For cases like this the courthouse needs a underground hotel of some sorts so the jurors are fully isolated from the outside world. No tech, and no visuals of the rioters outside the courthouse. Fully unbiased (as can be).
nah, too visible. If were going full tilt. Lets just build the hive from resident evil.A full on underground complex, and the jurors are locked in solitary confinement with a lcd screen, bed, mic, and keyboard too view and interact with the courtroom without acutely being there. Maybe a breakroom for down time if you feel generous.
Just show up in Kenosha with a ‘Fuck BLM’ shirt on. Its protected political speech; not grounds for provocation. You WILL be attacked. Defend yourself accordingly.
These dumbfucks have a grand plan too, they think they'll just say "okay, you have two years... everyone who wants to live in a red state needs to move to one, and everyone who wants to live in a blue state needs to move to one". These people are fucking stupid.
It's become abundantly clear that the media is getting to the judge and he isn't liking how he is being portrayed in it. Add in the death threats to him and his family and the situation is even worse. He started off fair for sure. Not all hate can be put on this judge though. Kyles defence team are far too soft and need to push harder. They need to hammer on the points that the fucking prosecution has throughout the trial broken the law, altered evidence, withheld evidence etc etc etc. The whole fucking trial is a farce. Certainly sounds like the jury is looking to acquit Kyle except for the holdouts who care about themselves more than the truth.
Anaconda has a vendetta against Barnes and thinks he is privy to AJ and Barnes relationship despite Barnes asking AJ to go onto Viva and Barnes livestream a while back. The sandy hook case I won't comment on because I really haven't looked into it. I don't agree with Barnes on everything he says but he has been right A LOT since I started watching Viva.
In this connected world, juries should NEVER be allowed to leave for home until the job is done. They should be sequestered in an undisclosed area with zero contact with the outside world except court officials for food, drink, and the evidence before them.
There is zero reason to allow them to go home to discuss things or be threatened watching the news or "influencers" online.
Do you realize trials can last a month or more? This case is already on it’s what 12th or 13th day? You expect normal people to go weeks without making money?
I know I’m feeding the troll here, but for anyone reading thinking this was a good point, people have bills and if they are taken away from making money at work they should be compensated fairly.
The problem is that it’s all government run. So, extremely inefficient and a waste of most every persons time. I’ve been summoned for jury duty three times. The first time was a murder case and I made it through the first day, then was struck. Second time I waited around all fucking day to just end up cut. The third time I sent back that it was against my religion and I was Covid scared, so I didn’t end up having to appear.
Just a massive waste of time. Probably spent a total of 20 some hours not working and not getting paid, sitting in super fucking uncomfortable chairs all day.
To be honest, this is an interesting subject. The world is so connected that it’s pretty much impossible to find jurors that aren’t aware of cases like these. Most people (not all) will walk into the court with a preconceived notion, and little will change that. Unsure of how to fix this, but something’s gotta give.
6 months from now, Kyle is still going to be sitting in this court house and we will have a daily thread that slides to the bottom, don't forget Arizona or Kyle.
Allegedly he was walking through the place on runs and drinking out of the hose pipe out back. They have video of white people walking through the place, too. They hunted him. This is no self defense or Castle Ground case.
Citizen’s arrest is restraining someone in the middle of committing a crime to stop them from continuing to commit that crime. Like someone in the middle of robbing the gas station, you could legally restrain that person till the cops get there. Or someone that’s attacking people in a bar, go ahead and hold him down till the cops get there. You are a fucking idiot if you roll up on someone with guns out because you think they burglarized a place. Doing stupid shit like that will have the citizens arrest laws gone.
'never let myself be taken in' applies to cops, called or not.
You hear that, lurking cops? If this Rittenhouse trial goes south and if I end up somewhere down the line taking the life of an activist/rioter while defending myself, my loved ones or my property, if you try to apprehend me, I will also classify you as a threat and will act accordingly since my life will be over at that point anyway.
