I got a phd in chemistry and landed a dream job a month ago. I will try for religious exemption but if that doesnt go through I'm unsure about what to do. Need advice from anyone willing to give any

Edit: thank you all for the support. I already checked lc.org and will stand firm with my convictions. I will not back down and will not sacrifice my family's future for a job right now.

Thanks again

If you cave, the next deadline will be June 8th for the booster. Then next Dec 8 for the next booster. And so on until you're dead or replaced.

texas4ever 32 points ago +32 / -0

That is exactly the problem. Personally I don't think people will be turning into zombies from one shot, but it's also not nearly as safe as standard vaccines either. They act like there's zero risk but that's simply not true. But the real danger is they are going to try to shove boosters down our throats forever, then even forcing flu shots etc. on everyone too. Putting all this crap in our system is going to to seriously damage our health along with the tyranny aspect. I'm over 50, never take flu shots and never get the flu. Know lots of people who take them and get nasty cases of it.

evenbiggerchubbys 12 points ago +12 / -0

Have you seen what’s in the jab? It’s almost guaranteed to harm you. My wife and I are about to lose 150000 combined income. We would rather find low pay jobs and be alive. Take a break from this career as hard as it sounds. You have other ways to survive. We are selling everything and moving to a small town. Hopefully in a couple years the world will be different. Escape the city. Good luck

texas4ever 5 points ago +5 / -0

The world may also change. I think there's a very good chance of a big backlash against the far left lunacy we are seeing these days. The economy will most likely be the trigger for this. If we get some more normal people back in office we'll be able to block/stop these mandates. So taking a break is not a bad idea at all. If you live in a small town, you don't need to spend nearly as much money. This "fast forward" on the next couple of years or so is not a bad idea at all.

evenbiggerchubbys 4 points ago +4 / -0

I’m just hoping to find a couple of jobs that can keep food on the table and shelter for my family.
I still believe that we are going to see a mass die off from the jab in the coming years and I do not want to be near a major city when it happens

texas4ever 5 points ago +5 / -0

I think there are also going to be tons of mental issues in the big cities.

FreeFlorida 4 points ago +4 / -0

they never fixed the lead water lines heavy metals poisoning is a thing in cities

evenbiggerchubbys 3 points ago +3 / -0

I agree. I am already witnessing people take deep dives in to depression and alcoholism. I have a few single guy friends who don’t always have someone to hang out with and have been more isolated with the new restrictions. Society is are already downplaying the suicides like they aren’t caused by all of the lies and mistreatment of citizens. When we lose everything, we either get stronger or we wilt. Many people are not built for struggle. Thankfully my Dad was a minimalist and an alcoholic. It kept my expectations low. I’m annoyed about me finally getting a great paying job and kissing it good bye after going back to college. Stay strong and focused pede. 🙏🐸

Fortunately I live in TX, but have some great friends in places like NY where it's horrible.

Or at a company that's willing to do this to its employees.

BaldyGull 5 points ago +5 / -0

This is the real issue. You are not a valued employee at that point. You are livestock that needs to be kept healthy. You are an indentured slave who will be told how to live.

TXNFOURDJT 26 points ago +26 / -0

Lc.org says you have the right to appeal with the EEOC if denied. Go to the site.

TabbyKat 3 points ago +3 / -0

The appeal process is currently backed yp 3-4 months. I've tried that route

This was a post from a few weeks ago.

From a lawyer:

If you are being forced to Vax in order to keep your job, here’s a great way to handle it. (Conditional acceptance)

The secret is NOT to refuse it.

“I write with regard to the matter of potential covid vaccine and my desire to be fully informed and appraised of ALL facts before going ahead. I’d be most grateful if you could please provide the following information, in accordance with statutory legal requirements.”:

  1. Can you please advise the approved legal status of any vaccine and if it is experimental?

  2. Can you please provide details and assurances that the vaccine has been fully, independently and rigorously tested against control groups and the subsequent outcomes of those tests?

