Kyle is about to be a multi multi millionaire.

The feds can't reasonably charge him with carrying the weapon over state lines, so if the do, he will beat that rap as well.

Might as well have some federal prosecutors disbarred as well.

Kyle and Nick are going to have to reach a joint custody agreement on who gets how much control over the entire MSM apparatus.

NeoAeon 14 points ago +14 / -0

The "choice" in 2008 was a Republican (McCain) who was going to ruin the country and get it blamed on conservatism's failure or a Democrat who was going to ruin the country and get it blamed on liberal values.

There was no option for improving America between 2008 and 2012, and in as well with Romney vs. Obama, between 2012 and 2016, again the choice was not about who was going to make America better, but what philosophy was going to be blamed for it's destruction.

I don't see how the world would have been better today had either McCain or Romney won. They were just Obama in sheep's clothing, hating America while giving lip service to loving it. That people are conflicted post Obama means it would have been even worse post Romney or McCain.

Same here. I was a pretty hard lefty until I was almost 24. I got my first red pill dose when I was 22, but sometimes it takes a planted seed a while to be watered and germinate. For me, the water was voting for Obama and it being a colossal regret about a month after his inauguration.

Yeah for sure. Only, y'know, 'blank' in this case was all of Fox holding the 'blank' opinion that the 2020 election was free and fair and devoid of any kind of unlawful manipuation and that January 6th was a violent insurrection the likes of which our nation has never seen before...

Oh and the BLANK part where they should have covered every fucking audit and credible fraud/irregularity story but cucked on their viewer base.

I totally get it that all of these personalities have contracts and that the entire corporation needs to make sure it plays any situation safe.. but there was no principle there. None.

purity testing

I don't think that there is a lot of that here, I think that it is just people that do engage in that get REALLY fucking loud about it. I know Tim Pool is not 100% with people like us but we are aligned with him on a lot of really important shit. Last week there was a thread for the show he did with Rogan, Malice, Alex Jones, and Blair White. There were a lot of people shitting on anyone saying anything good about Tim. Hell I disagree with Tim on the election, but the guy is still with us on anti-authoritarianism.

Lol also got accused of being a tranny lover because I was calling Blair White based despite having said that I did not agree with transgenderism.

3
Thlayli 3 points ago +3 / -0

I have more in common with guys like Tim Pool than I do with some of the more extreme people on our side.

2
Whitespace 2 points ago +2 / -0

There's the purity test, but there are a lot of gate keepers, entryists and subversives. Don't be blind to that fact, because they've pulled this crap before.

Noooooo!!! You have to be purrrrrfect here!!!!! (I.e. - in lockstep with whatever I’m thinking and feeling at the moment) We can have all the Sunday gunday’s, rare pepe’s, and lib owning dank memes in the world. The left can lay back and scissor fuck each other while we try to measure up.

4
Gmama2 4 points ago +4 / -0

Even Tulsi, she is useful because she isn't on the right, so she can get through to some of the people who reflexively ignore anything a conservative says. If she had been elected president she would have done a lot of lefty shit, but she doesn't hate America or Americans so it would have been fixable.

4
Thlayli 4 points ago +4 / -0

Tulsi bucks her team. She's a leader. She might be an outcast now, but she sticks to her guns. She'll be a threat in the future, mark my words. She might even get the white house.

Though the dems are gonna runn Michelle Obama probable, because they're vapid and stupid.

I honestly wouldn't hate it it Tulsi was in the white house. Not like I hate Biden or the other establishment dems. I wouldn't vote for her, but I wouldn't hate her.

2

1

35
War_Hamster 35 points ago +35 / -0

Both removed Lin Wood from their legal teams. I'm sure that subject came up.

9
KnightTemplar 9 points ago +9 / -0

Really? So Linwood, he’s a fake or what?

34
ppalgansaek 34 points ago +34 / -0

The story that I heard is that Lin Wood and associates helped raise 2 million dollars for Kyle's bail through his organization, Fightback Foundation. Now that Kyle has been released, Lin Wood feels that the money should be returned to his organization. I am of two minds on this issue. Kyle might not have gotten the bail money without the foundation's help. But, at the same time, the foundation would not have gotten the money because it was donated for Kyle, not the for the organization.

18
Lady_MaGa 18 points ago +18 / -0

A service was performed by Lin Wood's organization. He should be compensated something for that. But the entire amount, that's just greedy. Kyle will need money to file suit for defamation. So now is not the time for payment.

1
nyetblyat 1 point ago +3 / -2

Either the money should go right back to the original donators, or Kyle should keep it. Should be no inbetween.

21
War_Hamster 21 points ago +21 / -0

His mouth got him into trouble. With Sandman, he had made posts about Pence facing the hangman, and that wasn't helping Nick's case at all.

There's an issue with Kyle's bail money that Wood helped raise and now wants back. He was making noise about his refund while the trial was going on, which wasn't very classy.

11
KnightTemplar 11 points ago +14 / -3

Ahh, I see. Linwood was to political I guess. He’s a Q believer too. I can’t stand Q

10
War_Hamster 10 points ago +10 / -0

Fire and brimstone may work from the pulpit, but it can be detrimental to a legal case. Lin's ego and zealousness gets the best of him, but I think he means well.

