^ this is the most important comment here.

Whenever a sub-human welfare case prosecutor decides to take your rights away on a whim they then require you to spend a million dollars getting your rights back. You get no recompensation if you spend that million dollars, you just get your rights, and you get to start back at square one in your fifties.

This is literally what they do to anyone. Whenever you hear some pseudo-intellectual retard say someone like Cosby (who was objectively innocent) only got out of jail because he's a millionnaire that's because it literally requries you to spend one million dollars trying to fight for your own rights to get them back. That's how the system pays its objectively evil sub-human welfare case employees.

Freemasons aka Satanists?

4
ALargeRock 4 points ago +5 / -1

They ain’t Jews.

Jews don’t hate on Israel nor do they do things like help actual Nazis.

Soros and his ilk use Judaism as a cushion from criticism.

They are satanic demons that don’t believe in the LORD.

That all aside, did you hear about the Jewish car-maker that made the greatest brakes in the world? Not only does it stop on a dime, but it also picks it up.

Ba dum tiss. I’ll see myself out.

If I were that prosecutor, I would be very worried about how I treated an ex cop who had a pretty good shot of getting out of jail some day. But then again I'm capable of rational thought because I'm not a rabid leftist.

2

The left will make sure Chauvin dies in prison - whether from old age or stabbing. I fear Saint Kyle of Antioch is next up on their altar of sacrifice.

2

we pussed out on defending Fields, you can't be surprise at Rittenhouse and Chauvin

start at the begin

1
Brulz_Lulz 1 point ago +1 / -0

Yeah. They're already trying to railroad that kid. But a part of me thinks that his lawyer will be able to find at least one person on the jury to sympathize with a kid who was almost murdered on film.

1
HeavyMetalPatriot 1 point ago +1 / -0

I thought the videos of George Kirby clearly not being killed by Chauvin were going to do the same.

This is EXACTLY why I tell people to go fuck themselves when they say "just take em to court"

Sorry some of us cannot afford to take em to court.

15
prancie 15 points ago +15 / -0

Yes, I have been through court. It is slow, and extremely expensive. It's like the DMV, but your life not your car. I've had people tell me just to go to court over something like it's magic. It's not!

10
BlackPillBot 10 points ago +10 / -0

It costs both a shit ton of time, money, and mental health to deal with any courts, even if it’s just basic traffic court shit. It’s all bullshit, because your SUPPOSEDLY IUPG, when in reality we now know BARD that’s a complete illusion. In order to remain IUPG, you must show up to court and defend yourself while losing precious free time, and money meanwhile the people who are trying to prosecute you, and extract money from you are still being paid(with money they steal from you, and the rest of us) because it’s literally their full time job.

Here’s a question for you guys. If we are supposedly IUPG, why will the system only allow you to plead not guilty, or guilty? Shouldn’t you be able to plead innocent? Shouldn’t that be the default? Shits all retarded, and evil, but unfortunately the overwhelming majority of NPCs, even the ones who supposedly lean right, refuse to spend time even thinking about, and questioning these things. They surely aren’t going to stand up, and fight against them. Most just do what they’re told, and go along to get along. Often times, I just sit back and laugh/cry, because we’re getting exactly what we fucking deserve. 😞

15
RStroud 15 points ago +15 / -0

Like with the Jan 6th prisoners, the justice process is being used as the punishment. It is often used as a punishment just for having the gall to exercise your rights and put forth a defense, rather than taking a plea. When you extort people so that they'll admit guilt, it is has become an inquisition rather than a trial.

It is not just criminal courts, but civil and family courts where that's often the case.

4
HowDoYouLogIn 4 points ago +4 / -0

Family Courts aren't even real courts. They're tribunals with literally no legal limit to their power. I could go on for a year straight about all the inhuman injustices the Family Courts have done since they were created, literally worse than anything actual dictators have done to people, and I'd still only be giving a cursory overview of how objectively evil it is.

