I cannot believe Binger is such a faggot that he thinks it's a good idea to argue WITH THE FUCKING JUDGE!!! His ego is insane.

Ed_Ward 155 points ago +156 / -1

I think at this point he doesn't care about winning, he only wants to look like some "brave hero", who stood up for justice.

105
BetaODork 105 points ago +105 / -0

Yeah he knows he’ll be backed by the media and get some talk show rounds, maybe a book deal. Ask Michael avenatti how it all worked for him lol

52
Darkheartisland 52 points ago +55 / -3

You mean CPL?

69
The_Litehaus_Abides 69 points ago +69 / -0

Creepy Porn Lawyer.

It was hilarious when Tucker had those actual words on the screen when he interviewed Avenatti.

35
MahaYoshi 35 points ago +35 / -0

I can’t believe I was actually appalled by that at the time. “We’ll never be taken seriously like this”, I said. “The left will use this to confirm how mean we are”, I said.

What a difference a few social media bans and an election coup can do to someone like me. Glad that cuck I used to be is dead.

19
The_Litehaus_Abides 19 points ago +19 / -0

It takes good character to own up to being wrong and changing because of it.

You lived, you learned and became a better person for it. Much respect to you.

12

Dead, you say? One more vote for Biden, then.

11
NotAPuma 11 points ago +11 / -0

I beg to differ. But that'll be 32 more Votes for Biden.

The Kind and Honest Democrats merely wish to Fortify the Election against Republicans Nazis who don't want Child Sacrifices in America.

THIS POST WAS SHADOW BANNED (YES they do it here.) So I'm putting it back here. About Kyle's life: ...

In that regard I think Kyle is set for life financially, he'll be okay in that respect. He will never lead a normal life now, for many of the reasons stated above.

So he'll live from his "celebrity" and will make money from it. And I cheer him on for doing that. He's paid the price to have it and is a HERO to many. Conservatives will buy his endorsements, like the Rittenhouse AR-15 and so on. He will live a hard life psychologically, but financially, I think he's fine.

I'm saddened being reminded that many veterans go through this (PTSD), alone and broke. So, hoping Kyle will be Okay.

2
Darkheartisland 2 points ago +6 / -4

Your posts wouldn't be shadowed banned if you weren't a total faggot.

5

Tucker destroyed that faggot CPL, and then the icing on the cake was when the Trump Curse finished off whatever was left of CPL.

21
fskfsk 21 points ago +24 / -3

The left takes care of their own. The DA is set for life no matter what the outcome.

Kyle Rittenhouse is still screwed after he's acquitted. If he tries to make money giving speeches, Antifa will show up looking for blood. If Antifa finds out where he lives, it'll be 3am drive by shootings. What kind of job and career can he have?

30
RuleoVicus 30 points ago +30 / -0

Kyle has my back. I'm self employed and self sufficient. If he needs security, I'll be there. This trial is my final straw.

Hey, FBI, go fuck yourselves. This is a warning, not a threat.

I am chuckling imagining Antifa trying their bullshit in South Carolina. I can hear the CNN headline.

"White nationalists completely mog and body group of FDA approved quasi human-soy byproducts after the byproducts tried to instigate a false flag event"

Yes, if he tries to give a speech in Berkeley, California, Antifa will destroy him. But Kyle is not dumb.

2
fskfsk 2 points ago +3 / -1

What if, instead of a mob, they just send a sniper or one guy with a gun? They'll just Reinoehl him, no need for a mob.

In their version of reality, it is never proper to use a gun to defend from someone NOT using a gun, no matter what other weapons or intent they have. It is also improper for civilians to adopt duties vested in Govt, even if Govt is not performing those duties. This is the foundation of their moral structure.

You might be on to something there.

I'm a bit concerned that this will end in something other than acquittal. Like a hung jury or mistrial.

He might be the most crooked prosecutor I've ever seen. Everything he's said has been a lie in direct conflict with the video evidence that the entire world has had access to for over a year, and he's STILL lying!

I admire the judge and defense going after him adding that he's an experienced prosecutor and he knows better... but I think that's WHY! He's doing these things BECAUSE he's an experienced prosecutor and he KNOWS KYLE WILL WALK IF HE DOESN'T LIE AND CHEAT!

Edit: I have cropped and uploaded a perfect summary by Steven Crowder. Please upvote it for visibility! Or, maybe even sticky it, mods?

If only ethics and logic prevailed, they would have dropped the charges days ago. (Shouldn't have brought the case in the first place)

22
Deplora 22 points ago +22 / -0

Grosskreutz's testimony that the prosecutors tried to persuade him to significantly alter his original statement in a way that would strengthen their case was really shocking. That deserves a criminal prosecution of its own, which really ought to happen before these prosecutors are allowed to participate further in this or any other prosecution.

