I know you were being sarcastic but weed does seem to have long term effects on peoples personality. I can count the girls I have known that smoked pot on 1 hand but every single one of them turned out to be a BPD ridden narcissist. I am not sure if the pot causes BPD or people with BPD gravitate towards pot but either way I am not interested in finding out.

6
leg_hairs 6 points ago +7 / -1

My amateur opinion is it takes a lot of discipline to smoke and not let it fuck you up long-term from a personality standpoint. Heart problems, though? Nah.

4
KungPaoMcChicken 4 points ago +4 / -0

Well I was considering introducing my wife to pot to try and improve our sex life, guess I won't now.

4
Harsh_Truth2 4 points ago +5 / -1

You’re listening to a bunch of terrified boomers who were sold 60s science on Pot. It’s fine and you and your wife are going to be more than fine. This is ignorance at its finest. Pot is not a “gateway drug” and doesn’t make you stupid....the people who claim that have absolutely zero experience with it and then claim expertise- almost like the COVID assholes who think they’re medical experts- ignorant assholes are the majority even here! Happy toking and enjoy the phenomenal sex!

1
KungPaoMcChicken 1 point ago +1 / -0

I guess I was trying to say I feared my wife finding an alternative way of enjoying sex that perhaps didn't involve me or a few toys. Rofl. I am not opposed to pot, I just don't need it because I am already very happy with my life. I am on a low salt and no caffeine diet at the moment and it feels like the high you get from putting Thai chilli's in your mouth and slowly chewing them to piss people off at a table. I do that a lot as well.

becky21k1 0 points ago +3 / -3

Pot isn't even the same as in the 1960s, either, it was much weaker then. Plus whe you buy you have no idea where it was grown, for all you know some guy planted it over a PCB laden waste site.

It's real. The number of high school smokers getting schizophrenia is alarming. I know 3 in a 3000 person town. Their parents have to take care of them now. The weed today ain't what it used to be.

It's a coat of paint in the UK as well

21
dadmda123 21 points ago +21 / -0

Maybe he’s from Spain , “a coat of paint” translates to “una mano de pintura” in spanish which is literally “a hand of paint”

9
MayfriatusPoinks 9 points ago +9 / -0

Good information, thanks. I know a little Spanish, but this is an idiom I had not heard before.

6

That's how you coat an outern wall.

5
JoeMcCarthyWasRight 5 points ago +5 / -0

Apparently the Brit’s finger paint their homes.

5
NotAHandshake 5 points ago +5 / -0

Paint brushes were determined to be deadly weapons because they have handles you can sharpen, so the police seized them. You have to fingerpaint your house now.

1
IAbsolutelyDare 1 point ago +1 / -0

I was thinking it was something like a finger of whiskey. 🤔

34
JonathanE 34 points ago +34 / -0

This is a great analogy.

26
behemoth887 26 points ago +26 / -0

although it sounds completely insane, the lib juice is actually more insane cuz he forgot the part where his house collapses but it's not cuz of the paint it's cuz of the secret undetectable earthquakes that only target certain houses that all happen to use the paint and also even though his life is completely ruined he'd still use the paint again and you're hitler if you don't use the paint.

13
Whimpy13 13 points ago +13 / -0

You need to show proof of you using the paint to go to public places.

Sweden's public health department just asked the government to introduce Vaxxpasses for public events. Muh open society. 🤡🌍

5
FauciOuchi 5 points ago +5 / -0

Sweden? Lol commies gonna commie

3
TenaciousDT 3 points ago +3 / -0

Wasnt Sweden the one that was bragging about having no lockdowns/masks/mandates etc? I knew there was no way a European country, even a Nordic one would be able to resist the urge to invoke such tyranny.

1
Whimpy13 1 point ago +1 / -0

Yeah but the current media truth seems to be that it was handled poorly.

I was amazed when the government removed the restrictions because the way they kept pushing for the vaxx seemed contradictive. They also stopped testing jabbed people who had covid symptoms. Now they are pushing for extensive testing even for jabbed people.

Back then I had a theory that they opened up to get another covid wave going so they can go full Nazi with covid passports and mandatory jabbing. They are curently pushing the vaxpasses for 100+ public events 'so people don't have to sit next to the unvaccinated'. Unvaxxed are also labelled as irresponsible and lazy for not taking the time to get jabbed.

Christmas is still big in Sweden and going out to restaurants and eating Christmas food is a big thing. The current timing of the governments actions feels to me like they're fucking trying to cancel Christmas and blame the unvaxxed.

...and people just goes along with it. 🤡🌍

1
AHonkTooFar 1 point ago +1 / -0

Kek, this. The lib juice is more like injecting yourself with paint.

The tetanus vaccine is completely unnecessary unless you are a WWI soldier fighting in the trenches, or maybe, maybe, a farmhand. Even in early 20th century America where it was common for children to live on farms and in generally unsanitary conditions tetanus infected somewhere around 1 in 750,000 children. Nowadays that number would be more like 1 in 5,000,000, and even then, tetanus is curable if caught.

