Gorsuch seemed to be firmly against mandates from what I heard him say. Didn’t catch too much of it.

Thomas is always good. ACB even said something earlier about sovereignty of one's body in regards to medical

ACB declined to hear at least one of the college mandate lawsuits. I still think she could go either way.

Since this is an airborne virus, it can only spread if the host breathes. Employers may now prohibit breathing in the workplace.

Mandate sterilization to avoid fmla leave

14
SpiceMustFlow 14 points ago +14 / -0

She declined to hear the Indiana one.

Because the Indiana university rules literally have a personal ethical opt out for vaccines.

You could literally give them any reason you wanted, you just had to give them a reason.

Even the paperwork in that situation was flimsy.

Your evidence of being vaccinated was literally checking a box that said “I have been vaccinated”. Nothing else required.

3
InarosPrime 3 points ago +6 / -3

Just because it is easy to defraud the school doesn't make it right or legal to do so.

8
jda70 8 points ago +8 / -0

Under normal circumstances yes but these aren't normal. Telling someone to inject snake oil into their veins or else is infringing on basic human rights.

7
SpiceMustFlow 7 points ago +10 / -3

Ok.

Did you read the second and third sentences?

Those were the actual important ones.

But since you bring it up let’s talk ethics. Was it ethical for the founders to pay tyrannical taxes?

So is it ethical to lie about being forced to take a product which damages your immune system long term?

Let me guess. You’re going to reply with some more stupid stuff. Blocked before it even happens.

4
SuperUser9 4 points ago +6 / -2

Whether or not it's easy to check a box and say you got the vax is beside the point.

Because at any time you could be required to show proof, and then you're screwed, either way.

1, because you lied and don't have proof. 2, because you crumbled under the coercion.

9
ppalgansaek 9 points ago +9 / -0

I think at one point ACB said something like (extremely paraphrased) let's discuss this starting from the point that I am against all mandates. She might surprise in an actually good way for a change.

8
joejack777 8 points ago +9 / -1

I didn't hear that part, but if that's the case why the hell did she uphold that vaccine mandate for one of the colleges? Not being a smart ass, seriously wondering.

1
deleted 1 point ago +1 / -0
1
KILLARY4PRISON 1 point ago +2 / -1

However, he sided with Thomas and Alito in the recent ruling on mandates, so that indicates to me he will do so again.

A partial list of COVID misinformation repeated by the US Supreme Court today: •100,000 children in critical care and on ventilators (Sotomayor) •Vaccine mandate would prevent 100% of US cases (Breyer) •COVID deaths are at an all-time high (Sotomayor) -It’s “beyond settled” that vaccines and masks are best way to stop the spread (Kagan) •COVID vaccines stop transmission (Kagan) •Federal government can mandate vaccines using its police power (Sotomayor) •Hospitals are nearing capacity (Sotomayor) -Omicron is deadlier than Delta (Sotomayor) •Hospitals are full of unvaccinated people (Breyer)

Basically all of these unchallenged. So yeah, confidence is not soaring

20
Filthy_MALE 20 points ago +20 / -0

Another thing, the entire scotus is in the age demographics for highly vulnerable.

They are not going to rule on this with the law in mind, but our expectations were already too high years ago.

14
NotAHandshake 14 points ago +15 / -1

Wouldn't be surprised in the slightest. The only thing that drives boomers is "MUH PENSION N SHEIT" as they continue to hoard as much of everything as possible.

If the next mandate is everything has to submit to the surgical removal of your dominant hand, they'd be first in line if their pension and reverse-mortgage money was at risk.

-1
trumpORbust -1 points ago +1 / -2

Every generation wants it all for themselves... Not a boomer and don't like then hording family homes when their kids have moved out

Also don't see any youngins offering to support boomers for all the hard work they did to give the next generation a leg up

5
cryogen 5 points ago +5 / -0

Is this a joke. Boomers and silents roped their grandkids and great grandkids with enormous debt. Our economy is crumbling because we live in a giant nursing home where the young and yet to be born are enslaved to the elderly through government programs

6
VoidWanderer 6 points ago +7 / -1

If they weren't going to be sucking ivermectin directly out of the tube and popping zinc like it's tic-tacs they might be willing to vote properly on this. Since they're above the bans and other limits being rolled out on us they'll do whatever they're told to do.

11
Tyrone_biggums 11 points ago +11 / -0

54

That's the thing - that means we will be playing for real now with tyranny and I get the sense that this goes way further than people losing their jobs for not having this poison shot into them.

At a minimum I may end up having to move to another state which I don't want however what I would hope would happen is severe backlash... and hopefully to a point that drives home the point but I worry that the pot just continues its slow rise in temperature..

