BadManOrange 142 points ago +142 / -0

Yep, from what I gather the horse dewormer is the exact same thing with some fillers that, let's be honest, if they were bad for you people wouldn't be feeding to their million dollar horses.

If people were able to get prescriptions for the human version (and for an affordable price) they wouldn't have to run out to their local farm store and buy the horse stuff for $6 a tube. Instead, we've gotten to a point where people can't even get a medication that they ask for because doctors are corrupt and won't prescribe it despite many reputable studies and doctors showing that ivermectin can be taken prophylactically for COVID.

Ponzo 57 points ago +57 / -0

Just like Aspirin for dogs is still just Aspirin, the dosage might be slightly off but it still won't turn Aspirin into dog medicine.

16
fauxgnaws 16 points ago +23 / -7

Use human medicine on a dog if it's the same, NEVER use dog medicine on a person.

They can put all kinds of crap into dog medicine and if your dog dies your only option is to go to small claims court and get your $100 adoption fee back.

But people taking horse medicine is probably fine since if they kill a horse that's real money, and many horse owners could take them to actual court to get real punitive damages.

toqer 30 points ago +31 / -1

NEVER use dog medicine on a person.

Father is a pharmaceutical chemist with over 50 patents to his name. Bit of a squirrel too living in a unibomber shack in the mountains, but that's another story.

One year he caught Lyme disease. He knew he got it because the tick left a nice red circle around the bite area. He didn't think much of it at the time, but a few months later he started to develop the long term symptoms.

He also raises Weimaraners, or at least used to. He had some Amoxicillin laying around for the dogs. Ended up just taking a megadose with a meal for the next week or so. Cleared him right up.

Wow that's awesome. I would say in this case, don't use dog ivermectin, just because it usually has other active ingredients that may or may not be approved/dosed for humans.

VA-Pede 19 points ago +19 / -0

FDA approval doesn't mean shit anymore.

13
FireannDireach 13 points ago +13 / -0

Eh. In some cases, pet medicine might have animal specific additives, but when it comes to things like antibiotics and pain killers, they're exactly the same thing. My mom's dog needed Xanax for the 4th, and the vet said If she had a script for it for herself, she could give some to her dog, in a pinch. The dosage is what matters. That's why some people use antibiotics that are sold for tropical fish, and have no bad reactions. The main reason why you need a script for them is dosages and the right kind, and avoiding building up tolerances by taking the same one too often. For anything beyond pain or infection, that's where it could get sketchy. Ivermectin specific, it's the same compound.

9
Destineed369 9 points ago +10 / -1

I’ve taken dog pain killers which contain a drug that is used for humans too. Obv the dosage is low but when your an addict you’ll try anything. Clean now tho!

Chopblock 5 points ago +5 / -0

7
RStroud 7 points ago +7 / -0

"Fish" amoxicillin is literally the same pill (down to the shape, color, and markings) you could get from the pharmacy.

They buy in bulk and repack commodity human antibiotics and sell them at markup. They know who they're selling to, and know a good portion (if not most) of that stuff is going in humans.

fauxgnaws 4 points ago +4 / -0

My dog was one of the ones that got contaminated vitamin k from China. If we hadn't been living right next to an emergency animal clinic she would have died for sure as she had something like 108 temperature by the time we got there (head looked like a klingon from I guess muscle contraction).

You know what happened to the supplier? Absolutely nothing.

Use dog medicine if you want, but you're really rolling the dice on that.

3
ForwardObserverFIST1 3 points ago +3 / -0

How about the contaminated baby formula from china? Was that also meant for baby animals?

2
FireannDireach 2 points ago +2 / -0

Contamination from anything from China is a concern, though. I'm not saying to use animal based supplements and drugs for everything, but just that some of them are safe - within safe dosages and from reliable sources. In a pinch, or to get around ridiculous propagandist government restrictions and bans. If you're sick, go to a doctor, and get a script - obviously.

I totally agree. Does anyone know the difference in potentcy between animal and human approved Ivermectin? I didn't think so. Don't be smarter than a doctor even after a week stay at a Holiday Inn. This ought to be more easily available to pharmacies so doctors can prescribe them.

