They didn't say how long vaccinated individuals are immune. Also, immunity to the original virus vs. variants.

Spez: Can't believe I actually read that garbage.

You don't even need boosters to get ADE. It's already happening to everyone that took it aged 40+, people in their 30s it's moving much slower, but still seemingly inevitable. This is what the data showed from the Pentagon's AI program to collect all covid data. Come Dec-Jan a lot of people are going to be fucked. Next winter after that the die off will be widespread and truly terrible.

They also don't even have a link to the actual study so we can see the "science" they used to come up with this ridiculous bullshit.

30
slangin_paint 30 points ago +30 / -0

They don't need to link it when a careful reading of the article will tell you that they have no real world examples of people who lost natural immunity. The whole thing is based on a model (simulation based on the researchers' own hypothetical data, aka bullshit they pulled out of their ass). For that model they assumed 16-18 months for natural immunity to wane. Since they are just making up all the data anyways why not pick an even shorter period of time to better serve the agenda? Any less than 18 months and it would be obviously untrue since covid only started spreading about 18 months prior. Real convenient.

4
AnonymousFrog 4 points ago +4 / -0

They did the same thing with presymptomatic spread numbers.

This short paper calls it out:

Is presymptomatic spread a major contributor to COVID-19 transmission?

“Recent reports have shown COVID-19 transmission prior to disease onset, raising concerns that people who appear healthy may be major contributors to the COVID-19 pandemic. Few studies have directly determined the proportion of transmission events that occur before symptom onset, but a recent modeling study by He et al.1 inferred that 44% of secondary cases were infected during presymptomatic stages of disease. Here, we raise questions regarding the approach and interpretation of the He et al. transmission model.”

3
BoughtByBloomberg2 3 points ago +3 / -0

They assumed something and the model showed that their assumption was correct? How scientific!

2
Da_fuck_2020 2 points ago +2 / -0

This is how science works now. One assumes something, searches for it on Google, A) finds an article backing up assumption OR B) searches again until they find an article that backs up their assumption.

4

Yes they constantly make baseless appeals to authority like "the Science says", "Experts say", "Data shows" without ever citing anybody or linking any studies.

2
TD_Covfefe_Crusader 2 points ago +2 / -0

When they do link the studies, the studies themselves are inevitably unscientific horseshit where some "expert" takes a bunch of cherry picked anecdotal and weak observational evidence and then leaps to whatever predetermined conclusion they started with.

32

People still have immunity from the original sars from like 15-20 years ago or however long it’s been

9
Warbeard 9 points ago +9 / -0

Which is funny because data from SARS 1 is what they used to guess how long it takes SARS 2 antibodies to wane 50% since not enough SARS 2 data exists. But as others have pointed out the lack of active antibodies doesn't mean you are no longer immune.

6
Kaiheitai 6 points ago +6 / -0

But people with only one shot are considered unvaccinated. And with a new booster being announced soon, and given that vaccination efficacy degrades over time, you'll soon be unvaccinated if you aren't already.

21
LibertyStillMatters 21 points ago +21 / -0

You may have natural immunity. I bet Covid was circulating far early than we were told and it either intensified or China seeded it and then showed the hospitals, people falling over in the streets to cause the subsequent chaos. You may have already been exposed and will have immunity for a long period of time.

13
Anon1970 13 points ago +17 / -4

All those videos of people falling over in the streets in China were fake. This never happened outside of China. Covid is FAKE but the fear that was seeded is real.

It is just the regular flus and colds renamed a scary name and the fear porn pumped up by the lying leftist controlled MSM all the while coordinated by corrupt political officials world wide. We've been scammed.

So it's vaccine roulette.

I really only got the flu back when I was in highschool and below. Another perfect reason to close the forced child slave indoctrination camps. It's been like 5 years since then and I've maybe had the flu once, MAYBE. and every time I got the flu it was at least 5x worse than the china virus. Flu shot never helped. Stopped getting them years ago, haven't gotten the flu in years. They're sticking people eith flu shots and Chinese virus shots more often than these people earn paychecks, all for money and forced compliance, aka slavery.