11
_Sully_ 11 points ago +11 / -0

I'm with you, pede. It's interesting because my fiancé and I are were having discussions about vaccinating our future children. I was for getting the basic suite for infants or whatever and she is sternly against any of them. Needless to say my children are not going to get vaccinated after all this. And believe me it isn't because this one was rushed, it was finally taking the time to research the history of vaccines as a whole. I can reasonably say that about the early 80s vaccines went from a means of inoculating people from deadly viruses to being a scheme to force people to take something with absolutely questionable efficacy and dubious safety profile. The covid vaccine is just the worst of the bunch. Bloom fell the fuck off the rose for me.

4
Consumerbot381732 4 points ago +4 / -0

Thanks for sharing. This is a small silver lining on an otherwise debilitatingly depressing reality I wake up to daily—at least some children (with parents red-pilled by the pandemic lies) will be spared.

by the time a sex offender has something that anyone else wants, the sex offender will allso have a gun, and will be far more willing to use it than you think they will.

Agree osha mandate will probably be struck down. I get the feeling the cms is upheld though.

4
mateus 4 points ago +4 / -0

ACB is about as pro mandatory jab as one can get, dusting off an old smallpox DC ruling to support one of her decisions. Of course, that was a state mandate, as was the case she ruled on...Still, she strikes me as being all in on Bill Gates and his jabs--the whole "Earth Mother" thing.

8
Thelongrun 8 points ago +10 / -2

How on earth did the Gateway Pundit come to that conclusion, at this dismal early stage of the proceedings? Could someone please enlighten me?

10
IntrepidBurger 10 points ago +10 / -0

Listen the the arguments, not the doomposting shills on here.

Gorsuch, Kavanaugh, Roberts and ACB all presented some arguments that suggest they're at least hesitant to allow the mandates. Thomas was solid as usual.

Kagan, Breyer and Sotomayor predictably acted like mouthpieces for the DNC.

This doesn't mean that they will vote definitively to strike down the mandates, but they're signaling in a positive direction.

8
Thelongrun 8 points ago +8 / -0

Yep, since posting, I've gone and read more about today and you are right. It is more positive than is being represented here. The Gateway Pundit article was a bit nebulous, so I can see the confusion. Frankly, I personally think if SCOTUS does not strike down the mandates, there's going to be some kind of wide-scale civil disturbances.

4

2
Thelongrun 2 points ago +2 / -0

Yes to this. They are goading us to rise up, so they can annihilate us. Soldiers must follow orders. And Patriots would have been removed from the armed forces before this happens.

The British did this in Ireland for centuries, and it was very effective, albeit genocidal. Provoke an uprising, put it down brutally and depopulate.

History repeats. But only if you are aware of history.

So it's painful, but you can get through it.

4
EricCiaramellaSuxDix 4 points ago +4 / -0

Yeah but you don't get the end you're hoping for.

Right and no regrets

There is no federal provision to allow OSHA to set these types of medical mandates on employers. It doesn't exist. If emotion and fake science can sway the justices, then maybe we need to take secession more seriously. Begin with the individual of course; no fucking compliance.

There is no federal provision to allow OSHA to set these types of medical mandates on employers.

I'm going to make a slight correction there from employers to employees. With how broad this mandate is and how severe the punishment is, this is completely a mandate on EMPLOYEES because there is not distinction between employers. Its a workaround as they said.

VyseLegendaire 3 points ago +3 / -0

Yea fair enough, tbh this is snake in the grass bullshit that the founding fathers fully were aware of. We are sitting here debating just how much illegal stripping of our rights we are supposed to put up with.

I have no faith in any part of government. Never have.

Prepare for the absolute worst.

6
CentralAmericanPede 6 points ago +6 / -0

Gateway Pundit gave us a lot of hopium after the steal that it could be overturned. This means little to me until I actually see the mandates blocked.

6
Just_An_Idahoan 6 points ago +6 / -0

(Gets a straw out to snort that hopium title) 🙏

6
AnotherDeadVoter 6 points ago +6 / -0

Well guess BLM better go threaten their families again.

3
Goozmania 3 points ago +3 / -0

Srs. The actual, non-DNC controlled part of BLM is just as opposed to this shit as we are.

Unfortunately, without the support of the DNC, they can't riot or cause a stir.

We are in a very bad position when our lives depend on the decision of a handful of lawyers. It could go either way depending mostly on political pressures.

5
Blackeye 5 points ago +5 / -0

Roberts Will turn on them

7
spezisacuckold 7 points ago +7 / -0

Roberts reliably votes against conservatives on most of the most important votes.

4
SqRt7744 4 points ago +4 / -0

Most?

Moist

5
MagaNV 5 points ago +5 / -0

I couldn't listen to too much of it today but i was surprised by some of Roberts questions. Gives me a little hopium... but it's roberts so we need to all pray. If they get this right or wrong is of extreme importance.

