It's so good to get a win, and it's been so good to live through it with everyone here.

Reminds me of why I love this community, even though we get into squabbles very often over petty garbage.

52
Rainman 52 points ago +52 / -0

Such a great day but also a somber one when you think what this kid has been through. During the trial his attorneys disclosed that he is being treated for PTSD, those familiar with this can see it, so tragic.

23
BigDickTurner 23 points ago +23 / -0

I'd be willing to bet that the media witch hunt - and the realisation that the system betrayed him, and supported Gaige's actual attempted murder - were worse than the assaults he suffered. This poor kid did everything right and the hateful left put him through the psychological wringer. Banned from raising defence money, lied about by every news org around the world. He deserves a medal for cleansing society of those violent kid-fucking criminals. Let the sueing begin; I hope Kyle burns the media to the ground and salts the earth behind him.

15
Frog_Anne 15 points ago +15 / -0

Yes, I wondered about that on another thread. Like the high rates of PTSD among Vietnam vets, after they were treated so horribly when they came home. That night was terrible for Kyle, being attacked by a mob and having to shoot people in self defense. But being persecuted by the law and slandered by the media for over a year had to make it so much worse. Really hope this helps him move forward as he continues to get treatment.

12
Paxelmania 12 points ago +12 / -0

feels like Kyle prob had it worse than a lot of Vietnam vets because he was alone without his bros and even the vietnam vets prob got more support

12
SecondProtectsFirst 12 points ago +12 / -0

They are still defending the scum he ventilated to start it all, as if he didn’t literally fuck multiple pre-pubescent children. Their take is seriously that a child shouldn’t be able to defend themselves against that type of person.

6
Paxelmania 6 points ago +6 / -0

The type of person relevant here is someone who attacks people innocently putting out fires, this applies whether they raped people or not.

25
War_Hamster 25 points ago +25 / -0

Luv this comment. Today was a victory that we needed and deserved. Very happy for Kyle, but this was for all of us.

21
The_Litehaus_Abides 21 points ago +21 / -0

Yes, I saw it on the livestream and it was incredibly heart touching. Backed it up a few times. I'm just really grateful today.

The jury was out for such a long time. it was nerve-wracking.

17
Walleye-vision71 17 points ago +18 / -1

Some are speculating that the delay was simply to give jurors time to make arrangements to get the fuck out of Dodge.

14
The_Litehaus_Abides 14 points ago +14 / -0

Come to think of it, I would do the same thing.

7
Paxelmania 7 points ago +7 / -0

yeah if I ever had the guts to enforce the law (find Kyle innocent) I would def drag it out and get lots of free lunches at court expense

even if it was super obvious and needed no deliberation you would never want people to accuse you of snap judgment so you would def drag it out

6
NoCoupForYou 6 points ago +7 / -1

Hearing that Juror #4, Teacher and Divorcee with 3-4 kids, insisted on being the forewoman.

Everybody else was willing to acquit in the first hour of deliberation after reviewing the evidence together.

Again, rumor, hearing this second hand, don't even know the show/report it came from; hearing this from a family member.

4
Frog_Anne 4 points ago +4 / -0

Lots of rumors, but in the end, it was very brave of the jurors to follow the evidence to acquit. I'm sure they know the mob and media will be trying to dox them, and they may even be forced to defend themselves or their families, but in the end, they all stood for truth and voted for acquittal.

3
doug2 3 points ago +3 / -0

I'd text my sister, but she's too busy Facebooking about how corrupt this whole decision was and how it demonstrates white privilege.

13
Walleye-vision71 13 points ago +13 / -0

10

2

Not a picture because I have the entire footage of it. I guess I could turn it into a gif if you want.

Sadly that angle had his blonde elder sister Faith's head obscured behind Kyle's up until the point he collapses in relief so we don't get to see her reactions build up like we do w/ his brunette younger sis McKenzie

8
deleted 8 points ago +8 / -0
6
NoCoupForYou 6 points ago +6 / -0

This is part of the problem; the number of childless people is very high, highest in the past few centuries at least.

That's not a dig, but think of all the people who MIGHT be able to have enough imagination/empathy in having children, and many do not.

Explains CRT and Alphabet Mafia in K12, too.