This is such absolute bullshit. It’s goes against every thing we have ever known about viruses. They just don’t work that way. (Unless they bioweaponed it to work that way).

Plus, that’s not what we’ve seen at all. So infuriating. This is because of ICAN’s lawsuit against them. They need media backup to throw it down in court.

13
covfefe_energy 13 points ago +13 / -0

4
Forbidden_outcast 4 points ago +4 / -0

Yes

8
akira2501 8 points ago +8 / -0

This was funded by the National Science Foundation. To pay college kids to use Google Scholar and Pubmed to search for data to pull into Mathematica, they then "inferred" the missing data which is basically half the equation when it comes to immunity.. they're only looking at serum levels, and not at all at memory cell levels or reactivation in the face of a known infection.

They also used a painfully small sample size, and then just basically used the "mean" of guessed values against this samples size to come up with 16 months. The range was apparently 6 months to 5 years, and possibly longer. They also made no demographic analysis because of this, so how age, lifestyle and diet effects this, we have zero clue.

And the frosting on this shit cake, it contains the magic words that will get you published no matter how retarded you are: "Undue public confidence in the long-term durability of immunity following natural infection by SARS-CoV-2 has been shown to contribute to vaccine hesitancy, perhaps because of a false equivalence with the long-term immunity after natural recovery from evolutionarily divergent viruses causing diseases such as measles, mumps, and rubella. By contrast, numerous respiratory viruses such as influenza, human rhinoviruses, or coronaviruses can overcome the immunity conferred by previous infections by evolving new variants in the protein domains most frequently surveilled and targeted by the human immune system. "

In other words: "We know the government wants people to take the vaccine, so we searched around for enough made up bullshit to try to give them a scare for you!" And what do you know? "You're published, and here's a check from the NSF for all your hard working doing google searches!"

Of course, the super retarded part of that is because of the fucking vaccine, they've created artificial evolutionary pressure that has basically selected the Delta strain because it's the best at getting past the vaccine.. so the concerns of mutations and long lasting immunity are utterly moot. They fucked up and shot their wad, and this college level bullshit is the best they got? hahaha.. I hope they die in prison.

The retarded study, if you're interested.

6
grapenuts 6 points ago +6 / -0

how could a "vaccine" that only targets a single protein make better antibodies than the actual virus?

I feel like its 1980 and we're being told margarine is healthier than butter again.

2
fazaman 2 points ago +2 / -0

I can't believe it's not a vaccine!

2

Thanks for linking this.

You did what I should’ve done.

No just going what I remembered.

25
NotAnotherNPC 25 points ago +25 / -0

I'm really wondering where the fuck they learned medicine?!?!?! They give you the fucking spike protein in the jabs (if they're not lying). You develop antibodies to that protein. When you get COVID, you can develop antibodies to all proteins including the spike protein. You have BETTER immunity to COVID with natural infection than you would with a jab.

This is just to force people to get the jab every 6 months.

10
TD_Covfefe_Crusader 10 points ago +10 / -0

Exactly, pede. Natural immunity is far superior to the jab based on that fact alone. Anyone claiming otherwise is either lying or has no understanding of how the immune system works.

7
covfefe_energy 7 points ago +7 / -0

Joe Rogan put these fuckers on blast. Now they are trying to dissuade natural immunity.

3
PraiseBeToScience 3 points ago +6 / -3

The reason the vaccine efficacy has dropped so much is because it probably worked against the progenitor virus but is useless against mutant strains, because they only had that one line of defense.

