Scientology was able to bring the IRS to their knees because their army of lawyers overwhelmed them with lawsuits. The IRS backed off and it is the lone reason why Scientology still exists today.

The plaintiffs are the States whose AGs sign on. Not a lawsuit for individuals to file. But all 50 states have standing to file (I imagine, even AZ, GA, MI, PA and WI, for the counts against the US and Biden/Cameltoe/Leahy/Cirrhosi.) Lindell has email addresses for all 50 State Attorneys General.

(Whoever is u/NancyCirrhosi, I kekked.)

Byrne explained that several AGs who were going to sign on had to deal with responding to a vaccine mandate case before Friday of this week, hense the delay.

Don't shoot the messenger, just what Byrne says

Exactly the same way the church of scientology bullied the irs for tax exempt status. It was really effective for them.

The constitution is law

Superceded by Establishment Narratives.

Establishment Narratives >> Constitution >> Federal Law >> State Law

Great idea, as long as the claims have real merit.

I read the whole thing. It's pretty damning, and it looks like they have the right language for standing, and that this is the right court, and all other avenues have been exhausted or have failed to perform their lawful duty.

What's the cost of contacting your state AG and telling them to sign on?

1
Standingoak 1 point ago +1 / -0
