I like the truth he's speaking. Expect the FBI to retaliate in some way because we know how they work.

Katarina_Reset [S] 190 points ago +190 / -0

For sure. I liked everything he said other than what school he'll be going to and that he wants to live a peaceful life... They're about to fuck with him

ASU is completely online.

87
Katarina_Reset [S] 87 points ago +87 / -0

He was asked about going on campus. He said he hopes he can without getting threats

73
1776ThereIsaidIt 73 points ago +73 / -0

The smart thing to say. He doesn't need to act like he is gonna be rolling in dough soon, even if he will be.

48
SquiggyMcPepe 48 points ago +49 / -1

Yeah with the Sandmann lawyers signing on to Kyle he is going to be rolling in loot and won't need to worry about security and such. The main concern is the doj filing federal charges and they whisk him off to a court with a corrupt judge and jury and lock him away for life without parole. Not worried about the civil cases.

39
1776ThereIsaidIt 39 points ago +39 / -0

That would essentially be double jeopardy. There is not one single legitimate argument those corrupt bastards could make to justify charging him for anything.

48
SquiggyMcPepe 48 points ago +51 / -3

The feds can try you for the same crime if their 'investigation' of the state case finds 'irregularities'. Or they can just do it anyways and dare you to stop them. Ask the jan 6th protestors rotting away in jail in DC how that works?

13
JohnCocktoastin 13 points ago +13 / -0

Feds can charge you separately from states. Because "double jeopardy" applies to sovereigns. The United States and Wisconsin are 2 separate sovereigns. Kyle could not face trial again in Wisconsin because of double jeopardy. But nothing precludes the United States from pursuing federal charges arising out of the same incident. The type of murder charges the feds have would not fit this case. So I am unsure what the feds could charge him with. Examples of fed murder charges:

  1. murder during bank robbery
  2. murder on a ship
  3. murder by mail (anthrax/bomb/other poison)
  4. murder of federal official
  5. murder during some drug trafficking act
  6. murder of family member of federal law enforcement

Has to have some tie to federal statute. Otherwise is strictly state crime.

11
SomeGuyOnTheInternet 11 points ago +11 / -0

There is not one single legitimate argument those corrupt bastards could make to justify charging him for anything.

You think that will stop them?

6
Aoikaze2000 6 points ago +6 / -0

Yeah and give them the excuse to enable martial law and lock down the nation forever. They desperately need an event that allows them to do this before the mid terms so you want to just hand it to them on a platter?

7
Skinagrizz 7 points ago +7 / -0

Oh but THIS time, we would rise up....LOL... not

5
PeteButtplug 5 points ago +5 / -0

The concern is actually civil charges. I'm hoping the commie fuckers' parents get zilch.

3
SquiggyMcPepe 3 points ago +9 / -6

Tucker has covered the fraud several times when valid verifiable results from audits were released. He leaves the rest to us and we are doing just fine. Beside Tucker is one of the only voices talking bluntly about the population replacement plans to reduce white people to a tiny minority in their own nations along with a host of other issues few will touch. So stop with the purity tests.

9
DannyCanusa 9 points ago +12 / -3

I promise I'm not a troll. I see a lot of people don't like this guy. I don't know what else he's posted, but on Tucker being controlled opposition he's right. What he said about bailing on the Election Fraud is spot on.

Does anyone not remember how mad everyone was at him? I totally believe his interview with Kyle was a good one. He's not going to keep swinging the machete at his viewers. It doesn't change that when he had a chance to stand up for what was right, he totally bailed out.

You guys can do what ya want. I'm long done with Fox News. I also don't trust Megan Kelly and some others. Though I guess I quit trusting her long before the Election Fraud issue came up.

For me Election Fraud is a litmus test question. Everyone (at least in news) knows there was election fraud. If they won't answer that honestly, I have doubts about their true motives no matter how well they come off on every other subject.

11
MAGAholic2 11 points ago +12 / -1

He's right and so are you. Tucker failed us when it mattered most. Proving that he has a line that his bosses say he cannot cross.

3
DannyCanusa 3 points ago +4 / -1

Right. People tend to think con artists lie 100% of the time. While some do, most are usually truthful, then lie to ya at the worst times.

A crooked stockbroker doesn't take your $$ right away. You wouldn't come back. He gets ya a good return on your first deal with him. Then the 2nd, then ya get some friends involved, then once he feels it's time for the swindle, BOOM!!!

ASU is a total garbage. I know of people who attended and ended up as complete retards, were ok going in.

They will lynch Kyle once on campus

2
Tellman125 2 points ago +3 / -1

I actually think it's BS. With all the threats and hatred he's got, why would he boisterously advertise that he's a student at the school, naming it multiple times?! His mother said, in an interview yesterday, that they had to escape from Wisconsin within a couple days because being in the state wasn't safe for them. I think the school itself has gotta be getting harassed by phone and email right now over it.

