CNN: OUTRAGE ON TWITTER! Jurors in Rittenhouse trial seen consulting with right wing Trump supporting judge before entering deliberations

35
PorchLightOn 35 points ago +35 / -0

The jury instructions are public information though: https://www.documentcloud.org/documents/21112660-wi-v-kyle-rittenhouse-jury-instructions

Just saying, it's not necessarily anything more than one of the jurors wanting to read 36 pages of detailed legal info in peace and quiet, without anybody talking in their ear. Honestly, that would be my preference, if I was taking the trial seriously, and wanted to really understand all of the instructions. It would also help me do a better job of arguing with Karens.

19
bunsenow 19 points ago +19 / -0

Wishful thinking, but this was the same woman speaking that talked back to the judge earlier and likely the forewoman. I am much more pessimistic that this is a Karen.

5
PorchLightOn 5 points ago +5 / -0

I'm not disputing that the woman who popped off to the judge was probably the forewoman, but I'm not sure that's connected.

Maybe someone has posted info I haven't seen (that's possible.) I'm just going from the Posobiec tweet wording:

Posobiec: A female juror just asked if she can take the juror instructions home, judge allows

I believe the forewoman has to be the one to ask questions for the other jury members, but it sounds (at least to me) that all we know is the person asking was one of the seven female jurors. I'm just saying, I don't think it's a foregone conclusion that the forewoman was the one who wanted to take home the instructions.

I'll make it real simple for ya - it's doing work outside approved work hours. Plain and simple. NOTHING GOOD can come from her taking the instructions home.

Don't believe me? Fine then - WHY did they GO HOME an hour early if she needed to review the instructions that bad???? She basically admitted she's gonna do outside research indirectly.

You need more time with the instructions? Ok - sit your ass back down at your desk and do your job. No off-the-clock work allowed miss prissy-pants

Judge let her bring the instructions home, that’s bad.

What I hope is that the defence doesn’t drop the ball and ensure she does’t bring anything in on that paper tomorrow.

It’s one thing to go home come up with some shitty nonsense argument regarding the instructions. It’s a whole other thing to actual be able to coherently articulate your bullshit from memory.

If the defence is on the ball they’ll ask the judge to ensure a fresh copy instead of the one she brought home is allowed into the jury room. Use the excuse that literally anything could be on that paper, someone needs to ensure it isn’t a threat and the judge reviewing it would be interfering with the secrecy of deliberations, so he must just toss the paper in the trash.

I understand that, and you may be completely right. We will never know unfortunately.

In my opinion its more likely that she wants to take them home so she can come back the next day with her arguments to the rest of the jury so she can REEEEE about it. I only think that because they've had what... ~25hrs to look over the evidence already?

3
Shadowflare 3 points ago +3 / -0

What does that mean? I'm not too knowledgeable regarding legal stuff

7
Shamb3 7 points ago +7 / -0

It means she wants to take the jury instructions, which informs the Jurors how the law applies. What factual conclusions they make from the trial translate into which charges being guilty or not guilty. Ex. If Kyles behavior fits the requirements for self defense he can NOT be guilty of charge 1. If it does not fit, they have to look at all the elements of charge 1 and see if they apply. If they do he is guilty, if not he is not guilty.

A) She wants to pour over them, look up definitions, trying to find a gotcha to prove to others they should change their mind about something

B) She wants to read and think about them overnight

C) She wants to ask others about them (not supposed to do this)

I am going with A or A and C

2
Shadowflare 2 points ago +2 / -0

Thank you very much!

2

3
Shamb3 3 points ago +3 / -0

I watched the whole trial, read the instructions in 10-15 minutes and already knew what I thought applied and did not.

IMO It has to be someone not following the evidence and logic but a narrative.

As someone pointed out, it took 16 days of deliberation to acquit George Zimmerman in the Trayvon Martin trial.

There may be one holdout Karen, but she has to deal with the social pressure of the rest of her peers getting tired of her Karen actions.

That said I think this is worse bc the jury isn’t sequestered and there is a mass media blitz to try to coerce conviction or a retrial.