8
SecondProtectsFirst 8 points ago +8 / -0

Sadly it also leads to people not being able to see though the bullshit when someone makes their 7 year old kid the mouthpiece of their political views on Fox News next to Ron DeSantis. Ohh she’s so brave for giving speeches at school board meetings instead of her parents! No… those are not her own ideas. Her parents are just using their kid to virtue signal like the left uses kids to make emotional points about guns or vaccines.

People have insulted me very personally for daring to think that at 7 kids can’t grasp the gravity of the politics around COVID. Hell, some adults can’t. These people can’t tell the difference between a kid who is excited about their own ideas and blandly repeating what they’ve been told to say. This second grader in Florida talks about not wearing a mask with the monotony of a little girl talking about how mommy told them they can be a boy if they want to.

I was thrilled that he was found not guilty, but I feel y’all are weirdos or a bunch of pussies if you cried over this. It happened to HIM, it didn’t happen to YOU, so I don’t get that. Of course, I can’t remember ever crying in my adult years, even when my grandparents all died in the same year, so I dunno. Maybe I’m weird?

9
Pepedom 9 points ago +9 / -0

You definitely aren't in line with the majority of reactions but that's ok. You're not being disrespectful. I understand feeling differently than others. For example, I don't do celebrity worship at all...like not for anyone. But in this case, for me anyway, it really isn't about Kyle. He's just the placeholder for any of us or for the belief of self defense. I cried over the idea personified, if that makes sense. It just really choked me up bc that personification of such a big idea is someone's child....and having recently birthed a child, imagining my child having to shoulder such a burden really really squeezed my heart.

We all have different levels of empathy. As an addition....you might have aspergers.

7
SecondProtectsFirst 7 points ago +7 / -0

Honest question, have you ever cried out of empathy for what someone else was going through? Or out of happiness for something going well that could have turned out really badly ?

If not then yeah you might be a little weird.

y’all are weirdos or a bunch of pussies if you cried over this

I didn't actually cry, but you know that feeling when you can feel your tear ducts building up some moisture?

Even if they don't quiet overflow into tears where you're bawling, I believe this is termed "welling up" and it's like being halfway to crying and I def felt that eye-swollen feeling bro.

I can’t remember ever crying in my adult years, even when my grandparents all died in the same year, so I dunno. Maybe I’m weird?

It doesn't necessarily hit you right away, and sometimes it's different stuff that hits you.

He may be a villain to one half the country but being a hero to the other half is not a bad deal.

Especially if you're a villain for all the right reasons. I could live with that.

10
Krysdavar 10 points ago +10 / -0

I don't think he is a villain to half the country. Not at all. Only to the vocal minority, the ones MSM foolishly are on the side of.

6
Hollyweirdness 6 points ago +6 / -0

Not half the country. That's MSM propaganda. In fact I think this verdict is going to cut even more into that propaganda.

4
BigDickTurner 4 points ago +4 / -0

"You have enemies? Good. That means you stood up for something at some point in your life."

3
BlackPillBot 3 points ago +3 / -0

It’s not half the country. It’s between a quarter and a third at most. While still high, and a serious problem, it’s still far from half.

2
DiscoverAFire 2 points ago +2 / -0

The strength he's learned this last year will make him a force to be reckoned with. Add that to his servant heart and he'll lead a blessed life. Not easy, not at all, but meaningful and important.

2
RedditIs4Retards 2 points ago +2 / -0

Just think about the places he can go with all that money he should win. He can go buy a house and live anywhere he wants where people might not even know who he is.

16
Cyer6 16 points ago +16 / -0

He also took it for the people of that community he went there to serve. And he took it for TRUE Americans all over the country who believe in the Constitution and our freedom to exercise a basic fundamental right.

9
notCIA 9 points ago +9 / -0

And that's why I call him a hero. He didn't have to, he chose to.

8
bck- 8 points ago +8 / -0

Which is why I’m sick of people saying, “He shouldn’t have been there!” FUCK THOSE PEOPLE. If the police will sit idly by and watch communities burn, it’s up to the people to defend what they built up.

Kyle was there because it was his right to be there, and because he had more balls than the entire police force of Kenosha.

