You know those comedic street interviews that highlight the absolute ignorance of average people on the most basic of topics?

How is the S.C. any different? These are the people charged with upholding the Law of the Land?!

thing is, we are ready for it, but the line has yet to be crossed. its when most of the normies start to wake up, like France and Kazakhstan right now. we literally have to be at the point of no return, the point where even hope starts to fail, that is the time that things will happen, so for now, stock up, wait out this war of attrition.

What the fuck does the virus have to do with the Constitutional authority of unelected federal agencies, or rather the lack thereof to create and enforce laws?

All these remarks about stopping the virus is a red herring and irrelevant. Federal agencies do not have authority to create and enforce laws, emergency or not. End of story.

Because their go to reply now is that "it would have been so much worse without the vaccine". Literally every time I hear a Leftist talk about the efficacy of the vaccine, this is what gets spouted. So then when you ask "how much worse?" their fucking brains explode because they have no data to quantify the vaccine's efficacy.

Don't fall into the "it's up to the states" trap - 30% of the population moving out of their blue state is a disaster.

21
BringTheCat789 21 points ago +23 / -2

While I don't agree that it is up to the states, having 50 smaller governments which people are almost entirely free to choose between (or at least free enough to matter), is orders of magnitude better than having 1 government which people have to jump through tremendous hoops and major lifestyle shifts to exit.

Not only does it give people a choice, it also allows free market principals to better apply to governments. If there is a mass exodus from blue states, eventually the blue states will change their policies to get people back.

Some many have let us down in everything, from local to state and federal officials during the November 3rd fraudulent election, to the FBI coup on January 6th, and to the Russian hoax and everything that was done to Trump by the Democrats and the UniParty.

Based off the "no standing" decision and Chief Justice Roberts concerns about pleasing the mob first, I don't trust him, he is clearly compromised. It technically is a conservative court, but I would count Roberts as liberal and a Democrat. Barrett and Kavanaugh are a crap shoot, they haven't been impressive but they haven't completely turned on conservatives. This decision will go along way is seeing how liberal they are and if they are just going to go along with the Democrats and just sign off on everything that is beneficial to Build Back Better communism.

If they side with Biden, it doesn't look good for conservatives in America. It will confirm that everything is rigged for Democrats and we become a one party country. It won't be called communism but rather some hybrid of communism and socialism but the tactics will be the same, especially in the early years.

For communism to take hold, the Democrats need to keep the sheep in fear and take advantage of it by discrediting conservatives and punishing them for Build Back Better. Thousands will need to be jailed as disgraced and Garland and Wray are the people who are more than willing to do it.

This Congress will go down in history as the ones who sold out the Republic. From top to bottom, from local politics to the Supreme Court, they gave up on Democracy because it was too difficult to preserve.

If the SC votes in favor for forced injections, then Biden's promise of a Dark Winter is upon us.

I think you & I have chatted before about Illinois, if I recall correctly. Even if the osha mandate is squashed, we can expect Pritzker to turn up the heat. And scotus hasn’t intervened on any state based mandates.

2
AmazinKrackin2 2 points ago +2 / -0

I think we have fren. I am quarrelling with Planet Fitness and trying to get my teenager daughter to be allowed to workout for her high school team because youth athletes are exempt from Pritizker's mandates. Contacted every official in the city in Cook County where it is mandated and they basically said get a lawyer. Even local officials when called upon won't raise a finger. If nobody challenges Pritizker, then there is no end to his mandates. any suggestions? Thanks --- can't leave so I live to fight this regime and tyranny.

Does anyone know for sure, if the Supreme Court issues an emergency sty, does that block it for good, or will they then hear more arguments and make a final ruling?

8
thisisatestof2 8 points ago +8 / -0

If my understanding is correct is an emergency stay and implementation of the order while the case is argued on the merits, presumably in the lower courts.

4
Magachamp142 4 points ago +4 / -0

I agree. But would that mean the case just returns to the 6th district in cinncinnati that lifted the injunction from the other court? That doesn’t seem like a very positive outcome.

10
Lennylovessoftstuff 10 points ago +10 / -0

It's a temporary hold on the order until the full case is heard. That's all they are listening to arguments on today.

A stay indicates that a governmental order is halted for further discussion and litigation.