1
NotAnotherNPC 1 point ago +1 / -0

Agreed. A single protein mutation can render a vaccine completely useless.. that's why I'm saying those with exposure to the virus itself have had the opportunity to mount an immune response to its entirety..... so if a single mutation occurs, you still have higher probability of fighting it due to possibility of other viral proteins being targeted by your immune system.

3
BigPanda71 3 points ago +3 / -0

Leftists also said George Floyd’s enlarged heart was a good thing. Which it most definitely was not. So “medicine” is basically whatever suits the narrative at this point

1
NotAnotherNPC 1 point ago +1 / -0

Wonder if he got the jab and had Myocarditis too?

1
JeremiahKassin 1 point ago +1 / -0

No. They don't GIVE you the spike protein. They give you mRNA that tells your own body to PRODUCE the spike protein. Which can cause your immune system to stop recognizing your own cells and attack them.

1
NotAnotherNPC 1 point ago +1 / -0

My point is simply that is a single protein to mount an immune response to. Someone who is infected can mount a response to MANY other parts of the virus, making them be able to handle future exposures better.

1
AnonymousFrog 1 point ago +1 / -0

They are lying. That’s why Joe Rogan could BTFO Sanjay Gupta. Rogan only had to say what he thought, while Gupta had to defend what he knows is a bullshit narrative.

1
NotAnotherNPC 1 point ago +1 / -0

I know but no one is talking about single protein immune response vs whole of virus immune response. Just sharing that perspective with you guys to use in your "you're a fucking sheep" conversations.

1

18
pw-gone 18 points ago +18 / -0

I actually went to find the actual study, and you would probably not be surprised that they did not look at actual Covid-19 reinfections, nope, they "modeled" data from "close" cousin viruses, like, I shit you not, the common cold.

The article should really be titled "Data modeling shows that you might get sick from something we call the common cold every 16 months".

2
covfefe_energy 2 points ago +2 / -0

Joe Rogan rightfully called out that he has natural immunity, so he doesn't need the vaccine. This is their response to negate the facts.

1
vicentezo04 1 point ago +1 / -0

I'm not shocked. Its like the "studies" that show masking will save millions of lives that begin by assuming that masks actually reduce infections and then creating a model based on that assumption.

10
TheOne1 10 points ago +10 / -0

The immunity they refer to in the study quoted is antibodies, which are known to fade over time. This is only one component of human immunity to disease. The body once infected now recognizes the virus and will produce antibodies from cellular memory any time they are needed. Natural immunity is lifelong and up 17 times stronger than vaccine created immunity, even if the shots they are giving were an actual vaccine which they aren't. For any vaccine to be worth a fuck it cannot have animal reservoirs. This corona virus has almost crossed into every mammalian species so no leaky vaccine will function without creating mutations that are more deadly than the original. These fools are playing with fire and they are about to get burned.

6
newrandomperson 6 points ago +6 / -0

The study explicitly states, at the end, of course, that they did not include possible immunity provided by B-Cells and what not. Seems the news forgot to read that.

1
FormerGraveheart 1 point ago +1 / -0

You found a link to the study? It wasn't in that brief article.

4
sustainable_saltmine 4 points ago +4 / -0

Exactly, IF boosters for anything are even necessary it's 5-10 years down the line, not every 6 months. For most things like tetanus or whatever it's more of a precaution if you think you have been exposed to the disease and can't remember when you were last vaccinated...but that doesn't give pharma profits

0

Yep. Fuckin boosters are horse shit fren. All of it. Such a crock of shit. I will pass on all of it thanks lol

5
BillsmafiaGG 5 points ago +5 / -0

No need to link directly to the “study,” because it’s not an empirical study, just a model.

There appears to be no science involved, per se. My interpretation is that they statistically averaged the reinfection curves for several “Covid-like” viruses using existing data, and then spat out an answer, because it would obviously say that people get infected with colds every year or so.

If I had to guess, I’m sure the math is OK, and the reinfection timeline might even be close (although they admit there is no empirical way to know).

