Downvotes incoming, but I'll believe it when I see us. That statement has been made since the faux election and rung hollow every single time.

It's always gung ho in discussion, never in reality. Maybe it changes this time, but until so... Hollow.

13

NO handshake here, We could have used a civil war the split second every major media outlet and corporation ran advertising for terrorist's bail funds and lefties thought "This is fine."

We COULD have really used a civil war when a 4 AM fraud president was brought into office on a video screen showing a parking lot of empty jeeps and no audience.

We REALLY could use a civil war the moment people were demanding you take a mystery injection or be banned from society. While calling you a nazi all the while flouting nuremburg codes.

Now? We needed it yesterday.

What is taking the jury so long on what is an open shut case, find him innocent already.

128
FightTheSWAMP 128 points ago +131 / -3

The head juror is a liberal cunt. She's fighting to get other jurors to break down and convict Kyle at least on the lesser charges...or at best a mistrial. She asked the judge to bring home the jury instructions last night. It's obvious she went to home to research each charge to then try to persuade others to convict Kyle. That's not acceptable in WI.

This is a fucking joke. The judge has allowed shit that he never would have allowed. He's obviously hurt about the media reports about him and then allows bullshit in hopes that the media will say he's being fair. He fell into the bullshit

6
VoidWanderer 6 points ago +6 / -0

Most likely by people that still believe the "studies" about how "women and men have the same average IQ" and never looked into the two "studies" on the topic.

It's a great read if anyone wants to actually go into it that showed both to be heavily manipulated. Everything from picking the specific age range where women are either mostly through or completed puberty and boys either haven't or are just starting, to the required followups either never happening or the findings were "lost" depending on how far back you look, to the results themselves showing signs of tampering, and repeats of the experiments to fix all the issues being prevented. All to preserve a narrative. That's not even going into the "emotional intelligence" bullshit that was heavily pushed years afterwards because too many people like myself pointed out all the issues with the two "studies" that are held up as the diamond standard.

9
JackLemon 9 points ago +10 / -1

The people referring to her taking the instructions home are making a reasonable inference. There is absolutely no need to go over jury instructions when it's obvious and undeniable that Kyle is innocent given the law.

8
Firespawn 8 points ago +8 / -0

These lawyers on Court TV are saying that taking instructions home is unheard of and they don't know why it was even allowed.

7
XFortySixandTwoX 7 points ago +7 / -0

Are you allowed to go over stuff at home. Aren't they supposed to only go over trial stuff together in the courthouse.

6
Husky 6 points ago +6 / -0

As a juror you can go over those instructions because they're public information, but you're not allowed to use any other resources to research the case.

They do. But they're not supposed to.

3
BishopofBlackpool 3 points ago +3 / -0

I thought they were supposed to stay in a hotel, rather than going home?

5
Gerbaski 5 points ago +5 / -0

Only if they are sequestered. This jury is not...

3
Luminia5 3 points ago +3 / -0

I don't think they're sequestered this time. That is a fairly common practice for high-profile cases, but for whatever reason they aren't being sequestered. The judge mentioned that the jury are riding in a bus with boarded up windows because of the protesting outside the courthouse. He doesn't want them to be seen by everyone. But they still have to listen to that noise every day as they arrive. Should have been sequestered in my opinion.

3
Ilanna 3 points ago +3 / -0

The jury instructions are public. They were ready out while video was streaming. Nothing private there.

6
bunsenow 6 points ago +8 / -2

It is a very strong assumption based on much more than that.

Most damning are her notes: that she wrote "put down" the fire extinguisher instead of dropped. Who besides someone very biased towards a Guilty verdict would write put down? They also started to write "Edited" footage and erased it in favor of "Zoomed-in".

4
DonAlejoGarzaTamez 4 points ago +6 / -2

Barnes said as much and he was on the decense team tight up until the trial, so he probably still has sources

19
grassshrimp 19 points ago +19 / -0

We don't know shit. For all we know the juror is trying to get Kyle acquitted, there is so much bullshit flying around without anyone actually knowing the facts on the ground. The only people who know are locked up in a room together and are prohibited from discussing the case until they reach a verdict.

But jumping to conclusions is sport nowadays.

4
MAGA1775 4 points ago +4 / -0

It could be either way.....one or a few activist jurors holding out to charge Kyle or one or a few holding out to acquit Kyle.

But there's definitely one or the other going on, or it wouldn't be taking this long.

4
BobSux 4 points ago +5 / -1

We don’t. Jack Po LARP boy said so and it is being repeated here.

2
Boom2cannon 2 points ago +3 / -1

Lead juror's handwriting and also people just assuming.