The vaccine was developed for WWI soldiers due to the fact that the trenches in which they were fighting, on European farmlands, were covered in animal feces. Open wounds from gunshots and shrapnel made tetanus a major issue for the combatants of that time. The vaccine was highly effective at preventing tetanus, but after the conclusion of the war, it was no longer really needed.

Pharmaceutical companies of that time, no different then than today, determined to continue profiting from the vaccine, urged the US Government to add it to the pediatric immunization schedule. And so here we are, almost a hundred years later, and people still think this is in any way shape or form a necessary vaccine to give to children, when the risks clearly outweight the potential benefits.

Also, the "stepping on a rusty nail" theory is a misconception, and cutting yourself on rusted metal is not a risk factor for contracting tetanus, unless that nail is inside a barn where animal feces is present. Really the only way you contract tetanus is getting animal feces in an open wound. Has nothing to do with rusted metal.

becky21k1 -1 points ago +1 / -2

Good to know, I got the original as a kid and a booster when 21 or so on the basis of the rusty metal theory.

4
bubadmt 4 points ago +4 / -0

Okay, let's assume your supposition is true for a second, and that this "vaccine" (note, it is far from a vaccine because it does not innoculate your body, it does not provide any immunity, just a debateable degree of "protection" per CDC definition of what constitutes a vaccine in 2021) will adhere to a traditional schedule requiring a series of injections for it to be complete.

The pertinent question then, which hopefully you can answer since you seem so sure of yourself, is how many shots will it take for one to be considered fully vaccinated? When will it stop? Initial impressions of the "vaccine" were that it was one or two shots depending on which one you got. Then a bit later, they introduced boosters for some. Then boosters for all, but only for certain shots. Then it changed to mix-and-match boosters being okay. Then it changed to boosters for kids, too. Then they said now certain groups will need a 4th shot. That's where we're at now. They will soon state that everyone will need a 4th, not only certain groups. And then it'll become a 5th shot is needed, sometime around April of 2022. Do you see the pattern here?

So back to my original question, how many does it take to end the series and be fully "vaccinated"? If there is no foreseeable end, then it's not really a vaccine, is it? It's not like tetanus where you may get one every decade. Five or six months is not a decade, not even in the same ballpark. To make this equivalency is a bad faith argument since we all know that the "experts" are just making it up as they go along.

bubadmt 6 points ago +6 / -0

There have been almost 20,000 vaccine deaths in VAERS that have been officially reported, and tens of thousands more debilitating injuries, including myocarditis, pericarditis, strokes, cardiac infarctions, paralysis, and infertility. All of this in less than a year. More than ALL other vaccines in the last 50 years, COMBINED. That's not effectiveness, that's a failure.

bubadmt 6 points ago +6 / -0

Our natural immune system grants us an overall survival rate of 99.4%+ against COVID-19. I think I'll just stick with that.

3
President_Elect_Pepe 3 points ago +4 / -1

Lol. This math is retarded.

If the vaccine kills 1% of people but the virus is also currently killing 1% of people (proven to be a very bold claim) then the vaccine itself is literally AS deadly as the virus and is absolutely a failure by modern definitions.

In fact before 2020 vaccines which killed anyone in trials were considered outright failures by the medical community.

To think that a vaccine for a coronavirus could be effective for 10 or 20 years like with other much more stable viruses is poppycock.

1
deleted 1 point ago +1 / -0
2
Joequill 2 points ago +2 / -0

It's not a matter of the technology. It's a matter of the stability of coronaviruses. An effective, long term, vaccine relies on a virus being more stable than what coronaviruses are.

2
President_Elect_Pepe 2 points ago +3 / -1

I think he wants you to predefine what a full course of treatment will be which is entirely fair before you enter ANY treatment regimen.

If you refuse to answer that (you already have refused once) then people should rightfully be suspect about that treatment.

1
deleted 1 point ago +1 / -0
0
President_Elect_Pepe 0 points ago +1 / -1

At this point you could say

So you’re refusing to concretely define that for a second time then.

Furthermore what about Pfizer??? What about J&J?? Mind telling us why you purposefully decided not to reference those products?

This is an absolute joke.

And no, no one here is trusting a “recent review” by the FDA.

The ONLY reason to defer to the FDA is so that you can blame someone else when they move the goalpost like they already have done multiple times on this issue.

The "vaccine" is like a "bulletproof" vest. A vest that was developed using a new, proprietary fiber that was developed in less than a year, bypassing many regulations. It is indeed NIJ-certified, but you can't buy that one, only a similar one that is not yet certified, but for all intents and purposes, you can use them interchangeably. But not for liability, for that you're kind of SOL.

Oh, and here's how it works. You MUST wear your vest for mine to stop bullets. Even if you wear yours, mine might still let bullets pass through most of the time. And you may still die from being shot while wearing it. Gotta wear it 24/7, it's made from asbestos, cheap Chinese toxic heavy metals, and will likely give you heat stroke, heart attacks, and will affect your vascular system, your breathing.

Additionally, you will also need to add additional booster plates in the vest pockets every six months, as the initial ones will deteriorate a little bit every day. So yes, you may die, but imagine how much worse it would be if you didn't wear one and instead went with the "natural option" of kevlar!