Getting this right could alleviate the pressure building up in our country. Enough for hopefully some change to come in midterms. Getting it wrong... could be the tipping point for a complete breakdown of the labor force and the country as we know it.

rebelde_sin_causa 2 points ago +2 / -0

I'm certain that the covid cultists (including those on the court) don't grasp the ramifications of this decision. The other justices may or may not. I lean toward not.

5
Priopism 5 points ago +5 / -0

Did GWP listen to a different livefeed than I did? This is some grade A ticktock level copium right here. Is this article designed to keep us from going apeshit for a few months until the ruling comes out?

0
seeyouinvalhalla 0 points ago +1 / -1

The ruling will be out in a few days, not months.

5
Magatonin 5 points ago +5 / -0

After hearing today, It is clear these judges get their covid information from FB, Twitter, Fauci, and MSM. All brought to you by Pfizer!

4

It should be fucking unanimously blocked. In fact if you don't block it you should be immediately relieved of office because it's that fucking obvious that it's a complete violation of rights.

4
Ez_mac 4 points ago +4 / -0

There’s one, maybe two conservatives on the court. The rest are Uniparty swine

4
Shellingas 4 points ago +4 / -0

I thought everyone on here was freaking out earlier about how the court is going to uphold vaccine mandates.

2
joejack777 2 points ago +2 / -0

I think they uphold cms mandate and strike down osha mandate.

Lol conservative majority

4
dirtymikeandthebois 4 points ago +4 / -0

What I don't get is how this is a conservative vs faggots thing. It's a constitutional thing. There shouldn't be political bias when it comes to interpreting the Constitution.

2
OhLollyLollyPop 2 points ago +2 / -0

It should just be that, but there are billions of dollars at stake on both sides, plus the Constitutional right of all citizens to pursue a livelihood.

1
seeyouinvalhalla 1 point ago +1 / -0

When we win the presidency in 2024, Trump should issue a mandate that every worker has to wear a MAGA hat.

4
blueeyephoto 4 points ago +4 / -0

sure, just like they blocked all the other Biden-BullShit lately, right?

4
GreyKnight 4 points ago +4 / -0

I am so tired of these jokers in DC...I can barely tolerate hearing Biden and Harris speak...

I can't.

Screencap if you'd like.

3
War_Hamster 3 points ago +3 / -0

I think I care almost as much about who writes the opinion and what it says than I do about stopping the mandates.

I am really hoping the Constitutional argument against mandates, PERIOD, is the deciding factor, but I heard enough legal gymnastics that this isn't a given.

3
russianbot4673 3 points ago +3 / -0

gateway pundit's personal interpretation/take on anything is worth jack and shit to me personally.

3
mikethemarine 3 points ago +3 / -0

Biden won't except it, he will say we are doing it anyway, it was a political decision at the supreme court and he not going to obey

1
seeyouinvalhalla 1 point ago +1 / -0

They've been obeying stays from lower courts. They won't go against SCROTUMS

1
mikethemarine 1 point ago +1 / -0

Sorry but your full of shit or you are NOT paying attention to what's going on around you, EVEN THE MSM PICKED IT UP LIKE IT WAS THE RIGHT THING TO DO

https://www.cnbc.com/2021/11/08/biden-vaccine-mandate-white-house-tells-business-to-go-ahead-despite-court-pause.html

Sorry I need to edit this, I just realized that you are most likely a troll and you already knew this information, just you trying to change the truth

1
seeyouinvalhalla 1 point ago +1 / -0

They told the businesses to requiring vaccinations, they didn’t tell OSHA to enforce it, dumb ass. The mandate is for OSHA enforcement and OSHA stood down when the 5th circuit blocked it. There’s no difference between a liberal dumbass and you.

1
mikethemarine 1 point ago +1 / -0

Did you even read the headline of the article? Oh that's right your a Troll and you just proved it by insulting me verbally, you can't argue the facts so assault the person.

Good job

1
seeyouinvalhalla 1 point ago +1 / -0

How much is DNC paying you to waste conservative’s time?

1

3
gimmeabreak 3 points ago +3 / -0

Never predict the outcome you'd like from SCOTUS and you'll never be disappointed.

1
seeyouinvalhalla 1 point ago +1 / -0

It's amazing that we have 6-3 majority and we are on pins and needles about this. Should be a slam dunk, no mandates. This is why conservatives lose.

1
GuerillaYourDreams 1 point ago +1 / -0

We don’t.

3
reallybadmanners 3 points ago +3 / -0

This was not the vibe I got at all. The “conservatives” sounded normal and reasonable but not convinced. The leftists judges used their time to grand stand and talk about killing grandma by letting unvaxxed spread the virus that the vaxxed also spread. The lawyer on their side was calm cool and collected. Our lawyer sounded retarded. We fucked boys. Get your liberty tree watering buckets ready