And remember, the only reason politics and the courts got this bad is because politicians and judges now have to simp for the pussy vote.

1
RStroud 1 point ago +1 / -0

These are functions ecclesiastical courts used to handle, because marriage, and by extension family, were considered sacramental or at least religious institutions. An ongoing mistake the US made was creating civil marriage and taking jurisdiction and regulating it; when we already had well established contract law to handle joint ownership of property, finances, and responsibilities. The relationship, number, or characteristics of the parties should not matter. Just as they don't under contract law. Allowing the State into this realm didn't improve anything, and made the State a defacto and de jure, administer of sacraments.

2
notCIA 2 points ago +2 / -0

Same for Rittenhouse, only he has so much backing, and apparently a halfway decent judge, that he has been able to avoid the worst of it.

What do you mean Cosby was objectively innocent

31
malkontent2024 31 points ago +32 / -1

Because he didnt rape anybody. He admitted he gave quaaludes(a popular party drug at the time) to his girlfriend of over a year and had sex with her. His girlfriend was a knowing participant. Not condoning doing drugs but all this testimony was inadmissible in court due to the conditions of his deposition. The Prosecutions entire case was built on that single deposition and was overturned in appeals. Sorry to tell you bruh Cosby isnt a rapist.

2
notCIA 2 points ago +3 / -1

2
BlackPillBot 2 points ago +2 / -0

Yup. It’s the same when you break most people’s reality of taught history when you explain to them that it’s all based off of half truths, and lies at best. I even have people who are supposedly “freedom loving patriots” look at me like a drugged up “conspiracy theorist” when I just bring up things that force them to question their reality. Just questioning certain/many things causes people on all sides to mentally malfunction and become very defensive, and even enraged. It’s fucking pathetic, and downright scary.

Cosby had some weird kink where he liked his women (consensually) blackout drunk levels of intoxicated? If so, that's some edgey play, but not necessarily a crime in itself.

3
malkontent2024 3 points ago +3 / -0

They were prescription sedatives. The blackout drunk levels of intoxication is pure conjecture. Again im not advocating using drugs but sedatives are very, very popular among women.

2
HowDoYouLogIn 2 points ago +3 / -1

"I was blackout drunk" is not proof of rape. It's not proof of anything. All it means is you don't remember something. You could be blackout drunk and get an A+ on a med school final.

Dumb cunts not only use it as an excuse to hurt men (BPD is the Unslapped Woman disease, change my mind), but since blackouts can't be proven that means they can, and do, lie every day and get away with it.

1

Watch that. No don't just ignore it, watch it.

Cosby's trial was such a farce they had to ban him from presenting evidence, bypass the entire Evidenciary Hearing that determines what's evidence and what's hearsay which is they the number of accusers in the middle of the fucking trial jumped from 1 to 7, and why Cosby's appeal was approved immediately.

He turned down a plea deal with no jail time to prove his irrefutable innocence. Then a fuckin' soyboy with a man bun and soybeard openly broke like seven laws to unseal his deposition which was only given after the state signed a contract saying it wouldn't prosecute him.

When I was a teen, I went before a judge and he asked me if I had any assets. I said, no I am a kid in school. I had no savings, no car, no job. The asshole judge even asked me about my watch I was wearing. I said. "It is a Casio I bought at Walmart for 25-" I said, "does the judge want me to sell it to pay a 350/hr lawyer?" LOL? Assole says, "What do you drive?" "I borrow my Mothers Car sometimes" The title is in her name I explained. Judge says you are not poor and will not get a Public Defender. He says, "Get your father to pay for it!" I said my father is under no such obligation. I said,"you force me to defend myself!" Asshole judge says, "I don't feel comfortable with you defending yourself. I said, It is my right. I said either give me a PD or drop the case. I forced him to drop the case.

36
Harsh_Truth2 36 points ago +37 / -1

All judges are demoniac power hungry assholes. Prove me wrong. I have less than zero respect for any “judge or lawyer” in 2021. The entire system built on the back of the devil with zero God. We’ve even removed the 10 commandments from courts because heaven forbid lawyers and ungodly judges deal with the eternal consequences of their lies and deceptions.

