i dont know what swipe right means

A choice to keep a profile or ignore it on a dating app (notably Tinder)

38
ImmuneResponse 38 points ago +40 / -2

Tinder isn't a dating app. It's a hub for moral depravity and sexual perversion designed and deployed to keep people "thinking" with their glands rather than developing healthy relationships and building strong family values. This serves to weaken the next generation and build dependence on the government.

Let's be real: has anyone ever formed a worthwhile, lasting, wholesome relationship from a Tinder hookup? Or are they always more trouble than they're worth?

Spez: looks like I hurt some feelings!

22
friendly_friends 22 points ago +22 / -0

I updooted, but my wife is in fact someone I met on Tinder. She was experimenting with it on a friend’s recommendation because she has a lot of social anxiety and didn’t do well meeting people, despite being attractive. I was never going to keep it going, but when I realized she is a good person with no baggage beyond manageable anxiety, I stuck with her. We both got baptized and our lives are good, and she is super loyal. We don’t tell people how we really met, because we don’t want to set a precedent for our kids or encourage others to wallow through that swamp. And yes, other than our exception, which is a frickin’ miracle (and part of why we turned to God - fate) it is likely to be more trouble than it is worth.

7
ImmuneResponse 7 points ago +7 / -0

Right on man, that's the second example I've heard of (in replies to my post), so I stand corrected. It's not unheard of, but I guess it's generally accepted that you're the exception.

Thank you for sharing your story with me, and I'm glad you found one worth fighting for!

2
ace4545 2 points ago +2 / -0

also met my fiancée on tinder, definitely an exception but it does happen.

5
Maxberg 5 points ago +5 / -0

I met my fiance' on match.com But, it's all a crap shoot. I came to the realization a few years ago that my bad dating experiences are the direct result of liberal cucks.

Met her at the Rusty Spoke hole in the wall.

Probably some atheist getting butthurt over moral decency, as they always do.

12
ImmuneResponse 12 points ago +12 / -0

That's especially amusing because I am an atheist. I see the moral decay and depravity everywhere, however.

3
MrStep 3 points ago +3 / -0

No doubt, total degeneracy everywhere. It doesn't take a relationship with Jesus to see that.

3

3
doug2 3 points ago +3 / -0

It's a dating app bro. Met a long term GF there who is awesome. Several friends met spouses on there. It's easy to say "I'm looking for something serious" or ask a fucking question "what are you on here for?"

1

Holy shit I thought I was the only one who noticed this.

Lol it’s the cat moms you gotta look out for. And give me a girl who says “dog mom” over “single mom” any day.

46
chuckachookah 46 points ago +52 / -6

They all crazy.

60
Done_With_This_Shit 60 points ago +61 / -1

As a woman, the whole "____ mom" thing is indicative of a mind infected with doublethink. It's a woman who deep down desperately wants to fill her God-given traditional gender role but has chosen to follow the false prophets of wokeness. She wants to be a mom but that's heresy to her. So she goes with the safer "dog/cat/horse mom".

Stay clear.

11
CanadianFren 11 points ago +11 / -0

You're right its the best of both worlds. They get to stay "pure" by not creating more evil white babies but also be a "mom" at the same time

7

There is something about leftists and cats for sure. Yes, I know many conservatives who have cats too, but I swear that almost every single leftist I know has at least one cat and usually more, and they post about cats constantly. There are very few exceptions, and they don't own any pets.

5
Done_With_This_Shit 5 points ago +6 / -1

It's a crutch for women who secretly desperately want babies but won't allow themselves to accept that fertility + femininity = fulfillment and happiness.

4
TD_Covfefe_Crusader 4 points ago +4 / -0

I'm not talking about just women though. The leftist guys are just as cat crazy, sometimes even more so, with most having a cat in their profile picture.

2
IBentMyWookie 2 points ago +2 / -0

It’s because cat poop can make you crazy. So then you want more cats, and as a result more cat poop, and more crazy.

N+1 (and N = cat poop)

This is true, Toxoplasmosis, and kinda hilariously led me to actually stop being lazy and to go get the based horse paste, the miracle drug, as I saw it as a twofer because I got freaked out after reading about that shit. Dont research it, you will be shocked when you learn that as much as 50% of the worlds population has toxoplasmosis and doesnt even know it.

