I tried to give them the liability paper they wouldn't accept it to even look at. Expected. I argued law, I argued science and I argued religiously nothing good enough. So I filled out a religious exemption paper...that will be denied so now its a matter of time til i'm unemployed and filing lawsuits.

There is no fda approved vaccine, and there is also no federal mandate affecting private employers, only a or threatening one.

Companies are on thin ice.

Did you include practicing medicine without a license?

11
AntiCommunist100 11 points ago +11 / -0

You should have just said no. Fuck the exemptions, not gonna do it. No.

7
anotherthing 7 points ago +7 / -0

I agree. If you've already accepted that they won't honor a religious exemption, and they're going to fire you anyway, this is the time to make a stand. By the way, Viva Frei put up an interesting video about vaccine mandates and religious exemptions being denied yesterday. In case you guys missed it, here's a link:

Contact the EEOC. FIRST.

6
LoneWolf_86 6 points ago +6 / -0

That’s exactly what I did. Told them I don’t need a priest’s permission for anything. Still got fired. But I still have no regrets.

1
CrackerSmurf2 [S] 1 point ago +1 / -0

They did not ask for anything but a text 8 questions.

IF you filed a religious exemption, contact the EEOC.

Nor would any of that shit matter anyway.

People can just fuckin say they don't goddamn want it.

26
Falling_ferret 26 points ago +26 / -0

No fuck. I don't need an exemption, I said "no". Actually, my religion even says let your no's be no's.

So not only am I not supposed to have to give a reason, but reading the Bible legally, says I'm not to say more. Of course, that's a thin read on the statement and context, but the retards we're appealing to don't exactly understand nuance.

10
onestickyolo 10 points ago +10 / -0

Don't need a religious exemption to say no. The virus ain't that dangerous, the vaccines ain't effective, and asymptomatic spread is complete bullshit. I mean really I'll use a religious exemption if I have to, but there's nothing reasonable about asking people who aren't in risk categories to get this new pharmaceutical product that doesn't even provide complete immunity and is completely specific to the outdated strains already for the minimal protection it did provide. And even if it was a bullet proof super safe super immunizing vaccine, covid ain't shit. I'm not scared of getting covid. Cigarettes kill more people than covid kills.

I have been getting these emails on a daily basis.

/snip

On September 9, 2021, President Biden signed Executive Order 14042, Ensuring Adequate COVID Safety Protocols for Federal Contractors. This Executive Order directs executive departments and agencies to ensure that contracts and contract-like instruments covered by the order include a clause requiring the contractor, and their subcontractors at any tier, to comply with all guidance for contractor or subcontractor workplace locations published on the Safer Federal Workforce site for the duration of the contract

In other words if they want to keep that Federal revenue coming in, they have to comply with the contract. It is a very painful and legal way for the feds to enforce compliance... with the money spigot.

Making the public dependent on the government money has been the plan all along.

What do you call it when you must obey every command of your master? Oh yeah, slavery.

2
Themis595 2 points ago +2 / -0

Ironic since the “government money” is our tax dollars (if you don’t count international shake downs, grift, and outright theft). We shouldn’t pay tax to the government, in the hopes that they’ll be benevolent enough to give it back to us. The system is rotten.

2

explain please, didn't the FDA approve these trash vaccines recently ?

5
Fourtyandfourtyfive 5 points ago +5 / -0

The vax they approve of is in the works not a vax as present.

It’s not advertised very loudly and they let the public assume they mean the vax from now.

At least I think that’s right. Been wrong before.

5
mobgrazer 5 points ago +5 / -0

You're right. It is a scam.

They approved a vaccine but they are still administering the prior experimental vaccine under the Emergency Use Authorization. The EUA gives them no liability. By doing this they can claim it is approved so you can't object to it being experimental and they still have no liability.

1
Stanwyk74 1 point ago +1 / -0

This

1
keepwinning 1 point ago +1 / -0

It was a total legal bait and switch. The one they approved was called comirnity, but that is not available in the US. They hide behind a couple phrases how phizer and comernity substantially equivalent, but conveniently for Pfizer, the only vaccines available in the US are still the ones under the eua which gets full legal indemnification to Pfizer.

Where it gets tricky is companies mandating the vaccine because it's now FDA approved, but legally that is not the case at all.

7

We'll see. ADE might not explode in flu season. The long term effects of the vax might take years or decades to show themselves en masse.

2

Im not wishing for an apocalypse, but a few people in powerful positions to drop after a shot might stop this bs. No one gaf when its peasants dying or having severe complications

9

I don't think the people at the top are taking it. They are getting ivermectin. The clot shot is only for serfs.