5
N3verCl3ver 5 points ago +5 / -0

I don't think you're right here. The government is asking for a stay on the injunctions issued by lower courts so that the rules can proceed and go into effect.

1
Teach4Trump 1 point ago +1 / -0

This is a case in which petitioners are seeking immediate injunction, especially in the case of OSHA. The 5th Circuit overturned the stay, petitioners are asking for the stay to be reinstated at the discretion of SCOTUS.

5
BringTheCat789 5 points ago +5 / -0

I don't know about the healthcare worker one because it's not the one I'm paying much attention to, but the OSHA one is like this:

OSHA issued a rule, federal judge in Louisiana issued a stay to halt that rule until it can be deliberated by courts, federal judge in Cincinnati overturned that stay by Louisiana, and now the SCOTUS is settling the dispute over whether or not the stay stays or not. Essentially settling the difference between the Louisiana judge (OSHA rule halted until further review) and the Cincinnati judge (OSHA rule goes into effect even before further review).

We want the stay in this case.

Afterwards, I believe SCOTUS will hear more fully fledged arguments to make a proper ruling.

4
AmazinKrackin2 4 points ago +4 / -0

Is a stay a good thing or a bad thing in legal circles? Are we bringing in experts that are not CDC affiliated like Dr. Robert Malone or they just going with the company experts. Are our lawyers competent or just run of the mill hacks that don't expect to win.

I have lost faith in our judicial system. Thanks fren

6
BringTheCat789 6 points ago +6 / -0

In the OSHA case, we want a stay. The stay we're referring to is essentially temporarily halting the OSHA vaccine mandate while it can be disputed legally. If we are not granted the stay, the OSHA vaccine mandate will go into effect while they determine if it's legal or not. During which time, of course, people will either be forced to comply and irreversibly inject themselves, or lose their jobs.

If we're granted the stay, there will be further arguments in front of courts, hopefully SCOTUS. Based on the arguments today, they likely won't argue that the vaccine is ineffective, but rather will argue that the vaccine mandate is illegal based on which governmental body is implementing it (OSHA) and the scope of their authority.

But there are a couple legal reasons why the effectiveness of the vaccine could actually be legally relevant (obviously it's relevant per common sense, but this is legal shit we're talking about).

16

Roberts is a tool of the Deep State and Barrett and Kavanaugh are still an open book. Barrett got that 3 million dollar book deal and she is getting use to getting paid now and money might be her only motivation at this point and if you side with the Democrats on big issues the money will flow.

I fear that this SC decision is going to do us in.

1
deleted 1 point ago +2 / -1
1
AmazinKrackin2 1 point ago +1 / -0

I almost look at the Kavanaugh hearing as a fraternity hazing. They want to break you down and humiliate you so you conform and it is a warning to everyone who thinks they can go solo once they are selected for a high position. If you make the short list for SC justice, it is probably not by merit alone. You got some incredible breaks, introduced to the right people, clerked for the right Justices, and when it is time to return the favor you can't say no.

Barrett was convincing to the American public but it looks like she is Deep State after all. They are going to need her to flip to the liberal side to get the injection mandate to stick and then we will know. She likes those book deal bribes, 3 million in one lump sum, no hurry to write a book, and there will be plenty more where that came from. Everything is for sale in America and everyone has a price. Congress has been bought and sold for years and elected officials, once in DC, can't wait to get in on the grift. They don't even hide it anymore and they show off their multiple estates and nobody questions where the money comes from.

1
VarusSPQR 1 point ago +3 / -2

1
MakeAmericaRichAgain 1 point ago +1 / -0

Exactly this. It's clear they get their information from the lying fucks on television and have no real idea about core issues IE effectiveness of vaccines etc. In cases where stays are issued because the suit is likely to succeed on its merits, their ignorance moves the evidentiary standard the wrong way.

Once you get on the injection cycle you never get off. It will be a minimum of 3 boosters a year totalling 5 shots and you will be fined or punished if you miss a booster. Biden will use the heavy hand when it comes to disobediance with the mandates.

Liberty is already dead. I swear, in 10 years after millions are in gulags, and secret police are disappearing people in the night, people will be making comments that say, "this is how liberty dies" because our politburo decided to take away your ability to choose which breadline you'd like to stand in.

  • The American government spends exponentially more than any nation in the history of the world.

  • We have the largest national debt in the history of the world.

