It's open season boys. Time to get litigious. They're even still well within statute of limitations for everything they've already done.

If BLM has done damage in your city, look into filing a lawsuit for that, because as a local citizen, public property damage redirects your tax dollars and raises your taxes to pay for the damage, not to mention denies you use of that public property. You are principally affected since it is your tax dollars that fund the city. If businesses you used to go to went out of business, that is a tangible harm. If you've been physically attacked during a BLM rally, they are financially liable!

Sue. The. Fuck. Out. Of. Them.

You assume that we live under a system of legal justice and not political justice.

40
SquiggyMcPepe 40 points ago +45 / -5

Then don't file in a blue state? Remember that nearly all the judicial overreach is in california and new york with a few select deep blue shitties. Kyle showed that justice is still alive.

56
Snooptwo 56 points ago +62 / -6

Kyle showed the exact opposite. If Kyle was a black dude shooting violent white Trump supporters, it never would’ve went to trial. The process is the punishment.

28
Bluestorm83 28 points ago +29 / -1

Yeah. So? We don't try because we're too afraid, or too... I don't even know what, just uncaring about weathering their "punishments." How many of our saints and heroes went to prison or died, in darkness and silence, for the freedoms we have today?

Get in there, and use that process, deal with the inconvenience. I fought a three month fight with my company's Home Office about religious accommodation for being not required to work at all on any Sunday, which was a reason I couldn't promote, and I won. Nobody bothered to fight that fight for almost 20 years, and just either settled for morning or evening off (Sorry, it's the Lord's DAY. It's not yours, it's not even MINE, I'm not at home watching the game, I'm at Church, study, prayer, fellowship, 2 services, time of hymns, ALL DAY besides a quick 2 hour break in the middle to take a quick nap and walk the dog.) But we CAN'T WIN if we DON'T FIGHT.

True but he beat it in the end and is going to become fabulously wealthy once the libel lawsuits start collecting.

THIS

6
glow-operator-2-0 6 points ago +6 / -0

Kyle showed the exact opposite

Partly incorrect. It showed prosecutorial malfeasance.

Jury box still worked and he was acquitted of all standing charges. Magistrate /judge also contributed by dropping the weapons "charge".

I'm still readying everything for the fourth box to be used like crazy though.

3
trump_2077 3 points ago +3 / -0

WHAT THE RETARDED FUCK ELSE U GONNA EXPECT DO ABOUT IT MATE ROFL! SMDH THE FUCK IS THAT BLACKPILLED BS :D

3
rootGoose 3 points ago +3 / -0

It backfired into their smug faces - have you not seen the salt flows from that loss nor heard of the red pills that were taken due to that injustice?

3
usernamechecksout 3 points ago +3 / -0

Amazing video footage is the only thing that saved Kyle. If there was no video evidence, he is serving life. Additionally, there was plenty of video evidence that should’ve prevented him from being charged in the first place. Kyle’s case was not a win for justice. It was a miscarriage of justice from the beginning.

2
SquiggyMcPepe 2 points ago +2 / -0

Yet he walks free. No amount of video evidence would have mattered if the judge was corrupt and allowed the jury to be swayed by the corrupt da. But yes it certainly was a miscarriage of justice.

2
c89631147e 2 points ago +2 / -0

Kyle showed that justice is still alive.

I am sick of people saying this.

If justice was “still alive” he would have never been charged.

3
Meddlesom 3 points ago +3 / -0

If justice was still alive, he wouldn't have ever had to be in the position that he was in. It was the failing of the justice system that allowed Burn Loot Murder to tear apart his town because a rapist orc got himself shot in self defense when he tried to knife a cop.

Justice is pretty far from alive.

2
SquiggyMcPepe 2 points ago +2 / -0

I'm sick of people saying there is no hope give up crawl in a hole... Kyle is free and he is free because the SYSTEM still works. We just have to get rid of the bugs in the system in the places they infested.

7
HockeyMom4Trump 7 points ago +7 / -0

Oh, I am in Minneapolis. This is gonna get interesting.

6
TommyJarvis 6 points ago +6 / -0

The best target right now for this is Texas. BLM started some shit in Dallas and Austin.

