No no no, he was a bad person and deserved to die because he raped little boys.

OperationCatSpeed 50 points ago +50 / -0

A convicted pedi chasing a teenage boy gets shot. Yeah, if Kyle gets convicted here, our justice system no longer exists.

29
Willholbert09 29 points ago +29 / -0

A convicted pedo who was pushing a dumpster full of fire to a car dealership/gas station..

'he was starting fights'... oh shit!

47
raytwentynine 47 points ago +47 / -0

"he was starting fights ... uh he was not starting fights he was starting problems" .... lol

21
DrCowboyPresident 21 points ago +21 / -0

Which included plenty of fighting

5
sixfingerdildo 5 points ago +8 / -3

Just because he's starting fights doesn't mean he's the one fighting. Besides, it's irrelevant to this incident since there was no opportunity for a fight to commence due to Mr Rittenhouse's preclusive actions....

6
Jamesben 6 points ago +6 / -0

Wrong. Each of the recipients of Kyle's righteous lead dispersement ASSAULTED, we in the act of assaulting him. . One not need absorb potentially lethal force to react. Kyle will walk free, as he should.

7
sixfingerdildo 7 points ago +7 / -0

I was facetious

4
independentbystander 4 points ago +4 / -0

> "mostly peaceful fighting"

> "not, generally speaking, unruly"

Oops.

WacoKid90 36 points ago +36 / -0

Lol "he was telling him to shoot him, he was allegedly saying racial slurs, and provoking a fight that not related to this" only a fucking lawyer could deliver that with a straight face.

20
ThisTrainHasNoBrakes 20 points ago +20 / -0

“Just shoot me!”

  • man who was shot

Where's that pikachu meme when you need it?

2

"Shoot me nigga!"

-gets shot-

"NNNOOOOOOOO!"

2
hoarsecaulk 2 points ago +2 / -0

But he didn’t want to be shot! Kind of sounded like he did.

33
rubmewithbeer 33 points ago +33 / -0

Sounds like he just spouted why kyle would need to use self-defense lol

27
k_the_c 27 points ago +27 / -0

Any prosecutors on here? Just curious if it's possible that the guy is deliberately throwing the case because he knows it'd be bad karma for him? I know I couldn't sleep well if I got Rittenhouse convicted.

41
Americomrade1 41 points ago +41 / -0

What you’re seeing is the brain power of a leftist faggot prosecutor on display. It’s incompetence, same as any other leftist. As defense council i would beat this faggot over the head with his Freudian slip.

10
entwickelnden 10 points ago +10 / -0

does using your pen like that pointing it at the judge and saying "you.. you... you..." hurt their cause too? I thought it was rude and i thought judges didnt take kindly to that crap.

4
independentbystander 4 points ago +4 / -0

As I understand, judges do not take kindly to that crap, nor any similar form of crap. What I hear from others who have been to court-and I have observed in many examples personally and on video- many judges have a hair-trigger ban-hammer for people who show disrespect in a courtroom. In my own experiences of sitting for jury selection, the judges have been strict, no-nonsense and quick to call out someone for very small matters. Misbehavior in court may be dealt with harshly: (in this more-extreme case a defendant yells at the judge, who adds 6 years to his already lengthy sentence.)

Much as we see with the troublemakers of the Tolerant Left at large, lawyers have become extremely emboldened and entitled. I am not a lawyer but: if I were trying to win a case and be seen favorably from the bench (much less avoid contempt-of-court) I would not be making disrespectful gestures like pointing a pen (or anything else) at the judge in that manner.

> Is this the behavior they are teaching in law school now? LOL WTF

1
Bbme19 1 point ago +1 / -0

That was satisfying to watch. Dude would kill next.

2
independentbystander 2 points ago +2 / -0

Then you'll really like this one: a multiple-armed-robbery perp refused to stop talking/interrupting during a hearing so the judge ordered his mouth taped shut. This worked as well as one would expect, and the jogger continued to dindunuffin (albeit in a more muffled and humorous manner.)

Obviously, the judge had to step down from the case on the grounds of "reeeeeee." Even so: the jogger's refusal to shut up did not help his case, he was eventually sentenced to 33 years.

23
Dreeval 23 points ago +23 / -0

The lefty prosecutor was probably expecting this legal lynching to go a lot smoother because BLM of course.

