OSHA has not released anything for companies over 100 employees. That is just a press release so far. There is a mandate for federal employees and federal contractors. The deadline for full vaccination is December 8 and employers are required to collect proof. This is by executive order, which is not law, but everyone is complying anyway.

The airlines are being forced not to comply slowly. Hopefully those other groups start taking note

Too bad federal employees aren't acting like Trump were in office and just ignoring executive orders...

They are modifying it into federal contracts. So if you want to do business with federal clients you are forced to sign the contracts with the vaccine FAR clause.....

The question I have is what are going to be the requirements for employer's on the "proof" and on the exemptions. There are some based companies that have already said all exemption requests will be approved, however I'm not sure yet if feds are going to "audit" the exemptions...

“The Occupational Safety and Health Administration has been working expeditiously to develop an emergency temporary standard that covers employers with 100 or more employees to ensure their workers are fully vaccinated or undergo weekly testing to protect employees from the spread of coronavirus in the workplace," a Department of Labor spokesperson said in a statement.”

It is so infuriating how they frame their tyranny and lawlessness as a necessary response to an “emergency.” It is not an “emergency” by any plausible meaning of the word.

There's nothing more permanent than a temporary government solution

TSA was supposed to help people be safe at the airport..instead they just ruin everyone's lives and make everyone miserable while groping people and stealing people's stuff