3
rootGoose 3 points ago +3 / -0

If the people get a win there it’ll make it easier elsewhere.

1
Meddlesom 1 point ago +1 / -0

It's going to take hitting Burn Loot Murder back with the full force of an organized militia.

Give them nothing, but take from them... everything.

19
WiseOldOwl 19 points ago +19 / -0

Hmm.. Could you sue the corporations for encouraging destruction?

9
sickofaltspin 9 points ago +9 / -0

This is the way

5
BrewSwillis 5 points ago +5 / -0

And Kamala Harris for bailing them out, and causing more destruction.

1
MarcusAurelius 1 point ago +1 / -0

I think it would be substantially harder. You would need to show that the Corporation intended that it be used to commit a crime, or at least should have known that their donations would be used to encourage a crime.

If you saw that, say Walmart donated to BLM, with the expectation that they would hasten the fall a local supermarket, thus making room for a Walmart Neighborhoods store to replace them, you probably could.

PDXTrumpSupporter 31 points ago +35 / -4

Need a damned link with regard to what this is referring to, please.

Why is it that half the memes/references on this site assume that we're all paying microscopic attention to every news story in every corner of the internet??
Is it too much to ask that OP's simply post a link to whatever the fuck it is that they are talking about?

16
Snooptwo 16 points ago +22 / -6

Lol yes it is. People post dumb shit with no source all the time. I have no idea what this lawsuit is about. Never heard of it.

The worst by far is the retards who post graphs, make a grand statement about said graph, but don’t provide any source material snd then get uppity when asked for a source saying shit like “look it up.” Bitch, don’t give me homework. People are just fuckin lazy or gullible and easily tricked into believing false or manipulated shit because if confirms their bias.

9
PDXTrumpSupporter 9 points ago +11 / -2

The only hope that a website like this has, when it's up against the entire world, is if we really have our shit together and come off as respectable/reliable to those who are brave enough to visit here.
But instead it's often half full of junk that makes us look like idiots.

7
ragnarokrobo 7 points ago +7 / -0

You mean hundreds of Twitter screenshots with the entire text of the tweet as the title isn't peak content?

4
PhuckYourFeels 4 points ago +6 / -2

Also stories like yesterday where it’s obviously sensationalized hopium. “Sheriff files charges on election commission”. Anybody with any knowledge of justice knows that’s B/S

2
Meddlesom 2 points ago +2 / -0

The shitty memes get stickied, the actual news stories don't. That's a problem with this site.

-1
QLARP -1 points ago +1 / -2

Any source is probably fake news.

7
Specter 7 points ago +7 / -0

Unite the right was the rally in Charlottesville. BLM is referring to all the riots throughout 2020 that caused billions of dollars of damage during a pandemic. Since unite the right was sued for $26M, then BLM should be on the hooks for billions.

9

We all know that black lives matter will never pay a single penny, as long as the swamp still runs Washington DC. As long as white people are still too cowardly to take this country back by force, black lives matter is firmly in control.

They'll never collect it. But they will drain these poor people for whatever they can. Houses, cars, garnished wages, etc.

1

It isn't, the suit tackle the organizers.

Think not like suing BLM, we wouldn't ever get the money, but joy reed or the other miserable joy.

4
Jacksonvarrik 4 points ago +4 / -0

Prosecution had $20 Million legal war chest against guys who couldn't even find representation. White privilege indeed.

4
Nearlydearly2 4 points ago +4 / -0

Wasn't Unite the Right there first with permission to protest? And the bad actor "victims" show up looking for trouble?

3
PMC3058761 3 points ago +3 / -0

I believe they were there legally, yes. They were also an org led by a former Obama activist, and a deep state psyop, but the point that they were successfully sued for damages just shows we have now weaponized lawful punishment against non-PC speech and removed individual accountability from society.

1
CentralAmericanPede 1 point ago +1 / -0

We no longer have a first amendment.

3

2

Yeah I'd assume there'd be a court case or news article or something? Fake news until proven otherwise.

2

Just search (Charlottesville 26m) it's not that fucking hard

0
4coresmoresmores 0 points ago +3 / -3

Organizers of the unite the right rally got sued for damages caused by the rally.

This is ignoring how 100% of the violence was caused by antifa and the local police.