10
fuckthealphabetsoup 10 points ago +10 / -0

The leftists types are so used to operating with almost no opposition; they're used to being handed everything, and not having to actually support their claims, and ideals...

They also have a habit of Freudian slips because, they know the truth, and even in their sick fucked minds, they can't escape reality; double that when they've actually got pressure on their necks to back up their fake reality.

1
Wexit-Delecto 1 point ago +1 / -0

The way he corrected himself when he said “going around starting fights.” He knows, he is voluntarily willingly trying to jail innocent Rittenhouse.

10
MrSir 10 points ago +10 / -0

Unlike Chauvin (and Ahmaud Aubrey which is probably just me) nobody here thinks Kyle acted in anything less than the perfect defensive way.

He could have shot more people, but he didn't. He defended himself perfectly. He showed the restraint. He showed the compassion. He showed clear mindedness.

Give that man his eagle scout badge.

4
the_ottarus 4 points ago +4 / -0

Fuck the scouts. They gave way to lefties and allowed gays and girls in.

7
militarysnoopy 7 points ago +7 / -0

Hell look at the Floyd police officer, found guilty in 45 minutes and the jurors said they convicted to avoid more burn, loot, murders.

We also had a leak detailing how our justice system works, including having the "random" jury pool be made up of people who are predisposed to convict.

Kyle isn't in the clear by any means

5
SowellWasRight 5 points ago +5 / -0

According to Robert Barnes, the prosecutor is a completely immoral degenerate scumbag. A living caricature of everything you can imagine that's evil about lawyers. He knows Kyle is innocent and he wants him imprisoned for life.

4
havemydata 4 points ago +4 / -0

He thinks this case will propel him to the Governor's mansion.

2
ShitOfPeace 2 points ago +2 / -0

That probably tends to sound similar to someone trying to prove a case that has no shot to win because the arguments in favor of convicting Rittenhouse are pure garbage.

He's also clearly a bad lawyer. The whole tactic he tried was basically attributing a motive to the defense's argument by making the argument for them and explaining why they made it as if the defense doesn't have the ability to explain it themselves.

23
p1smo 23 points ago +23 / -0

There's literally video of Rosenbaum chasing Kyle, trying to throw what appears to be a molotov cocktail at him, before he catches Kyle behind the cars and gets shot. Before that he had been threatening Kyle in the parking lot.

And that doesn't even go into all the other stuff about Rosenbaum that Kyle wasn't aware of like the arson, sexual abuse of a minor, etc. But yeah, try to spin your sob story that him being a piece of shit had nothing to do with his death, and Kyle killed him for no good reason.

Absolute trainwreck of an argument lol, but then again, if they were sending their best they would have recognized Kyle was only acting in self-defense, we wouldn't be having this conversation, and Kyle would be at home doing whatever he'd be doing otherwise.

6
NuttinInya 6 points ago +6 / -0

The molotov was disinformation. Wound up being a plastic bag that had something in it. The plastic caught the light weird with the video being at night and all. The rest is true.

3
p1smo 3 points ago +3 / -0

Good to know. Always appreciate having correct information. Even still, he was clearly being threatened and chased by a mob, and Rosenbaum had been making repeated threats beforehand that he would hurt Kyle if he wasn't armed.

It's easy for people to armchair quarterback what Kyle should or shouldn't have done from the safety of their computer screens, but I think it's safe to say most people probably would have done the exact same thing in his situation.

20
anon09 20 points ago +20 / -0

kyle didn't decide he had to die, he shot him, immobilized him, then went and tried getting help before getting attacked again

13
NvJohansson 13 points ago +13 / -0

Reminds me of the lawyer that got replaced by My cousin Vinny.

8
IvIA6A 8 points ago +8 / -0

Yes he deserved to die and I hope he burns in hell!

6
ltbadpuppy 6 points ago +6 / -0

Can anyone point to a case where telling a judge he’s wrong actually worked in the lawyers favor??

6
Cuttinmuffins 6 points ago +6 / -0

Hate to say it but when did reality and facts ever make a difference to liberal lunatics?

5
schiff_for_brains 5 points ago +5 / -0

There’s video to back up those allegations...