1
aaaronsohn 1 point ago +1 / -0

That explains why they're suppressing it. They don't want anyone using up their supply.

1
DonJr2024 1 point ago +1 / -0

Don't hold your breath. It's not that easy to design something that kills you a year later. That same immune system we believe in here, will do its best to fight off the vaxx. And for many it will somehow succeed.

I think we'll just a continuation of what medicine and big pharma and the FDA and all the food companies have been doing for years: steadily lowering our health.

If you took 100 random people from the 1950's and checked on their health, you would probably have 10 people with ongoing health issues. Now you'd be lucky to find 10 who are healthy.

This thing is insidious and it will be obvious that it is causing disease and death but only to those paying attention. Like everything else, the majority won't see it until the media points it out (which will be never).

1
NvJohansson 1 point ago +1 / -0

Like everything else, it will be pointed out when all the actors are dead

42
ceremony_ 42 points ago +42 / -0

The key is that those who implemented this shit MUST pay.

We can't just pretend that this didn't happen, or that everything is alright now because they backed off.

This was a physical attack on us and our families. That wasn't enough, so they made this a financial and economic attack on our families as well.

When we get through - which we will - we have to go after each and every person who was behind this, with the full strength of the United States.

I don't just want the politicians who have puppet strings, I want their masters, and their master's masters. I want the corporate CEOs who were in on this, the Board of Directors of those CEOs, and the institutions that nominated those Directors of the companies. I want them all.

We need to turn back the clock to 1985 right before Reagan's second inauguration. That's the country we should aim for the next several years.

I employer is very based all around solid mans man. Runs his business out of Arizona. I work from home, living in San Diego, my girlfriend of 10 years works for a science research institute.

Yes you guessed it, they are forcing mandates and they straight up told her they would reject any and all religious beliefs. So we went to the doctors and got a medical exemption because she has random allergies to things like Wheat, grass, pet dander and even avoiding all that, she still get these crazy allergic reactions.

The Allergist wrote her a medical exemption because we dont know whats in the vaccines and there is no way to do an allergy test beforehand. In addition the doctor said they was no reason for a 32 year old, healthy female, who works in a laboratory to get the vaccine.

Currently her work has sent off 3 different medical exemption request to some layers office. The will determine if the institute should accept the medical exemption.

Most of the employees and PI's in this institute are foreigners. Lots of Post Docs from India, China, and what have you. Her boss is originally from Britain, and not even a full American citizen. Most of the Post Docs are here on worker visas.

All these Un-American fucks dont know or care at all about American Freedoms. They are all just following German orders, literally. The piece of shit actually told my GF that she would be better off going into anaphylactic shock than getting Covid. This is a fucking scientist running an entire research department in San Diego, what a fucking clueless moron.

Everyday my girl has to go into a building where she is one of 3 people out of 150 who have refused the shot. They ask her if she got the shot almost daily. The stress in almost unbearably.

I have been going to night school for 4 fucking years before Covid, while working, and was about to apply to Nursing school... Yea so that was a waste of time. So my new career is over before it even started, and my girl is on the edge of losing hers.

Its absolutely insane what they have been putting us through but if she get fired, I am going to sue them and anyone else that I have to. I dont care if I lose, I just want to make them suffer as much as possible.

I want to move out of California but housing market is insane right now and I dont have a house to sell. Everyday I am filled with stress and rage.

When they deny your religious exemption call a lawyer. The fact you lawyered up might sway them. Especially if they get a letter from your lawyer

47
K-Harbour 47 points ago +47 / -0

This should not be framed under their terms as a religious exemption. A religious exemption presumes that they have a right to mandate medical procedures and practice medicine without a license. We need to quit fighting issues on the turf that they pre-define and set up as a foil for their victims. We need to quit being Charlie Brown running to kick Lucey's football.

16
johnrambo 16 points ago +16 / -0

We always try to fight on their turf and look how it turns out. "

No. Because it's none of your fucking business is why."

Trying to argue it is only going to give them info to use against you.

5
Daddy_Knew_Best 5 points ago +5 / -0

youve got the right idea

3
Cyberpunkd 3 points ago +3 / -0

That sounds great in theory, but in practice, the employer will just fire you for refusal. Slap them with a religious discrimination lawsuit, and see how quick their tune changes.

1
johnrambo 1 point ago +1 / -0

That’s bot the point, the point is you don’t need to explain what your religious belief is.

25
Throwmeaway1235 25 points ago +25 / -0

Might not hurt to include a letter from an attorney saying “my client is concerned based on previous discriminatory conversations that you are going to continue discriminating against them and have requested that I reach out on their behalf due to a perceived hostile work environment...”