  3. Can you please advise the entire list of contents of the vaccine I am to receive and if any are toxic to the body?

  4. Can you please fully advise of all the adverse reactions associated with this vaccine since it’s introduction?

  5. Can you please confirm that the vaccine you are advocating is NOT experimental mRNA gene altering therapy?

  6. Can you please confirm that I will not be under any duress from yourselves as my employers, in compliance with the Nuremberg Code?

  7. Can you please advise me of the likely risk of fatality, should I be unfortunate to contract Covid 19 and the likelihood of recovery?

  8. Can you please advise me if I were to experience any adverse reactions is the manufacturer of the vaccine liable? If the manufacturer isn’t liable will the company I’m currently employed with with be responsible & liable as it is their request that I have the vaccine in order to carry on my employment?

Once I have received the above information in full and I am satisfied that there is NO threat to my health, I will be happy to accept your offer to receive the treatment, but with certain conditions – namely that:

  1. You confirm in writing that I will suffer no harm.

  2. Following acceptance of this, the offer must be signed by a fully qualified doctor who will take full legal and financial responsibility for any injuries occurring to myself, and/or from any interactions by authorized personnel regarding these procedures.

  3. In the event that I should have to decline the offer of vaccination, please confirm that it will not compromise my position and that I will not suffer prejudice and discrimination as a result?

I would also advise that my inalienable rights are reserved.

The point is that if they CANNOT provide that information you’ve NOT refused.

Albgardis 12 points ago +12 / -0

In Pennsylvania you don't need any reason to fire someone. So the company would simply let that person go without any discussion or reasoning why, and while that letter is certainly well written, it works only in states where you need a reason to be let go.

Meme_Supreme 1 point ago +1 / -0

This, unless you were denied a religious or medical exemption and then fired. In that case they have violated federal non-discrimination law. Employers MUST provide reasonable accommodations if the company has more than 15 employees

Hey buddy. I know how this feels.

I am months out of a job. I have turned down several due to them requiring the jab. The gov of CO has locked the unvaxxed out of all the healthcare jobs. Between CO DORA and CDPHE and the Biden mandate I cant get work anywhere.

I have 2 young kids. I dont actually care if the vaccine is high risk to my health because it will be FATAL to my freedom and my families. We cannot comply our way out of this. This is about what your really believe in.

I Say this to you as someone deep within suffering. The cost is huge, I have spent 10’s of thousands fighting CRT and the vaxx.

This is Literally the final battle - if you surrender your body and mind to slavery there won’t be any turning back.

bumblebeefree 9 points ago +9 / -0

Not sure how CO law is working but maybe you can find work this way

If you are a nurse and don't mind travel work, Northwest Arkansas has one hospital system not mandating.

BadManOrange 17 points ago +17 / -0
  1. File a religious exemption

  2. Get a resume ready and start looking around for new jobs.

  3. Leave the rest in God's hands.

GetVaxxedAndDie 16 points ago +17 / -1

They legally cannot deny a properly written religious exemption.

So make sure you do it right

Any tips on doing it right?

Snowblind 6 points ago +6 / -0

Previously linked lc.org has good info on this in their legal help section, vaccines mandate

GetVaxxedAndDie 2 points ago +2 / -0

I found this to be very informative written by an actual lawyer.

Here are a few other items:

Make sure you write it yourself and don't just copy paste one of these.

You can use them as a foundation but make sure its mostly your own words to avoid any suspicion

HeavyVetting 4 points ago +4 / -0

This is true but some companies are either denying them, or accepting them but then putting the employees on unpaid leave. There will be lawsuits. Hopefully the courts uphold the law.

FudgyFudgeBots 16 points ago +16 / -0

Dream jobs rarely end up being what you think.

It's a choice between risking your life for money or waiting for another opportunity to come along later. Nobody but you can decide.

rosie 10 points ago +11 / -1

File (not "request") a religious exemption. They cannot legally deny a properly written religious exemption. They can't question nor ask you to prove your "sincerely held religious belief". It doesn't depend on any religious organization or clergy member. Check out lc.org for more.