This was the concern at the start and may be at the end.
Right now, it's a greater concern that you can't get a fair trial. Binger and Kraus ares till out there and if they aren't the only ones, that's going to screw over a lot of Kyles.
The "i'm black and I can simply chuckle away your argument, because even though we have the same profession, I'm BLACK so therefore my story is better and more uplifting" energy
If they were sequestered they still need to do their business in the courthouse and their lives after. So not certain if it makes a large difference here.
Question for the hive mind: Is sequestering used more in high value civil trials where bribes are more likely, or in organized crime trials where there is an infrastructure in place to reach out and touch someone? Antifa may have local leaders and some central funding, but they are not as organized.
I would think it's done more for the safety and anonymity of the jurors, than anything. Like the OJ case, the whole world was trying to find them, who they were, it just made sense to do it, even though they had their lives put on hold for 265 days, those poor people.
BLM dumbass was pushing up on the cops trying to tell them what to do, so they tossed her on the ground like a sack of potatoes and arrested her. SHE'S GOING TO JAIL NOW!
She was fighting over the sign or something earlier, hard to make out, some guy was on the ground bloodied after scuffling. Literally yelled out the dindu nuffing defense like a meme.
I am truly astonished this was not declared a mistrial with prejudice yet. Prosecution withheld evidence... though that is unsurprising seeing how most prosecutors want to convict no matter what to get the "win."
102K watching Rekieta law's stream and 132K watching Crowder's. That is a lot of folks, mostly young men I bet, highly interested in the outcome of the trial. That has to worry #DuhGarland and his American Gestapo thugs.
Unfortunately seeing what happened to Kyle is a big deterrent. Not to mention Jan 6 protesters, Michael Flynn, etc. 2 tiered justice system is a real thing.
Anyone concerned that they filed a motion for mistrial without prejudice? Why would they do that if they were confident about the motion itself , or their chance for acquittal by jury vote?
Lawyers opinion (that’s me): if you don’t allege something at trial, you likely cannot bring it up on appeal. Dismiss with prejudice, that’s one issue. Dismiss without, could be another. If you don’t ask the judge for both, you potentially can’t appeal both. Cover as many bases as you can. It’s almost impossible to cover them all.
Fight on all fronts. Before the judge is a motion to dismiss with prejudice, a motion to dismiss with out that the prosecution may support and a Jury that hasn;t made up their mind, either way.
Gotcha. This makes sense. If w/o prejudice one falls through, Putting it on the state to retry the case is prob a better outcome than hoping for the best with this jury / having to appeal.
The idea I heard going around was that the lawyers want to milk Rittenhouse for another round of legal fees, and they need a not guilty verdict so they can sue for defimation.
Different lawyer doing the defamation and civil work, not the criminal trial lawyers.
These lawyers will get more cases with an acquittal than milking it. Everyone will want Richards if he wins, even Antifa. Heck Binger and Kraus may need criminal representation before this is over.
They did that before the Jury reviewed video 5. Now the jury has viewed video 5. I think this forms a better argument for Mistrial with Prejudice going forward.
I can't follow the trial during the day, what's taking so long? This is obviously not God news for Kyle right? Last I heard, poso said 2 jurors were worried about something. Poor kids nerves must be going crazy.
Why aren't the families of the 3 shot commies being interviewed? Don't they want "justice"?
Took just over one day for Chauvin verdict - very likely jurors just wanted to send him to jail and let it get appealed/overturned later on. They can't be held liable or sued for convicting him, so they just went with it
Now 2+ days for Rittenhouse - all signs point to wanting to let him off the hook, but wanting to take as much time as possible, then swear each other to secrecy that it was just soooo close, and they reeeeally thought about it but just coooouldn't find him guilty, the evidence just wasn't there even after REALLY looking at it
Probably wishful thinking on my part, but it is what it is. If they either convicted or acquitted in <4 hours, there'd immediately be riots in the streets everywhere. The more days they stretch it out, the more plausible deniability they have either way. And with all the shenanigans, it's NOT going to look good for them if they vote to convict anyway, hoping the courts will bail them out later by overturning on appeal. They're just setting up the next jury to have THEIR lives ruined, due to their own cowardice.