2
Nerdrem1 2 points ago +2 / -0

I had a cat until a couple months ago and I loved her a lot. Then again I didn't constantly talk about her or post on social media about it, and the way I got her was kind of circumstantial, it wasn't like I went out and bought a cat on purpose or something.

2
Meister_Bockmist 2 points ago +2 / -0

3

0
spezpedobestfriend 0 points ago +1 / -1

I'd rather have the dog over the girl 9 times out 10. That dog won't take 50% of what you earned as a baseline and when your house is getting broke into it'll sacrifice its life for you. Meanwhile a lot of those girls will fuck anything that walks and makes more money than you do to trade up while at the same time taking 50% of what you earn.

2
Maxberg 2 points ago +2 / -0

Lol..

-34
ICanHazDownvotes -34 points ago +18 / -52

Nope... "dog mom" is more of a deal-breaker for me. I might put up with a single kid if I'm desperate enough (not there yet), but having a stinking mutt in the house? No way!

And bark incessantly, and needing to be walked 2-3 times a day, and staring at you when you eat, and killing small animals, fuck that, dogs are garbage! A kid is a human being on the other hand. I'd much rather prefer it to be mine, and would not get involved with someone who won't give me my own, but yeah, investing resources in a kid is much better than dumping them into a worthless mutt, even if the kid is someone else's.

Of course, NOT yours, yours is ok, every dog owner says that. But somehow the world is full of dogs that do exactly those things and more! 4.5 million americans get bitten by dogs each year, of which 800.000 need medical attention. Worldwide approximately 25.000 people get killed by dogs each year, at least 14 times more than by crocodiles, hippos, elephants, lions, wolves and sharks combined. And how many people do other pets kill? How many do cats kill? Or rabbits? Or hamsters? See what I mean? Among pets (and really, among animals), dogs are a unique menace, and the world would be a much better place without them.

31

Has it occurred to you that those numbers may have something to do with the fact that people come in contact with dogs more frequently than they do crocodiles, hippos, and elephants?

10

Pits are amazing family dogs.

Don't blame the breed, blame the owners. Note those pits that attack are always rescues from what type of owner?

-3
brotatofarmer -3 points ago +1 / -4

Yeah. In the way a shotgun that loads itself and randomly fires at children's faces is a great home defense gun.

Literally spend 10 minutes researching pits. They are the majority of fatal attacks. And so many of them didn't exhibit signs of aggression previously.

Blaming the owner is retarded in a breed designed for aggreasion.

Nobody blames bad owners when a retriever retrieves ffs.

-1
Cantshadowbanthemall -1 points ago +0 / -1

Wonder what the correlation between single women in their late 20s who call themselves dog moms and single women in their late 20s who have bad or non existent relationships with their fathers is?

182
Smurfection 182 points ago +184 / -2

I've tried to explain this to my nieces. No man that has worked hard to get to where he is, is interested in raising another man's offspring. Rather, he wants a woman that has also worked hard to make herself marriage materiel. The bigger problem is, so many young women don't think they should be subjected to the same sort of judgement that they subject men to.

97
deleted 97 points ago +97 / -0
90
Smurfection 90 points ago +92 / -2

Alot of women don't want to hear any criticism about themselves ever at all. They think they should only be validated and praised, never judged or told plain truths in plain language. They think its mean but they have no problem telling men mean and cruel things every day in a casual manner.

27
VirtueVeritas 27 points ago +29 / -2

Women are people-pleasers and we find it hard to criticize each other for fear of hurting feelings or being seen as a bitch and guys are much more blunt and honest. I actually appreciate guys for this, but if someone is used to being coddled, it's a rude awakening. I also think women don't see guys show emotion as much and forget that guys can have their feelings hurt, too. That doesn't excuse women saying nasty things, however and women who do that are definitely in the wrong.

12
MR_ROBOT1776 12 points ago +12 / -0

Men also judge what they say with logic. For instance, we avoid calling fat women what they are in order to be polite. Women say shit based on their feelings, so if they 'feel' they shouldn't be judged but it's okay to judge men, they'll insult a man without a second thought of the impact it may have.