3
BehindTheSatan 3 points ago +3 / -0

It’s all by weight. That’s why people on here have dropped the notch to weight category. Horses don’t have a problem with the entire tube because they are monsters by comparison.

1
slickbilly777 1 point ago +1 / -0

It's the same chemical, only the horse dose is about 3000x more than a person.

1
wolveshuntinpacks 1 point ago +1 / -0

No, horse ivermectin is still just about 0.2 mg ivermectin per kg weight. Same dose per weight as a normal dose for humans. A tube of Durvet is for a ~1500 lb horse, a human is ~150 which is about 1/10 of the tube. It's pretty trivial to dose correctly.

Or amoxicillin for fish, I had a tooth infection so I picked some of that up (fixed me right up btw) and I went on one of those pillfinder websites and entered the shape, color, any numbers or letters on it etc, and it came back with... amoxicillin. No mention of it being for fish, just that it was amoxicillin. I would be extremely unsurprised to find out you can get the exact same pills at a pharmacy.

3
slickbilly777 3 points ago +3 / -0

Amoxicillin is an antibiotic commonly prescribed for people.

2
Kekislaw 2 points ago +2 / -0

1
Nerdrem 1 point ago +1 / -0

Yeah, I know. What I'm saying is that I bet you could get the exact same pills at a pharmacy. Not amoxicillin but in a different shape and color, but the exact same ones that come in the fish bottle.

Think about it, why would they open a whole new factory or whatever to make pills for fish when they're already making the exact same thing for people?

On Saturday me and my daughter were showing clear signs of a cold (runny noses, cough) so we took weight-adjusted doses of Ivermectin. Our symptoms were gone by Monday.

My wife started feeling really bad Tuesday night and yesterday she was pretty much bedridden; she even skipped her daily run, which she never does! At noon I had her take Ivermectin. She went to bed last night still feeling sick but woke up today and felt almost 100%.

I'm a believer.

I moved to Mexico this year and can vouch that OTC is a game changer.

After being here a month, I came down with symptoms similar to Covid, but no fever. Walked to nearby pharmacy and bought two 4-packs of 6 mg ivermectin tablets OTC. (Made in Mexico, not China.) Started feeling better after first dose. Headache and chills gone. Muscle aches and diarrhea completely disappeared by day 3. I was fine by day 4.

I keep ivermectin on hand for future emergencies. Found another pharmacy that sells the 4-pack of ivermectin for USD equivalent of $5.50, cheaper than pharmacy where I bought my first two boxes.

-1
Nerdrem -1 points ago +2 / -3

Can you buy other stuff without a prescription in Mexico, like say xanax?

5
RStroud 5 points ago +5 / -0

You can buy pretty much whatever you desire in Mexico. US, too. Just have to know the right guy and have the cash.

Ivermectin isn't a controlled or monitored substance. So you can probably buy it by the pound, if you wanted to. Just so long as it is not marked or marketed for human consumption. Measuring 6mg without making a solution is probably a bad idea, though.

5
walls4america 5 points ago +5 / -0

I’d worry about “bad stuff” being mixed into IVM if it didn’t come in tablets. (It sounded like you were implying buying by the pound was in powder form?)

I heard here on .win that India sells IVM in 12 mg tablets. Being a female, taking one 12 mg dose in two 6 mg tablets was good enough for me. Then skipped a day (as I read you’re supposed to) and on the third day took one 6 mg dose. I waited a week and took one more for good measure, which finished off the 4-count box.

3
onestickyolo 3 points ago +3 / -0

Just need a milligram scale. It's not like you're going to have a heart attack if you accidentally take 40mg instead of 25.

edit: also i've seen a lot of sources, yet to see one selling bulk ivermectin powder tho, that would be amazing lmao

15
TrumpWon12348584 15 points ago +16 / -1

Wtf why take it if you aren’t even sick I haven’t changed a single thing about my lifestyle during this whole covid scam and never once felt like I needed medication

8
CyberMagaUnderground 8 points ago +9 / -1

You have to take it as a preventative to get the full benefit. As a preventative its affective north of 80%, as an acute treatment its less than 50% effective.