-2
QLARP -2 points ago +1 / -3

Well not 100% there was that car crash.

4
_Sully_ 4 points ago +4 / -0

2

-1
QLARP -1 points ago +1 / -2

That's the story and he is sticking to it

3
Cacciali_Via 3 points ago +3 / -0

Oh, that car and driver that was attacked by antifa/blm?

-2
QLARP -2 points ago +3 / -5

It's on video the car wasn't attacked.

He left the park went back to get his car, couldn't get back to the park to hit antfia so he went with a target of opportunity down on 4th street.

That was Heather heyers group not antfia.

3
Cacciali_Via 3 points ago +3 / -0

I saw the back of the car get hit with a long stick. An antifa fag professor also tweeted about brandishing his ak47 at him before the accident where he hit the brakes.

There is massive overlap between antifa and blm. At the protests I went to you never saw one without the other.

-4
QLARP -4 points ago +1 / -5

You are confusing the 4th street protest with the nazi vs antfia brawl in the park.

If you have a video of someone hitting the car I would love to see it.

Trump even called Heather's group fine people and the antfia 4 blocks away not fine people.

You can look up the court transcripts to see the, "i took a wrong turn and got lost" story is bullshit.

2
Cacciali_Via 2 points ago +2 / -0

It's in all the videos. Viewing the car from behind, a guy steps off the curb on from the left sidewalk and hits the back of his car with a stick/flagpole as he drives past. He runs into the crowd seconds later. There is no video of the AK brandishing. The guy bragged about it on his social media. He is a member of some left wing militia.

3
4coresmoresmores 3 points ago +3 / -0

Caused by Antifa. Why was there a car crash? The video shows antifa attacking the car and the mentally ill kid inside freaking out and flooring it to get away.

Trump sold that guy out for optics. The driver was innocent but in order to virtue signal nobody helped him and he had to get a public defender who threw the case.

1
QLARP 1 point ago +1 / -0

https://youtu.be/sn5f5qyf7io

What time frame do you see the attack on the car? 5 seconds? It's already going 30mph.

If he got attacked up the hill by the red brick road at the intersection you might have a. Argument.

But people screaming and slapping your car as you drive 30mph into a giant crowd isn't self defense.

1
4coresmoresmores 1 point ago +1 / -0

He wasn't going 30mph into a giant crowd, he was driving down a publicly available road and didn't speed up until someone hit his car with a metal pole making him panic.

He had his GPS set to go home, he was mentally ill and scared of the violent terrorists who had already tried to kill him that day. It was clearly not intentional in any way.

1
QLARP 1 point ago +1 / -0

It wasn't a public road the 4th street protest had a permit and that road was closed.

Look at the point in the video when he is at the intersection with the red bricks you can obviously see a giant crowd down the road.

Then he keeps driving forward.

1
QLARP 1 point ago +1 / -0

At the 1 second mark he is going so fast his car bounces off of the road then he slows down. But listen to the acceleration noise and tires at the 1 second mark

1
4coresmoresmores 1 point ago +1 / -0

Yeah, he slows down when he came up to the group of people because he wasn't trying to hit them.

At 0:03 the guy hits the back of his car making a loud noise and he panics and hits the gas.

The guy was proven to be mentally ill, he wasn't a terrorist and he didn't try to kill anyone. He was just terrified of the actual terrorists surrounding him.

0
QLARP 0 points ago +1 / -1

If you pause it at 15 seconds. If his car was attacked then, he could have beat the case.

Also if he was really lost why not turn left or right there at the intersection.

At this point you sound like a leftist that called the Wisconsin blm suv massacre a car accident.

1
4coresmoresmores 1 point ago +1 / -0

The road in Charlottesville was not closed down, there was other cars driving on the same road at the same time. Also it wasn't officially closed down for a parade like this one was.

The Charlottesville driver didn't do anything to indicate he was attempting to hit people, he would've kept going, instead he crashed and then backed up out of there.

He was clearly attacked before it happened on video, don't know what you are trying to deny about this.

0
QLARP 0 points ago +1 / -1

What time period in the video do you see the attack?

0
QLARP 0 points ago +1 / -1

Have you see the video? He gets to the intersection and floors in.