I think his problem is that he's so old he can still remember when we had a working justice system. Problem is he still believes it does and so keeps on giving the prosecutors benefit of the doubt even after they have repeatedly shown their intentions to be malicious.
You go way extreme with your comments lol. "Bipolar" & "hate his ass"? Nah your just being dramatic again.
A lot of people like how based and reasonable he was being. He did a thing here and there we may or may not have agreed with, but he was the most based judge I've heard of in a long time.
Today was different, he complained about the media and seemed warn down. He still was more based then most other judges but he is more wary of backlash.
Putting Bingdong and Fatlock in their places and his clear anger and disgust was great. But it is his devotion to the constitution and fair trial that we loved.
People here love to armchair MAGA everybody in any position of power.
Why aren't you out there with your AR-15 leading a militia insurrection against Biden?!
Why aren't you dismissing with prejudice the second Binger fucks around?!
Why aren't you coming back with a not guilty in five minutes?!
Why aren't you nullifying and seceding RIGHT FUCKING NOW?!
Everybody else has to be a mega-MAGA superpatriot with swinging titanium nuts the size of oranges, or they're a coward cuck shill communist bought by Soros.
Meanwhile the complainers themselves haven't done shit and would probably delete their anon accounts in a second and hide under the bed if the media, the riot squads, the weaponized DOJ, etc, turned its eye of Sauron on them the way it's on the people from whom they expect instant, iron-willed action.
Even criminals have a right to surrender peacefully to the police.
Citizens arrests are fraught with peril. In a best case scenario, the criminal knows what he did, he knows that you know what he did, and he knows that you are just trying to detain him until police arrive.
IANAL, but if any of those things aren't true, you've got grounds for self-defense.
In Kyle's case, there's a serious question as to whether Huber and Grosskreutz were trying to detain Kyle in order to surrender him to police, or if they were trying to prevent him from reaching the police so they could administer their own street justice.
Additionally, there's a difference between what Huber and Grosskreutz were ACTUALLY DOING and what a reasonable person's PERCEPTION of their actions would be.
This is how you end up in a position where neither Grosskreutz or Rittenhouse are charged with anything. There's no evidence beyond reasonable doubt that Grosskreutz wasn't attempting a lawful citizens arrest. There's no evidence beyond reasonable doubt that Kyle didn't have reason to fear for his life.
It's obvious to us, but not everyone, and most people think in simplistic terms, i.e., "grosskreutz was trying to do the right thing therefore Kyle was wrong to shoot him", rather than, "Kyle still has a right to defend himself even if grosskreutz thinks he's in the right, because Kyle had no way if knowing what his intentions are."
It's a serious question because our arguments in support of Kyle can't merely depend on convincing people that Huber and Grosskreutz were trying to murder Kyle, because that's a higher burden of proof than, "Kyle was reasonably in fear of his life."
Re: Kyle Rittenhouse
Subj: The elephant in the room, the thing everyone knows but nobody
acknowledges knowing, is that Kyle is an avid supporter of law enforcement,
part of the Blue Lives Matter movement, a constitutional patriot, and
a law and order conservative; just the kind of man the left despises.
That goes for Antifa, BLM, and the rest of the socialist/communist tribe,
who, as we know, is shot through the government and legal systems.
How can he get a fair trial in Kenosha? These are not his peers.
How do they get away with pretending they hadn't noticed?
Respectfully,
Don't think he is, he wasn't cuffed when they took him out. I think he's escorted to and from the court - he testified that he's living in an undisclosed location. If you're being held in custody in court, you don't get the cuffs removed until you reach the table. If they're considered a threat they can stay cuffed at the table, and I recall some joggers being gagged during their trials, because of them spewing bullshit and interrupting.