3
Controlgroup 3 points ago +3 / -0

Most women are annoying, cruel and base everything on their feelings, blame others and whine all the time. It’s freaking annoying. It’s hard f to find decent friends as a woman because of this. Thankfully I have a few normal ones. I have a more logical mind so I can’t relate to that

2
spezpedobestfriend 2 points ago +2 / -0

The funny thing is, women start out high on the totem pole at a young age while men are extremely low at a young age. And then women hit 30 and notice guys aren't staying over night and are leaving, they aren't getting asked to be exclusive how come guys aren't cat calling them. Young men without any sort of formal training can't get jack for work save low level factory, warehouse or delivery work and those who smart up go to trade school or apprentice. Of course there's the college route for young men, but its 4 years of indebtedness to pay off. And then when men hit 30 and start progressing in their careers, own a home some land and start dating 25 year old's they realize they are finally on the incline.

A lot of feminist millennial women are just starting to realize the wall exists, they are hitting it and they have a job they hate, their eggs are rotten and they want to raise a family but the only guys they can find are in their 50's. Feminism is one hell of a drug.

Bullying from peers, judgmental elders. Two things that modified juvenile behaviour to make kids into adults who are useful to society. And both vehemently vilified by the left.

7
Smurfection 7 points ago +7 / -0

Bullying is not a good thing however, a child that says to a boy "you're a boy, not a girl. Why are you trying to be a girl?" isn't bullying. It's also not bullying for a child to tell another child, "babies should come from a mommy and daddy, not two daddies." The problem is what was acknowledged as fundamental truths by 99% of society prior to the last ten years is now considered hate speech.

Plazma10 27 points ago +28 / -1

Meanwhile my sister is fit, never been on social media, has a great personality but she's too meek to meet someone at a bar or something similar let alone an online dating app. Churches are closed and she's not allowed in restaurants. It seems to me all the aggressive women are on the dating apps and now the meek ones have no social events to attend

15
AmericanJawa 15 points ago +15 / -0

Have you considered helping her directly?

25
Plazma10 25 points ago +25 / -0

Yes now that we are all living back together since Covid. But there's nowhere to go - every social event is closed off to the unvaxxed. I'm working on finding like minded people but holy hell the bonds of society are broken right now for both men and women that aren't aggressively pursuing each other. I'm sure most meek men are too intimadated to use a compliment on a woman anymore out of fear not just of rejection but of threats of 'he assaulted me'.

9
LeftyTearsWillFlow 9 points ago +9 / -0

This comment is exactly what I try to explain to people. An introverted guy is not going to go out of his way to compliment a girl, or try to get their number because they don't want to seem like every other weirdo out there. They also fear rejection. However, even without the rejection, self aware men will not want to be like every other weirdo out there trying to hit on women because they deal with it all day. Even disgusting women deal with it because there are so many men who will fuck anything with a pulse. On the same hand, there are women that are in the same boat. So, if a man is supposed to pursue a woman, but the introverted man doesn't want to feel like a weirdo, or get rejected, the only hope is that an extroverted woman pursues him first. And, in that case, the extroverted woman will 90% of the time end up cheating on him eventually. Same goes for the women. An introverted woman will more than likely find herself with an extroverted man who will more than likely cheat on her at some point. We're slowly breeding a culture where the opposite sex says "fuck relationships" because they've been fucked over in the past multiple times. We start to worry about making money in preparation to have a family one day, but that day may never come.

2
HumblePig 2 points ago +2 / -0

This. This. This. I've been friends with a girl since high school. She's religious, I'm not, and while we get along we just don't have many hobbies in common. We're more friends because we live in the same locale and work or social circles cross over.

She did not slut around, no kids, met the men she did date through school, the gym, or at library events she hosts things like game or movie or book club events at. She's a little picky I think based on her personality in which she's kind of a perfectionist, but she's dated "short" guys like 5'2'' despite being 5'11'' herself so her criteria don't seem to be the usual Chad chasing. She's not pretty, admittedly, one of those no makeup types, but she's thin and healthy and takes care of herself so not "red flag" ugly. I know the last guy she was with because he was also a sort-of friend; she wouldn't put out after 3 months because she's a "not until marriage" type, which he felt was ridiculous for someone pushing 30. He had since gotten another girl, who he was pursuing while with her. Once girl 2 put out, he dumped girl 1. He was with girl 2 was with her for a year, then married that one. Girl 1 is now giving up on relationships, I can tell it hit her hard.

I want to tell her she's doing the right thing by upholding her values against modern hook up society, and she at least says if she ends up alone in life, so be it, but a part of me feels like society's not set up for good matches anymore.

As for me, I'm MGOTW. I do not trust long term relationships and as I don't particularly want kids, marriage just seems like an alimony trap to me. I'm fine with just having friends and hobbies, sex seems like more trouble than it's worth. Admittedly I could change my tune if I ran into the right person but my mind doesn't even go towards romance. "Fuck relationships" is my stance, and I don't even have a burn story to justify it, I've just seen enough.