12
I_Used_to_be_me 12 points ago +12 / -0

Most for sure, but I got lucky with some. Defended myself (not a lawyer) and had 2 felonies dropped, largely due to a judge that felt some sympathy for me in my younger years

10
Jeffersonian_Man 10 points ago +10 / -0

Recently defended myself in two court cases. It is tiring but doable. The hardest part is how angry you get from actually looking into our laws.

4
I_Used_to_be_me 4 points ago +4 / -0

It's maddening but I honestly quite like it. People always complain about how the "system" is rigged (whether they're talking the legal system, the economy/financial system, etc) - and... they're right! But instead of complaining about it, figure out how it's rigged and learn to play the game! If they're going to take advantage of legal loopholes and rigged financial systems, then I'm fucking doing the same!

Edit - [second edit - deleted, it was meant for a different comment - whoops]

1
BlackPillBot 1 point ago +1 / -0

If all of us would show up for jury duty, and many moral decent people who got caught up in the system of immoral laws refused to plea, we could all collapse the system. Once again, like with so many other things, the majority of the population is conditioned and lazy.

1
BlackPillBot 1 point ago +1 / -0

Honestly, lawyers are a huge part, if not the biggest part the problem with what’s happened to this country. The fucked up system, and much of the turmoil caused by it, and in it, is caused by attorneys who make money off of said turmoil. You ever wonder why there are so many bullshit convoluted laws on the books? It’s exactly so the average moral law abiding little man has no ability to stand up for, and defend himself on his own. None of this is an accident. It’s all by design, and it’s only getting worse.

They are not allowed to function without the permission of, and without following the regulations of the Bolshevik government. It’s why I laugh when people still refuse to admit that we are a communist lite country on the way to being full on. The government already controls the means of production in almost every industry, and institution in this country. This country fell a long time ago, it’s just that DJT caused the Bolshevik pets to show their true colors for all to see, and still, even then, many continue to cope and triple down to avoid the harsh unapologetic reality that is. 1

It isn’t just income. It is also assets. If you have assets you are expected to liquidate them, not have the government pay for your defense. No lawyer will touch this case pro-bono with a 10 foot pole. Regardless of if you or I think Chauvin should be in jail; the MSM and SJWs everywhere have turned the name Derek Chauvin and George Floyd into Uranium. A law firm/lawyer can't expect to touch this case and not have their reputation drug through the mud by rapid cancel culture leftists. Personal preservation instincts would prevent most lawyers from picking up this case.

His first mistake was remaining a police officer after seeing what happened to George Zimmerman, and Darren Wilson, and his family. The writing was on the wall from that point on. Anyone who chose to remain a LEO from that point on put their life, and the life of their family into the hands of the anti white, anti American Bolshevik media, and government.

Edit: Let’s also not forget Obama’s speech after the Dallas police were killed. This is all coming from someone who was always very agnostic towards LEO at best, and become completely ACAT after the events of the last few years.

The Bolsheviks must make examples out of any white person representing anything decent, and moral standing up against degeneracy, and violence in order to scare others, especially other whites from daring to stand up, and protect both themselves, and their communities against their all too willing POC pets. The funniest/saddest part of it all is that other decent POCs are, and will always be the most affected victims. I’m done caring though since the overwhelmingly disproportionate majority of them are just reaping what they’ve sown for decades.

Just look at the examples that have been made out of the McKloskies, Chauvin, kyle, and worst of all the J6 protesters in comparison to the violent BLM riots where cities were on fire.

Cops don't make anything outside of Cali, Long Island, and Connecticut.

Being a cop in North Georgia was rough on the paychecks. I now make more than double, but from forced jabs, I may be back patrolling my conservative streets once again.

Hopefully I can get a business up and running over the next 3 months.