It's not a conspiracy theory. It's a theory that had real time, live evidence of that theory present itself like 2 minutes later.

What you're posting about was just courtroom speculation, which - while not wrong, doesn't actually explain away what EVERYONE saw. If anything the fact that the judge speculated the "dictionary game" supports the theory on Rekieta, because that also was the sort of thing they alluded to with that theory. It's all speculation.

But gee, thanks for posting the NYT, that does wonders for your credibility on this topic. I don't know what crawled up your ass, but you're acting like a fucking liberal right now. Crying and name calling when disagreed with. Fucking small dick.

2
Tookens 2 points ago +2 / -0

There are no deputies or court staff in the jury room. There are 12 jurors. That's it.

1
BlackPillBot 1 point ago +1 / -0

Of course not, but there is at least one deputy sitting right outside the door the whole time, and you can hear almost everything if you sit their intently listening especially if you put your ear to the door, and or when the jurors start getting loud with each other. I’m telling you from first hand experience of working through hundreds of criminal trials in a major crime ridden shithole city. The deputy/deputies, and the rest of the court staff become like family over time, and bullshit/shoot the shit throughout deliberations. Everyone talks, and all the info slowly leaks out. BEEN THERE EXPERIENCED THAT.

1
deleted 1 point ago +1 / -0
1
Killroyomega 1 point ago +1 / -0

Not really.

The courtroom itself has been open the entire trial. People inside were just restricted from taking pictures or videos of the jury.

There is nothing stopping someone from watching the juror's reactions to events and statements and watching how they act when they come in during deliberations.

What's been reported from those inside the courtroom is that there are two mask-wearing women that are the likely holdouts.

From the early recess today it is very clear that arguments have reached a standstill and that the lefty whore foreman wants to go get coaching on arguments to attempt to persuade the others.

What do you mean?

It's just a game of comparative averages.

You look at known behavioral patterns and apply known relationships.

It COULD be completely wrong, but that's not a bet anyone would be willing to take. It's more like a 98/2% split on the asserted behaviors being accurate.

This is one of the things that the CIA/FBI/NSA/etc look for in interviews, btw.

The jury pool is what it is. If a potential juror isn't honest during voir dire it can fuck over the good guys. Defense gets to strike some jurors, prosecution gets to strike some. Neither side gets to choose the entire jury.

2
Txiribiton 2 points ago +2 / -0

I'm not sure a jury full of idiots with hardly a pair of neurons would be better. The 2nd amendment is the law, voting Trump or backing the police is irrelevant.

Black Friday riots

Depending on the area, that happens every year anyway.

5
ProphetOfKek 5 points ago +5 / -0

I view Black Friday as The Purge for Karens.

2
Block_Helen 2 points ago +2 / -0

Self-inflicted purge, one hopes. Karens agree to acquit in order to get to those sick sales.

2
MasklessMarvel 2 points ago +2 / -0

it happens every time the welfare checks come out

thus the name

2
Jaybird91 2 points ago +2 / -0

Yeah that makes sense. Wait until the Tuesday before thanksgiving when all the rioters are going home

28
ZhouXiden 28 points ago +29 / -1

If I were one of these jurors, I would honestly want to hold out for like 30-45 days until the protestors and media get bored, so no one has to get hurt.

4
OwlHoller 4 points ago +4 / -0

There’s no way that happens. Judge will declare a mistrial if they don’t have a decision before thanksgiving.

I’d lay $100 and give you 2:1

3
deleted 3 points ago +3 / -0
1
AJoeDD 1 point ago +1 / -0

I don't think the Judge can call a mistrial for that. There aren't such arbitrary rules, or rules accommodating Thanksgiving.

I don't think it's intentional, but a delay could be good for BLM mob coordination.

I'm guessing Karen will get tired of being there by tomorrow. And, as a bonus, gets to say "I tried to show those bigots that he's guilty," so as to escape the violent mob. She will use this week as an excuse that she tried her best. We will have a weekend of riots, all over the Country, segway into 3 days of violence (Monday to Wednesday). Then we get a nice little Thanksgiving break for tukey and cranberry sauce.