11
TD_Covfefe_Crusader 11 points ago +11 / -0

Back when I was dating it was always my policy to never date a woman who had kids. I was a stepchild myself and it was not a good experience. I also understood that you are not only inheriting the kids, but also the relationship with the father of those kids. I had friends who didn't subscribe to this policy, and they had some very terrible experiences as a result.

10
laredditarmy 10 points ago +10 / -0

I would NEVER raise another mans kids.

10
conservativeyuppie 10 points ago +10 / -0

I suppose your latter point doesn't apply if the woman is a widow because there is no other father to deal with.

I'll always remember a news story a few years back of some young guy who was out on a morning run and some homie randomly shot and killed him, leaving behind a young pregnant widow. Very cute, young, traditionalist Catholic family who would have probably had like 10 kids if the dad hadn't been killed. Her face in the pictures on that story still haunts me, I hope she and her kid are doing ok and found a decent man willing to step in. Children need fathers.

8
RexCollumSilvarum 8 points ago +8 / -0

I agree. My father comes from a family like the one I hope that woman got to have -- a widow with kids marrying a widower with kids. Somehow all the kids got along, and the husband and wife loved each other until their dying day.

Literally the woman I know as my grandmother is my father's step-mother, but she's certainly not a step-mother in the sense that we usually see these days, where 'parents' divorce any time they feel like (or any time one of them feels like it) with the kids and the other spouse left to pick up the pieces.

And we really need to stop letting divorced women use the word 'single mother' for widows too. Widows are widows. They deserve a lot more respect than unwed mothers or mothers who blew up their family.

7
arebee 7 points ago +7 / -0

That’s different than some chick playing the semen lotto on tinder, getting knocked up to Tyrone and then wanting some rich guy to serve her as her butler-husband

3
TD_Covfefe_Crusader 3 points ago +3 / -0

Agreed. I think for me personally, having been a stepchild and having a stepdad that really didn't want to raise another guy's kid, it's a situation that I just always wanted to avoid, and I did.

I listened to Dr. Laura Schlessinger when she was on free radio and she advised that single parents should not date much less marry until their children were at least 18. She said that children don't need drama and warned that pedophiles would target single mothers. Hmm, sounds like Joseph Rosenbaum, one of the gellpes the Kenosha Kid smoked. He was both s victim and a perpetrator.

Widow is the only legitimate excuse.

Even a divorced woman is questionable.

11

I married a woman who’s ex was giant piece of shit and neglected the kids and ran around on her. We also have kids together, but the older too are still mine and she has been fiercely loyal to me. When she found out I was hiding an addiction she stuck by me and we made it.

she chose him

theres no way there were zero red flags

3
Enlightenment_Now 3 points ago +3 / -0

I agree; however, there's sometimes another side.

In our society, we aren't taught how to recognize red flags. Sometimes it's only in retrospect that you say, wow, why didn't I see that?

In addition, if you're dealing with a psychopath, for example, they make a hobby out of deceiving people. They practice it. They hone those skills to the level of art.

By the time some red flags are noticeable, it's too late. You're stuck.

And just as you believed the psychopath, after the mask falls and you try to get away, hardly anyone is going to believe you.

Shudder.

It's a horror story.

3
johnparker 3 points ago +3 / -0

who’s ex was giant piece of shit and neglected the kids and ran around on her.

Exactly. Bad decision on her part. Not saying there weren't mitigating factors. Just saying that a failed marriage is a potential flag which raises questions. If you made sure to answer the questions, then more power to you.

2
flashersenpai 2 points ago +2 / -0

No it isn't. Not your responsibility.

3
johnparker 3 points ago +3 / -0

If a woman is widowed she is not a "single mom". She did everything right and got dealt a bad hand. I am not saying that makes the offspring anyone's responsibility. But a woman who married a solid guy, had kids, and then lost him to death is different than some degenerate who rode the cock carousel and now wants a paycheck to subsidize her bad decisions.

2
2016TrumpMAGA 2 points ago +2 / -0

A divorced woman is tainted goods. She has shown that she makes bad choices in men, and/or lacks the fortitude to commit to a marriage.

2
johnparker 2 points ago +2 / -0

My point exactly. There may be some mitigating factors - people get fooled - but it definitely raises a huge red flag, especially when offspring are involved.