I'm in a small rural area in Ohio. Cops here make good bank here.

In my area, average household income is $57,000 In my area, average cop income is $84,000 That means the average cop makes more than the whole household in my area. Public service can be profitable.

That's way higher than the average Georgia officer makes. In Atlanta the average is around $55k, and it's even lower in many rural areas.

BlackPillBot 1 point ago +1 / -0

And is that base pay, or is that after they have to work OT, and some details? many people think when they see some of the large salaries some LEO make, it’s their base. It’s not. It’s often from working their lives away at OT, and details.

6
MaximusKek 6 points ago +6 / -0

Muh poor public servants. They’ve been grifting tax payers for years.

1
BlackPillBot 1 point ago +1 / -0

Yes, but I assure base pay is rarely if ever over 60k for the average LEO. What you are talking about is LEO who work lots of hours and plenty of details. That’s not good pay when you consider you have little to no free time with your family. This is coming from someone who is almost full on ACAT after the last couple of years. With that said, you’d also have to be completely insane as a white male to take a LEO position in general, but definitely not for anything less than six figures base pay anywhere’s IMHO.

CJ74U2NV 2 points ago +2 / -0

I do consulting work for the township I live in. I've seen the budgets. Our cops are salaried and rarely work overtime. Some pull side gigs at the banks. Mostly it's sergeants and up that work township events since the higher the rank, the higher the dibs you get on the cushy overtime. They actually pay overtime for salaried employees that work outside of their regularly scheduled time, some do the township events for comp time. Our cops start at $58k per year but move up in pay scale very quickly. Most of the cops in my township have been in the department for over 10 years. My township is one of the most crime free places you can get. I think we have two minority cops (black and a hispanic) and two white women, the vast majority are white males. So the starting pay for a patrol officer is still higher than the average household income for the area.

BlackPillBot 0 points ago +1 / -1

Damn, that’s actually really surprising from my personal experience, and friends that live other places in the country. I’m serious as to what area it is, but won’t blame you if you feel uncomfortable sharing. Take care either way fren.

All state employees do pretty well in NJ. In unrelated news, the state is also broke and has some of the highest taxes in the country.

2

We have billions in unspent coronavirus relief funds from the fed that will be used to fix any holes in the budget just so we can overspend the next fiscal year and raise taxes again.

GAT EEEEEEEEEEEEEM

7
magaroll 7 points ago +8 / -1

Yeah I remember the days of working over time for the movie theater and Walmart just to pay bills.

You only make money on duty in places like Ga if you are on the take, or belong to the mayor's personal goon squad

4
MaximusKek 4 points ago +4 / -0

Goon squad kek.

3
BoltCarrierGroup 3 points ago +4 / -1

Yep. The highest paying agency is Sandy Springs or Atlanta starting at 50k when houses are $600k+ before the housing boom. Now they are $900k+

If you go out into the rest of GA, you are looking at making $35 - $45k. Its insane how they making nothing here.

Everyone on this post is putting up exceptions on major cities, but the majority of agencies pay fucking nothing in the US. There are 18000 police agencies and most of them have shit pay and shit retirement.

1
BlackPillBot 1 point ago +1 / -0

They also aren’t taking into account that most of these estimates most likely include LEOs working OT, and details in order to make what many would consider respectable middle class wages.

2
BlackPillBot 2 points ago +2 / -0

And this is what many people refuse to understand. It’s like the firefighters I know here. They all have side hustles cause you don’t even make what most consider respectable money until you make captain. Even then, it’s pretty abysmal.

2
magaroll 2 points ago +2 / -0

Yeah my neighborhood has a few fire fighters that live here and they all own a tree cutting side bussiness.

When I still worked on patrol it was hard to get the over time doing security because I was young and the more senior ones had more connections for them. I ended up working a side job on my off days at a warehouse. Ended up taking a job offer for an American branch of a Japanese ink and plastic company making tons more money. The corrupt nature of working in Fulton made it easier to quit.