Then comes burn loot murder black friday. Free Nikes!

If you live in a city, make plans now!

6
ProphetOfKek 6 points ago +6 / -0

“Free Nikes”

I’d confidently say our RTSD is just about gone in many places in the country, especially if you’re white, and your attacker is black. The fact that Kyle was even arrested, and is being prosecuted proves this IMHO. Let’s also not forget what was done to the McCloskeys, Zimmerman, officer Darren Wilson among other officers. Then there is the McMichaels/Aubrey(“jogger”) case going on right now that many people here are sleeping on.

Did everyone forget about this one?

I personally wouldn’t have chosen to go at it the way they did, but the bottom line is they called the police, and followed him because there were thefts in the neighborhood, and he was caught trespassing again on a property, and worksite he had no business being on. Had the McMichales wanted to kill a black man for just being black like the media has portrayed it, they surely wouldn’t have called the police, and they would have just shot him from the truck, or run him over. It’s all so tiresome and silly. I think the MMs biggest mistake was getting out the truck with, or without the gun, but I dont think he expected the fucking jogger to charge at him and try to take the gun from him either. Isn’t it funny that Aubery never called the police as he continued to jog/walk away from the MMs? I wonder why that is. 🤔

The bottom line that is pretty clear now, is that the police won’t protect you, and you aren’t allowed to protect yourself and your neighborhood, especially if you’re white.

6
Build_Back_Bankrupt 6 points ago +6 / -0

Maybe that's the angle, makes for a great honey pot. You know, keep it going until there's not enough left on the streets to riot with any significance while also busting more crooked media folks along the way.

5

She's stalling because she doesn't want to acquit. She's either an SJW or she's been threatened or something.

Juries have NOT been getting properly sequestered on either this trial or the Chauvin trial.

6
jormungandr 6 points ago +6 / -0

I'm concerned that the juror that took the instructions home wants to consult with a third party on how to use the wording of the instructions to convince the other jurors that Kyle is guilty.

When Karen was asked if she could be impartial, I’m sure she said, “Of course!” with a big retarded Karen smile, because she -knew- that the psychotic mass murdering white supremecist was totally guilty. She was going to SAVE KENOSHA! Now at the trial, she sees the actual evidence, she sees Kyle have a PTSD breakdown (worst Nazi mass murderer ever), and her cognitive dissonance couldn’t save her. Now she’s desperate for a loophole to send him away on something, anything, because not only will she be unpopular in her Koven of Karens on wine drinking night (aka book club) she has also lost her entire worldview and her NPC system is crashing hard. How the fuck are any middle age whites women from Kenosha a jury of Kyle’s peers? Jesus.

4
TheSonOfGadsden 4 points ago +4 / -0

I’m getting a feeling in my gut that is exactly it. I could be wrong. That being said, Trump’s old attorney Jenna Ellis was on both Dan Bongino’s and Sebastian Gorka’s shows and she said to likely expect a decision by Friday.

4

4
Fussbudget 4 points ago +4 / -0

they might hold out until next week to avoid all the weekend antifas

4
Ed_Ward 4 points ago +4 / -0

Honestly it would probably be best for them to deliver the verdict on Monday. While most of the rioters don't have jobs, it may prevent a few extra ones from coming to burn everything down.

4
ConnorLarkin 4 points ago +4 / -0

This is how I think it's going down... 2 scenarios:

  1. They hang (jury) and there will be riots by faggot BLM/Antifa

  2. Judge finally grows a set and declares a mistrial w/prejudice and faggot BLM/Antifa riots.

BUT..... People are pissed and there will be bloodshed.... I don't want that but it's getting to that point. They are using this kid as a scape goat because the police/mayor didn't do their fucking job.

Fuck 'em..... They deserve everything comming to them. Time to pay the piper.

4
85Dacudo 4 points ago +4 / -0

There was recently a story about the prosecution manipulating evidence and employees at MSMBC trying to dox the jury.

I'm starting to think this is being held up because of outside forces.
