Im just following kamalas advice to not get the vaccine before the dems "won" the election.

TommyLasordasBallBag 96 points ago +97 / -1

I am only following my own free will, my heart is telling me not to take it (probably because it doesn't want the 'Carditis). So unless they pin me down after my mags are spent, myself and my children will not be jabbed. And that is all there is to it.

Toobin247 31 points ago +36 / -5

That’s the thing though, it won’t come to that. They’ll just collapse society by making it impossible to work and interact with the system without being vaxxed. No bullets or holding anyone down will be needed.

61

If I can't work or participate in society the bullets will come in very handy

Correct

SuperNards 3 points ago +3 / -0

The problem with that is then the media will paint you as a lone wolf terrorist. My issue is what happens when they refuse medical service to the unvaccinated let's say, am I going to go in and force the doctor to treat me at gunpoint? We need large groups of people rising up with a clear plan, lone actors are bound to fail.

I like song lyrics, do you?

They are either dumb or evil. If people lose everything because of them who do they think those people with nothing to lose will target first?

27
alfredbester 27 points ago +28 / -1

They think we are just going to accept being treated like a lower caste. It's not happening. If I can't go places and do things, no one gets to go places and do things.

5

The only purpose of this ruling is to see how far the corruption goes. Is the Supreme Court fully compromised?

4
independentbystander 4 points ago +4 / -0

I'm used to being treated as a "lower caste," I've been experiencing that my whole life. I've seen minorities and wymyn "behave" horribly then be handed all manner of opportunities and rewards, while I was told to shut up and behave because "white people know better. You can have opportunities and rewards later."

As predicted, we went right down the Slippery Slope into Clown World. Those same ill-behaved minorities and wymyn are even more entitled and disruptive, having been encouraged to act out all of their impulses with no consequences.

But now that they want to literally ban the "unvaccinated" and Conservatives from participating in public life... they need to come up with a better excuse than "Shut up, peasant. We plan to use the common cold to control society and steal elections."

They are both. Evil is dumb in its steadfastness. It doesn't see that it gave up just a little too much power in its own pursuit and always destroys itself in its own selfish process. Stand fast brothers, we will win. Jesus is the King of Kings. Evil seems so smart, but really is dumb AF.

My gut is telling me not to get it. It might be fine, it might actually be perfectly safe and even mostly effective, I don't know. What I do know is I was raised in a family the came to America from Germany after the second world War, and they taught me to love my country, but not to trust the government for a fucking second. If the government is pushing this hard to force me to do something, my natural instinct is to refuse.

25
BillGall2 25 points ago +25 / -0

No. Trump did not OK vaccine mandates. You are totally missing the point. He did not develop them. (He did remove governmental barriers so the drug companies could develop them.) These "vaccines" do help some people but they carry a high risk of dangerous side effects. You have to do a risk/ benefit analysis based on your own medical condition. Finally, vaccines are supposed to help your body develop immunity to Covid 19. Data is now showing that this is not the case for these vaccines. They have failed in their primary purpose. It is time to try something different. Go back and read the Great Barrington Declaration to find and alternative solution.

22
npc_1234 22 points ago +22 / -0

Trump may have initiated the vaccine program, but he was not the guy in the lab coat making them. All the information he has received about it most likely came from pharma/CDC/FDA reps that told him their progress, something along the lines of: "Mr. President, that vaccine you asked for is safe, effective, and ready".

10
bringbackthe80s 10 points ago +10 / -0

Oh, you want to know what the general consensus is?

20
Forgototherpassword 20 points ago +20 / -0

We are losing because they again argue from the lefts bullshit premise, this time "safe and effective." Australia just released injury information that was known. Everyone knows people that were vaxxed and still got COVID. It doesn't stop transmission or infection to any substantial degree, and any protection wanes very quickly, proven by the booster program. Not only that, but natural immunity has been ignored as well as treatments. Natural immunity protects against several parts of the virus while the jab only alerts your immune system to the spike protein. New variant's are already laughing off the vaxx, and Omicron can give natural immunity through what is basically a common cold. Treatments were demonized and trials were spiked, trying to treat them as late stage cures instead of early preventatives. HCQ "study" for example had to be retracted and a year later it was still shown better than remdisivir. India used Ivermectin to wipe out Delta. And they have censored anyone that goes against the FAKE ASSED "Consensus" of insiders.