9
lostremote- 9 points ago +10 / -1

When me and my wife married, she had 3 kids, I had two. She was getting out of a marriage with a demented sex pervert and I was getting out of a nasty divorce with my ex. We have one daughter together (not planned!) It took time to for us all to gel together, but we have made it work and I have never been happier!

Smurfection 6 points ago +6 / -0

I know situations in which a man has married a woman who had a child due to a poor decision. Usually, the woman admits she made a poor decision and got burned. However, not all men aren't going to take the time to understand the circumstances but rule out such a woman. It's the right of a man to make that decision. That's what some single moms don't understand. Men have a right to rule out women based on their status of being single moms. Not all men will, but a lot of men who work their butts off to get where they are, will.

3
2016TrumpMAGA 3 points ago +3 / -0

a woman who had a child due to a poor decision

That's every single mother, ever. Except widows.

0
Smurfection 0 points ago +1 / -1

I wouldn't disagree with you.

10
TD_Covfefe_Crusader 10 points ago +10 / -0

This is the product of a subverted, decaying society. In my small town it is rare for a girl to be more than a year or two out of high school and not have at least one kid out of wedlock. I know several girls in their twenties and early thirties with multiple kids from different "baby daddies".

9
NotTakingDownMyFlag 9 points ago +9 / -0

Proud_NJ_Deplorable 1 point ago +2 / -1

Do they choose to because welfare pays better than the low-paying jobs available locally?

1
TD_Covfefe_Crusader 1 point ago +1 / -0

Could be. There aren't really any financial repercussions for having kids here. Taxpayers pay for all of their meals through the school district and the state benefits add up as well. It's a net financial gain to have kids in most cases, especially if you don't earn much money.

5

53
TheDespotofCartoons 53 points ago +54 / -1

THANK YOU! Damnation, that kicks so many asses of English speakers.

Your - possessive pronoun. Use it to indicate that something belongs to someone.
Examples: You need to keep your legs closed. Your fatherless child got arrested again.

You’re - a contraction of the phrase “you are.” Use it to indicate a state of being.
Examples: You’re a drain on society. You’re not “thicc,” you’re obese.

12
CommieCucker 12 points ago +13 / -1

9
Testamernt 9 points ago +9 / -0

Now do there, they're, and their

12
TheDespotofCartoons 12 points ago +12 / -0

There - a word that can be considered one of five different parts of speech. Regardless of speech type, is usually used to indicate position, with the rest of the time used as an interjection.
Examples: Oh, my fifth baby daddy's child support check is over there. There, I just finished, now pay up!

They're - a contraction of the phrase "they are." Used to indicate state of being for the plural.
Examples: I'm afraid that if my baby daddy gets married, he and his wife will decide that they're not going to send me any more checks. Well, they're gonna pay up whether they like it or not!

Their - a plural possessive pronoun. Used to indicate that that something belongs to more than one, usually a group.
Examples: Those doctors need to get over their bigotry, because Buzzfeed says I'm healthy at any size! I still need to buy cigarettes, so I guess my children won't get their milk this week.

(I worked in a grocery store for a few years, and that last one happened far more often than I even want to mentally acknowledge.)

Theyre is they are

Their is possessive or smth, "it is their shit"

2
covok48 2 points ago +2 / -0

Excellent! Now try to, two, & too.

4
TheDespotofCartoons 4 points ago +4 / -0

Man, you guys are making me feel like a damn bot here. Fortunately, I love it! 🥰

To - a preposition as well as an infinitive marker. Used as a preposition to show a relationship between nouns, including (but not limited to) position, attachment, and state of being affected.
Examples: I am going to the WIC center to get food vouchers. (The first “to” was a preposition, the second was an infinitive marker, the phrase “to get” being the infinitive form of “get.”)

Too - an adverb. Used to indicate that something is in excess, or in lieu of “also.”
Examples: I don’t see why people say having 5 kids from three different daddies is too many. Hey, if you got paid this week, then I deserve to get paid, too!

Two - a number. Used to indicate a pair, that is, a number more than one but less than three. (Frankly, if at this point in your life you don’t understand simple numbers and you’re older than 6, you will get nothing out of what I have to say and you probably shouldn’t be out in public unsupervised and without a helmet.)
Examples: The wait time at Health and Human Services is at least two hours, so I need you to watch my kids! I’m down to only two packs a day now.

