Lol unknowingly helping his court cases

Joshua2001 42 points ago +42 / -0

Yup this will be shown as proof that the lies that were spread affected his reputation. People repeating those lies and preventing him from living life because of them sounds an awful lot like damages from defamation/libel.

hellohellohellohello 24 points ago +24 / -0

Yeah, clearly demonstrates damages. He can now show that he has a whole lifetime of this shit to enjoy. Imagine him applying for a job anywhere? Or even just renting an apartment?

Hope Kyle gets so many millions in settlement that he doesn't even need college and can simply retire to play Xbox on a stack of cash with his future 4 door truck.

Perhelion 5 points ago +5 / -0

Yep. I hope Kyle knows this is good news for the long-term.

That is a shame, for them. Place them on the bottom of the "I'm going to sue the fuck out of you" list. This is against their own internal "constitution" or whatever they call it, so hopefully they receive a nice shit pushing-in.

Fuck these students and the fucking faculty. They can suck a giant cock. (They probably already do, but you get my meaning). God damn these kids need an ass kicking.

The most vocal are student organizations like MEChA (Movimiento Estudiantil Chicanx de Aztlán), Students for Socialism, Students for Justice in Palestine, and the Multicultural Solidarity Coalition.

A pattern indeed.

I want to see the dreamers deported FIRST. Then, drop off the gangsters. Put them all on the same bus. Not a plane, a bus.

They were never taken to the wood shed as kids. Never knew the sound of a belt being pulled from daddy’s pants. Never got the strap. Just spoiled brats.

School should be sued out of existence. Same with that student group

12
PMSocks 12 points ago +12 / -0

He should take the year to tour and sue.

He can always enroll some where when this cools down.

Also be more then a nurse.

4
DestroyerofCobwebs 4 points ago +4 / -0

Sue yes, tour no. If he continues to develop himself as a media persona, his damage claims would be severely injured by that act. If he wants to be successful in any defamation lawsuits, which are all long shots, he needs to keep a low profile until the trials are over.

SecurityBlanket 10 points ago +10 / -0

This will make it easier to claim serious damages in ALL his lawsuits.

Good, another lawsuit for Rittenhouse. Kid is going to be RICH. LOL

Wohwoh1911 7 points ago +7 / -0

_Sully_ 3 points ago +3 / -0

and Wellesley. As a trans of course.

consumptiveballerina 2 points ago +2 / -0

Evergreen.

stick_in_the_eye 5 points ago +5 / -0

why the hell did he even bother with college? sue for millions, buy/build some nice businesses with your name on it and be the next trump!

4
EvilGuy 4 points ago +4 / -0

I would like to see him sue them and win, and make them name a building after him.

4
ravioli_king 4 points ago +4 / -0

Interesting, because prosecution wanted to call a witness from ASU to say that Kyle wasn't in college there.

3
slickfiddy [S] 3 points ago +3 / -0

"ASU confirmed that Rittenhouse enrolled as a non-degree-seeking online student for the session that started in mid-October of this year."

Ironlabel1 3 points ago +3 / -0

Now sue the school too!

3
TheMadManDidItAgain 3 points ago +3 / -0
  1. The college will have to pay him for this
  2. Which means all the students will be paying him for this after the lawsuits
  3. Honestly, this won't hurt ASU very much. Most students are liberal retards, and those who are not most likely will not transfer. Possibly, in the upcoming years, their enrollment will suffer a bit because of some conservative students not going there... but they may make up for it with liberal retards considering going there.
3
ColbyP 3 points ago +3 / -0

Well that makes the lawsuits easier. To prove defamation or slander were actually a problem you have to prove that their damage to your reputation was real and that it caused you actual damages. By demanding he be kicked out of school, he now has a slam dunk case that all those that slandered him caused him direct harm. My God leftists are retarded. They literally made the case for him.

3
ChrztyAnn 3 points ago +3 / -0

Kyle took a leave from the school for his trial, he's admitted that in an interview. The school said Kyle would be aloud to go there even if students didn't want him to.

2
Bedminster 2 points ago +2 / -0

Just another court case $$$$$ to be won by him.

2
MiserySnake 2 points ago +2 / -0

Well after all these lawsuits he wont really need that higher education to make a living. Dude will be loaded. If it was me I would just buy a fortress and chill with some hot bitches.

2
mobgrazer 2 points ago +2 / -0

Unequivocal proof of harm. sue the hell out of all of them.

2
Swarlos8888 2 points ago +2 / -0

This is why I hate the politicians who wont shut up about the poor kid.

Hes not a pedestal for your reelection campaign.

2
dparks2010 2 points ago +2 / -0

2
Dratchev 2 points ago +2 / -0