Where is any of this and subsets? They accept it as safe while people drop dead, something we never saw with the virus, but China supposedly had videos of.

Remember, the only thing worse than Hitler is someone that might cause "vaxxine hesitancy"

6
BillGall2 6 points ago +6 / -0

I agree with most of your statement, except I think rather than losing, we are slowly turning the tide. Omicron will mark the end of the pandemic. The vaccines are failing to do what is promised. Good treatments like HCQ, IVM, and Monoclonal antibodies are becoming accepted. Covid 19 is no longer a deadly disease to be feared. Spread the word.

2
TamilTrump 2 points ago +2 / -0

Omicron specific vaccine is being developed by Pfizer and will be released in few months and mandated shortly after. Maybe in the hopes of coaxing it into a more virulent and dangerous variant.

"But it's FDA approved!"

Actually it is not...the FDA approved a drug that hasn't actually been released for mass distribution. Also, when politicians are shown taking the jab, it's probably saline; except for that guy who collapsed on the air and had multiple heartattacks later.

1
10R1440 1 point ago +1 / -0

The word has become compromised.

I use "immunization" now. Either something is provides immunization, or it doesn't. For instance, when I was young I got my MMR immunization. (It was a three-in-one shot.) Ergo, I now enjoy lifelong immunity to measles, mumps and rubella.

If I don't know what a word is supposed to or perceived to mean anymore, it's better avoided.

3
Blinker-Aerospace7 3 points ago +3 / -0

Sure, their decision doesn’t influence my decision to not take the shot, but for a lot of us it might determine how soon we’re likely to be changing jobs and what other plans we’ll maybe have to make. So it’s still a big decision for the time being

And the fed. Fuck them both.

49
BlmAnimalFarmFodder 49 points ago +50 / -1

The federal reserve is not federal as it is not owned by the Federal Government, but by private banking interests in coordination with government. Nor is it a reserve because it has no reserves. It sells paper notes to our government at high interest that ensures the debt is never paid. That practice is called debt based usury, (lending money at unreasonably high rates of interest) and was illegal at one point in time because it creates servitude and a form of tax slavery. The early church viewd it as a sin and would not allow it.

Your income tax does NOT go to the federal government, it goes the the federal reserve to pay for their ridiculous interest fee for every dollar issued. Our money system was supposed to be handled by congress, but instead we gave the power to an outside private entity that answers to no one and is never audited.

Simply put, The Fed is Fraud. Prior to 1913 our pay checks went into our pockets instead of the coffers of wealthy men. We have been slowly taken over by the unconstitutional federal reserve bank. They answer to no one but control the currency supply through debt based usury. Remove the bank and you remove all the ROT and decay that has eroded our constitution and convictions for the last 100 years. We are no longer a country guided by our constitution, but ruled by the bank that owns us.

DEBT = DEPENDENCY, DEPENDENCY = CONTROL

One of the main things we fought against to start this country followed us here. Their debt based usury continues to enslaves us even today.

The founding fathers knew of the dangers of a privately owned nationalized bank with the ability to print and coin money to sell it to the people at an inflated rate. They viewed it as the single greatest enemy. Thomas Jefferson in letters to John Taylor in 1816 & letters to John Wayles Eppes, 11 September 1813 wrote,

"I believe that banking institutions are more dangerous to our liberties than standing armies".... "Bank-paper must be suppressed, and the circulating medium must be restored to the nation to whom it belongs."

President Jackson knew the true enemy of free people and made his entire re-election campaign about defeating them and removing them. His campaign slogan was "Jackson and No Bank". He battled against the central bank and their 3 million dollar backed candidate.