2
onepointtwentyonegws 2 points ago +2 / -0

Also lose and loose. And whose and who’s.

1
TheDespotofCartoons 1 point ago +1 / -0

whose - a determiner, the possessive form of "who." Used generally to indicate possession, both interrogatively and declaratively. Examples: Whose turn is it to rub my feet after a hard day of sitting on this couch waiting for you to get back from school? My friend Shaquanah is a homegirl whose opinion I respect, because she got all C's in school!

who's - a contraction of the phrases "who is" or "who has?" Usually used interrogatively (that is, as a question).
Examples: Who's gonna pay me once my kids who aren't really retarded but I have them act as such so I can get a check from the government turn 18? Who's got my lighter?

1
TheDespotofCartoons 1 point ago +1 / -0

lose - a verb. Used to indicate that something is lost, that is, either unable to be located, no longer possessed, reception has been terminated, or winning did not occur (as in a competition or game).
Examples: Why do I always lose my EBT card on the first of the month? I don't know why I bother using the last of my money on lottery scratchers, I always lose.

loose - a verb as well as an adjective (and sometimes an adverb). As a verb, used to indicate that something was released from captivity or custody; as an adjective/adverb, used to describe something that isn't secured or contained, i.e., is roaming, floating, or otherwise free.
Examples: I hate when that woman comes in with her passel of kids, because her inability to control them is the same as if she were to loose them on us. Isn't it funny how there's always little bits of loose tobacco left at the bottom of a pack of Kools?

2
ThePowerOfPrayer 2 points ago +2 / -0

Depending on where you are in the country and your debt-to-income ratio 75k can be a solid income.

1

If this guy is single with no kids, which we can assume the first is right, 75k is a ton of money to live in a good majority of the US, probably specifically the mid-west. I am in the same boat at about 36k the last couple of years with only rent and food as expenses and I can net anywhere from 400-800 bucks a month to add to my nest egg.

7
shaven_llama 7 points ago +7 / -0

That single mom probably comes with $75k of credit card debt and a student loan from that bachelors program she flunked out of after one semester.

4
Sexual-Assault-Rifle 4 points ago +4 / -0

You are correct considering the average US income is something like $30k yearly.

13
BigMikey 13 points ago +13 / -0

75,000 a year for one person is damn good. The only way it's not good is if you're a fucking retard with your money. I mean it's not that fucking hard to live on 75 grand that's more than what most families make combined. For one guy earning that much he's doing pretty damn good for himself. You want to know how to make that $75,000 stretch out so you can live like your earning six figures? Get some fucking roommates. You get a three bedroom house or apartment that you can afford on your own, and then you sublease it to a few blue collar workers like plumbers or electricians or some shit like that and you can cut your mortgage or your rent down to like $300 a month. I mean if you're making $75,000 a year and still living paycheck to paycheck you either have a lot of debt or you're just fucking retarded with your money, the first one I can kind of understand you can get in trouble really easy these days but the second one is just there's no help for you if that's the case. If a girl is with somebody who's making $75,000 to 100,000 a year and she's still not happy with his income then she's a fucking whore she's a goddamn gold digging piece of shit and she needs to get her own fucking job and get her own damn money start helping out with some of those God damn bills she's contributing to.

This is what more men should act like. Dont just worry about finding a good pussy or someone who is good in bed.

Start thinking about what a woman will bring to a potential family. Does she have good maternal instincts? Is she well kept and are her surroundings clean? Is she loyal and trustworthy? Does she eat healthy and/or enjoy the same things you eat? Is she for abortion or against it?

Women already have high expectations for men and what they bring to the table. Many men lower theirs because they watch too much porn.

In many smaller to mid-size Red communities, $75K is a nice wage and can buy you a decent 1500-2000 sq ft 3-bedroom, 2-car garage single family unit

10
BadCompany 10 points ago +10 / -0

You and me both fren. They keep going up. I swear every 6 months it’s like a 25k increase per given house. I guess rates are still low and rent is also sky high so makes sense to buy even if down payment is like 10%.

7
Juantinntwo 7 points ago +7 / -0

I bought mine at about 11% down. Within 2 years my house had appreciated enough that I was able to drop my PMI after paying for a brokers price opinion and writing a request letter from the bank. It was so nice dropping $140 a month from my mortgage that was not even touching my principle or interest payments.

