what would be a good resource?

Don't have any specific resources besides my immunology textbooks. You could try looking up 'mucosal immune system' and see if that gets you any easy to digest resources.

Apologies that I can't readily find you something, limited ability on a phone at work.