  • Our welfare state is larger than any in the history of the world. And your willingness to participate in funding it is entirely irrelevant.

  • 45% of the national income is paid in taxes of some sort.

  • We have an 80,000 page federal register dictating all but the most mundane of details to American businesses, created by countless, entirely unconstitutional federal departments.

  • We have more inmates than any country in the western world because the average American breaks numerous laws every single day whether they know it or not.

  • Speech is being censored.

  • Gun rights have been trampled.

  • You can't decide what you will ingest into your own body.

  • You can't even decide if you'd like to wear a seat belt in a car or not.

We're like the slowly boiling frog. We can't see that we're already 90% cooked because it has been done incrementally.

Liberty is gone. It has been for decades now. Accept it. If you want it back, you're gonna have to take it.

AmazinKrackin2 1 point ago +1 / -0

Does SCOTUS read or listen to alternative factual media? Is the only source of information they will look at is CDC or MSM lies? It would complicate their decisions if they sought out people like Dr. Malone but they can claim ignorance and just go with CDC information and they will never know of the data that proves without a doubt that the vaccines are more dangerous than the disease.

SCOTUS has really let down millions in America and they might just be another arm of the Democrat Machine.

Refugees to America are required to take ivermectin but not required to be vaccinated against Covid.

Most American citizens are facing mandatory vaccines (because you currently need a vaccine to fucking work, and work is mandatory to survive) but cannot take ivermectin.

This shit is retarded.

5
AmazinKrackin2 5 points ago +5 / -0

SCOTUS and Congress are just so out of touch with American voters. They live in isolated bubbles and they don't care about the common man. They do what benefits their class of people not the average Joe. The SC has sold their souls to the Democrats and I don't expect them to do us any favors.

52
pbarnett865 52 points ago +52 / -0

The fact they keep saying the experimental gene therapy protects people from getting COVID doesn't give me much hope.

1
AmazinKrackin2 1 point ago +1 / -0

It sounds like it might be a done deal, this is just a formality, a little show for the peasants. Just like Senate hearing, a whole lot of words, but nothing of substance.

13
dldeuce 13 points ago +13 / -0

The fact that no one is discussing the violation of worker rights to not be forced to take experimental vaccines without even informed consent is even more upsetting.

4
Isolated_Patriot 4 points ago +4 / -0

"Experimental" is a concessionary argument. What happens if you win on those grounds, and then they turn around and label it "approved?" Your case is gone, mandatory injections are right back on the table.

It shouldn't matter if it's a 60 year old treatment that's proven to be 100% effective and 100% harmless, the government has no legal right to violate the constitution and force it on people.

83
DefenderDad 83 points ago +83 / -0

They claimed you can’t spread the virus if jabbed. Holy fucking shit. If the arguments didn’t immediately make a motion to bring in the CDC and have the head of it say that yes you can get it and yes you spread it while jabbed then the case was a failure in filing.

3
AmazinKrackin2 3 points ago +3 / -0

They only go off of MSM media and CDC data. They read the abstracts and don't refer to page 871 because they don't care. We are peasants to be ruled over because they represent the "sophisticated" and know what is best for us. Damn shame to see how openly corrupt this country really is.

My prediction is that they'll mandate the vaxx for health care workers, and there'll be a massive shortage of healthcare workers. The Biden admin/MSM will try to shift the blame, and some Red states might opt out of Federal funding. This will further the gap between successful Red states, and Blue states; which are in a state of decline. Private businesses won't be mandated.

1
AmazinKrackin2 1 point ago +1 / -0

Private businesses that do business with the federal government or hope to do business with the federal government will cave. They know that Biden will cut them off of any contracts if they don't go along with it. Follow the money.

I'm getting very angry when listening to the Scotus comments during this hearing.

All the way through it is ASSUMED that the vaccines WORK and mandating them is the best solution to controlling Covid on a wide scale. There is no mention that the vaccinated pose the same threat to spread the virus as the un-vaccinated. This is an experimental vaccine with a large amount of adverse events which on the low end may have caused 40K deaths according to VAERS. This doesn't include MINOR reactions such as paralyses and possible heart ailments (myocarditis) for the rest of your life.

Also there has been no discussion of THERAPEUTICS. None. Do you remember the private email from Collins to Fauci where they planned on attacking credible scientists like the authors of the "Great Barrington Declaration?

