Sorry to break it to you, but you're working for the enemy and your salary is funded by the theft of all Americans.

Take the opportunity to stop working for a corrupt and harmful institution.

Ignore the armchair generals whose master plan is "the military/police will join us". Same people worshiped military when Trump was in power, now its bad because they won't do a revolution for them while they post memes.

They forget that its the good guys in military that keep the government from going full gulag on us. File that paper work, delay, exploit loop holes, and win.

Exactly. I'm so fucking tired of these basement dwellers on here saying shit like "just quit" or ""walk away" when their career path was high school tgen McDonald's. Or, they're CCP shills. They have NOTHING to lose because they have done NOTHING in life. You'd do well to leave this site for awhile and make your decision far away from the Qanon flat Earth crowd.

Some people are naturally averse to being roped into a group. Ive been working as a contractor for 5 years because i dont want a boss. I dont want to be part of your "organization." I want to complete a task and receive the agreed upon compensation. And when the agreement doesnt suit either of us, its terminated. I will never and have never expected to be tied to some employer and have my future and retirement tied to someone else's decisions. Never. My retirement is the money i will have saved by the time i decide to stop working. I dont want your pension, i dont want your benefits, I dont want to be in your union, I dont want to be your employee. And guess what, i dont have to worry that losing my job will ruin my life, because im always prepared to get up and walk away. Because life is unfair and expecting someone else, anyone else, to have your best interest at heart for 5, 10, 20, 30 or more years is incredibly naive and unreliable. By the way there is no vax mandate on me because im a contractor and my customers would have no one otherwise. I dont have a credit card or student loans or a mortgage or any of that shit. Non attachment bro, no vax mandates there. Otherwise enjoy being dicked around by someone elses agenda

7
Clintonkilledepstien [S] 7 points ago +7 / -0

Bingo

3
Taylor3006 3 points ago +3 / -0

IIRC the Supreme Court of the US has already ruled that the "religious exemption" includes those people who are not particularly religious and can be atheists but hold a strong moral position against whatever is being asked of them. You need to work up what exactly your moral objection is. Remember, of the three Covid jabs available in the US, only two actually contain aborted fetal cells so that is a problematic argument since there is an alternative. God bless and keep you. Good luck!

3
CALI_MAGA_MAMA 3 points ago +3 / -0

Moderna and pfizer were tested on fetal cells. Johnson used them in production. They're all immoral. Liberty Counsel has filed a federal class action on behalf of soldiers and federal workers and offers free legal help.

3
Patriot6969 3 points ago +3 / -0

The goal is to digitize everyones ID and currency, etc.. the vax pass is just the first notch on the belt. You file an exemption for this and they come up with something else. Because its not about a virus or health or anything. Its about globalism and a digital all encompassing passport

2
StrangerThanFiction 2 points ago +2 / -0

Contact Liberty Counsel, they're helping people who had exemptions denied. There's also a military class action.

11
Clintonkilledepstien [S] 11 points ago +11 / -0

If only 1 voice mattered Jan 6 would have worked. We need a figurehead like Trump etc to do that. The only good news is there was other ppl in there w me an most are refusing the jab. So if the military goes through with this they loose about 10% of the military. Yet I feel this is there plan bc democrats always boot ppl out thus time without benefits. This Is what I think they planned all along

5
Bannedbycuckmods 5 points ago +5 / -0

This would be logical if Trump hadn't been forced out of the whitehouse and out of power and the gov is now openly attacking its own citizens and trying to starve them for not bowing deeply enough before them and our POC betters.

I've seen mass movements of regular citizens forge long lasting policies, protections and laws. The reason you can still buy a firearm in this country is not because of Trump or Charlton Heston, or any 1 celeb spokesperson. It's because of millions of everyday citizens fighting for that right and banding together for decades. WIth 0 personal gain and a lot of sacrifice. Their only payment is knowing they contributed to an important freedom of their brothers and sisters.

There is no fucking point of staying in the military right now. They want you to die over the battle against China on purpose. They are just staging some military battles against China over Taiwan, and they will send those who are white and patriots to be on frontline. They want the military to lose more soliders to become weak so that Americans will surrender easily by seeing the fate of military when facing Chinese counterparts in battle.

0
SenorTrumper 0 points ago +1 / -1

Put down the bong and get some fresh air.

7
StaryHickory 7 points ago +7 / -0

A career is a career and the military demands more of you than most to participate in that career. Anyone past 10 years is usually staying in partially due to the retirement at 20. Since they stop incentivizing reenlistment with bonus money after your 2nd reenlistment in most cases.

Its a big deal to lose your military career at 14 years and having to walk away. A lot moreso than working anywhere else that long. Military careers don't translate well to civilian work a lot of the time which is why the retirment helps offset the start over costs.

Additionally if you are getting booted for vaccination status from the military you can get federal employment now for the same reason. Military are getting particularly hard screwed over with this.

2
Master_Quack14 2 points ago +2 / -0

I have been in 18 years. I tested positive for COVID at the beginning of last month. I hadn't even fully recovered from COVID before my leadership forced me to get vaccinated or face administrative action. The first dose of Pfizer was just as bad as the first week of COVID.