OZ00MSTALLGEESE 9 points ago +9 / -0

You hold that fucking line until the end of time.

Neurodegenerative disease risk from prion domains and spike proteins forming Parkinsons like structures in the brain. (Animal models suggest 3-5 years before we'll see it)

Who’s dream job is it ? Perhaps it is only that, just a dream. Take the weekend to reflect and once the anxiety subsides you’ll find the answer you seek.

Rerecursive 7 points ago +7 / -0

Its not a dream job. A dream job would respect your freedom as a god given right

FireGurl26 7 points ago +7 / -0

Alot of people are in your shoes...along with my husband. Not diminishing your problem...but don't give in. Stand firm. No one can take away your human rights. What good will you be to anyone, including yourself if you cave and get this poison jab. Russian roulette with a syringe! Are you willing to take that chance of dying or being injured permanently just for s job or career? You gotta think of the long term effects.

00Gonzo 6 points ago +6 / -0

I’m in the same boat with the same date at a Texas based company no less. I’m filing a religious exemption too and hoping the company just rubber stamps them.

I'm walking away from a promotion and a $160,000 job. I'm not going to try for the religious exemption (I had originally thought I would, but fuck them). I'm going to go to a company that isn't in bed with globalist socialists.

You have to do what you think is right for your situation. If you feel trying to get the religious exemption is the right path, then try that first, but start sending out applications.

Cyberpunkd 6 points ago +6 / -0

Get the religious exemption. Search online for what to write. Basically, make sure it's only about religion (no science, no politics). Keep it short and sweet, and don't get too specific. I think the "body is a temple" part from Corinthians is a good argument. Mention your "sincerely-held religious beliefs" somewhere.

If they deny it, I would contact a lawyer and/or the EEOC and sue them. You are protected from religious discrimination by the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Title VII. Good luck, fren!

Kano 5 points ago +5 / -0

I find these to be the options

  1. Find a lawyer to sue if you are denied your exemption.

  2. wait it out and hope Joe Biden gets rid of the mandate and announces that we hit her immunity to somewhat save the Democratic party for the midterm. Basically play chicken.

  3. waited out and get let go and find another job ask up front if a vaccine is needed when applying.

If you do end up keeping your job just remember how they treated you during this time. I no long going to put 100% in mainly just be a dem and do the least possible to get by then when they say something claim they are racist or sexist ECT.

Tylerjamescharles 4 points ago +4 / -0

Federal Contractor? Religious exemption. Here is what I submitted for mine, reword it any way you want. Mine was approved.

I am of Christian faith. I attend church weekly and read from the bible daily. My life on this earth is to serve god so that I may walk with him when I am no longer on this earth. The gospels and teachings of Jesus directly conflict with the COVID-19 vaccination requirement based on scripture.

As a strong believer in the Christian faith, I have moral and ethical objections that is preventing me from becoming fully vaccinated for COVID-19. My relationship with God is conditional. In my life God will always come first in every situation, after that is family, and then country. Taking the COVID-19 vaccine at this time will threaten my relationship I have with God and it will put my eternal soul in serious peril.

Genesis 1:27, “So god created mankind in his own image, in the image of God he created them; male and female he created them.”

Matthew 5:21 says, “You have heard that it was said to those of old, ‘You shall not murder; and whoever murders will be liable to judgment.’”

Leviticus 24:17, “Whoever takes a human life shall surely be put to death.”

The vaccines are derived from fetal cell lines of aborted children. This is a fact that is undisputed.

These objections come from my obligation to retain bodily autonomy that dictates my conscience as it pertains to God’s will and jurisdiction over my life. This is a sincerely held religious belief that I cannot jeopardize.

Based on REDACTED Equal Opportunity Employment policy, REDACTED, section REDACTED, it is the company's obligation to prevent discrimination in the work place based on sincerely held religious beliefs.