You CAN make good money if you rank up but even then in the cities it doesn't match cost of living most of the time. Probably why the brass always played the stock market and had local "investments " in businesses.

1
BlackPillBot 1 point ago +1 / -0

Yup yup

5
nickBoB 5 points ago +5 / -0

Average income in Minneapolis is 32k. Average MPD salary is between 55k and 73k. Cops make good money in Minneapolis.

BlackPillBot 2 points ago +2 / -0

Same place black Muslims throw white babies off of second story railings at of all places, the mall of AMERICA. 🤣😞

5
c_programmer 5 points ago +5 / -0

32k may be the average when you factor all the unemployed welfare cases, but that's dirt poor if you're anywhere near the cities. Saying their pay is good based on that number is silly.

1
nickBoB 1 point ago +1 / -0

My grandpa was a Minneapolis police officer, and he made pretty good money, and had a great pension (RIP). I mean, I make way more than that, and I sit at a desk all day. I think anybody who risks their life to protect others should get paid a lot more. But 53k to 75k in the Cities is still doing pretty good for oneself.

2
SaulGoodman 2 points ago +3 / -1

Depends on the city. With 53-75k, you're not exactly living the high life in most big cities.

1
BlackPillBot 1 point ago +1 / -0

Yes, but I assure you he worked a shit ton of OT, and details.

1
BlackPillBot 1 point ago +1 / -0

🤣 You think that’s good money current year?!? Also, is that base salary, or after a shit ton of OT, and details?

1
nickBoB 1 point ago +1 / -0

Base salary. He had six kids, coached, and was a softball ump. When he hit his 40, he was out the door.

2
BlackPillBot 2 points ago +2 / -0

Good for him, I mean that, but even at the 73k pay as base salary, that’s still lower middle class most places today, and being a LEO current year and climate is fucking awful, and that’s coming from someone who is ACAT now. I just understand two things can be possible at once.

1
MaximusKek 1 point ago +1 / -0

Chauvin had a cash job on the side too.

Since when do you have to prove you're poor? Having an attorney is a right....if you don't hire one, one is supposed to be appointed.

16
The_Expert 16 points ago +16 / -0

(I do not agree with what is being done to DC, I think he should be a free man and not even in this situation) The law states, the court will appoint an attorney to represent you if you cannot afford one. That is your right under the law, and it is the judge's duty to protect your rights. If you qualify for a court-appointed attorney, the judge may assign a lawyer known as a public defender to take your case.

22
BewareOfThePug 22 points ago +23 / -1

Are you familiar with any case law on the assessment process? I assume that it's at the discretion of the presiding judge but that is so incredibly fucked up if true.

6
sordfysh 6 points ago +6 / -0

This is a very common policy in most states.

Nobody has talked about this, despite it creating serious strife to the poor in the past decades.

Essentially, if the police accuse you of a crime, even if you are innocent, the judge is going to require you to sell everything you have to pay an attorney. This is how you make people believe the justice system is rigged.

1
BlackPillBot 1 point ago +1 / -0

🤣 laughs in blak privilege.

1
sordfysh 1 point ago +1 / -0

It used to be applied against young black men. Especially in places like California.

1
AmericanJawa 1 point ago +1 / -0

So even if you're innocent, you're still punished by losing everything?

How is that in the least bit constitutional?

1
sordfysh 1 point ago +1 / -0

It's technically constitutional, but totally immoral.

We need something bigger than the constitution to rely upon for morality. The Constitution should be the last resort for morality.

Yet we have allowed our states to devolve into moral corruption.

34
CaptainButthurt 34 points ago +36 / -2

I hate cops but also this guy got a raw deal. Plus since we're in a Post-Constitutional era currently, the 6A no longer applies.

12
LibtardJesus 12 points ago +14 / -2

Fuck I love cops now. My city is turning into a shit pit with the lawless ness and crime. It's a Republican area, but no one is joining the force. By the way, it's VA, but our city refuses to enforce the states stupid fucking mandates. It's not their fault on the crime it they are 150 officers short because no one will join.

