I see 500 districts that need entire new board members elected and superintendents subsequently fired. Get to work, folks!

Right. The 500 districts are just the ones that publicly admit they won’t hire any but the woke.

Our superintendent publicly announced that CRT is racist and won't be taught in our schools. Good to hear but never letting my guard down.

Where are the 500 districts? I read the article but I see no links to a list

18
xkgb 18 points ago +18 / -0

I don't see a list, you can read through teacher job description postings for your local district.

DOE is woke though, so it's safe to assume your local schools are or soon will be taken over.

Majority of colleges are nothing more than woke propaganda indoctrination centers.

The secret to getting good grades is to be so woke in class that the woke teacher and the woke students are embarrassed (and thus give them little red pills).
They never realize you are mocking them. After a few red pill jolts, some of your class mates will suspect you are being 2000% sarcastic, but if you stick to the script they will never know. You can ask questions that will lead to red pill answers, but you must ask them as a CNN true believer would.

Leave leftists disillusioned and sucked dry of all their energy - without every knowing what happened to them.

The really sad part is, that if the left completely abandoned all the equity/diversity push, and instead worked on identifying and supporting qualified people who had great potential, but limited finances - they would end up with some "minority" successes that would inspire others. A little potential and a lot of hard work go a very long way towards success. Leftists try to make it seem like its easy, and then wonder why the people they push don't make it through the grinder.

School systems, especially ones in urban areas, have been asking questions about cultural competency for at least the last five to 10 years, said Lauren Dachille, the founder and CEO of Nimble, a teacher-hiring software company that works with about 500 districts across the country.

They are referring to this company’s client list.

4
PorchLightOn 4 points ago +4 / -0

Right, I think the key would be to find out if your school district is using Nimble. The Nimble website is pretty careful to exclude specifics about their teacher hiring software: https://www.hirenimble.com/

But a quick glance at Lauren Dachille's Twitter account will tell you where her political leanings and priorities lie: https://twitter.com/laurendachille

5
Imransgarage 5 points ago +5 / -0

Trump's blocking CRT put big companies like this largely out of business. Now our tax money is funneled right into these 100-employee woke Marxist corporations that sell Marxism as their primary product.

46
Libertas_Vel_Mors 46 points ago +46 / -0

“Now that we’ve become a little more aware of the concept of anti-racism and maybe a little more woke as a culture, I do think that districts have started to emphasize these questions a little bit more,” Nimble CEO Lauren Dachille told EdWeek. “They might be more common, they might be more explicit.”

...and of course it's a liberal woman pushing for it.

I believe the covid "vax" sterilization project is going to go a long way to stopping abortions. There won't be any babies to abort!

1
Patriots_dont_kneel 1 point ago +1 / -0

It's been more than a year since the vaccinations started. If it was going to cause sterilization, I think we'd know by now.

2
boomerbutnotOKBoomer 2 points ago +2 / -0

It is causing miscarriages - https://www.eviemagazine.com/post/study-miscarriage-rate-covid-vaccine

And Pfizer had an article not too long ago claiming that it "might make it difficult for the egg to attach to the endothelium wall."

Not quite sterilization... but you still have a loss of the ability to procreate.

Also, some things take time to evolve in the body, so who knows... we do know Bill Gatesof Hell said in his TedTalk - "Innovating to Zero" that his favorite method of population control is vaccines. He also supported the Georgia Guidestones statement that the population of earth should be 500 million people. Not too much of a leap to think this is part of an effort towards that result.

1
boomerbutnotOKBoomer 1 point ago +1 / -0

Here you go. https://www.saveusnow.org.uk/covid-vaccine-scientific-proof-lethal/

From the report:

Metal nanoparticulates are known in science to be genotoxic—a poison that can also cause sterilization. The dangers posed to the victims in the near term from this medical battery are now known. However, the long term lethality of this weapon is not as yet realized due to the debilitating effects it has on the immune system, causing Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome(AIDS).

We can now confirm the 2017 depopulation defence-intelligence documents, showing the planned murder of over 55 million across the United Kingdom by 2025 using this biochemical weapon.

4
RStroud 4 points ago +4 / -0

Urbanization and mobility, along with the associated loss of community diminished the role of shame and reputation as a means of social control in society. Instead we have courts, background checks, and credit scores have replaced it functionally.

Having a illegitimate child, especially one that you didn't support, used to be the kind of thing that would keep "good" women away from you and people from doing business with you. Same with not paying your debts, stealing, ripping people off, beating your wife, or being a drunk.