Buy in now if you can’t afford the payment. Most of the time, rent is even higher. If I had to move a lot I would probably rent or lease still, but it’s throwing money away to not own a home if you can. I assume money is gonna be worthless in the future, so purchasing property will be much harder and inflation alone may pay for your house.

I wonder why he's single.

Probably the incorrect use of "your"; dries chicks up instantly.

Not to be too controversial here but to my ever open-minded pedes here…my ex and I are both patriots and we just didn’t work out. Now, I’m not 23 anymore but I have a child with my ex and gasp, I have dogs and I love those little fuckers.

I definitely am not looking for anyone to raise my child but I didn’t expect this kind of hate from this group towards single parents. What the actual fuck? I own a home too, and I make more than this dude’s shitty $75K/year so I guess I’ll have as many damn dogs as I want. Just why all the hate here?

Not all relationships work out. Are based pedes with kids supposed to stay in shit relationships and let their kids watch their parents shit on each other year after year or should they part on decent terms and find relationships that help model more ideal male/female interactions? Maybe all the grownups were out working this weekend or something…

This board has a lot of idiots and shills - just ignore them. There's a huge difference between MAGA people I met IRL vs. people here. People spend their whole lives online tend to be miserable and antisocial.

ShimmeringGloryhole 1 point ago +1 / -0

I appreciate you…maybe the entire site hasn’t gone batshit, lol! Since when did we start bagging on single moms anyway, wtf?

1
VirtueVeritas 1 point ago +1 / -0

Haha thanks. If you're new here, get used to haters, especially if you're a woman. There a lot of decent people here, too, so it's not all bad.

ShimmeringGloryhole 1 point ago +1 / -0

I’ve been here over a year and I don’t know how many posts it takes to get rid of that damn handshake next to my name, shit!

2
RPchill1 2 points ago +2 / -0

This board is full of these jack wagons. It's totally obnoxious.

Vox_Dobad 0 points ago +1 / -1

"Just didn't work out" very often means "didn't want to put in the effort"

It also very often means "didn't choose well".

I've seen no "hate" here. I see a lot of Pedes speaking plainly.

1
ShimmeringGloryhole 1 point ago +1 / -0

I mean I clearly didn’t choose well, no fucking shit!!! I also didn’t know real Pedes bagged on single moms and assumed they wanted other men to raise their kids or some stupid bs like that, that’s some democrat bitch shit, that’s what I don’t get, and all these people here were just agreeing. Who are you people in the comments? Any respectable actual conservative woman isn’t leeching off of a man, she’s going to pick up her shit and take care of her business. And yeah, she is gonna want the D. What’s the fucking problem? Idiots.

2
Vox_Dobad 2 points ago +2 / -0

I bag on single moms because the overwhelming majority of them do so out of either convenience or negligence. I have a couple in my own extended family, for fuck's sake. And I know exactly one woman who doesn't fit that criteria, and she's a fucking widow.

Do you really take care of your own business? Are you a net taxpayer? Do you take the bullshit WIC benefits or whatever that are paid through my taxes? If you do, well, you're leeching, and you're depending on others to help raise your kid. Daddy government incentivizes that kinda thing.

If that doesn't apply to you, great. You're a contributor to society. And maybe you're one of those women who was in an absolutely awful situation where divorce made sense. If that's the case, cool, and I respect that, but you're the exception that proves the rule. But when I hear "it just didn't work out," my mind immediately goes to "you got bored" and put yourself ahead of having your kid in a two parent household.

1
ShimmeringGloryhole 1 point ago +1 / -0

I’ve never been on WIC or food stamps or any of that government titty, lmao! How the fuck would that be “handling my business” exactly?!? Have you considered upgrading your immediate circle of friends if you only know one woman who isn’t on WIC? I don’t know anybody on WIC, that’s for poor people or women without any shame, drive or morals, holy shit…

I have a Master’s degree (I mean, don’t waste your money, it’s not all that but I do indeed have one) which I took out my own loans for and pay off monthly, nobody paid my way, and now I have a stable career making nearly three figures a year. I pay my fair share in taxes and I work in healthcare so I haven’t been collecting a government check during the pandemic, I’ve been busting my ass. I actually have two jobs because I like cash but that’s just me, some people, like you mentioned, just take the easy road.

