Don't think they haven't known this ahead of this fake pandemic

It’s how they want to create a military that will kill it’s own citizenry without second thought.

In this case, however, they'll be masked and will be killing the maskless. Missing masks are a great way to designate targets.

“In 1-5 years…”

They’re forcing masks on kids 1-5 years old, during some of the most pivotal years for their social development. They better be prepared for what comes of that…

basedvirginian 40 points ago +40 / -0

A part of me hopes it backfires and these children become extremely resentful of the people in power.

Won't be any more violent than Islam where women are masked.

Oh wait. The religion where women are treated as property, as tools, as pleasure slaves, as baby holes. They're trying to do that to all of us...

pizza_lawyer 25 points ago +25 / -0

It already is. I'm being told local highschool students in my area (FL) are refusing to wear masks despite the communists on the school board mandating them again. Like ALL of the students are disobeying, not just a few sons and daughters of MAGA patriots. The administrators don't know what to do and the teachers are beyond caring.

Basedsliceofwinning 17 points ago +17 / -0

Go to school in a blue area. My son wears his as he says anybody that tries to take them off gets bullied by their peers and/or teachers.

The teachers and 50% of the students are walking around thinking they're gonna die if the mask even slips. It's so sad.

pizza_lawyer 10 points ago +10 / -0

He should reverse it on them and go the other direction. And say things like "I heard Fauci says you can spread COVID through flatulence so we should all wear a mask on our rears too!"

Unfortunately, growing up being told that wearing a face diaper with more germs than a whorehouse shitter means that you “care about your fellow hUmAn BeInGs” will likely have the intended effect of conditioning these children to only know a world with restricted individual freedoms. Long and run-on sentence, but you get what I’m saying.

magaroll 11 points ago +12 / -1

The 3.5% rule is based on the perceived number of Patriots in the US revolution, but 25-30 % seems to be the historical average.

That being said in modern times it takes less 3.5% to be able to take down a modern country IMO. Given the fragile nature of supply chains and big city non self sufficiency

I saw somebody in the grocery store during Defcon Mask Level 2 months ago and I asked myself if that was really the person I thought it was, as I hadn't seen them in a long time. After straining to see if there was any other feature I recognized, I was just like "fuck it ... I don't really care about it all that much."

toqer 6 points ago +6 / -0

I hope we can fix this mess when the boomers die off. I think we have a good foundation, we grew up in a time it was still safe to ride your BMX to the local 7-11 to play some video games, grab a slurpee and finish it off with a pouch of big league chew. I think us GenX kids had an amazing upbringing during the Reagan years where we saw our boomer parents earning good livings, Communism was evil, and school was for reading/writing/arithmetic.

I think this quote from Ferris Buellers Day off sums our generation up pretty well.

“I do have a test today, that wasn’t bullshit. It’s on European socialism. I mean, really, what’s the point? I’m not European. I don’t plan on being European. So who gives a crap if they’re socialists? They could be fascist anarchists, it still doesn’t change the fact that I don’t own a car.”

CMDRConanAAnderson 12 points ago +13 / -1

There's a notion that in the days following the passing of the Black Plague people became inherently more violent. This was likely due to how accustomed people became to seeing people die in front of and around them. I believe we'll see something similar occur out of this. The government and governments of the world know this and are preparing ahead of time with authoritarian drives to amass power before it gets out of hand. I believe many governments will be toppled in the next decade. Many.

TommyJarvis 5 points ago +5 / -0

On a much smaller scale, after the violence in the late 60s and early 70s, including political violence and the highly sensationalized and horrific Manson murders, people grew an appetite for more violence in media. The rise of the violent action and horror genres came with that.

TommyJarvis 11 points ago +11 / -0

This is why the left is pushing the narrative of "The Unvaccinated". It's a way to de-humanize their political opposition.

When you no longer think of your opposition as "fully human" you can do all sorts of awful things to them.

Basedsliceofwinning -3 points ago +1 / -4

Live in a blue area. My gym owner (not a chain) seems based though. He had a sign saying you had to wear a mask at all times other than when in use of a machine.

But nobody said anything when I did my workout with none on.

That's what blew my mind. During mask mandates, I saw right through the bullshit after like a week. I'd not wear masks anywhere I went, and only one time at a gas station did the attendant ask me too.