Ask them if they’re familiar with the Nuremberg Code? You can’t give informed consent for an experimental drug that’s still in clinical safety trials for another year.

11
AppalachianTactical 11 points ago +11 / -0

Ask them to produce the info on if it contains fetal stem cells for religious exemption.

I don't feel like my company is going to bother with it and I know they are over 100.

Im just going to say it is protected medical information, cite HIPAA.

10
Vlad_The_Impaler 10 points ago +10 / -0

It doesn't contain fetal cells. Fetal cells were utilized in the production, perhaps in testing during some phase of experimentation.

That's still a religious violation for some. Just slightly different.

9
Forgedmale 9 points ago +9 / -0

JandJ is actually produced with fetal cell line. Moderna and Pfizer you are correct

1
Vlad_The_Impaler 1 point ago +1 / -0

Thank you for confirming.

I hadn't heard about the JandJ literally containing or being made by use of fetal cells.

10
Vlad_The_Impaler 10 points ago +10 / -0

I'm torn here. I like that the guy is fighting.

But the other part of me thinks it might be more dignifying to just walk away and not be at the mercy of an employer. Just start your own fucking business and be the boss.

I know I know. Much easier said than done. But maybe the adversity forces us to start our own businesses and find other ways to make money being productive.

3
TrappedInBlueState 3 points ago +3 / -0

Never walk away. Make them fire you.

4
Vlad_The_Impaler 4 points ago +4 / -0

Why? They fired me for cause which made made me ineligible for unemployment.

I could have hired attorneys and won, but I didn't want to work for the bastards another day.

I am highly skilled. Three college degrees plus an array of other self taught skills such as computer programming languages.

They need me more than I need them.

I had a new job in less than 4 hours. Albeit I make less now. But like my company much more and the work is far more honest.

1
TrappedInBlueState 1 point ago +1 / -0

Quitting makes you ineligible for unemployment. Quitting absolves them of any wrong doing.

But hey if your happy with your move then thats on you.

2
Vlad_The_Impaler 2 points ago +2 / -0

Did you read my response?

I did not quit. They fired me for cause, which makes me ineligible for unemployment. I could challenge it but then I hire a lawyer to fight them in a rigged court system that is going to take Fraud Fauci's side.

I saved a lot of time and energy by accepting the termination, telling them a hearty fuck you on the way out and moving on with my life.

Why would you want to work for frauds who do not value you, your humanity, your personal choices, and who view you as dispensable?

You are here on Earth to SERVE GOD. Everything else is just a means to that end. Your JOB, your employment, is just a means to ULTIMATELY SERVE GOD. You do not have to grovel for employment where you are not wanted. There's thousands of ways for you to make money. Adapt. Persevere. God does not give you adversity you cannot handle as long as you are serving Him. Man the fuck up and roll with the punches.

2
TrappedInBlueState 2 points ago +2 / -0

I saw your response and I still say quitting should not be encouraged at all to anyone over covid mandates. It is acceptance of their wrong doing. Never said you quit. I said no-one should quit. It automatically makes you ineligible for unemployment. If you are fired even with cause you can fight that. You cant fight it if you quit though.

2
NimbleNomad9 2 points ago +2 / -0

It’s easy to walk away. They don’t care, you’re replaceable to them. A cog that has a million more diversity hires waiting.

Hit them where it hurts.

3
Vlad_The_Impaler 3 points ago +3 / -0

Not really true. I know that I was the most innovative person in my office and the only person who knew how to write computer software programs to perform functions in the office, eliminating the need for hundreds of man hours.

I was not an easy person to replace. I had a diverse skillset most don't have. People who graduate college usually specialize in one thing. It's difficult to find someone who is skilled and knowledgeable and has experience in a diverse number of roles and skills who knows how to bring it all together.

Of course, they fired me anyways. Not because I was easily replaceable. The ugly unmarried childless demoKKKrat women in the Human Resource office care more about their fragile emotions and cultist adoration of Joe Biden and demoKKKrat fraud politics than they do about humans as resources for the benefit of the company.

2
POOP_SMEARED_TITTIES 2 points ago +2 / -0

getting replaced by a diversity hire will hurt them long term. You think Lakqanda and the alphabet degenerates she'll bring along with her to take over your team are going to be remotely competent at their job? No, they'll suck ass, along with everything else they do and drag the company under.

10
Al_Swearengen 10 points ago +10 / -0

Document everything. Doesn't have to be official legal paperwork. Anything that cites times, quotes people, and basically provides the opportunity for them to get caught in a lie or showing bad faith is admissible in court.