12
1776Widowmaker 12 points ago +12 / -0

I'd challenge those results. I personally know 6 people that recovered quickly with the paste. My wife was one. My friend took 5ml of the liquid injectable bovine and swine 1% ivermectin orally 3 days in a row. He's 300 lbs and has breathing issues. That's a dose a 500lb pig would take and he only came down with a few symptoms. But shit like a water hose. My wife caught the coof from him and she tried tuff it out.. after 3 days her fever and body aches were so bad she was crying and she said "fuck it give me the paste." 6 hours later her fever went from 100.7 to 98.7 and her body aches went away. Other symptoms remained for another week but was easily manageable. I took the paste at the same time and i never got sick. We didn't mask and didn't quarantine. Shared food and sat on same couch with fan blowing at her towards me. So i should have caught it. 6 for 6 is 100% in my test field.

3
JoseffineBiden 3 points ago +3 / -0

I drank emergen-c and avoided getting sick from people at work and my gf who I slept in the same bed with while she was sick as hell

1
CyberMagaUnderground 1 point ago +1 / -0

Its still clearly effective as a treatment too, its just not nearly as good as a preventative. You wont get sick at all if you take it preventatively, but if you use it as a treatment, you can still have the illness for a while, just with less issues and and you will recover quicker.

6
Macho_MaamV2 6 points ago +6 / -0

In order to go with a family member for surgery, they are asking for the nasal swab tests. I was considering taking the Ivermectin ahead of time because I don't trust those fuckers but we have to have the surgery.

Vaccines, ivermectin, HCQ... some people just want to put something in their body just because someone said to do so. I'm curious as to why our only options are all pharmaceutical products. Couldn't we just eat better, be more active, and use more natural remedies? Sprite and chicken noodle soup are still my preferred treatment.

7
Thethethe 7 points ago +7 / -0

Last time I checked you didn't have to show pictures of your horse to get a sprite, dumbass.

For a regular cold or flu, your remedies might work. But Covid was specially manufactured for us thanks to China, Fauci, Gates, and other of their ilk. Need something stronger than chicken noodle soup.

3
SorosHasBallsackEyes 3 points ago +3 / -0

We did chicken noodle soup. A few days feeling like shit and we are gold.

As a bonus, I lost 10 lbs in those few days. Since then, I have gotten used to eating way less, and am down to 185. 6'1" and damn near my college fighting weight from 25 years ago.

1
FatCatOnSmack45 1 point ago +1 / -0

1
AngryPoop 1 point ago +3 / -2

2 tubes in a few months? You need like the size of a pea once a month as a preventive.

6
Ricky_CIA 6 points ago +6 / -0

Might want to brush up on that. The Front Line COVID-19 Critical Care Alliance (FLCCC) site has a ton of good info: https://covid19criticalcare.com/

3
1776Widowmaker 3 points ago +3 / -0

I agree my dose was about a marble size.

2
FatCatOnSmack45 2 points ago +2 / -0

They currently recommend 2 doses of .2mg/kg body weight a week for preventative use. My paste comes with 6 doses. I dont take it preventative, only start when I sniffle. RICKY_CIA(GLOWIE NAME) Happens to be 100% correct

7
ShyRipley 7 points ago +7 / -0

Instead, we've gotten to a point where people can't even get a medication that they ask for because doctors are corrupt and won't prescribe

And, if you do find an honest doctor who will prescribe it, all the corrupt pharmacies that will override the doctor and refuse to fill the prescription for "off label use", often following orders handed down by the corporate office, effectively practicing medicine without a license.

Counting is too difficult for rich people.

6

It is. There is no difference in amoxycili for people or amoxycilin for your dog.