2
Regardless 2 points ago +3 / -1

Why don’t they just ask Kyle for something he wrote on the night in question and use that as evidence?

1
Boom2cannon 1 point ago +1 / -0

huh?

1
Regardless 1 point ago +1 / -0

My point is that it isn’t solid enough evidence to use in court. The analysis on the handwriting could result in an incorrect conclusion.

1
Boom2cannon 1 point ago +1 / -0

I'm stating that the reason they think the juror that was holding this up is female is because of the questions from the jury that were being submitted - and they were in a female's handwriting.

1
FightTheSWAMP 1 point ago +1 / -0

I'm open to a logical alternative.....the only explanation I can see is the activist is going to research each item in order to try to persuade others to convict on certain charges. They've had these instructions for a full 24 hours in the courtroom. The only purpose to bringing these home is to do outside research. Its naive for us to think this juror is just going to sit at the kitchen table with nothing else but these instructions.

4
KekistanPM 4 points ago +4 / -0

Makes me want to have a sit-down with a couple experienced trial lawyers and retired judges and ask them how often this happens, what legal remedies are there and what it means in the big picture of the judicial system.

6
HikingPatriot 6 points ago +6 / -0

Yup. I was once looking at potentially suing a doctor for malpractice (this was truly malpractice on the docs part and caused me to have a premature baby that died) and I was advised to seek an attorney in a different city because the docs, lawyers and judges all play golf together. You have to try to get someone that isn't buddy buddy with them.

5
Luminia5 5 points ago +5 / -0

I hope you got that fucker on malpractice though. That's awful. I'm sorry you had to experience that. :\

3
HikingPatriot 3 points ago +3 / -0

No, I didn't. I never took it to court. Too much mental fatigue and at some point, after I quit crying so much, I just wanted to move on.

If you believe in karma or whatever I will say his negligence did eventually catch up with him. Money couldn't replace my lost child and would not have hurt him. What he later went through in his personal life was justice.

4
MAGA1775 4 points ago +4 / -0

This makes sense. They got an activist on the jury, there are one or a few holdouts in favor of completely acquitting Kyle on all charges, and now that activist juror is trying to break down the holdouts and at least get Kyle on some of the lesser charges.

Also pretty sad and pathetic that the "based" judge cucked out to the mob and media. But no surprise, this happens all too often.

We can only hope that those jurors don't cuck out and cave too.

3
FightTheSWAMP 3 points ago +3 / -0

Yup. Frankly, I'm tired of hearing the judge is "based". The 3 faggots who downvoted my comment are butt hurt over that remark.

It's fucking sad we consider a judge "based" because he started out giving Kyle a fair trial and not allowing the prosecution team to call the faggots "victims".

So he yelled at the faggot Binger and the fat fuck a few times.... big deal. He did nothing of substance to punish/deter them from doing it again. Which they then did again.

He literally told them he thought they were acting in bad faith. They lied about not knowing who jump kick man was. They lied about not knowing who gave them footage and they lied about not sending the defense a compressed version. I could talk all day about how many blatant violations those 2 made...and all we have to show for it was a couple stern remarks, only to continue down the same road. Then he let's the jury bring home instructions? Of course that cunt is going home to do outside research. What else would she be doing?

If the judge was based, we wouldn't be waiting for a corrupt jury to come back with a verdict on outrageous charges filed by corrupt prosecutors.

4
aconcernedtroll 4 points ago +4 / -0

I think the judge is holding out for an acquittal. A mistrial makes it that much harder for Kyle to sue the everliving fuck out of everyone that defamed him after this.

1
FightTheSWAMP 1 point ago +1 / -0

I'm not religious but I have been praying every morning, noon and night for Kyle. I pray I am wrong. I really do. The more I've heard from the judge, the more I think he is far too concerned with outside comments. It makes me think he understands what will happen if he rules for dismissal with prejudice, and he seems less likely to do so.

2
aconcernedtroll 2 points ago +2 / -0

I share that fear.

magafren 15 points ago +15 / -0

3
CMDRConanAAnderson 3 points ago +3 / -0

The reckless endangerment charge is one of the only portions that could be agreed upon. The problem with that is it relied on evidence presented that's currently in dispute. Based on the evidence, which is the reason the jurors wanted that video, it is possible they could get Kyle for that one, but the problem is there's a separate debate going on with the attorneys and the judge. I see both playing out here.

102
45FortheWin 102 points ago +102 / -0

If you've watched a video thousands of times to figure out what's going on and still aren't sure, that's called reasonable doubt.