It is also the reason to be very suspicious of outsiders. You don't know them and their family (reputationally), and the fact that they've left their own community means they might be running away from something horrible.

It had its problems, though. Lies and gossip falsely ruined many reputations. Guilt by association was common. At the far end you had duels, honor killing, witch trials, and lynchings.

1
SicilianOmega 1 point ago +1 / -0

TBF, if someone was spreading lies about me in a society where gossip was the main form of social control and duelling was tolerated, I wouldn't hesitate to challenge him to a fight to the death.

Ashley Davis, the principal of Shaw Elementary School in Boston, said her administration team has worked strategically over the years to make sure the school’s values are reflected in the hiring process.

There are a few listed in the article this link references. Only this one by name. This strikes me as leftist propaganda in an education trade mag. Probably not based on fact, but more of a desire to convince small minded educators they are “part of a growing wave” in the face of parental pushback.

12

home schooling is the way to go

8
mark2398 8 points ago +18 / -10

Woke teachers love home schooling. They get the all the money and a fat pension and you have to do their job. Of course, they get stuck with the dumb juvenile delinquents, but those were going to be there anyways. Plus, now they got less parents that are concerned about the terrible work they are doing.

40
Scottdelia 40 points ago +40 / -0

Maybe woke teachers love homeschooling, but school boards and administrators hate it. Sure, they still get your local taxes, but they get less funding from the state/fed.

32
IncredibleMrE1 32 points ago +32 / -0

Also, even if you homeschool, you should still strongly consider attending school board meetings etc. They spend your tax money, so you still get a say. "I homeschool my kids because this district is trash and we need to fix it" - you can argue from that angle.

13
T-Bear 13 points ago +13 / -0

Sure, they still get your local taxes, but they get less funding from the state/fed."

^^^THIS^^^ right here.

Some districts get far more money from the Feds and the State than they get from local property taxes. Principals are keenly aware of this.

It is why home schooling is dissed so much in the propaganda outlets...they want the money per student, and your kids aren't there in school, that's less money for them.

Your kid's education? Secondary, or even tertiary, concern for them.

4
mark2398 4 points ago +6 / -2

The teachers just suck up all the money that is there and cut other school programs. Government programs cut services not employees.

5
deleted 5 points ago +5 / -0
3
Libertas_Vel_Mors 3 points ago +3 / -0

That depends on the state, county, and/or district laws. In Oregon, state level funding apportionments depends on the number of butts in seats, and many counties can also scale-up or dial-down property taxes depending on in-school population.

7
deleted 7 points ago +7 / -0
3
mark2398 3 points ago +5 / -2

I think it's cute that you think teachers would make less money because of less students. They get paid first no matter what. You might have to buy pencils and paper for your kids and have a bake sale for the ball team, but the teacher gets paid and all the benefits no matter what.

14
educatedandfree 14 points ago +14 / -0

The teachers will get laid off, as is happening in my state,California in huge numbers next year. The UNION APPARAT though, THEYkerp their power and influence.

The textbook publishers and consultants will all get paid still.

The rest of the teachers will be pushed to take laycuts or accept increased class sizes.

I'm a teacher her, and I say we're getting what they fucking deserve, but the same problems remain.

Pull your kids so they're safe, homeschool (the ron Paul curriculum is cheap and good and self taught from 4th grade on).

Then go to every school board meeting and make your visceral hatred of these snakes known. Join the board if you can and keep the contempt flowing. Destroy their pathetic, fraudulent sense of moral superiority.

4
deleted 4 points ago +4 / -0
4
Libertas_Vel_Mors 4 points ago +4 / -0

It depends: If there is only one math teacher in the entire school, that teacher's job is safe. If there are three of them, and class counts have dropped enough, then one or two of those math teachers are going to get nervous - especially the ones who have the least seniority, since unions typically use that metric to determine who stays and who goes.

High school teachers are generally safer than elementary school teachers, because the latter can be pressed into service teaching multiple subjects (because grade-school basic arithmetic is easy to teach by the gym teacher, while calculus and trigonometry are not.)

42
Isolated_Patriot 42 points ago +42 / -0

Many of these districts are contracting with a teacher-hiring company called Nimble, which uses artificial intelligence to examine applications and interview answers to determine which candidates harbor the correct political and cultural attitudes.

14
POTUS_DonnieJ 14 points ago +14 / -0

A lot of 3rd parties have infiltrated schooling. Teachers buy tests and quizzes from 3rd parties. Administrators use 3rd parties for hiring. No one at the school actually does anything and yet, the schools are getting record amounts of money. It needs to end.