I wish and pray nothing but the best for him in life

3
notCIA 3 points ago +3 / -0

Yes. He should have been there. It wasn't stupid, it wasn't wrong, it was king shit. He knew the risk, prepared as best he could, and went anyway. Infinite respect for Kyle.

3
Weloveflyovercountry 3 points ago +3 / -0

7

It's always happy when good prevails. You don't have to be, but you should always. When I first saw Kyle defend himself against those hooligans I was happy, because evil lost and good won. Today, I am happy again.

4
SordidPontification 4 points ago +5 / -1

There will come a time for righteous anger, brother.

Now is the time to celebrate for Kyle's sake given all he's gone through. I feel the same way you do, but I must take a moment to recognize that there is a time for all things.

Joy, anger, justice.

The time for anger will come soon enough. Let us take a moment to pray that God has blessed Kyle on this day and each of us through him.

If any other verdict was rendered America as we know it we might as well just have used the constitution for toilet paper from then on. Luckily justice prevailed for once.

God Bless America.

21
Themis595 21 points ago +21 / -0

Well said David Dorn shouldn’t have died and I think Crowder raised money and Doran’s wife made it a scholarship. This kid is a hero and I’ve gotten strikes for arguing on FB, but that’s okay. Rittenhouse needs a trophy, the cool thing is everyone is offering him stuff in celebration. I’ve offered a plane ticket and a fun time at the beach, but it probably won’t happen, he’s got plenty of great offers on the table to choose. His performance, like turning a triple play single handedly was simply Divine.

2
notCIA 2 points ago +2 / -0

Yes sir. I am confident he is set for life and I'm proud of him. I'm glad to see so many people finally, openly support him. I was very blackpilled when everywhere I went for the first few months all I saw was "well, he shouldn't have been there buuut....."

We are better than that, Kyle sure is. He may be a teenager, but he is what I call a man of action. It isn't stoicism, it is effectiveness as a trait. Kyle got out there and did something when he saw a problem, the self defense was a side effect. If only we were all men of action.

I fully admit I burst into tears when his legs gave out.

How many times have we rewatched it fellas? I’m on my fourteenth.

52
Womp_Womp2020 52 points ago +52 / -0

Quite a few. Feels like the only good thing happening in America.

22
SteelDriver 22 points ago +22 / -0

There's good everywhere. It just doesn't get run in the propaganda outlets because it doesn't sell and because it doesn't further their agenda of ending what America stands for. I don't know how we fix that, but Trump was never more right than when he said of the propaganda machine "The media is the enemy of the people."

Womp_Womp2020 7 points ago +7 / -0

The entire world is being forced to vaccinate themselves and their children....

Sadly :/. Our only victory when communist is taking over America.

Assault-Covfefe 80 points ago +80 / -0

I heard the verdict read on Bongino's show when driving back from work. I will admit, I teared up and I've only done that maybe 5 other times in my adult life. Because this kid isn't a heartless commie killing machine, as much as we meme him to be - he's (now) an 18 year old boy with bigger balls than most of us. And he IS us. He's why there's a 2A and it was the 2A that was on trial here.

If he was found guilty despite ALL OF THAT EVIDENCE TO THE CONTRARY, the precedent would be used in all self defense cases.

Kyle was the well-regulated (pronounced: well trained) militia that was necessary to the security of a free state.

66
sorossockpuppet2 66 points ago +67 / -1

We call that the Rittenhouse Shakes. Get em whenever something truly american happens. Everytime a bald eagle orgasms, and whenever a young man rightly gets off on self defense

9
DeathArrow 9 points ago +12 / -3

I know I shake like that when I get off.

64
Original_Dankster 64 points ago +64 / -0

Imagine all that courage, to hold in all that stress - Finally resolved. Like a marathon runner collapsing just across the finish line, after a great feat of resolve, willpower, endurance and stoicism.

Congratulations Kyle. You're walked the gauntlet. You're through the shadow, past the valley of death.

60
turdinthepunch 60 points ago +60 / -0

I pray to god I never find out what that kind of relief feels like.

38

you did good kid

37
LordKuroTheGreat 37 points ago +37 / -0

You wouldn't believe how many people I work with who, despite acknowledging that he's not guilty, somehow think this and the PTSD moment are acting. Media, even the little local stations, are truely evil and brainwashing people.