3
anon2309011 3 points ago +3 / -0

I wouldn't be surprised if they try to get the video thrown out as evidence because its not from an "official" source.

5
556y308 5 points ago +5 / -0

I think he will be found not guilty and walk free (depending on the jury of course) and once he does, the FEDs will come in and do another trial.

4
Red_Turtle 4 points ago +4 / -0

If you recall that's basically what was set up for Chauvin since they had the feds standing by to nab him immediately after the verdict was read if it was not guilty. He was never going to be allowed to walk. Neither will Kyle.

Our justice system is not just.

2
Wexit-Delecto 2 points ago +2 / -0

Our justice system is not just.

An armed population entitled to defend itself makes a bolshevik revolution hard.

5
ShitOfPeace 5 points ago +5 / -0

What a piece of shit. Let them make the argument themselves instead of you making it and attributing a bad motive to what the defense is saying.

So transparent. This guy is a horrible lawyer.

5
XlDEN 5 points ago +5 / -0

Well, the case hasn’t really started. This is the preliminary shit. They have yet to select a jury.

4
gaijin_ronin 4 points ago +4 / -0

Regardless, the outcome is already fixed. This kid will be found guilty. I believe just like with Fentanyl floyd they will sacrifice another to the mob in an attempt to appease. We will have to free Kyle along with all those being held illegally for Jan 6th and the entire country being held hostage by Swamp/Potatus. I don't want a real fight but this shit is way past it's expiration date. I just want to be left alone to raise my children and homestead. Bring it on so we can get it over with already.

4
Redpillrambo 4 points ago +4 / -0

If you are loud, confrontational, racist, literally asking for it, starting fires, assaulting children, and generally causing mayhem in the community, you deserve to die 100%

4
hillaryprison 4 points ago +4 / -0

If Kyle was in antifa he would have been released long ago and never prosecuted. The legal system is so evil and corrupt. Justice department is in the business of doing injustice. Sick people.

3
davidmode 3 points ago +3 / -0

he didnt deserve to die, but hes dead because he FAFO

oh. hes a pedo? he deserved to die too.

3
ThrushLimbald 3 points ago +3 / -0

Honestly at this point. If he's found "Guilty" then people need to find the jury, judge and police who took him in guilty and act from there.

2
GrizzlyHash 2 points ago +2 / -0

2 less Pedos in the world.

2
ModernKnight 2 points ago +2 / -0

"There are videos of Mr. Rosenbaum asking people to shoot him... he clearly didn't want Kyle to shoot him, though, so this has no bearing on this case." TOP KEK RIGHT THERE!

2
Striganos 2 points ago +2 / -0

This lawyer need to get the noose.

2
StaryHickory 2 points ago +2 / -0

Allegation, its all on video. My God, can we convict these prosecutors? They are simply lying. Everyone knows what happened we all saw it.

2
Firespawn 2 points ago +2 / -0

This idiot is Kyle's best asset. He doesn't know when to shut tf up and is essentially fighting Kyle's case for him just days before the actual trial begins.

2
Comntrinchief 2 points ago +2 / -0

When “shoot me” doesn’t me shoot me🤣🤣🤣

2

They are NOT sending their finest, that cop shop lawyer. Fail. Yugely.

1
Wexit-Delecto 1 point ago +1 / -0

It won’t matter. The Supreme Court has the final say and they ruled Texas has no standing to bring a Constitutional dispute to the court having original jurisdiction to hear the case. Rule of law is dead. Even if he is freed, it means nothing for the rest of us unless you also are willing to spend 2 years in jail for doing nothing wrong.

1
Striganos 1 point ago +1 / -0

Hasn't Kyle been in jail waiting for trial? If so then he deserves a shit ton of money for all he's been through. Poor kid I hope he moves somewhere deep red so he is safe after all this.

1
LarryBugman 1 point ago +1 / -0

Clown world jury.

If Chauvin can be guilty so can Rittenhouse.

Don’t underestimate how pathetic and corrupt the average person is.

1
Ironlabel1 1 point ago +1 / -0

How about the video that I watched that night where he chased Kyle around the back of a used car lot building??? How about that?

1

LOL this prosecutor sucks!

But weren’t things looking good for Chauvin as well, then the commies got him. We’ll see but I think they give him the same treatment.