After 18 years, I can honestly say it is not worth it to join the military anymore. Pay hasn't matched inflation for over 25 years and now due to the extreme spike in housing costs most servicemembers that were forced to move this year are paying half the cost out of pocket (or more in high cost of living states). My buying power as an E7 is basically the exact same as when I was a young E5.

With the consistent erosion of benefits, culture, retirement, the fact that college isn't worth anything anymore past indoctrination, and the fact that the DoD is promoting and appointing people based off of their race and gender, the military is a complete shit show now.

2
Error404 2 points ago +2 / -0

I’m confused by the last part you mentioned “...you can get federal employment now for the same reason.”

Did you mean to say that you “CAN’T” get federal employment”?

If you meant to say you can... that’s absolutely wrong. The mandate covers federal civilian employees as well as contractors and subcontractors. I have to fill out my exemption request and send it in before this Friday.

2
StaryHickory 2 points ago +2 / -0

Yah I meant can't. I dont bother to fix typos on these forums because the changes never take. Well you might get an exemption if you want to stay on the job, but good luck landing a new one when they can simply not hire you because of it. The laws that protect people from such things are being ignored. It's a more clear case of abuse when you are currently employed but a different story when applying for a new job.

7
AngelMark 7 points ago +7 / -0

Thank u for your service but when u work for government you take the risk of being totally fucked over! I hope you can get that exemption! Praying for you!

5
Clintonkilledepstien [S] 5 points ago +5 / -0

Lol I've known since day 1 the government doesn't care about me or mine. And thank you. :)

3
clarefries 3 points ago +3 / -0

Actually...legally, federal employees have greater protections against a vaccine mandate than the regular citizenry.

4
Neophilus 4 points ago +4 / -0

Well I can quit my job if I dont want the jab with no consequences other than unemployment but I don’t think people who signed away their rights to the military get the same option

1
clarefries 1 point ago +1 / -0

We didn't sign away all of our rights. Military are federal employees and there are specific laws that address religious discrimination against fed. emps.

7
GodSaveTheWest 7 points ago +7 / -0

you wont be "losing 14 years of your life" life keeps going and the past is always in the past.

Personally id hate to be in the military right now, i cant remember the last time they actually fought for the benefit americans.

6
7SEAS 6 points ago +6 / -0

You can fight this toxic culture from inside or outside the military, but you cannot get your health back if the jab injures you. If your decision is ultimately to leave the military try to think of it as gaining another 50 years not throwing away 14. I don’t say any of this lightly, I too have termination looming in front of me. I wash you the best.

Br0 injecting fetal tissue is haram tel em ur Muslim

15
Clintonkilledepstien [S] 15 points ago +16 / -1

I'll NEVER claim Islam. An they seem to just be rubber stamping denials. This major had ready made statements. I even brought up pfizer isn't fda approved an he stated it is. I brought up heart issues an he said it didn't matter.

10
clarefries 10 points ago +10 / -0

Demand the official DoD policy in writing. Go to the below two exemplars and mix and match an exemption letter for yourself. Contact the Liberty Council RIGHT NOW (https://lc.org/legal-help) and ask to be included in their lawsuit. Include in any further exemption request the contact info for your new lawyer.

LAWSUIT https://lc.org/newsroom/details/101521-military-federal-employees-and-civilian-contractors-sue-biden-1

EXEMPTION REQUESTS EXEMPLARS https://locals.com/feed/987884 https://locals.com/feed/1140046

Also, your Major is dead wrong about the FDA approval and availability. In fact, the FDA is being sued right now over this issue by Robert Barnes:

https://www.theepochtimes.com/mkt_morningbrief/approved-version-of-pfizers-covid-19-vaccine-still-not-available-in-us_4046513.html?utm_source=Morningbrief&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=mb-2021-10-14&mktids=c35430ff36249f654334bfa2723ba99b&est=1mEHTbIhTkB92SAvM1kOZ64n9C6sWBWfgmpOVkUptGVkcFwzfRpxbhX089WBfdHRSQ%3D%3D

EDIT: Additionally, if they try to bring in any religious person to contradict your belief, you simply tell them that (with all due respect) the person is not your spiritual adviser. You don't know what they believe, but they're beliefs are not yours and their beliefs are none of your business. Just like your beliefs are not their business. Ask that they leave the room. Tell them that you are not going to debate your spiritual beliefs. Tell them that this person is making you uncomfortable and you are feeling as though your actual spiritual beliefs are being challenged and discriminated against, not your sincerity in them. (which is the only thing they can investigate). They are limited about what they are allowed to ask about your spiritual beliefs so go here and make sure they don't cross the line in their questioning. https://lc.org/exempt

War_Hamster 4 points ago +4 / -0

A buddy of mine is a military contractor who is trying to get a religious exemption. They sent him a new questionnaire today, and he shared this experience.

They put a trap question in there. Luckily I spotted it. They ask what other meds do I not take for the same reason. If you say none then they got you cause they will turn around and say, so you have an issue with the vaccine but not Tums??