4
RStroud 4 points ago +4 / -0

My political and cultural beliefs are downstream from my religious beliefs. This sounds like a religious test, to me.

This 3rd party software sounds like an open invitation to a disparate impact lawsuit. If it is utilizes a neural network, it is a black box even to the developers. All it takes is an attorney asking why a certain candidate was classified/scored a certain way. "All we know is it outputs based on on inputs, based on our training to a desired output" is going to open a door for a fishing expedition. Any organization putting that in their hiring process deserves what they get.

Mintap 38 points ago +38 / -0

"Parents who think they don’t have time to homeschool may soon realize that, compared to the effort involved in monitoring and countering the nonsense from leftist classrooms, homeschooling is the relaxing alternative"

18
educatedandfree 18 points ago +18 / -0

Everything that is taught through demonstration in a public high school in an hour of class can be covered in 10 minutes or less by youtube.

The rest is reading. And protip: no teacher actually holds your kids accountable for reading. The nature of the system disincentivizes that.

Your kid will do better at home if you love him enough to help him gain discipline in his study habits.

Also, he'll save about three hours a day of general population bullshit.

4
Mintap 4 points ago +4 / -0

The link seems to be that there are at least 500 school districts using the Nimble software for hiring teachers. I don't think the author of the article has the list of all of Nimble's clients, but they were probably able to find an approximate number of districts currently using it. https://www.hirenimble.com/

Lauren Dachille is the CEO of Nimble, and a quick look at her Twitter feed reveals her leftist priorities. She worked with Washington DC public schools previously. It's another way that left leaning tech companies can influence decisions that adversely affect the lives of kids across the country. So frustrating.

Private homeschooling firms would make a killing in this environment. Combine daycare with homeschooling and give the education system the middle finger.

If my kids were not grown and I had small kids in school, would move out to the middle of nowhere away from woke crazies and homeschool. By any means necessary.

5
TeachingHistory92 5 points ago +5 / -0

As a public school teacher myself, what I hear is how are you going to devote your attention to minorities over white students......everyone in my class is equal, all students deserve attention and support. They are basically insinuating that minority students are dumber than the rest, and most of my students are Asian, Hispanic and White, and they all are relatively smart and well disciplined for middle school students. Pedes, we need you more than ever to enter education, I'm fighting this crazy system from the inside, but it's literally 1 vs. 30 everyday.

Of course, we're in the middle of a cultural revolution. It doesn't end in "equity". It ends with you not being allowed to own private property or engage in mutually beneficial voluntary exchanges. And that in turn means totalitarianism because all power structures will be gone, save one.

And why are they using race as the method to achieve those political goals? Well, because when the Frankfurt school Marxists fled Nazi Germany for the U.S., they arrived and realized that Marx's dialectic materialism was a load of shit. In fact, his entire ideology was very obviously based on a false premise. The people in the U.S. weren't 18th century serfs that had no upward mobility. They were happy, free thinkers that knew their success was based solely on their own skill, intelligence and willingness to work hard. The Marxists lamented about this in their writings ad nauseam. They were literally outraged at all the happiness they found in California at the time.

So this meant that Marx's world revolution would not be happening any time soon, and they knew it. It could not occur as long as the American constitution existed. An intellectually honest person would have acknowledged Marx's fatal flaw and discarded the ideology. But Marxists are not intellectually honest. They're cult members. So rather than embrace freedom, they decided to undermine it. If peasants weren't to be the proletariat, racial and sexual minorities would be. After all, Marxism relies strictly on group victimism. Who the victims are is entirely irrelevant. So, the exploitation began.

And what was the first institution these Marxists recommended infiltrating? EDUCATION!!!! Get your children out of these indoctrination centers. Better to have no education whatsoever than a child preconditioned for totalitarianism. (And that is NOT hyperbole)

Remember, the goal is to kill enough white people in the end until it becomes untenable for the globalists to keep the black people alive.

School choice is the only way out of this. Withholding funds to public schools is the only way they will take parents seriously.

If you love your children, take them out of public schools.

I think schools should be funded by tuition. I’m sick of being forced to pay for this shit. I don’t have kids, why am I forced to pay for public education?

The solution or fix is quite simple. The non woke teachers, can simply resign and take an early retirement, receiving their pensions, and start neighborhood home schooling coordinated with parents who will pay then accordingly for the home school class's. Every obstacle has an rescue avenue. Until these unionized gladiator camps are totally defunded and shut down under new organization agenda, these indoctrination clubs, will continue to destroy future generations.

Typical Democratic plantation thinking here... they always want to ensure that non-whites get the worst jobs.