10
kvsdca 10 points ago +10 / -0

This. Ask them where and to whom your lawsuit should be served. Send them a notarized letter with signature and delivery confirmation stating that you have requested religious exemption, personal exemption, medical exemption, and provided conditional acceptance if they accept 100% liability and can prove the vaccine is safe.

If/when you are actually let go you will have a great case. Maybe you can join several class action lawsuits as well without having to pay.

9
Vashts1985 9 points ago +9 / -0

6
covfefe-time 6 points ago +6 / -0

This fucking merry go round clown-world shit doesn't end until we say ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. GFY.

6
CrackerSmurf2 [S] 6 points ago +6 / -0

8
SJBHamilton 8 points ago +8 / -0

Hoping it works out for you. You employer is a liar and doesn't deserve you.

7
DestroyerofCobwebs 7 points ago +7 / -0

Send an email to your boss, his boss, HR, and the legal department, memorializing in company records that you provided them with the opportunity to assume liability for any medical costs you incur as a result of this vaccine, and that they have refused to sign the document. Attach a copy of the document to the email. Copy your personal email as well. Not BCC, you want them to see that you copied an external recipient.

Now you've established a record that the document was delivered, and that they've refused to sign it. Otherwise you can bet your ass they'll say they never saw any such document.

God speed. These employer's are going to rue the day they did this. We have safe therapeutics. There is not informed consent. There will be some that are held liable for deaths and injuries and that'll set a precedent. I'm thinking it's the PPP money. The government will hold it over their heads if they have more than 100 employees. THey won't forgive the loans unless they force inject their workers... or they will pressure them & use it as leverage.

4
Nalgahyde 4 points ago +4 / -0

Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 states that employer's shall not discriminate and accommodate your religious beliefs as long as it doesn't cause the business any undue harm. And seeing as we've been wearing these magical cloth face masks all this time, there's precedence of an alternative. Of course, bitch-ass employers are going to ignore all that so they are going to have to feel the tidal waves of lawsuits.

it will not be fired...i am going to voluntarily resign or something...they are trying to get around unemployment.

If you resign you won't qualify for unemployment.

And the lame street news says people are “quitting” their jobs at “record” numbers. Bullshit, they’re getting fired for not getting the jab.

I'm in your position as well, I already have one official reprimand on my record for not signing a document accepting the executive order. Stay strong! Don't budge! Make them fire you, and make it as difficult for them as possible! Then do what you can so your leaving is as painful for them as possible as well.

I hope you own that company when the lawsuit proves it was illegal to force employees to get the jab

I'm being allowed to wfh till HR figure out what to do with all the purebloods. As it happens, I can actually peform my duties ok, so my boss isn't clamouring to fire me ... yet. But I work for globohomo, and I know exactly how 'reasonable' they will be. In the meantime, I've contacted 2 lawyers, neither of whom have responded. Is this normal for lawfags? It's only been a week or so, they'll be busy, but I would have expected a some sort of reponse, even if 'we busy, dawg, we'll get back to you'.

Personally I wouldn't apply for an exemption. Fair enough if you are sincere in your beliefs, I'm kinda wishy washy. Also, I don't believe I need an 'exemption' at all, because I am inherently exempt. Fuck these people.

Last year's vaccine is ineffective and unsafe. The risk/benefit ratio is unacceptable. That's the science. Source : am scientist.

Sorry to hear that, but this is a proper path of recourse. Your employer is pkaying stupid games and Lord willing they win a stupid prize.

Figure out what you need to do to service them with a lawsuit for illegal search and seizure of your medical records – 4th amendment protections.

PewPew_ThaDuK 2 points ago +2 / -0

You need to ask them about the OSHA mandate (there are none, it was only a Biden press release).

Then you need to let them know, currently there is no comirnity vaccine available in the market and you aren't going to take an experimental vaccine.

They said OSHA is coming out next week.

2
Crappydatum 2 points ago +2 / -0

"Just two more weeks"

Will be nice to hear it from THEM for a change

2
PewPew_ThaDuK 2 points ago +2 / -0

Yeah it's always coming out. So far nothing yet, just a dumbass press release lol

2
CrackerSmurf2 [S] 2 points ago +2 / -0

I know but, the president of the company seemed quite confident.

2
PewPew_ThaDuK 2 points ago +2 / -0

Yeah is he confident about what it says too?

Most of those rules have a 6 month process with public comments.

And even if they are do get implemented 90% of the time it doesn't get held up in court. So I wouldn't stress it. Just get a lawyer who is willing to fight for you in case you get fired

CrackerSmurf2 [S] 2 points ago +2 / -0

That's what we're doing =)