37
Chickenbaconpoutine 37 points ago +37 / -0

Exactly that. After a couple weeks of trial where the entire event has been captured on video, and you're still unsure, then it means the prosecution hasn't dispelled reasonable doubt and therefore defendant must be acquitted.

18
DWAC 18 points ago +18 / -0

That's what I'd keep repeating to the holdouts at this point. They only watched the video once but if they're still going over evidence and testimony, I'd just wait until they spent a little time on what they're looking at and tell them that if they still have doubts, they are required to acquit.

Virtually every large scale, society-level, existential crisis we face can be blamed on them.

I blame prole rule. Commoners gave women the right to vote. Commoners destroyed our borders. Commoners supported the welfare state. Caste inequality is our elephant in the room. People will debate the differences between genders and ethnic groups, but not the differences in caste. Even Thomas Jefferson knew well enough that America needed a "natural aristocracy" to lead our nation to greatness. He prayed that this aristocracy could arise through the electoral process -- then limited to WASP landowners --, but history has proven this to be wrong.

Dear Lord, Please protect Kyle

27
Memematix 27 points ago +28 / -1

This is my interpretation of the Judge - He knows Kyle is not guilty and he knows the prosecution fucked up a lot BUT he is hoping it will all be a moot point when the Jury comes back with Not Guilty. He is hoping the system he spend decades in will work as he thinks it will. The longer this goes on, the more doubts the Judge has. He doesn't want the heat of a mistrial, he wants the Jury to do their job. However, he did not consider the current political climate, social media, mainstream media manipulation and of course Soros backed groups.

17
Apparition 17 points ago +17 / -0

Almost as if he should make this his last case, rule mistrial with prejudice, and then write a book about how justice in this country is dying and where we're headed.

But this is 🤡 🌎.

12
DWAC 12 points ago +13 / -1

I think this is spot-on. He's hoping like hell the jury will bail him out and the system will work as he thinks it should (and how it used to work). I bet he's as confused as we are as to how long it's taking.

800080 1 point ago +1 / -0

He wants an acquittal, then he doesn't have to rule and Kyle will be found "innocent" A mistrial with prejudice leave a cloud over Kyle. The left will die believing he 'got off' but finding Kyle innocent can help with those in the middle.

The Judge let Kyle be at his back with no court officer near by. So did Binger a day later. This is not the behavior of someone worried about danger to themselves.

2
Boom2cannon 2 points ago +2 / -0

Everyone in that court room knows that Kyle isn't a threat. I'm talking about the rioters and death threats.

2
800080 2 points ago +2 / -0

He can grant the mistrial no matter how they come back.

The Legal analysts doing the back seat quarterbacking on this suggest the odds of a Mistrial with Prejudice are low, but they do not fully address the Prosecutorial misconduct in this case. They've said usually other sanctions are used for this, but the prosecution behavior seems especially egregious AND prejudicial.

Major Violations

  1. Questioned 5th amendment rights in front of jury.

  2. Are accused of manipulating the (video) evidence in a way that changes it.

More Minor?

  2. Introduced evidence the judge explicitly said not to

  3. Closing arguments may have referenced things not in evidence.

  4. "Jump Kick Man"

Other

  1. Seems that some of the criminal-witnesses have had their cases delayed to keep them off the stand or from saying anything other than "I'll take the 5th".

Its easy to say tough words, but we don't know how the judge would react when he starts receiving threats, intimidation and bribes from the mob. Or goes home and sees the media trashing him. Many men are weak and will cave to the mob.

Doomscrolling last night, ran across this annotation of the “shoot me n——“ I hadn’t seen before, could explain why Rosenbaum fixated on Kyle:

https://twitter.com/bevo_fox/status/1461428220947877892

19
DWAC 19 points ago +19 / -0

Pudgy, soft, young boy. Why the fuck do you think? He saw him as an easy target and potential molestation victim all in one.

8
flounderthesea 8 points ago +8 / -0

Sure, that’s one potential reason. Another is that he felt a young man in a green shirt, not Kyle, had pointed an AR at him and when he thought he saw him later, alone, he attacked him.

6
I_am_the_glowie 6 points ago +6 / -0

Yes... Let's go attack someone with an AR-15. That's smart...

Nah, he targeted Kyle because he thought he was weak.

2
ToastedFl4kes 2 points ago +2 / -0

Yes... Let's go attack someone with an AR-15. That's smart...

We're talking about Rosenbaum here... But I think you're right, it's because he thought Kyle was weak.

1
DoItNow 1 point ago +1 / -0

That's smart

I don't think anyone could call rosenbaum "smart".