32
CaptainButthurt 32 points ago +32 / -0

Nobody will join because of cases like Chauvin. Doing your job will get you put in prison and the tweakers family will be given tens of millions of dollars by the government.

ATL lost 1/4 of their cops when the local government fired and railroaded the cop that shot the idiot that took a cops weapon and tried to shoot him in a Wendy's parking lot. I was listening to the scanner and one section of the entire city went dark the next day. Cops weren't even responding to traffic accidents and they had to have other counties and cities come in.

Its a terrible time to be a cop.

5
acasper 5 points ago +5 / -0

I remember how fucked up ATL was right after that shooting. Not surprised they're way under replacement rate.

4
CaptainButthurt 4 points ago +4 / -0

Its still F'ed. I won't go into the city anymore without conceal carrying. Murder rate and violent crime has exploded in the last year. With the woke leftists controlling the city, police are just walking off the job to work in other cities and counties. The only reason any of them would have to stay is if they were awaiting a coming pension.

With all the fiscal woke mismanagement, I won't be surprised if the cities rulers drain those pension funds too. Corruption is rampant.

3
malioswa 3 points ago +3 / -0

This echos Chicago. 2013 case with the young man who pulled a knife on cops and got shot. McDonald's IIRC. A local news station ran a really solid story on how arrests dropped etc., interviewed police and police chiefs saying basically they're checked out and not trying to do their job because what's the point? Look at the backlash.

4
Prolifemom 4 points ago +4 / -0

This is what the government wants, so they can completely take over our police. They are doing the same to our "health" care system and the banks. The communist globalists want control of every aspect of our lives.

2
BlackPillBot 2 points ago +2 / -0

Here’s my relevant post from earlier.

And they all share one thing in common just like all businesses, especially large corporations. They are not allowed to function without the permission of, and without following the regulations/rules of the Bolshevik government. HONK🤡🌎HONK

1
BlackPillBot 1 point ago +1 / -0

It’s funny, cause word on the streets in that many whites are refusing to join, and retiring out ASAP, and most already know the deep dark secret of not being able to get many black applicants through both the psyc, and drug tests. It’s a sad state of affairs, but honestly, after seeing how many LEO have reacted, and behaved over the last few years, I couldn’t give less fucks. All they seem to do now is protect and defend the degenerate violent criminals from the moral law abiding citizens while punishing the non violent LACs at every chance possible for insignificant shit to maintain job security.

4
Donger-Lord2 4 points ago +4 / -0

Clearly no laws and amendments apply to us so let’s stop applying the amendments and laws to them. No more taxes for those commies.

25

Happens to the best of us. Same thing happened to me in family court- where I had to tap into my 401k to pay a lawyer to ensure my daughter to stay overnight. Worst part is- they were breaking the current order..

The courts are filled with faggots, whores and apes.

11
mugatucrazypills 11 points ago +11 / -0

Need to drain his savings first.

7
sordfysh 7 points ago +7 / -0

It's horrifying to see the Godlessness that has seeped into our justice system.

If you have been wronged, society should stand up for you. If you have been wrongfully charged, society should stand up for you. And everyone who is charged is presumed innocent.

I heard of a judge once requiring a man to sell his only car to pay an attorney. He was trying to tell them that without his car, he can't hold a job. The judge said that it beats going to jail. Fucking evil.

Christians have been standing idly by as injustice flowed through society.

1
MySidesGoUp 1 point ago +1 / -0

Our courts are godless places. Separating criminal courts from family courts has allowed criminals to run those very family courts.

I had one judge see things a bit fairly, but it’s been a rough go with mostly female judges, magistrates, etc…

3
radioactivedk 3 points ago +4 / -1

Sad but in family court mom just sheds a tear over being poor while sipping a latte and holding a $1k phone new “boyfriend” supplies and gets legal aid lickity split.