I kept it in my pocket, and that time at the gas station I pulled it out and put it on (downvote if you want, I didn't want to make a dude working a shitty job's life more difficult). I even went to get the vaccine after my work required it to come back into the office (again, I know, I know). I found it hilarious as everyone in the Walgreens was masked. I went in, waited, got the jab, waited the 15 min after, then left. Never wore a mask.

NateBedfordForrest 9 points ago +9 / -0

Masks cause bacterial pneumonia. Spanish flu epidemic Masks dehumanize.

Look up the measurementation of said "clovid virus" to gaps in webbing of masks. Down to the microns.

It is likened to throwing marbles through a hurricane fence.

worldofsmut 4 points ago +4 / -0

I don't think that last paragraph appeared in a book written years before the pandemic. 🙄

It doesn't advance an argument when people make sloppy errors like this.

Grossman has however made a similar point in a recent article on LinkedIn:

Israeli research tells us that if you are kidnapped, and you are blindfolded or you have a hood over your head, you are far more likely to be murdered by your captors. You would think, since I cannot identify my captors, then I am less of a threat to them. But your potential long-term threat to your captors is not what is keeping you alive. It is looking into the face of another human being — thus creating a powerful biological sense of empathy — which is the most important factor keeping that captive alive.

The face is the window to the soul, and covering the face with a mask destroys empathy and empowers interpersonal aggression.

That is why individuals being executed by hanging or firing squad, are traditionally blindfolded or hooded. Mass murders committed by criminals, terrorists, or totalitarian states, very often involve shooting victims in the back of the head, or cutting their heads off from behind. Once again, covering or hiding the face negates empathy, and empowers some of the most ghastly forms of mass murder.

Masks also muffle your voice. So, many people shout in order to be heard and understood while wearing a mask. But shouting signals aggression! When someone shouts at you, you immediately become defensive and hostile. And the situation can spiral downward from there, into aggressive confrontations, violence, and even murder
DoesItWorkAlready [S] 1 point ago +1 / -0

I suspect the meme is a mashup of Grossman quotes. Correct rhetoric, even if a little goosey with the source.

It's still true.

Lord of the Flies

Wearing the painted mask, Jack is completely uninhibited and develops into a tyrannical, ruthless leader. Jack's face paint also startles the other boys, who view him with fear and admiration. When Jack suggests that they join him on a hunt, Golding writes, "The mask compelled them"

FreedomFromGovt 4 points ago +4 / -0

I commented 4 days ago:

I'm done wearing a mask and done treating my fellow-man like nothing more than a walking disease vector. It's seriously paranoiac, sociopathic and dehumanizing.

I will NEVER get the mRNA genetic re-coding tool. N.E.V.E.R. This country's batshit leftists can stick that "vax" straight up their stinking asses till they choke on it. I guarantee they'll be choking on their own bloodclots a lot sooner than they'll ever jab their chemicals into me.

DoesItWorkAlready [S] 3 points ago +3 / -0

Link to a write up on the Grossman book. I might just add it to my reading list

Here's some additional resources on psychology and other effects of masks:

  1. The mask is often involved in pagan rituals and purposeful dehumanization known as 'masquerade balls', see https://www.britannica.com/art/mask-face-covering/The-wearing-of-masks

  2. Masks increase CO2 inhalation which impacts cognitive function. See https://ehp.niehs.nih.gov/doi/10.1289/ehp.1104789

Read "on killing" a very long while ago

What I thought was interesting is when he talked about the difference of killing at range vs killing someone at a close proximity and the difference in psychological damage

It also made me wonder about the mental aspects of pre gunpowder weaponry like the Greeks did it

RageQuit 4 points ago +4 / -0

Killing at range is easy. I was a radio operator. Dropping artillery felt nothing more than putting push pins on a map.

As far as the Greeks did, Grossman said close combat was like sex. So I'd imagine it is one giant orgy.

America1stAndOnly 3 points ago +3 / -0

Grossman said close combat was like sex.

Yes. If more people got into actual fights, they'd realize this.

DZP1 3 points ago +3 / -0

That was exactly the intent, as part of a program of de-humanizing. Lockdowns, six feet apart bullshit, masks, fear and isolation as conditioning to demoralize.

GaTechGrad 3 points ago +3 / -0

That's why a lot of cartoon villains wear masks. Cobra commander from GI Joe and Shredder from TMNT for example. Even the enemy pilots in the 80s Top Gun movie had their helmets darkened so the audience couldn't see their faces before their jet was blown up.

Varrick2019 3 points ago +3 / -0

I’ve been feeling this for over a year now and it’s deeply unnerving