13
Rubicante 13 points ago +13 / -0

This follows the exact logic of another interview I saw a while back on gun control where the person being interviewed expressed how they were afraid in the very presence of guns. As if simply because a gun had the capability to fire a bullet at you, it was likely to happen at virtually any moment, with no provocation and entirely of its own volition. Fucking useless cowards.

11
RStroud 11 points ago +11 / -0

Guns generally inspire an "Fear of God" type response in me, and I carry every day. I understand this can hurt really bad, or kill me if I fuck up. Seen plenty of deer and rabbits die that way. I've been around folks with poor safety discipline, and they're terrifying.

If firearms were a complete mystery to me, beyond the "bang, dead" part, I could see fearing being in the same room as one. Those folks opinions on guns are about as meaningless as mine on how to perform surgery.

4
Sky_RPL 4 points ago +4 / -0

You are correct to have the utmost respect for these tools. The danger lies in negligence and with people who disrespect the iron rules of firearm safety. I’ve both stood down range adjacent to an idpa target while another shooter was making headshots AND left a gun range completely based solely on how someone was handling a gun in the lobby. Master the fundamentals so you can quickly identify impending danger and gtfo.

2
zod_emperor 2 points ago +2 / -0

If firearms were a complete mystery to me, beyond the "bang, dead" part, I could see fearing being in the same room as one.

I wasted so much time arguing about people with guns before realizing that so many people are absolutely petrified of guns in the exact way you describe. You're not going to logic someone out of an irrational fear.

These days, I won't argue with people about guns. It's pointless. I just leave a friendly open invite for them to come to the range with me sometime. Total no pressure thing. If you like it, cool, I can show you more about this world. If you don't like it, also fine -- at least we'll be able to discuss the topic with both people coming from a point of shared experience.

Yup. I think Tim Pool is a know it all coward, but I love what he does.

He spits out red pills all day long.

Nah, he experienced it first hand so he knows. Joe Rogan doesn't know how to have an opinion, he parrots whatever the last person told him.

3
America1stAndOnly 3 points ago +3 / -0

Well, there is one thing he has a consistent opinion on, pot. That seems to be the only thing he remains consistent about. His love of getting high.

Look at Joe's peaceful demeanor. His voice says 'calm' but his eyes say 'I'm not letting you get away with this you little mother fucker, I will destroy you'. It's the look of someone who gives no fucks.

Joe's done that with guests he despises, like Amy Schumer.

Do you listen to Joe frequently? Has he finally taken the red pill or is he still trying to be fair and middle road? I'd really wish he'd just give up on playing nice with the commie monsters.

3

Alex Jones has been commenting frequently about how Rogan was preparing to take the gloves off.

2

Great to hear! I really hope so. Thanks for sharing.

3
Magastreammedia 3 points ago +3 / -0

I just started listening to him a few weeks ago. After he got covid and took ivermectin. He's skeptical of the vaccine to say the least. He often has guests of both sides of the aisle on his show and therefore I don't listen to all of them. He does identify as a liberal and to the left. He said that as late as this past Tuesdays podcast. He's definitely not pro Trump but can't stand Biden either. I think he's closer to being a centrist. Doesn't like the Texas abortion bill, doesn't like vaccine mandates, supports the military and backs the blue. I'd encourage you to at least listen to the Joe Rogan episode with Bret Weinstein from darkhorse podcast. Really interesting to listen to. It was just a few weeks ago (September). But like I said, I don't listen to all of them each week. Often skip the ones where there's some sort of feminazi or leftist shill on there. But a lot of the more right leaning ones or at least the liberal ones that oppose the radical leftism are often intellectually stimulating. I drive a lot for work so the three hour podcast format works great for me.

3
MugaUSA 3 points ago +3 / -0

Thanks! I've listened to many clips and pieces. He's definitely an interesting and entertaining dude to listen to. I enjoy his stand up comedy too. I just wish he'd wake up and call out the far left more. He's a very influential person.

3
Rope_Tree_Journalist 3 points ago +3 / -0

Those comments make me sick like I'm going to throw up bile. I just keep telling myself that those aren't real people, they are communists and sockpuppets and no one real person is that stupid.