These scientists, one Nobel prize winner, wanted to concentrate their efforts on the vulnerable in society such as seniors in nursing homes etc. Collins wanted to crush them with a mass campaign ATTACK most of whom were doctors and scientists paid by Fauci and Collins. This arrogance that THEIR way is the ONLY way is unconscionable.

Exactly, if we are going to win this thing through legal it needs to be the simple fact they cannot and should not, ever, mandate a medical procedure of any kind. No one should have that right. Not government, not corporations, not hospitals or doctors. Safety and efficacy should not even be considered when it's still violating your rights to bodily autonomy.

6
ChocolateEvryday 6 points ago +6 / -0

That's the nuance. Even if they worked, the govt shouldn't be able to declare emergencies and use OSHA to force you to get it.

48
Granny 48 points ago +48 / -0

Pedes I'm not watching it but just want to say Covid per se should be irrelevant. It's the mandates that could be applied to Covid or any diseases or conditions from now on, that needs to be addressed as to whether or not they are constitutional. Am I wrong?

Tests are a failure

Treatments are ignored

Deaths are caused by a repeated failure by the Medical Establishment. Send them home, get pneumonia then hook them up to ventilator. Cash in on $100k for another death, log it and hand out bonuses.

The system is a failure.

They keep saying 750,000 but never address % of death rate.

Increased deaths by lack of healthcare is greater.

1 Heart disease

2 Cancer

3 Medical Errors

4 Prescription Nonadherence Deaths

Cavities lower your immune system. If we focused on Cavities impacting health. How many people died WITH a cavity? Billions

The seriousness of COVID, if high, we would shut down borders.

SUMMARY OF ARGUMENT AGAINST FORCED VAXXES…

in “Biden v Missouri” (govt. forcing a vax-mandate) WHICH IS WHAT IS BEING ARGUED now ON c-SPAN....

...SEE LINK TO "BRIEF" AT END OF THE CLIFF NOTES....

STARTING ON PAGE 5…(emphasis with CAPITOL LETTERS)

“The Covid vaccine strategy is a colossal failure. Despite a year of vaccination in the United States, more than in many other nations, the United States has incurred by far the highest number of Covid cases in the world.2 Second-place India, which has four times our population, has had only about 60% as many cases of Covid as the United States.3 In terms of deaths from Covid, the United States has the most in the world, seven times the mortality rate in India.

BUT RATHER THAN BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR THEIR FAILED APPROACH, agency officials insist on more of what has failed. Mandating more of a failure hardly make “common sense,” as argued by the Biden Administration. (Biden Br. 20, 24, 28)

THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT’S APPROACH to Covid HAS ALWAYS ASSUMED, WITHOUT EVIDENCE, THAT A VACCINE APPROACH WOULD END OR DRAMATICALLY REDUCE THE PANDEMIC. Yet its vaccine strategy has never made any sense and is the result of circular reasoning by a few agency officials who insisted on imposing vaccines no matter what the evidence shows.

PAGE 7 of Amicus brief (who argue AGAINST VAX-MANDATES) ARGUMENT Vaccines are not a successful approach to every pandemic, as the AIDS crisis demonstrated 35 years ago. Likewise, the so-called Spanish flu of 1918 was not overcome by a vaccine. Yet a handful of unaccountable federal agency workers adopted a pro-vaccine strategy back in early 2020 amid their own conflicts of interest, before any evidence was available, and have doubled-down on their approach ever since despite numerous indications that it is a failure.5

NOTABLY MISSING FROM THE MANY FILINGS TO THIS COURT IN SUPPORT OF THE VACCINE MANDATE IS ANY DISCUSSION OF THE Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS), which is federally posted government data SHOWING THAT “THE TOTAL NUMBER OF DEATHS ASSOCIATED WITH THE COVID-19 VACCINES IS MORE THAN DOUBLE THE NUMBER OF DEATHS ASSOCIATED WITH ALL OTHER VACCINES COMBINED SINCE THE YEAR 1990.

These data show to date that the number of reported adverse reactions from these Covid vaccines is 983,758; the number of hospitalizations is 108,572; and the number of deaths is 20,622. https://www.supremecourt.gov/DocketPDF/21/21A240/207157/20220103094648444_amici%20brief%20by%20DDP%20and%20EFELDF%2021A240.pdf

So I must not have had the flu in 2013 then, it was clearly covid that knocked my on my ass for three weeks.