5
Memematix 5 points ago +5 / -0

"I'm a bad motherfucker, don't you know And I'll crawl over fifty good pussies just to get one fat boy's asshole" Said Rosenbaum

4
I_am_the_glowie 4 points ago +4 / -0

Yep. He got separated and he saw Kyle as an easy target.

16
DoItNow 16 points ago +16 / -0

Nice find. I rehosted the video here: https://files.catbox.moe/4l6qx5.mp4

4

So basically a young kid is looking at a life prison sentence because he wore the wrong colored shirt that day...

1
Slenderman 1 point ago +1 / -0

Yes

1
DoItNow 1 point ago +1 / -0

Could be. The ol' "look at what he was wearing" argument comes around again.

1
Slenderman 1 point ago +1 / -0

Thank you for this. This proves rosenbaum was after the person that he was provoking. He thought the guy he was provoking later turned out to be kyle.

Kind of ironic that he said "oh I'll ride for mine".

Yea hes riding alright....riding flames in hell.

3
DoItNow 3 points ago +3 / -0

Thanks should go to u/flounderthesea for the find.

5
WearsNightcap 5 points ago +5 / -0

Does anyone know/remember if this video (obvs without the commentary) was shown to the jury? I'm sure the prosecutors would have tried to keep it out, but this is clearly a part of the direct time line of the Rosenbaum incident and also shows how heavily armed people were that night. Direct and dramatic contradiction of the prosecution's closing argument full of lies where they claimed Kyle was the only one with a gun.

Notice how he conveniently ignores the 2020 stolen election, or that Trump got unconstitutionally ousted. Or the Chauvin trial. Or the mass flood of migrants over the border, which nothing is being done about.

Apparently they can hear the chaos from inside the courtroom as well. The judge commented on that the other day. The drive in, the fact they are going in and out through a secret entrance. Maybe this juror is just putting two and two together. They also would have heard about the reporter chasing the van yesterday.

While Kyle's clownshow of a trial is broadcast to the world, Ghislaine Maxwell's trial about an elite globalist child trafficking ring is not. I know cameras aren't allowed in federal court, but why not an audio stream? The world needs to hear the truth about these pedos.

18
Mother_of_gains 18 points ago +18 / -0

This is absurd. A convicted child rapist who was just released from a mental hospital earlier in the day chased a minor around a dark parking lot after behaving erratically and aggressively all night.

That fact pattern is out of a fucking movie. Anyone who wants to see Kyle in prison is by default a defender of a pedophile who anally raped boys as young as five.

The left has no shame. I mean, I doubt they had any before, but defending the actions of a confirmed child rapist are a new low even for them.

Calling them an idiot can just bang their lid on tighter.

Instead, take their least strongly held argument and pick at it, until they start to falter, then work your way up.

Harder work and less satisfying than calling an idiot an idiot.

4
I_am_the_glowie 4 points ago +4 / -0

Gotta use simple logic against them.

"the fact that we have been at this for four days shows we obviously have reasonable doubt."

"If over half of us agree that he should be acquitted, the issue lies with the minority. Either they need to adapt or we have to tell the judge we can't come to a conclusion."

"I really don't want to be here over Thanksgiving...do you?"

"So a blurry photo makes the difference between Kyle getting 20 years in prison? I don't feel good about that. Do any of you?".

3
Wallypip3 3 points ago +3 / -0

1
KingOfTards 1 point ago +1 / -0

You are speculating and throwing out baseless assumptions on the people in that room and what is going on. For all we know it could be split.

16
_Cabal_ 16 points ago +16 / -0

There is no provocation issue.

Even if you (retardedly) believe that you see the blurry, doctored rorschach of Kyle raising his rifle in the wrong hand, AND you believe he has no reason to be pointing it at someone you can't even see, it doesn't matter.

Why?

Because he continued to retreat, anyway. The end.

If there was any provocation to conflict on Kyle's part (there wasn't), then Kyle's lack of initiation of violence and retreat that followed nullifies it. Any escalation of violence beyond that from the supposed "victim" (aka the manlet pedophile) is not reasonable or legitimate.

Moreover, the state hasn't charged him with brandishing. Why? Because he didn't brandish, which is what they're saying he did to provoke.

2
Memematix 2 points ago +2 / -0

He was provoking by being white and not wearing BLM gear, duh.

2
LW_Freedom 2 points ago +2 / -0

In addition, if Kyle had even raised his gun, then there's no video evidence that Ziminski did not brandish his pistol first - which would make Ziminski the one who provoked the situation.

This trial is absolute shit.