"You tell me that if I take the deposits from the bank and annul its charter I shall ruin ten thousand families. That may be true, gentlemen, but that is your sin! Should I let you go on, you will ruin fifty thousand families, and that would be my sin! You are a den of vipers and thieves. I have determined to rout you out, and by the Eternal, I will rout you out!" Original minutes of the committee Andrew Jackson and the Bank of the United States by Stan V. Henkels

In his LONG bank veto message, he wrote the following;

There are no necessary evils in government. Its evils exist only in its abuses."

"Is there no danger to our liberty and independence in a bank that in its nature has so little to bind it to our country? "

"Controlling our currency, receiving our public moneys, and holding thousands of our citizens in dependence, it would be more formidable and dangerous than the naval and military power of the enemy."

"It is to be regretted that the rich and powerful too often bend the acts of government to their selfish purposes."

"..when the laws undertake to add to these natural and just advantages artificial distinctions, to grant titles, gratuities, and exclusive privileges, to make the rich richer and the potent more powerful, the humble members of society--the farmers, mechanics, and laborers--who have neither the time nor the means of securing like favors to themselves, have a right to complain of the injustice of their Government."

"It is easy to conceive that great evils to our country and its institutions might flow from such a concentration of power in the hands of a few men irresponsible to the people."

It is time to pause in our career to review our principles, and if possible revive that devoted patriotism and spirit of compromise which distinguished the sages of the Revolution and the fathers of our Union"

He closed out his passionate veto letter stating "I have now done my duty to my country."

Though he had faith in Providence and trust in the intelligence of his countrymen, he didn’t just sit idly by. Jackson took drastic actions to ensure the bank was defeated. He had to fire over 2,000 government officials (talk about deep state) to get his policies through. Survived Assassination attempts and multiple negative political campaigns run against him. He wouldn't get his chance to finally remove the bank for good until the last year of a second term.

He won and kicked them out of the US for over 70 years. He was able to completely pay off the national debt and set us free from the chains of the elite banking masters. Though he was considered a war hero from The Battle of New Orleans, and many other worthwhile achievements, he acknowledged this as his greatest accomplishment, "I killed the bank".

They lost to Jackson, but they learned alot from that temporary defeat. Woodrow Wilson was backed by them and let them back in with the federal reserve act in 1913.

Since I entered politics, I have chiefly had men's views confided to me privately. Some of the biggest men in the United States, in the field of commerce and manufacture, are afraid of something. They know that there is a power somewhere so organized, so subtle, so watchful, so interlocked, so complete, so pervasive, that they better not speak above their breath when they speak in condemnation of it.."...

"A great industrial nation is controlled by its system of credit. Our system of credit is concentrated. The growth of the nation, therefore, and all our activities are in the hands of a few men".....

"We have come to be one of the worst ruled, one of the most completely controlled and dominated Governments in the civilized world — no longer a Government by free opinion, no longer a Government by conviction and the vote of the majority, but a Government by the opinion and duress of a small group of dominant men." -Woodrow Wilson in his book "The New Freedom"

Theodore Roosevelt who grew tired of Taft's version of conservatism, tried to run for President again. This split of the vote is what allowed Wilson to win. Interestingly, Roosevelt also had something to say about wealthy shadowy figures in control of the government instead of being in the hands of it's own people. In his recorded speech "The Progressive Covenant With The People" in 1912, he stated,

Political parties exist to secure responsible government and to execute the will of the people. From these great staffs, both of the old parties have ganged aside. Instead of instruments to promote the general welfare they have become the tools of corrupt interests which use them impartially to serve their selfish purposes. Behind the ostensible government sits enthroned an invisible government owing no allegiance and acknowledging no responsibility to the people. To destroy this invisible government, to befoul the unholy alliance between corrupt business and corrupt politics is the first task of the statesmanship of the day."

The massive corruption he saw and warned about only grew and became more deeply entrenched at the birth of the Fed. No more are we a Government for the people and by the people, but rather a Cabal for the sponsors and by the sponsored.