This is a classic “study” used to produce a headline and provoke only negative assumptions. As long as we’re making assumptions based on coronavirus comparisons, can we assume that Covid reinfection has similar outcomes to the common cold? Their numbers neither confirm or falsify that assumption.

Oh, and the same study applied to vaccine-induced immunity will come out “later.” Don’t be surprised if at least some of the Yale Public Health authors are the naive ones here. It’s just as likely they got blindsided by unscrupulous media reporting that will pump the first study and ignore the follow-up.

That's my plan. Pop a couple of pills at the first signs of a flu.

i realize i should have said, since THEY care so much they should give us ivermectin every 16 months.

I work in a hospital and I haven't caught it yet...or had symptoms at least. The only time anyone in my department caught it was when one girl got double jabbed and later that week 2 people got sick.

It's time for the branch covidians to admit they were lied to about the efficacy of the shot. But they won't. Because they don't trust science, they're in a cult

CommunismIsForFags 4 points ago +4 / -0

::gasp:: the survival rate will only be 99.92% over thirty years!!!!

AngryMuffin 4 points ago +4 / -0

if you don't take our shitty jab you'll get super secret double-triple coof...for life.

Nope, still a hard no from me.

The only example I can reference is my own. Got it in March 2020 and again in September 2021, 18 months apart, so they may be on to something.

However, the differences in symptoms between my 2 cases were night and day.

I'll be honest, the initial infection kicked my ass. Killer, persistent, middle-of-the-brain headache for probably 3-4 days, coughing so much that eventually there was blood, slept for 16 hours a day. No lasting symptoms after it cleared. I was, however, horribly unhealthy (for my standards) at the time and was abusing alcohol like I was on vacation because I thought the lockdown was only going to last 2 weeks.

During my most recent infection, I had a decent 6.5/10 headache for 1.5 days and was tired for 2 days. No cough, no mucous, none of that stuff. After the 2 days I was back to normal.

My body obviously was forced to fight off the alpha variant and then knew what to do with the delta variant, the very definition of natural immunity.

Because of my symptoms for the initial infection, I have serious doubts that Covid is fake. I've never had the flu or any other serious respiratory illness though so I have nothing to compare it to.

Had they come out with an inactivated whole virus vaccine I might have actually taken it had I not been infected 2x, I'm not really sure because it's tough to hypothesize. But now that I know that my natural immunity can hold its own, any vaccine for me would introduce risk with none of the benefit. One thing that I will never change my mind about is that natural immunity is better than vaccination. One part (the spike) of the 2 year-old ALPHA virus, or the whole envelope including the other 20 or so proteins of the most recent Delta. Anyone who tells you differently is flat out lying.

Not to mention, mRNA treatments instruct the body to make the spike (a relatively new technology), which the body can then fight. Sounds OK I guess. There is then, by definition, 2 functions my body has to perform with mRNA treatment. With natural immunity (and I guess traditional inactivated vaccines), my body only has 1 job, fight the intruder. My career is in logic and coding, and one of the first things I tell people when training is that you use the least amount of code/steps to perform the same job, because introducing unnecessary steps can only cause problems and/or be inefficient.

Also, some countries won't even let you get the vaccine for 9 months after infection, and for very good reason. In the US, the CDC actually recommends (or recommended, I can't find it anymore, surprise) that you don't get the vaccine while actively infected, but then advises against getting tested before getting vaccinated. Wait what!? It's a classic used-car salesman trick to not let you leave the lot without buying a car, because you will most likely change your mind.

Terrific comment, the last part is something that simply amazes me. Fauci and the CDC simply do not care if they harm us by injecting an unnecessary vaccine, they don’t care if you just got over the disease, their default response to everything is to get vaccinated no matter what. Not consult your doctor , just get vaccinated. The mandates are disgusting, are they really going to fire people over this? What if you just got infected but you’re past the cutoff date of where your company accepts medical exemptions? You have to take the chance of immediately vaccinating after natural immunity, how does that make any sense? It’s scary man, the only thing that makes sense is political objectives (vaccine campaign, Biden beats the virus) and obviously profits for big pharma (Biden got the most $ by far)

How the hell would they know... its not even been 2 years...