And nope, it wasn’t that I was bored, it was a bad situation and it was getting worse like a frog in a pot of water where you barely notice it and suddenly you’re boiling. He can see our daughter whenever he wants, and he does, but I’m not even asking for or taking him to court for child support despite being 100% entitled to it (since he helped make her and it’s the law to support the kids you make or something, blah blah blah) since she lives with me. It was that kinda bad. I am basically throwing away cash to be away from this person on a daily basis, and it’s worth every single penny ;)

1
Vox_Dobad 1 point ago +1 / -0

Ok, so like I said, you're a contributor to society who got out of a bad situation and is doing it without help. That's good, and thanks for not being a leech. You're still an extreme outlier though.

1
ShimmeringGloryhole 1 point ago +1 / -0

Out of curiosity, are your WIC recipient single mom acquaintances/friends/family members liberals or conservatives? I’m guessing if they could make their own money they would, and if they did they wouldn’t want it sucked away by the bottom feeders of society, so it’s like I’m answering my own question here.

I’m only asking because it would be awfully silly for me to be hanging out here for over a year (not that you knew that) and be a dirty, leeching liberal.

Are single MAGA women with kids all that rare? Everyone I know in my field except for one man is a conservative, two are actually single moms and both make more than I do (I don’t do management, never will). Is it just that this board doesn’t attract a diverse crowd, like I’m the minority here in your opinion, because in the circles I run in, the world is filled with conservatives of all kinds.

Based enough to be on Tinder. This dude's a fucking faggot AT BEST.

4
WeaponEx 4 points ago +7 / -3

75k a year? He’s bragging about that? He’s fucking poor. Is being a poor loser some badge of honor now? Wtf lol

2
reagan2024 2 points ago +2 / -0

How can you say someone is poor based on his income if you don't know how he lives?

3
WeaponEx 3 points ago +6 / -3

Why would he say he makes 75k/year then? Like he’s bragging about it. That’s shit income and nothing to brag about unless you’re jogger rich

1
flashersenpai 1 point ago +2 / -1

twice the avg income in many places

5
WeaponEx 5 points ago +6 / -1

Well those places must be shitholes cause that’s weak

0
reagan2024 0 points ago +1 / -1

It's not shit income if he knows how to manage money. I know guys making much more than that who can barely keep up with bills. A frugal person who invests wisely making 75k/ year can do better than someone making more. Yearly income isn't everything as far as wealth is concerned.

5
WeaponEx 5 points ago +6 / -1

I’m just saying 75k/year is a shit income. It’s not worth bragging about that’s for sure. The only reason I call it out is cause he’s bragging about the shit. It’s not impressing anyone.

0
reagan2024 0 points ago +1 / -1

If his needs are met then it's not a shit income. I can't say whether he's bragging or not. I'm also guessing that the intended audience of his post is 25 year old moms with 3 kids whose incomes are lower than his, which would make his income relevant.

5
WeaponEx 5 points ago +6 / -1

I mean he’s listing his shit like they’re things to be proud of. My only point is that income is low. I don’t know what else he’s got going on. If he’s rich then he should have put his net worth if he wants to flex on that. But flexing on 75k/yr is just weak. The whole diatribe is weird to be honest.

reagan2024 0 points ago +1 / -1

You seem fixated on his income more so than others. My main takeaway is that he's calling out women who think they are more desirable than they really are.

4

Wonder how many screams of "incel" he gets from that post. 🤣

I legitimately could never ever comprehend raising someone elses offspring, other than my own. Cheers to the men that have interest in that, but that was always an absolute, 100% red line in the sand for me before I found my wife.

When you wait until you’re in your 30s to settle down, pickings are slim.

5
flashersenpai 5 points ago +5 / -0

men shouldn't date women their age if they have options, especially as they get older

2
shaven_llama 2 points ago +2 / -0

I always assumed the over 30s dating scene was made up of divorcees and widows. Hope I never have to find out first hand.

Also it's "you're thicc" not "your thicc..." doesnt sound like the brightest bulb in the box. Even if hes right he'll shoo off decent women (who are all very pack minded) with that message and probably end up angry and alone

2
flashersenpai 2 points ago +2 / -0

Shooing off women generally makes men happier in the long run.

He sounds frustrated.

Smart man these woman who have 3 or more kids with out ever being married are nothing but WHORES TRYING TO TRAP A MAN BY GETTING KNOCKED UP SO FUCK THEM. When they start asking for money so their babies can eat it is time to hit the road and never look back.

2
Original_Dankster 2 points ago +2 / -0

$75k a year isn't that much of a flex depending where you live. But the sentiment is right