10
Allister 10 points ago +10 / -0

Sadly this happens more than you think... One of my close friends was a witness in a case and happy to be one as he saw the entire thing go down, and knew the suspect was being framed by the prosecution, then like this case he was called into the prosecutor's office to talk over what he said and the prosecutor did the same exact thing, trying to get him to change his witness statement to fit their agenda, he refused and said he would not change anything as what he saw was what he saw, they even threatened to file charges against him for lying (lying = not saying what they wanted to hear) he got up and walked out of the meeting and straight to his lawyer's office! He was still listed as a prosecution witness but they never called him to the stand and ended up dropping all charges because they could not get any witnesses to change their testimony and support the charges...

2
TruthyBrat 2 points ago +2 / -0

This trial and your story are great reasons why we all need to pay attention to all those down-ballot election races and keep scum like this DA and his minions far away from this kind of prosecutorial power.

10
Allister 10 points ago +10 / -0

I personally believe the Judge is too smart and savvy to fall for that and would give the defense a chance to file a directed verdict motion before he 'mistrials' because then the Judge can instantly end it with a not guilty verdict and the mistrial talk is over...

3
disgruntled_patriot 3 points ago +3 / -0

ou might be on to something there.

I'm a bit concerned that this will end in something other than acquittal. Like a hung jury or mistrial.

If Kyle isn't 100% fully vindicated, the commies will hang this albatross around his neck for the rest of his life - and they'll use this as a talking point for decades.

As much as we celebrate the scumbag prosecutor getting trashed, if the media can spin this as the judge being favoritive towards Kyle the case could result in a mistrial.

We still have no idea how the jury will act - whether they're activists or successfully intimidated by antifa.

1
Deplora 1 point ago +1 / -0

Interesting article on a possible result of declaring a mistrial:

Prosecutors could be barred from re-trying Rittenhouse if prosecutors intentionally caused mistrial https://www.foxnews.com/us/rittenhouse-mistrial-expert

1
disgruntled_patriot 1 point ago +1 / -0

I didn't think prosecutors could re-try anything. Double jeopardy or some such.

Of course it's not like the constitution hasn't been violated before...

2
Deplora 2 points ago +2 / -0

Retrials after a mistrial are the norm. The point of declaring a mistrial, when a trial in progress has been fatally flawed, is to avoid any verdict, as that would complete the trial, and thus preclude a new and properly conducted trial. Since no trial was completed before the mistrial was declared, there is no "double jeopardy", and a new trial is expected.

3
FiresideRant 3 points ago +4 / -1

Watching this trial is so backwards. The two prosecutors give me a strong evil movie villain vibe, and the defense is just like the down to earth no nonsense attorneys. Isn't it usually the defense that tries to twist facts to get their client off? It's so messed up to see this from the prosecution.

He must know his case is gone, possibly his job. I suspect they gave him the case because while they had to press charges to virtue signal, they knew it was a lost cause. He must have been the black sheep, and now that he has fucked it up even worse than expected he may be out on his ass for even more virtue signal points for the people in charge.

12
SurfandTurf 12 points ago +13 / -1

27
Tedskis 27 points ago +27 / -0

The prosecution is bringing this up that they have been instructed not to. The judge cleared the jury 2x and put the prosecution in their place. Alluding to a possible mistrial.

17
Zytos 17 points ago +17 / -0

Defense alluded to a mistrial, with prejudice. I'm sure the judge wants no mistrial.

9
Allister 9 points ago +9 / -0

5th amendment violation I think.

Prosecutor wanted to argue Kyle was silent so he could Taylor his testimony to the evidence shown in the case; but constitutionally Kyle has no requirement to say anything before the trial. It’s a protected right of his to shut up.

10
boxslowly 10 points ago +10 / -0

They're scraping the bottom of the barrel, trying to confuse Rittenhouse, a 17 year old, into accidentally incriminating himself. That's all that's happening. If Rittenhouse started talking about an in depth understanding of different types of bullets maybe that's premeditation about what he was going to do that night for example. It's all a big mess at this point, or so the prosecution hopes.

7
Redleg37 7 points ago +7 / -0

He wanted to establish that Kyle knowingly used FMJ because they can go through a target and hit a second target; they are somehow more “dangerous”.

Problem is they aren’t more dangerous, they are just better at penetrating hard targets. The military uses them because enemy soldiers wear body armor.

11
Speechify [S] 11 points ago +11 / -0

Military uses them because hollow points are against the Geneva convention.