You may see a court officer escort him from the court room per regular processes, This is to get him safely out of the building and to ensure he does not encounter the Jurors.
Without context/understanding of the law and his police training, the video is absolutely damning. He has his knee on a guy’s back AS he dies sputtering saying he cant breath. Without knowing everything we learned after, the video is fucked
It doesnt look like hes murdering him, it looks like hes using excessive force which led to his death. If you cant see why that type of video hurts your legal defense, you are the retard here
You won't get a verdict until either Friday evening or Monday. Anybody who thought a verdict would be passed within a day is foolish. They drag shit out for days, sometimes weeks. You all should be used to this shit by now.
Yes. However, think of how much money this is pulling in. A large amount of people are tuning into many media programs, MSM and alt. They also tend to end trials on either fridays or mondays. Fridays if they want weekend protests, mondays if they want little protesting and people to forget during the week.
Binger brought up Alternatives (6) sitting around today. If it follows yesterday, they will be brought in, given same instructions. They are being brought in.
While waiting, ,the Judge is talking about the ceiling and the courthouse being 100 years old. Kyle looked up when the Judge mentioned there was a skylight. This may suggest this is not a 1st floor court room visible from the street/steps.
Heard 2 jurors were filmed and now getting death threats. Why were the not sequestered?
They weren't sequestered so they would get death threats.
They should have been
Imagine thinking it's acceptable for a 5 time child rapist to chase a minor around a dark parking lot?
That's one of these faggot jurors.
Interesting fact about Joey Rosenbaum: he raped 5 little boys. https://s3.amazonaws.com/jnswire/jns-media/57/7f/11464076/rosenbaumrecords.pdf
That’s, uhm, not how that works
All the trolls in this thread commenting nonsense
You da troll.

This glove don't fit.
If the video shows no crimes.....watch it again 500 times.
There needs to be a serious discussion about doing what needs to be done if Kyle is convicted (along with the right to self defense).
Just show up in Kenosha with a ‘Fuck BLM’ shirt on. Its protected political speech; not grounds for provocation. You WILL be attacked. Defend yourself accordingly.
Kyle didn't provoke anyone and we're watching him get railroaded
secession
you can't just take your wealth and leave, white pipo
Secession is for pussiss.
Not ceding land to communists.

Completely mindless
Appeal
Media first
There is at least one juror who doesn’t have even a sliver of reasonable doubt. That means there is at least one retarded activist on the jury.
Much colder tomorrow, especially at night...24 for the low. Lets see who's out there then.
And Minnesota?
See you at the car source lol
There was already a crazy or two arrested for what I assume was assault given the guy lying on the pavement bloodied.
I didn't see anyone bloodied? I saw a blm dude arrested for punching a camera man and another girl for getting in the way screaming...have a link?
I saw it on stream, there was someone with their head on the ground and some blood, hard to make out what happened.
https://twitter.com/TPostMillennial/status/1461097451436314624?t=3UIYAXU2W3WgJk-J3H10Bw&s=19 This? That's just her red weave, I thought it was blood at first too
I may be wrong it's hard to tell, but I was talking about the victim, not the girl when the police literally grabbed her.
Oh, those look like those ear plug headphones to me, in the beginning.
Hi, Kenosha TV?
Weather Department Please.
I want to keep my [Business|Home] Can you predict a polar front tomorrow with lows in the single digits? Thanks.
There’s a reason it was the Summer of Love.

Pray for Kyle
Prayers activated
He just lost to the parents that sued him last week.
I don't like Barnes, but he has never talked shit about Kyle. EVER.
The judge is learning that the media is no more than the propaganda wing of the leftist state.
Media needs to be taken out once and for all.
Need to pay them more than they are currently if you want to do that. Or only enforce this rule in high-profile trials.
I suppose I should have clarified high profile cases.
Do you realize trials can last a month or more? This case is already on it’s what 12th or 13th day? You expect normal people to go weeks without making money?

