There wasn’t even a bill for Trump’s infrastructure plan. McConnell shut it down outright.

Trumps bill was doa because Pelosi was speaker and was adding tons of pork that we got now anyway.

62
Bullet3250 62 points ago +62 / -0

RYAN and MCCONNELL had all the time in the world to put that bill through....

THEY , did not.... intentionally -

to harm Trump politically.

35
bill_in_texas 35 points ago +35 / -0

Important point. Trump's first two years were hamstrung by a party butthurt that they just got steamrolled in a hostile takeover by Trump. They poison pilled his presidency. Never forget.

7
fwesh 7 points ago +7 / -0

They did allow the Omnibus bill though which is more of the same pork

31
BoughtByBloomberg2 31 points ago +31 / -0

Pelosi wasn't speaker for the first 2 years. The Republicans had full control and ability to ram through everything in the house. They couldn't in the Senate because they need 60 votes for budgets. But they COULD have crafted any HB they wanted.

They didn't. Cause RINOS.

13
TrueFlagPatriot420 13 points ago +13 / -0

Republicans had complete control the first 2 years and they did absolutely nothing for the people. Just tax cuts for corporations

5
BoughtByBloomberg2 5 points ago +6 / -1

NOOOOOOO STOP THAT! Fucking leftist bullshit.

Trump's taxcuts averaged a 10% reduction for the poor AND completely obliterated the self employment tax. Fuck you. Educate yourself.

5
russianbot4673 5 points ago +5 / -0

i'm self employed and i still pay plenty of income taxes. in fact i didn't see any change. what i paid each year actually went up. so wtf are you talking about?

3
BoughtByBloomberg2 3 points ago +3 / -0

Federal or state?

Cause how did you take a 20% self-employment tax deduction (5% over the actual tax) and end up paying more is beyond me... did you actually use the deduction or are you one of those people.

The people I file taxes for (at a 10% fee) that let thousands of dollars in deductions just go to waste.

1
russianbot4673 1 point ago +1 / -0

i have a tax guy do mine. i owed more because i made more each year, but i wasn't making a lot more. so it didn't really seem to make sense to me that i was paying more at all. i expected it to be about even or less, the way everyone was talking up the tax cut. but when you use the word 'obliterate' it makes it sound like you'll be paying very little and that has never been the case for me. and yes i'm talking federal.

2
TrueFlagPatriot420 2 points ago +2 / -0

What does that have to do with helping out the people?

1
Carry_Your_Name 1 point ago +1 / -0

They didn’t care about helping out people at that point. They were dissociating themselves with the president to preserve their own reputation, that was their top priority.

3
JackLemon 3 points ago +3 / -0

Let us not forget both Ryan and McCarthy as well. They sabotaged Trump as much as or more. The unprecedented, never before seen exodus of incumbent Republicans, including the leader of the the House and multiple committee chairs was done so that Piglousy would gain control of the House and impeach Trump and that is exactly what happened TWICE.

Just listing the times the Republicans sabotaged Trump would take pages.

#NeverRepublicanAgain

3
The_Left_The 3 points ago +3 / -0

That's the worst part of it.

If we don't vote R, we give the RINOs exactly what they want, which is minority status.

But if we DO vote R, they intentionally fuck it up specifically in order to get their minority status back again.

That's why taking over the GOP completely is our only real political option (emphasis on political), or somehow form a new party, though that would be even harder.

1
JackLemon 1 point ago +1 / -0

Well said. If the Republicans continue to block the nominations of MAGA candidates then we can either create a new party because reforming the globalist controlled party is not possible or we can just quit voting.

A well known Dimm operative and now MS-13DNC propagandist admitted that the Dimm party would never change unless people quit voting causing a massive destruction and a rebuild. That is what we should do if there are not a significant number of MAGA candidates nominated and the traitors removed. The traitorous ChiCom Mc's must also be replaced, otherwise there's no point voting.

1
The_Left_The 1 point ago +1 / -0

We either need to take over one of the two parties--and admittedly, doing so may take some time--or destroy one of the parties and replace it, yeah.

One thing we know of is that we can't endure with one party that strives to be a permanent minority because we have no leverage over the party in general.

But if we can turf out the worst elements bit by bit; if we force them to sacrifice their RINO pieces in order to regain their coveted minority status, maybe we can take over a little easier than we otherwise would.

That and taking over local offices and usurping them all from the ground up as well.

No. I don’t think the stolen election would not have been stolen if we bribed DC lobbyists with trillions of dollars.

3
The_Knight_of_sunset 3 points ago +3 / -0

Yeah this seems to be DOA and is just being pushed by the same “Republican hate” accounts as another wedge issue.

Now that I think about it, all of this Republican Hate in such large proportions does seem artificial, like there is a large number of shills trying to play divide-and-conquer games here.

Is there some hatred against the Republicans as a whole? Guaranteed yes, but I felt like such vitriol is not as common as the shills imply.

1
okboomer59 1 point ago +1 / -0

The commies are exploiting the real disappointment among the people in the constant betrayal by the eGOP.

Their greatest fear is that MAGA candidates will primary them all, take over the party and completely swamp Congress in a nationwide red wave that will make 1994 and 2010 look tame.

So they are trying to split MAGA off from the GOP to divide the vote and let the commies slip through, the way Teddy Roosevelt made it possible for Woodrow Wilson to weasel his way in.

They wanted Trump gone and to go back to business as usual, grifting and plundering the United States with their Democrat buddies while getting rich.

Dumb, let dems and liberals get elected?? How about we just elect Patriots.

3
magaroll 3 points ago +3 / -0

It's hard to win a seat as a patriot because it's a party and you have to join it.