Make sure you word your answers carefully.

11
clarefries 11 points ago +11 / -0

They can't legally ask that. (See #4 regarding what they are allowed to ask)

https://lc.org/exempt

If he goes the fetal cell route, he can say that he doesn't KNOWINGLY take anything that has been produced or developed using fetal cells. They can claim that he's taken drugs before that have been produced or developed using fetal cell lines, but they can't say he KNOWINGLY did it. And that is the belief he is asserting.

4
War_Hamster 4 points ago +4 / -0

Thanks, I've passed that along.

6
chuckachookah 6 points ago +6 / -0

Actually, you do not have to answer these questionnaires.

Once you have made your religious exemption known, that is it. You can refer them (kindly) back to the previous statement.

Read this BLOG: https://www.coffeeandcovid.com/p/primer-on-religious-exemption-requests

It's from the lawyer that is killing ass in Florida. Dude killed the mask mandate and already got one city to back out of it's clot-shot mandate.

0
Error404 0 points ago +0 / -0

I feel like if I don’t fill out the questionnaire, my higher ups will see that as I don’t care to disclose any information/reason. I’m still wording it. Due by the 22nd. I’m going Religuous/ single-sole provider of my two children/ history of cancer/ hypertension/ severe reaction to anthrax that nearly got me yanked out of country during deployment OIF

2
chuckachookah 2 points ago +2 / -0

I feel you. I'm praying for you, Pede.

And, I realize military rules can be different, but religious exemptions are an area where there has been near-universal protection.

I think if your exemption letter establishes what you have to say on the matter, it might be best to be: friendly, state your willingness to serve, but the submitted letter outlines your "sincerely held belief" about this request. All these other questions are just wedges.

I'm standing with you. So many Americans are. Pray that it works out.

Pfizer isn’t though. Comirnaty is, and that isn’t available.

4
Clintonkilledepstien [S] 4 points ago +4 / -0

That's what I thought but the military is saying it's not true that they are the same thing. He said they won't throw out vials just bc they say pfizer when it's the same thing

5
wharfthrowaway 5 points ago +5 / -0

Similar, but not the same. They can’t pick and choose when and when not to go by the book. Unless it says Comirnaty, they’re pushing unapproved vaccines.

1
Error404 1 point ago +1 / -0

Not the same so much as the FDA literally DESCRIBED it to the L E T T E R to the point that a retard would understand the differentiation they made.

When doing religious exemption, don’t include science, facts, politics or anything like that. And say you don’t need any accommodations, just don’t force the shot.

I personally like “God told me not to get it” as it’s true if you believe God speaks indirectly. And they can’t tell you God didn’t talk to you. But you can also go with your body is temple of the Holy Ghost or aborted fetal cells if you sincerely object to that. But say whatever you truly believe. It just needs to be sincerely held and moral/religious in nature.

If your religious exemption gets rejected, talk to LC.org. Best of luck.

5
Projectedsoulimage 5 points ago +5 / -0

Ones religious beliefs do not need validation from earthly figure heads as we are all priests of the New Covenant are we not?

Your out dated concept of clergy and priests is of the Pharisees and Sadducees and not what Jesus taught.

This idea one needs a "religious figure" to validate that their belief is acceptable is really retarded. Ones religious beliefs is their own and there isn't just some freaking list of acceptable religions and not acceptable religions in the world. Ones religion is basically whatever one defined it as and not every path has religious figure heads. Satanic Christianity had plenty of figure heads. The Way that Jesus established had no earthly figure heads

I’m glad I got out in ‘18. What are they gonna do if you don’t comply? Give you a OTH discharge? Have any useful skills that translates well to the civilian sector? I know it sucks having that many years in and the possibility of it being thrown away. But you can either get it and hope everything will be fine and continue or not comply and be discharged and hopefully find a good civi job. Idk what your situation is, and no matter what I think or what others think, it’s your decision alone. Do what’s best for you. I sincerely hope and pray that the answer will come easily to you.

Say you are an Ebionites Nazirene disciple of the Way and you have taken the vow of the Nazirene and have sought to purify your body and mind from everything that defiles and keeps one entangled in earthly vibrations and inhibits the disciple from entering the kingdom of God that is within every one of us.

Focus on explaining how you have come to believe that things like meat, alcohol, and cigarettes and carnal living defile the body/mind, you have been growing your hair and beard out because they act as nerve fibers for receiving spiritual vibrations, and have come to believe that vaccines have come to defile the body/mind and have ceased taking any and all vaccines, been trying to convince your wife to forego all vaccines and have ceased vaccinating your children.

Explain how God created the good and the bad and even though diseases bring pain and suffering, such things bring about spiritual maturity and that God works things for our spiritual good and not our physical good and that we work on different issues from life to life that our spirit lives and vaccines are a pathetically evil attempt to defy the will of God and only hinders our progression to the kingdom within.

That's my religious beliefs I handwrote and submitted for declination on a mandatory flu vaccine and it worked.
