Now do one that permanently removes their immunity to being sued for damages.

Groundpounder 62 points ago +62 / -0

Agreed. “Emergency use?”… Is this a never-ending emergency? Because anyone following the actual science knows it resides in the animal reservoir. This means we can never “vaccinate” our way out of this, yet that is the plan laid out by the same “experts” who a.) engineered it, and b.) continue to profit from it

Their opinion has pretty high value. Either that, or China is overpaying quite a bit for their opinion.

22
BurtMcGirt 22 points ago +22 / -0

Remove their immunity and make anyone involved in coercing it PERSONALLY liable for damages.

3
Klaus73 3 points ago +3 / -0

I think the manufactures should have as much immunity as their "vaccine" provides...

14
patriotfortrump 14 points ago +14 / -0

As soon as people see they intentionally and knowingly suppressed effective treatments that liability will disappear like the wind.

cynicalpinnacle 4 points ago +4 / -0

^^^^^THIS^^^^^^

2
FAAFO 2 points ago +2 / -0

Then expire the patriot act

K-Harbour 59 points ago +59 / -0

Think about it — open meetings, open records — ANY FDA action should automatically have all documents, materials, communications “immediately and contemporaneously” fully available to the public.

zooty 11 points ago +11 / -0

Trust the science! Which, uh, we're not going to let you see.

WHY 100 Days?

Monday morning a 8:00 AM is already way too long.

18
NvJohansson 18 points ago +18 / -0

Redacting tens of thousands of pages with a thick marker takes time you know.

deleted 8 points ago +8 / -0
7
NvJohansson 7 points ago +7 / -0

Take a look at the last redacted government papers whether it's from Russia, courts, intel, senate or anything else, all black marker like in 1998.

4
zooty 4 points ago +4 / -0

Probably after they did a bunch of click-and-drag when electronic documents were getting going in the 2000s and all it did was put a black box over the text which was easily removed.

DragonEnergy2 38 points ago +38 / -0

100 days = 100% redacted.

34
K-Harbour 34 points ago +34 / -0

The safety of the general public DEMANDS that absolutely nothing should be kept secret or delayed release by ANY activity in the FDA.

Frankly, not even personnel actions, not even ANY email incoming or outgoing or within of ALL employees should be exempt — NOTHING confidential, NOTHING privileged, AS A MATTER OF LAW.

Yes, This needs to be shouted.

5
Retard_Strength 5 points ago +5 / -0

they would just use a homebrew email server. it's not illegal, after all. Hillary set the precedent

15
McBuckBreaker 15 points ago +15 / -0

LETS FUCKING GOOOO

14
NvJohansson 14 points ago +14 / -0

Imagine a country where the government hides dangerous side effects and deaths from a medication from its own people to protect big corporations. What are totally fucked up timeline.

4
bringbackthe80s 4 points ago +4 / -0

Totally why the FDA was created in the first place. /sarc

pray4peace4 11 points ago +11 / -0

Introducing bills is... so GOP. They're impotent do-nothings who run & hide 98% of the time. The Democrats will never vote for that bill, a large number of Republicans won't even vote for the bill. What we need is a vast army of patriotic lawyers & a machine that provides them funding to fight for causes like this. Maybe Judicial Watch could provide the lawyers, but Patriots must step up & fund their army. Harmeet Dillon is the only other legal soldier I know of that's fighting the attacks on America. Sidney Powell doesn't count - she hasn't completed even 1 mission yet. We need folks who get results.

11
K-Harbour 11 points ago +11 / -0

Should have been released automatically, one minute after they voted to approve.

10
Farage_massage 10 points ago +10 / -0

Another pointless clickbait minority bill that will never be voted on…

Mcconnell will compromise and settle for 27 years.

8
Alias117 8 points ago +8 / -0

The politicians who are bought and paid for will not allow this kind of anti big pharma bill to pass, they want that coverup to continue they are making to much money off this bs.

8
CharlieMike 8 points ago +8 / -0

I think Federal Marshals should kick in the doors of the FDA and Pfizer and seize all electronics and documents at 0400 tomorrow.

6
Filthy_MALE 6 points ago +6 / -0

Express extradition amendment to make it 0 days…..why can’t these R’s think outside the box?

100 days is more than enough time to doctor up numbers or simply delete data

6
PlateOwner 6 points ago +7 / -1

Put the Pfizer & Moderna CEOs in prison for 55 years.