Allegedly he was walking through the place on runs and drinking out of the hose pipe out back. They have video of white people walking through the place, too. They hunted him. This is no self defense or Castle Ground case.
you can citizen arrest in Georgia dumb fuck. it’s legal
Citizen’s arrest is restraining someone in the middle of committing a crime to stop them from continuing to commit that crime. Men should protect their neighborhood. There is even what's called a citizens arrest for this very thing.
Was there evidence of burglary? I thought he just wandered around their neighbors house under constellation
I literally have got nothing done at work.
😂😂😂 I've let it play on my phone while I go into stores to shop. No fucks left to give.
Yeeeeesss babbbbbyyy
:kakklelaugh:
I saw someone earlier use the analogy of throwing a hotdog down a hallway. I lost it snickering on a work call... 😂
Next week is a short week. Could shake things loose if everyone wants to be home for Thanksgiving.
They wouldn't larp if the cops did their jobs with respect to property crime instead of telling people to DIY. Same deal with Kyle.
I predict those guys will fry. That is going to be hard to sell.
If the state could prove its case beyond reasonable doubt, they wouldn’t need to manufacture “evidence”and dick around with Handbrake.
If this kid gets convicted, you can kiss your right to a fair trial by a jury of your peers goodbye.
Then that guarantees a fair trial as there’s definitely at least one or two pedes in that jury room
If Kyle is found guilty then I’ll know to never let myself be taken in if I’m ever in a similar situation.
And don't call the police.
'never let myself be taken in' applies to cops, called or not.

Definitely and I wouldn't blame you if you did.
We already lost that right before this trial
And your 2A rights. This is all a show to establish a vector to the demolition of the Second Amendment.
This was the concern at the start and may be at the end.

clink
That guy with the "fuck Kyle" shirt needs his tiny nuts kicked through the roof of his empty skull.
If patriots would only play by the same rules, people like that would genuinely fear to wear such a shirt.
That's legal in Kenosha, since everyone takes a beating now and then.
I can assure you he's violently against a "Let's Go Brandon" shirt.
The "i'm black and I can simply chuckle away your argument, because even though we have the same profession, I'm BLACK so therefore my story is better and more uplifting" energy
Does anybody else have a problem with the Jury not being sequestered? It’s insanity to me.

She just keeps getting bigger. Black Jabba the Cunt.
Gotta wait til Friday for maximum weekend carnage
Loved me some Hector.I'm a girl.For clarity.
I called Monday... they get to froth it up more and get more shock troops in place. Like I said last night I hope I'm wrong.
I was thinking the same thing. They have a logistics issue that needs more time.
Anyone concerned that they filed a motion for mistrial without prejudice? Why would they do that if they were confident about the motion itself , or their chance for acquittal by jury vote?

This. You don’t “wait” for anything. We saw what happened in the 2020 election

Adjourned until 9am local time
Because the retard prosecution talked their way into making today way more difficult than it needed to be
We’re dealing with dumb and dumber here
The attorneys doing this type of law are either extreme idealists or the bottom of their law class. I'm going with the latter.

You also have to check the actual State law covering citizens arrest too IIRC. Not a very studied topic
Re: Kyle Rittenhouse Subj: The elephant in the room, the thing everyone knows but nobody acknowledges knowing, is that Kyle is an avid supporter of law enforcement, part of the Blue Lives Matter movement, a constitutional patriot, and a law and order conservative; just the kind of man the left despises. That goes for Antifa, BLM, and the rest of the socialist/communist tribe, who, as we know, is shot through the government and legal systems. How can he get a fair trial in Kenosha? These are not his peers. How do they get away with pretending they hadn't noticed? Respectfully,
I hadn’t realized Kyle was being held in custody either
Don't think he is, he wasn't cuffed when they took him out. I think he's escorted to and from the court - he testified that he's living in an undisclosed location. If you're being held in custody in court, you don't get the cuffs removed until you reach the table. If they're considered a threat they can stay cuffed at the table, and I recall some joggers being gagged during their trials, because of them spewing bullshit and interrupting.