It’s modeled after the common cold. Total bullshit

Been a nurse for years, taken care of hundreds of "covid" patients, had 2-3 a few weeks ago. Still haven't got it, don't care either way.

3
dart832 3 points ago +3 / -0

This pandemic has been going in for 18ish months and I still haven’t had covid. I’ve been actively trying to get it the last few months to have “natural immunity” but the damn virus won’t stick to me!

2
ChocolateEvryday 2 points ago +2 / -0

You probably already have been exposed and developed immunity.

3
emagdnim 3 points ago +3 / -0

Pure BS!! According to a British study the vaccinated may never reach full immunity.

Study is in the link.

Well, it's been 2 years, and I haven't had a single atom of the Chink Lung AIDS. And if I did catch it, I would probably never have any symptoms, like MOST people who've had it.

3
Kaiheitai 3 points ago +3 / -0

Ooooh, another 'study.' And this one contradicts all standard understanding of how immune systems work, yet again. Fucking amazing, don't you effin' LOVE science,!?

Meanwhile, back in reality, people who survived Sars Cov-1 back in 2003 are "still* not only caring the antibodies and memory cells, they're also immune to Sars Cov-2.

lol, these scientists are fucking dumb.

3

K if that’s the case, Vaccinated should plan on every 4.

3
T_WIN_2020 3 points ago +3 / -0

Well it's been 22 months already (starting from Jan 2020 to be fair) and haven't got it. I don't care if I catch it or hold anyone accountable. I'll go ahead and keep living life normally. Also I live in Los Angeles County, the opposite of rural.

3
BidensHairyLegs 3 points ago +3 / -0

Absolute nonsense. Almost every other article I've read says that natural immunity is 15-30 times stronger and protects you from lots of COVID variants not just the alpha strain which the vax is programmed for.

I must be superhuman. I have never worn masks, I never stopped living my life, and I'm never getting injected. And I never caught the Chinese Virus.

2
kingcharles40 2 points ago +2 / -0

Rather have COVID every 16 months then take some experimental 'vaccine' that could possibly be a bio weapon engineered to wipe out most of humanity.

2
TyrannyBuster 2 points ago +2 / -0

"..new study from Yale"

Yeah I'm not reading any more.

2
honkskillet 2 points ago +2 / -0

Yeah, just like vaccinated people. Because the VAX doesn’t prevent transmission.

2
Gwoz8881 2 points ago +2 / -0

It’s been nearly 2 years an I have yet to catch the chink coof. The propaganda is the real virus.

noonthirty 1 point ago +1 / -0

Ditto.

2
TrumpWon2020Biggly 2 points ago +2 / -0

Yeah and vaccinated can expect to catch it every 6 months (per planned booster regiment).

So again better to be unvaxxed than vaxxed

2
Phafi11 2 points ago +2 / -0

man, 16 months on loop is almost one and a half how often you get the flu.

this was phrased extremely poorly, I'm aware.

No link to the study, no title of the study, no reference at all. Sounds legit/s. Also, that's an ominous motto for the hill.

I will gladly get a mild flu every 16 months, over running a high risk of death every 6.

2
Yam_nation 2 points ago +2 / -0

Sars1 survivors are still immune. This study is garbage.

2
newrandomperson 2 points ago +2 / -0

If you go and read the study, this study is only about antibody count in the blood stream, that's all. At the end of the study, they explicitly state that this study does not take into account any of that other part of the immune system, the memory B-Cells and what not.

Also, this definitely puts a maximum limit on vaccinated immunity too. Without taking into account that the vaccine only gets to see a single protein and not the whole virus.