20
nickybops 20 points ago +21 / -1

I just redpilled a black dude at work who was spouting "MUH CROSSed STate Lines" it was hard but at the end he said "you right"

12
Sick_of_the_bs 12 points ago +12 / -0

I just talked to a friend about it. She's a center right normie... She goes "he was looking for trouble", " shot 3 black guys", "his mother drove him"... Had to correct her on nearly every point. She had no idea, and she's not even in a liberal circle jerk, just a normie.

The media lied every step of the case. It's just sad.

25

I cried like a father crying for their child. I cannot imagine what this has been like for him and his family.

24
ToTheRescues 24 points ago +24 / -0

I could not imagine going through that...

Sleep well tonight, Kyle. You deserve the rest.

Next week is Thanksgiving, bud. Spend it with your family :)

There was a chick right behind Kyle for the first part that broke up too. Everyone there was balling.

14
conservativeyuppie 14 points ago +14 / -0

Probably his sister if you're talking about the girl sitting next to his mom.

1
notCIA 1 point ago +1 / -0

Looks like it. Whole fam got a big win today.

9

God bless you Kyle, God bless you to the jury, judge, and defense team.

19
Texasgal 19 points ago +19 / -0

I reacted the exact same way!! God bless this kid!!

18
Session_Terminated 18 points ago +18 / -0

I hope one day the jurors names come out so they can be sung as heros.

Despite the threats to their self..families..politician's.. they did their duty and upheld the constitution and served a cold ass plate of justice and fuck you to all the haters.

I want to buy all those fucking jurors steak dinners, drinks, and a fucking hug (no homo).

10
Wallypip3 10 points ago +10 / -0

Nah. Let Em be.

5
20KAG20 5 points ago +5 / -0

They did their duty as Americans. I will not call them heroes but they are good Americans. They should be left alone.

4
Frog_Anne 4 points ago +4 / -0

I actually hope their identities remain secret for a long long time so they can live in peace. My hope was almost gone, but in the end, all of them followed the evidence and voted to acquit. They surely know that the mob and media will be trying to dox them and harass them, but all of them still stood for the truth.

May they be protected and live in peace, so other jurors won't give in to fear in the future.

Same. He's such a good kid and he didn't deserve any of this.

15
The_Knight_of_sunset 15 points ago +15 / -0

The boy needs all of the support he can get. He survived the absolute hell that the media and the leftist politician have heaped upon him, but the scars remain.

13
AmannamedRJ 13 points ago +14 / -1

See how this looks exactly like how he cried on the stand? "Fake tears" my ass. This kid was just relieved of somewhere between 17 years and life in prison.

5
IcyHue 5 points ago +5 / -0

Just read someone on twatter ~ "so this is what he looks like crying, now we know he faked it the first time" - was like wtf level of cognitive disability is this now?

4
Frog_Anne 4 points ago +4 / -0

He wasn't just crying on the stand, that was a panic attack brought on by PTSD. This is tears of relief that his life won't be destroyed for defending himself from a violent mob.

13
ColonelTravis 13 points ago +13 / -0

I’m a pilot. I was flying a training flight, when someone announced the verdict, on the guard frequency. I involuntarily said, “Wow”, out loud. I was so surprised, I was numb. I got home, not too long ago, and am now seeing these images, for the first time. This is the most choked up I have been, since my dog died. I have never wanted anything for anyone, more than I wanted Kyle to be free. He is the model American man, who answered a call greater than him, because no one else would. He is an American David.

I have no right to ask him to give any more, but I hope that Kyle finds the strength to burn the establishment to the ground, who slandered him. Burn it to the bedrock, and leave not a single blade of grass unburned.

2
Vino 2 points ago +2 / -0

Sorry about your dog fren.

11
NoahGav 11 points ago +11 / -0

I actually had the exact opposite reaction. I got so happy and ran to tell my family so fast that I don't even think I touched a single step on our stairs. I still feel the adrenaline.

11
january20 11 points ago +11 / -0

Just want to run over and hug him. He shouldn't have been charged in the first darn place.

3
IcyHue 3 points ago +3 / -0

I was sorry for him in that very moment that he couldn't hug his mom and whoever was there for him - but now he can, that's such a comforting thought!

11
Sparks1017 11 points ago +11 / -0

I wept, and not ashamed to say it!

10
