My guess is idiomatically they might use hands like we do on occasion. Many hands make lite work. All hands on deck.

I use to use quiero, "I want" on construction sites like "I want Julio to ..." After a bit some guyes told me that using I want this way meant "I WANT you" nudge nudge, wink wink.