Because how sick you get is totally dependent on the virus, and not your own immune system and level of health, right?

People get so sick from the flu they actually die, every year since before you were born. At a rate that's pretty much identical to "covid" in both 2020 and 2021. Oh, and nobody died from the flu in 2020 or 2021! Some kind of modern day miracle, am I right?

Especially when you tell ppl you swore you had something similar November 2019 before COVID-19 funny thing is all this time I have been maskless and going about my everyday life going to stores, working going to casino and never got sick until last month I got a lil cold for 3 days and gone wouldn’t know if I had covid I didn’t test. But 2019 I don’t know what I had but it lasted for 2-3 weeks

2
The_Bloofy_Bullshark 2 points ago +2 / -0

December 2019 I came down with something. I seldom get sick and if I do, it’s usually nothing more than 2-3 days of feeling sorry for myself and I’m back in business. My company (and specifically the floor I work on in my office) had many employees who were taking trips back and forth from China. Kind of put 2+2 together there.

It’s now January 2022 - I haven’t worn a mask yet, I haven’t followed any of the guidelines. Never locked myself down and have lived my life as normal. No gene therapy either.

Guess who hasn’t gotten sick.

2
WenOli311 2 points ago +2 / -0

So weird, I knew a couple of ppl who had that something in the end of 2019. I know a lot of ppl who have ignored all of the covid shit and haven’t gotten sick. One of them being my 65yr old mom who worked at Walmart all during the beginning of the plandemic up until this past July when she retired. She religiously takes vitamins always has, no jab either.

If the "vaccine" actually fucking worked and didn't have a mile long side effect list everyone would have gotten it. It's not even beneficial to people who are at risk for covid either because they're so leaky and untested.

im sure my company wouldn't accept it as I never said im religious.

Here’s the thing, you don’t need to justify how religious you are/if you’re religious. I’ve never worked in a place where I’ve been expected to let everyone know my religious beliefs. As it’s been explained to me, unless your company is one with a set religion (religious schools, organizations, that type of stuff), they are bound by EEOC. I think the only time that you can be questioned about your religion/need proof you are of a certain religion is if your company uses your religious views as a bona fide occupational qualification as they are exempt from EEOC restrictions.

I’m assuming NY? Most likely the city.

Louis Rossmann did a rant on that a few days ago as well as during one of his videos pointed out those stupid official window licenses they are making people display that shows all employees got the gene therapy. According to him,

The extent of my enforcement was saying, “Uhhh yeah you get the shot?” and just going off of whatever they say.

Right now I have it at 4 pages, many points everywhere, scripture verses, and many sources of where I found information. It will take me all weekend to be succinct, to the point, and have it look 'professional' looking and that I am taking it seriously.

16
Chicitybendah 16 points ago +16 / -0

IIRC your exemption should be very short. Like one sentence:

“I object to this vaccine because of a firmly held religious belief”.

If you expand on it then you open yourself up to scrutiny

1
The_Bloofy_Bullshark 1 point ago +1 / -0

That’s what I used.

When I handed my form in, my boss gave the agreement nod (the heh, looks good to me one). Granted he knows I grew up in a pretty conservative environment where it was the cool thing to partake in pro-life events (seriously, when I was growing up, the cool kids went to those. The cheerleaders and jocks were pretty heavily involved in that stuff. Granted I attended a religious private school) - he wasn’t going to question my religious beliefs and end up opening our company up for a lawsuit.

Immediately approved.

4
GlacialSpeed 4 points ago +4 / -0

^ THIS

Your beliefs do not have to be discussed in detail and should not be.

"Receiving the mandated vaccine would violate my deeply held, personal, and very private religious beliefs."

Keep it simple and do not talk yourself into a corner.

2
Jecovidwitness 2 points ago +2 / -0

That’s almost what I wrote. I applied for both a religious and medical exemption. Where they asked why religion I am (which I believe they’re not allowed to ask, but I played along) I wrote “personal philosophy”. I wrote 4 sentences (I was really just writing a rant because I didn’t expect them to approve it). Mandates are not laws, the vaccines have side effects, there are alternative treatments, and they do not prevent transmission. I copied and pasted it to the medical exemption page. I was approved for religious.