1
BlackPillBot 1 point ago +1 / -0

And the huh whyte man is the one overwhelmingly, and disproportionately subsidizing it for mostly non whites, and illegal alien invaders just like they are forced to at gunpoint everything else in the country. Meanwhile they are the same ones who are demonized and abused the most for being supremacists and domestic terrorists. 🤡🌎HONK HONK.

2
BlackPillBot 2 points ago +2 / -0

YUP, and the worst part is the child suffers the most, because they are literally forcing you to spend her future away.

2
MySidesGoUp 2 points ago +2 / -0

This.

It’s also why so many modern politicians practice law. Find the boundaries and push limits, discourse etc…

This dude can't get a useless Public defender, but Floyd can get a brass casket, murals, and statues as if he fucking cured cancer. Meanwhile they are tearing down statues of the folks that made it so we can have the lifestyle with the sort of comfort we have today. Fuck you couldn't get a statue or the publicity if you cured cancer. Fuck Commies.

1

Minneapolis cops are pretty well paid. Plus they get overtime and they do side gigs as security. If you work hard, with OT you can make well over $130,000 a year.

1
BlackPillBot 1 point ago +1 / -0

You just agreed with him. Since when is having to work your life away to make a middle class wage considered getting paid pretty well?!? Let’s also not pretend that working as a LEO in a major commie shithole city is a layout current year if you are actually “protecting, and serving” which unfortunately as we’ve seen over the last few years many refuse to do, because they always love to fall back on they must follow orders. Constitution and morality be damned.

18
badorangeman 18 points ago +18 / -0

The Chauvin trial is a case study in abandoning the 6th amendment.

In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the State and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the Assistance of Counsel for his defence.

The republic is falling thanks to Democrat judges.

What about “you have a right to an attorney, if you can’t afford one, one will be provided”? I know he has another appeal on this ruling. I bet somebody will step up pro-bono

6
Forgedmale 6 points ago +6 / -0

No lawyer will touch this case pro-bono with a 10 foot pole. Regardless of if you or I think Chauvin should be in jail; the MSM and SJWs everywhere have turned the name Derek Chauvin and George Floyd into Uranium. A law firm/lawyer can't expect to touch this case and not have their reputation drug through the mud by rapid cancel culture leftists. Personal preservation instincts would prevent most lawyers from picking up this case.

3

4
sordfysh 4 points ago +4 / -0

That has been VERY narrowly enforced to the point where it no longer really exists for most people.

When a cop wrongfully charges you, you better give whatever you can spare to the law. Because apparently society doesn't want to pay for more public defenders. So they force you to get your own if you have any assets to your name.

People here wonder why BLM has some very frustrated people. The devil steps in when Christians refuse to uphold justice.

2
DomTullipso 2 points ago +2 / -0

Fair enough. I never got post arraignment, initial appearance, bond hearing, etc most times. And the couple times I did, I paid for a lawyer

0
BlackPillBot 0 points ago +1 / -1

NP fren. I understand not everyone has had extensive experience in the criminal “justice” system. God speed fellow pede.

2
DomTullipso 2 points ago +2 / -0

I've had plenty of experiences--albeit almost a decade ago. I was pretty wild as a teen and in my early 20s. Just never realized there were qualifications. I always dealt with stuff small enough for PD or I got a lawyer for serious things.

And "justice" system is right. 99% of criminal decisions come down to 2 things:

  1. Who do you know?

  2. How much money do you have?

If you know someone and have money, you're golden.

-1
BlackPillBot -1 points ago +0 / -1

I agree. I’ve worked in the system on the front lines, and the reality is, just like most things, it’s all in who you know, and who you are connected to, and the reality is that often times the more money you have, the more connections you have.

2
DomTullipso 2 points ago +2 / -0

I agree 100%.

In my personal experience it was less about having money and knowing powerful people as it was having many family members in law enforcement. Right or wrong, they will scratch each other's back. Usually, you only get one of those favors, though