Ah that makes sense, poor kid is gonna have to move as soon as this shit is over
I thought he was still out on bail.
You may see a court officer escort him from the court room per regular processes, This is to get him safely out of the building and to ensure he does not encounter the Jurors.
He’s not
I find Judge story time to be kind of endearing. Now if only he would just rule a mistrial.
i find it unprofessional. The tv show nightcourt worked because it was not serious crimes. These are murder trials with life sentences.
4:36p Kenosha Time
Judge's Story Continues and turns into a legal case.
Alternatives back in. Instructions as expected and dismissed.
Court Dismissed for day Back tomorrow at 9am
4:40p Kenosha time
So no verdict today then?
Nope. Reporting back tomorrow at 9:00am.
Thanks brotha
Nope.
Is this Judge also Biden?
Is there shit on his robe?
Now they're talking about the courtroom ceiling, yeah . . .
Now the turtle Judge Howdy Doody wants to talk about the effing age of the court room. FFS, bring up the motion for mistrial.
the jury started deliberation yesterday afternoon moron. not three days ago. go back to sleep dumb fuck
Who are you talking to? I said Chauvin did nothing wrong
And wtf are you doing random internet person?
Almost everyone did throw Chauvin under the bus, including Trump - it's fucked
Do you wanted Chauvins dick or something? It’s creepy
I recall him specifically saying he watched the video and it made him angry, some nonsense like that. It was really throwing under the bus.
The video man. Chauvin was just fucked
If you cant see why that type of video hurts your legal defense, you are the retard here
The video was stupid. You don't kill a guy on the side of his neck. He fucking OD'd
You won't get a verdict until either Friday evening or Monday. Anybody who thought a verdict would be passed within a day is foolish. They drag shit out for days, sometimes weeks. You all should be used to this shit by now.
It will be Friday just in time for weekend rioting.
Need to wait for the shipments of Nikes to get in.
That's what I suspect too.
I think they wrap it up tomorrow. Or, I hope they do.
This is one of the most blatant and clear cases of self defense that I've seen in my life. It shouldn't take weeks/months to come to a decision.
Yes. However, think of how much money this is pulling in. A large amount of people are tuning into many media programs, MSM and alt. They also tend to end trials on either fridays or mondays. Fridays if they want weekend protests, mondays if they want little protesting and people to forget during the week.
Wtf is this bullshit?
AND... Welcome to Day Three, tomorrow
9 AM Wisconsin time, 10 AM eastern
Jesus christ somebody come get grandpa.
TF is with this judge??
I appreciate the history lesson, but can we set Kyle free already?
WTF IS THIS JUDGE BRUH!!!!!
WTF IS THIS SHIT?!?!?
SET MY MOTHER FUCKING ST. KYLE, FREE!!!!!!
4:34p Kenosha time
Binger brought up Alternatives (6) sitting around today.
Story continues.
LMAO this fucking dork, he gives the entire background for a quote and then can't remember the quote.
It's classic. They're dragging this out until Friday. Expect the same nonsense tomorrow.
These fucks should be sequestered, I cannot fathom why such a high profile jury is allowed to go home and get influenced/threatened/bribed etc
Do they go home? I think they put them up in a hotel without TV's and whatnot.
Nope. They go home, and they’re to not look at/listen to/talk about anything related to the case.
No way. And I'm sure they actually pay attention to those rules. Good lord.
I know, they probably don’t. That’s why it’s so ridiculous. This jury definitely should have been sequestered for this trial. What a shitshow.
They absolutely should be sequestered.
Naïve judge.
THE CEILING!?!?!? WHO THE FUCK CARES!!! MAKE A FUCKING RULING!
What the fuck is this judge talking about? He's clearly trying to make it about him. I really have no faith in our judicial system.
I would have faith in our country, if it still existed. There's still a chance to revive it, but right now it's flatlined.