I don't know why the real people stay on that site. Trying to diss CNN to an audience of bot accounts in a communist echo chamber, talk about pointless.

"I don't know why they did" - but this fucker cashes his paycheck anyway, because that's what's most important to him. "Hah, hah, my bosses are lying shitbags, but I'm rich, so who cares", right, Gupta?

The best analogy I've seen is this is like saying "Apples are horse food" because horses sometimes eat apples.

Rogan should sue, even if it takes a big chunk out of that 200 million Spotify deal. But obviously he's not going to, if this sleaze bag of a doctor isn't going to be fired for appearing.

10
akira2501 10 points ago +10 / -0

For the first time in my life I watched a public health institution punch down onto the citizens that fund it's existence. It shocked me. Sanjay thinks it was "a little snarky."

Congratulations, "Doctor" Gupta, you have stood by while a full 1/5 of the country had any confidence in your medical system absolutely destroyed and you chuckled. You didn't use your air to talk about it, you didn't complain to CNN, the FDA, the CDC or the WHO. You're a sellout. The system is filled with sellouts like you and it has become a danger to all of us.

He's the perfect poster boy for this absolute systemic failure.

7
CommieCucker 7 points ago +7 / -0

That IS a good analogy.

18
StraightWhiteCisMale 18 points ago +18 / -0

What Rogan is doing here is attempting to make the enemy comprehend and admit reality-based, established fact that conflicts with their concocted fantasy of a world view administered to them by the Globalist Regime.

The Regime says Ivermectin is unsafe, ineffective horse dewormer.

The Regime State Media says Ivermectin is unsafe, ineffective horse dewormer.

Therefore, Ivermectin is unsafe, ineffective horse dewormer.

Also, he's high as fuck in that interview.

15
coffee_grdr 15 points ago +15 / -0

the fact that this so-called "doctor" hemmed and hawed and refused to say a news channeled lied about a health issue is all we need to know about that doctor!!

clearly, he thought being cordial and smooth talking is all he needed to bring to the show to convince everyone to get the shot!

15
Trumper007 15 points ago +15 / -0

LOL This is why CNN never has a smart Trump supporter on their network because they would look retarded in 44 minutes and all their lies would be exposed.

13
ZacPetkanas 13 points ago +13 / -0

They start off by looking retarded. Have you seen Brian Stelter ?

15
mulejuicemcquaid 15 points ago +15 / -0

I'm saving this clip because it perfectly illustrates the ivermectin misinformation, vaccine mandates, and the sorry state of journalism all in under six minutes. This is what can red pill people, or at least open the door to question authority.

14
BoatingAccident556 14 points ago +14 / -0

I think Rogan may actually sue CNN over this. He has the money and Gupta looked extremely nervous when questioned if it was defamatory.

12
BillSkinzFifth 12 points ago +12 / -0

If Sanjay Gupta had an ounce of self respect, he would immediately resign from CNN so that he can start to repair his greatly tarnished reputation. If an untrained, non-medical podcast host can tear him up so easily, what would happen if he were interviewed by REAL medical professionals who haven't been infected with leftist ideology? He would be completely exposed for the fraud that he has become.

Additionally, now I am hearing that Gupta is claiming he was in fear of Joe Rogan physically attacking him during the interview. I guess that's so if you read between the lines, he can claim that anything he said or was said about him or CNN was done so while he was under derision. What a P.O.S. !

2
LibertarianXian 2 points ago +2 / -0

You mean, duress, not derision, right?

Derision could be embarrassing but is not as bad as being under duress

Yeah, but it won't happen again. I doubt cnn were at all on board with him doing it. It's called niave over-confidence on gumpta's part. Most liberals in high places know to never ever do an interview they don't have control over, since they will necessarily look like fools and liars.

He knows why they lied. If you discredit ivermectin, you also discredit hcq, Trump, therapeutics, zinc/vitaminc/d.

They're protecting big pharma, fauci, the CDC, who, china, and Biden, and by extension big tech, to continue to censor and shape the narrative by people that are drunk on controlling everyone.

They do not want to give up control