SWAGLORDX1776 3 points ago +3 / -0

Honestly? Move.

Imagine yourself as a free agent at the draft.

You have a Ph.D. in a stem field, you already landed your dream job which means you are qualified. You are a highly desirable candidate and would be valued anywhere.

States like TX, FL, AZ, that are pushing back on this bullshit would take you in with open arms and you will likely end up in a better position than you are now.

Understand you are the one holding all the cards, your state needs you more than you need them.

BSTUNO2 1 point ago +1 / -0

Aborted fetal tissue.

WorkoutEveryHour 3 points ago +3 / -0

Try to answer this question for this scenario. The boss asks you to have sex with him or else you are fired and the cops dont care. Its a job you've been working towards for many years. Do you stay? Do you quit? Do you fight for your own justice?

I know what a movie hero would do, they would bite his balls off, but this isnt the movies, there are huge consequeneces to your actions.

You are cornered. Your ideal outcome was to keep th job and not get vaccinated. I think your best alternative is to find a company similar that doesnt require the vaccine.

EvensoAmen 3 points ago +3 / -0

Personal, sincerely held religious belief. Short and sweet. On topic.

You'll be good.

lash 3 points ago +3 / -0

Lol, your dream job would not mandate a vaccine, thats called a nightmare job.

MarkSuckABug 2 points ago +2 / -0

I'm unsure why you are unsure. I'm at a loss why you're at a loss. This is pdw after all, almost everyone will tell you to NOT get the jab.

That said, the decision you make is yours and yours alone.

RiverFenix 2 points ago +2 / -0

Join the official Control Group.

If everyone is taking an experimental vaccine, you NEED people who are not taking it. Science is very explicit about Control Groups; so you can join it too.

Registered 2 points ago +2 / -0

kybric 2 points ago +2 / -0

Go get a better job. The job you got sucks, because a "dream job" would not diminish your value by giving you ultimatums or threaten to fire you, and it wouldn't coerce you into medical treatments you neither want or need. You have a phd in chemistry which is impressive, a boundless job market for workers, and 1.5 months which is ample time to go find an actual dream job. Go make it happen

Dutch_Christian 2 points ago +2 / -0

Would you enjoy being married to a person who forced you to make health decisions and threaten to throw you out the house and cut you off from the kids? Not only that, but they can change the terms of the relationship whenever they damn well please.
I really hope you enjoy the work, because you are going to be spending more time with your colleagues who might be all for punishing the unvaxxed than with your wife. And judging from the phd requirement they are of the church of sciencism.

RiverFenix 1 point ago +1 / -0

social contract is broken.

They have essentially lost all authority to govern through lack of consent.

They have declared the people they're supposed to serve as beneath them and in fact 'the enemy'.

There is no going back to normalcy now. What incentive is there to be a law abiding, tax paying citizen, when the laws are only directed at you and your taxes are spent further dividing society against you.

AlwaysWinning93 2 points ago +2 / -0

Every employer needs to be given this

There is no FDA approved vaccine available in the U.S. On July 23 the FDA issued TWO letters for 2 legally distinct vaccines. Approval went to BioNTech of Germany for Comirnaty, The U.S. Pfizer vaccine only had it's EUA extended.

Regardless of the statement that both vaccines can be used interchangeably, the fact remains that the FDA found cause not to give full approval to the legally distinct Pfizer vaccine currently available in the U.S.

Any entity mandating the administration of an experimental vaccine is clearly violating the Nuremburg Code and will be held legally and financially culpable.

The Federal Emergency Use Authorization Law and the FDA Fact Sheet state UNEQUIVOCALLY that each person "has the option to accept or refuse" experimental medicines.

Renewing the EUA provides Pfizer with a liability shield against being sued for damages caused by the vaccine. That shield does NOT extend to any entities who knowingly mandate the use of an experimental vaccine. AND NOW YOU KNOW