Trump had wealth and name recognition.

Random average patriot that tries to run to better the nation does not get party support.

At this point a third party attempt would be better.

Yes that would hand democrats short term wins but at this point it doesnt matter.

We have enough momentum, especially if Trump backed it, to get enough votes to establish the new party for ballot and debate access in states.

This whole "omg no third party the dems will win!" Is cowardly and lazy. If we as a people want a non violent political solution we have to be willing to try something different and suffer short term loss for long term gain.

Or we could just over throw the tyrants.

Either way no pain no gain.

Dude,

MAGA is 80% of the Republican Voting base... The Party Planks TRUMP won the election with in 2016 were not his... they were OURS....

Trump was - and is - a POPULIST... the PURE REPRESENTATIVE OF THE PEOPLE...

2
Snoman 2 points ago +3 / -1

I believe your 80% is over estimated, do you have a data point for that. I can appreciate your confidence, but you may be underestimating the opposition.

Consider the difference between voters who support America First, and those who vote for their own self interest voting behind the same party label.

1
Bullet3250 1 point ago +1 / -0

I suppose you can slice and dice the 'electorate' many different ways... based on the questions you present to them...

Trump within the GOP is huge... https://thenationalpulse.com/news/67-want-trump-in-2024-pence-gets-0/

The KEY READING in this poll is not 'Trump support" - it is totalling up the NON Trump support (and I would say you have to remove DeSantis from the total equation as he is America First all day long ....

There are ONLY 17% of Republicans who supported 'NOT AMERICA FIRST'....

This is a key finding - one that shows how little support the EGOP have within our party.

2
Snoman 2 points ago +2 / -0

Check out the polling here https://youtu.be/_lTEK4Um9VA Dude is a guest on the Warroom and has worked w/the Trump admin. He also has future candidates on the show, and drills them with tough questions.

I believe the 67% is a more accurate gauge, but can see it shift (+/-) under changing circumstances. The thing to watch is the eGOP attempt to capitalize off of the Youngkin win for their benefit even though they backed Dan Snyder in the primary.

They are already doing so.

1
Bullet3250 1 point ago +1 / -0

That 67% number is only when you have multiple choices... which dilutes real contests.

Put up Trump one on one... against each of the EGOP and you will see 80+% support FOR TRUMP in each of those polling numbers... likely more..

Republicans are NOT HAPPY WITH THE ROMNEY CABAL... Liz Cheney and a few others getting the BOOT are proof of that. (There is a Utah move to dump Romney too - same with our Alaskan Senator )

The EGOP may have loads of money... but so did Hillary in 2016 - and her message was garbage and she lost. THAT WILL BE THE FATE OF THE EGOP as well...

1
JackLemon 1 point ago +1 / -0

Barris isn't a Trump supporter, nor is the duplicitous slob Sloppy Steve Bannon. Barris is making the same mistake all pollster schisters do in believing that Trump supporters will respond to their surveys. We often don't or we give them false info.

Bannon and Barris are Republicans and so will sell propaganda that helps that proven traitorous party. If they say Trump's support is only 67 percent they are flat out lying.

Youngkin won, in part, because the Dimms made the huge mistake of associating him with Trump and MAGA. They campaigned on it and lost big league despite their usual cheating.

1
JackLemon 1 point ago +1 / -0

Trump won reelection by more votes than any President in history. He also maintained a higher approval level among Republican voters than anyone else ever. The 80% number is an underestimate. The vast majority of Republican voters and a significant percentage of Dimms know the election was stolen and Xiden is illegitimate. Trump still has massive support, whereas the traitorous Republican wing of the uni-party doesn't at all.

2
JackLemon 2 points ago +2 / -0

But now since they ousted Trump, they are eagerly passing every piece of globalist legislation including the infrastructure bill and the bill to import millions of Afghans here and pay for them all.

The grift involves always having just the right amount of Republicans they need voting "YES" on the legislation for it to pass. The rest will vote "NO" to maintain the illusion of opposition.

When they say your taxes won't be raised by this bill, they may be right, but the taxes you actually pay will absolutely be raised.

We've grown accustomed to skirting taxes in ways we've deemed reasonable for very long. This natural and reasonable tax evasion is built in to the tax rates already. By upping the enforcement of these existing tax laws, you're effectively creating a new tax. Idiots will say "well, it's always been the law, so it's ok" but it's not. Like I said, the tax code essentially already has this type of tax evasion built in to it when the numbers are considered.

A better solution, of course, would be to explicitly exempt these taxes instead of relying on poor enforcement.

It's similar to a speed limit. Cops aren't going to ticket you for going 4 mph over, but they legally can. But because they don't enforce it, the law effectively starts at 5 mph over, and the speed limits have this buffer built in when they are set. If a city needs new revenue and starts ticketing drivers going 2 mph over the limit, they aren't technically lowering speed limits for new revenue, but they are effectively lowering speed limits for new revenue and it will have a real impact on the citizen's financial situation.

They knowingly and willingly participated in the election fraud of 2020. They hated Trump for hijacking their party and refusing to bow down to the party line. It's the only rational explanation. They refuse to stand up for our vote because they were in on it

Left and right is a distraction. The real battle is authoritarian vs libertarian.

MTG actually said that the liberals "did more than these 13 traitor Republicans to stop Biden’s fake Infrastructure bill by voting NO."

It’s not a question of if the republicans will sell out their base but whose turn is it to do it.

Acting? Ummm nope. Just prefer to view them separately. A rhino is a traitor the GOP not necessarily.

Agent_86 -2 points ago +2 / -4