2
gawd-emperor 2 points ago +2 / -0

Very possible, I hope so

4
willy-willis 4 points ago +4 / -0

Maybe he's going to take up Paul Gosar's offer of an internship. It sucks, but at this point I really don't know how Kyle's going to be able to live a normal life and become a nurse (or a cop, or a firefighter, or whatever else) like he said he wants, unless he does as his lawyer suggested and changes his name & appearance on top of moving as far away from his hometown as possible. Man's already got to have 24/7 security and made it clear from the interview that he's well aware of how much the left hates his guts & wants him dead.

Hitching a ride with a proven America First congressman like Gosar seems like the best way forward for him (assuming his plan in life isn't just to sit on the money he's about to beat out of the MSM pinata), as well as the safest.

24
BloodElfSupporter 24 points ago +24 / -0

What I like the most about what he said (and honestly a little surprised) is that he was completely aware on the day of the verdict that this trial was about more than just him, that the entirety of the 2nd Amendment rests on this case.

He has an emotional maturity that surpasses men in their 20s and 30s. I was very impressed by his composure.

He is definitely one of the strong men created by the hard times that were created by weak men. Hope to see more strong men like Kyle to stand up.

12
War_Hamster 12 points ago +15 / -3

He's been coached well.

15
BloodElfSupporter 15 points ago +15 / -0

I can see that. But his composure is also what impresses me. Even that night Kyle kept his cool and had remained so. That's not something that can be coached.

1
HumblePig 1 point ago +1 / -0

It's those videos and his calm under fire that make me think not coached, just insanely based and well raised.

8
I_Love_45-70_Gov 8 points ago +10 / -2

Expect the FBI to retaliate in some way because we know how they work.

They'll probably be digging up Proud Boys shit and try to tie Kyle to them even though Kyle actually dumped his lawyer over a surprise meeting with Proud Boys leader which he ditched.

I'm not knocking the Proud Boys or anything mind you, haven't done diligence researching them. I'm sure they're not as bad as Antifa or BLM but have probably strayed into certain bad behaviors by some members.

If he wants to remain free and alive, he needs to move to Florida. If the Feds come for him, there is at least a slim chance DeSantis will tell them to get fucked and kick them out of the state. Zero chance of any other governor doing that.

16
keepamericagreat102 16 points ago +17 / -1

4
QuickMaths 4 points ago +7 / -3

Abbot better watch his ass, early polls showing Texans are willing to consider Matthew McConaughey over him. I don’t know much about McConaughey’s politics but hes a born and raised Texan who still lives there, is open about being Christian, and comes off as intelligent and level headed. That appeals to normies and centrists. I tend to think hes a little right of center from what I’ve seen and heard him say.

7
RuprechtThaMonkeyBoy 7 points ago +7 / -0

Nobody is going to be fooled by McConaughey.

Nothing pisses off a Christian more than trying to injecting their belief front and center in their campaign while downplaying other aspects of their choices.

4
alienjesus 4 points ago +4 / -0

McConaughey is still deep Hollywood.

2
KeysToNeW 2 points ago +2 / -0

I think thats how it comes off, but in practice I would venture to guess it'd be solid left. He's a Hollywood actor. All about what happens when you get served your first bowl of shit and how you react.

2
Big_Sam_Handwich 2 points ago +2 / -0

Exactly. He seems like a nice enough dude but I don't think he'd have the balls to do what needs to be done, especially regarding the leaky southern border

1
Herecomedatpresident 1 point ago +1 / -0

That right there is the problem. I can never imagine him being tough and right now we need tough people. Compassion is great when it is deserved but we are dealing with enough sociopathic monsters that we need warriors as leaders right now.

1
Geeee 1 point ago +1 / -0

0
HumblePig 0 points ago +1 / -1

Some of their talking points are right. Their worst talking point is making it a racial issue. The biggest problem is their talking points are not their action points.

I was "blue lives matter" too until the cops only allowed BLM protests and no others, and they eagerly enforced this mask mandate business shutdowns. I saw how they handled the McCloskeys. Puppets of the PA with no accountability to their communities.

If BLM's response wasn't to burn and loot local homes and businesses, and killing innocent people with no affiliation with the institutions they're angry at, or killing cops like David Dorn who seem to be the solution to their concerns, I'd be in support. Their front page complaints are legit. Too bad you can't judge a book by its cover.

The government wasn't there to protect him when the pedophiles and felons descended upon him.

The government wasn't there to protect him when the media cried for his lynching.

The government wasn't there before, during, or after his trial.

The whole case is about being able to take care of yourself. Defend your own. Kyle is the textbook shining example of what self defense is all about.

I'd say its safe to say, the government can't protect you, which is why we are allowed to protect ourselves.

I'm sure they'd like to prosecute him for having to defend himself a second time.

Are they going to file charges for lying on the stand or something insane? I don't remember him saying anything about slamming the forward assist when gage was trying to kill him. I thought he said he didn't so anything in court.