As for Q.......I'm still waiting to see how that ends up playing out. I know some true believers who can still make a reasonable argument. I'm a bit more evidence-based.

8
HeavyMetalPatriot 8 points ago +8 / -0

Q is anonymous....on the internet...where anybody can be anybody and say anything and claim anything. I truly can't wrap my head around how Qanon even became a thing among Trump supporters...unless it was/is a glowie psyop to keep the right neutered and passive.

5
War_Hamster 5 points ago +5 / -0

Probably because he woke up a lot of people with the real information he brought to the table. We can argue over whether it was a LARP or psyop all day, but some good did come out of it.

It was a very entertaining story at the time.

2
War_Hamster 2 points ago +2 / -0

My answer to them is that I hope something like their narrative turns out to be true, but I can't currently prove them wrong.

Of course, I'm not referring to the ones who read RealRawNews and say there's already been massive arrests and trials at GITMO. Those ones may be lost causes.

1
ManateeRanMild 1 point ago +1 / -0

He was telling conservatives to stay home and not vote, too. I wasn't following him too closely, but I saw him say that and right there I lost respect. Then he went on preaching like some lunatic about Q and God's wrath and I was like, "Okay, buddy. I am a Christian but you're kind of making Christians look like unhinged lunatics". Either he is unstable or he is a grifter or he is part of a psyop to derail stop the steal. Either way, he's a snake.

My opinion: Sandmann needs to shut the fuck up and so does everyone being a loud mouth about Kyle suing for defamation. We know he has a great case, so let’s cool it and let his civil attorneys do their job. Quietly.

What I’m afraid of is, the louder we are about it, the more likely the kid will get some federal charges sent his way, which would absolutely postpone or completely derail any attempts to cash in on a defamation payday. And with each day that goes by, his life is in danger. Oh the hypocrisy! Vigilantes threatening to kill Kyle—whom they have labeled...a vigilante.

I could absolutely see the media pushing for the feds to step in so they could avoid having to open the checkbook. And Brandon will have no problem letting such a travesty of justice occurring. As we’ve seen, they would do anything for a win and anything to maintain power. If they can do it to Trump, they can most certainly do it to an 18 y/o kid.

And I don’t trust Sandmann nearly as much after hearing that he worked for Mitch McConnell’s re-election campaign. Kyle needs to keep this kid at arm’s length.

9
Boruzu 9 points ago +9 / -0

Yes. Why is Sandmann being such a loudmouth right now. If I were KYLE I would just want to keep a low profile for at least, what, three days now? He just got done with the shittiest time in his life and seriously, no need to broadcast your intentions all over the flipping net. Or a telephone even.

8
HeavyMetalPatriot 8 points ago +8 / -0

I have no doubt Biden's feds are coming for Kyle. I wonder if that's why Kyle is doing Tucker on Monday night, to get his voice out there to millions of Americans ahead of the fed indictments.

5
butterhunter 5 points ago +5 / -0

Especially after his lawyer, Richards mentioned that there are people on the right trying to whore the kid or for money.

You know there's people on the left trying to do the same. Kyle should keep a low profile and not do any appearances.

3
Frog_Anne 3 points ago +3 / -0

Yes, I hope he keeps a level head, and has someone trustworthy who will help him navigate this. There could be a lot of money for someone if they get him as a spokesperson or whatever, but they would just be using him. At some point, it's not a lot different from those parents who sell their kid to Hollywood. They're rolling in money while their kid is being molested by the director. Fairweather friends and people looking to make a buck will toss him away like trash when they're doing using him.

1
crazyjackel 1 point ago +1 / -0

Defamation cases are tough cases. Remember you have to demonstrate a couple of things that are real tough to demonstrate.

  1. The information said about you is false. Truth is a defense from defamation
  2. You knew what you were saying was false/have a reasonable expectation that you would know what you were saying was false.

So let’s take a look at the case with say MSNBC. Kyle would probably go to civil court and say that I have been severely damaged by MSNBC. I had to pay for private security, they tainted a jury pool full of false information that was easily available, they labeled me something with no basis with facts, they are a news organization and it is reasonable for them to know these things to be untrue yet they did it anyway. I will suffer the rest of my life for this. Therefore I ask for 50 million dollars and legal fees.

This case is likely to have a lot of hiccups, for example, they might use the ‘Rachel Maddie’ defense, which is to say that people watching MSNBC don’t really come for facts and they don’t deal with facts, so there isn’t a reasonable expectation for them to do research. This defense is ridiculous, but it seemed to work somewhat the last time it was used. There’re more tricks like this, which can take tons of time to settle up. The goal would be to make the family so tired that they would settle for an undisclosed amount at some point. Somewhere like 20 million instead of 50.

Defamation cases take forever and are very tiring because you are up against an army of corporate lawyers that will use a lot of dirty tricks to avoid paying. That is if you do not have your own army of corporate lawyers.

That is why Sandmann and Tucker are good allies to have. They have some of the best defamation lawyers in the business and can give referral. Given of course such lawyers didn’t burn bridges with the family of course.

1
Warskullx 1 point ago +1 / -0