6
559throw 6 points ago +6 / -0

Lemme guess, it's a feckless Republican who has no power because the GOP is fucking useless

5
protopronto 5 points ago +5 / -0

If they want people to "follow the science", surely they also want everyone to see "the fucking data". As it is my understanding that this is how the scientific method is supposed to work.

5
Underpants 5 points ago +5 / -0

We gave them the money to produce it, they charge us for it, they force it on us. I'd say we deserve closer to 10 days.

5
deleted 5 points ago +5 / -0
5
Ballind 5 points ago +5 / -0

There's 300,000 pages. They're moving at the 55 years pace

4
jimzumaca 4 points ago +4 / -0

Like the police state reminds us: "If you've got nothing to hide..."

4
conservativefrank 4 points ago +4 / -0

Love the left's timeline. Release docs in 55 years. 2076: "That was years ago. You waited too long to file a law suit."

4
Kilroy 4 points ago +4 / -0

At the least, immunity should be contingent on releasing all documentation along with all ingredients. Only way for us to provide for informed consent.

4
ak83 4 points ago +4 / -0

It will never be presented for a vote.

Another faggot with a limp wrist trying to score brownie points by introducing legislation which will have 3 supporters and never be put on the floor for a vote. They know it wont be voted on since nancy still controls the floor. They can introduce legislation to stop voter fraud, and it would sit and collect dust because its to give you false hope. Fuck these pieces of shit

2
pepperonishoes 2 points ago +2 / -0

Exactly. This reminds me of the no-name congressmen that introduce bills to suspend daylight savings time every spring.

4
RPchill1 4 points ago +4 / -0

A sTrOnGlY wOrdEd lEtTeR!!!!

3
Iteachfuckingscience 3 points ago +3 / -0

I don’t get it. Courts already released a bunch of papers. Haven’t you guys read them yet?

3
Druid_Con 3 points ago +3 / -0

"faggot introduces bill, tabled by corrupt bitch immediately"

2
General_Specific 2 points ago +2 / -0

We must pass this genocide to see what is in it.

2
GoGoGadgetGringo 2 points ago +2 / -0

It’s only a bill…it’s only a bill…

2
BurtMcGirt 2 points ago +2 / -0

Can't wait to see the "Big Pharma hating" communists get behind this common sense legislation!

2
splink 2 points ago +2 / -0

Why 100 days? Why not tomorrow?

2
SirSelrahc 2 points ago +2 / -0

Anyone have the link to the latest released docs from them? Thanks!

2
Moonlight 2 points ago +2 / -0

They should release it in 2 weeks, not 100 days.

2
Southboundanddown 2 points ago +2 / -0

The courts already ruled they have to release the documents, what a useless turd this guy is.

1
Crappydatum 1 point ago +1 / -0

500 pages a year for 55 years

2
Duster_340 2 points ago +2 / -0

Why 100days? Should be able to release it all within 48 hours.

1
acidburn 1 point ago +1 / -0

they'll redact half the document, like numbers and names

1
Greenhills 1 point ago +1 / -0

I don’t get the time delay, they’ll lie about the data regardless.

1
ScottyGunn 1 point ago +1 / -0

So hoping this takes a 180, let people realize how they've been duped.

1
BasedHalfbreed 1 point ago +1 / -0

Why 100 days? Why not next fuckin week?

1
TheRealJaredHolt 1 point ago +1 / -0

The 55 year request was already denied, although the 500 documents a month thing is still too slow. All documents released immediately. No excuses.

1
TNVol 1 point ago +1 / -0

Wait until you see the "redactions".

1
deleted 1 point ago +1 / -0
1
RogueLeaderX 1 point ago +1 / -0

This is how data should be released. Not like the FRIGGIN JFK ASSASSINATION!

1
mrsray 1 point ago +1 / -0

didn't the courts already ordered them to be released every 90 days or something like that

1
Drcm 1 point ago +1 / -0

why 100 days, release now

1
bringbackthe80s 1 point ago +1 / -0

People in the FDA had better start packing their emergency getaway bags.

1
ShitOfPeace 1 point ago +1 / -0

Nothing says science like keeping the public from seeing your data.

1
ShampocalypseWOW 1 point ago +1 / -0

This is pretty big news.

1
jermzdeejd 1 point ago +1 / -0

Here is the heads up to shred any bad data.

1
CommieCrats 1 point ago +1 / -0

RIGHT NOW!