Thanks for the supportive comment. I am debating on removing the quotes from Franklin, and Jackson. They are repeated often online on MANY sites and I've seen them in a few official documentaries, but I am having difficulty actually tracking down their official sources other than just being repeatedly attributed to them.

I only wish to share 100% verifiable information, because there is already too much misinformation shoved down our throats, and you can't win over any hearts or minds with misinfo. This is a topic for people to rally behind, but I want everyone to be accurate in the information they understand on the topic. I know the quotes fit their character and sentiment, but can't track down the exact source.

What's your opinion as someone who sees value in the comment? Should I remove the quotes im having difficulty sourcing? If you happen to know of any origin sources by chance, I would be grateful!

4
Resist_and_Bite 4 points ago +4 / -0

Keep the quotes, but try to track their origin again. Might even be worth an email to their historical societies: http://www.benjamin-franklin-history.org/ https://thehermitage.com/

I was thinking this weekend about George Washington and the cherry tree. It's now believed it was an apocryphal story, but it struck me how George became an Indian fighter...which would have involved hand to hand combat with sword and axe. Made me wonder if teen George was practicing his axe skills on a cherry tree on his dad's property and got a bit overzealous. We know young George became a large powerful man who relished front line combat...not a big leap to imagine young George was a tough teen who enjoyed swinging an axe.

3
airborne3502 3 points ago +3 / -0

As a historian, (at least that's what it says on my degree), I would remove them.

I looked everywhere to verify if George Washington traded a slave for a barrel of syrup.

I added my two cents here primarily to bookmark this excellent post.

People shit on Trump or Obama as the worst President, but Woodrow Wilson is by and large the worst government leader in world history. Beyond Hitler. Hell, his plans gave rise to hitler. He is responsible for everything after his presidency because he created WW2 for his banking buddies.

here is a good video on it. I don't like a lot of his political history stuff, but he's pretty honest in this one.

Water purification that can filter tens of thousands of gallons of water in a grid-down scenario. Working on a greenhouse and reading how to manage it. I've been trying to get ready for two years now and it still seems futile.

Nobody is going to get fired or have a testing mechanism enacted between now and Thursday.

7
oldmanliverspots 7 points ago +7 / -0

putting a stay on it would tip their hand. why bother if they're striking it down in 2 days?

8
Smooth 8 points ago +8 / -0

A fuckton of damage will be done in these few days

4
oldmanliverspots 4 points ago +4 / -0

are firings happening Tuesday and Wednesday? are companies willing to take the legal risk?

29
Kaiheitai 29 points ago +29 / -0

Giving in to the mandate only buys you time at the price of your rights and health, until the next thing they force on you.

So this is my hill.

10
M-I-vet 10 points ago +10 / -0

Same. I will not comply... no matter what. I am already old, and we are all just here temporarily as it is. No big deal either way. But if it came down to it, I would not go alone.

28
Undying 28 points ago +29 / -1

Thursday will decide if I keep or lose my job. I hate it has come to this. 9 people will determine my fate. Fucking hell.

11
CNNdotWin 11 points ago +12 / -1

Don't worry about 9 people TRYING to determine your fate.

Worry about the 6 people that will carry you after you've spent the time you were given by God (fate)

7
aKekabove 7 points ago +8 / -1

you wont be able to work at mcdonalds without the vex if they approve this

4
Undying 4 points ago +5 / -1

All the fast food chains around me are understaffed. I just don't see them firing people when they are so understaffed.

2
Forgototherpassword 2 points ago +2 / -0

Lol, they finally found a way to make legal citizens work illegally.

2
BigMikes_Long_Dong 2 points ago +2 / -0

My local fast food joints are all worked by illegals here in California.

In and Out is the only based place still hiring high schooler.

2
Resist_and_Bite 2 points ago +2 / -0

SCROTUS may "control" your current job status, but they have NO control of your fate.

Sit down tonight and consider HOW you can become an independent contractor / consultant and own your own business.

Oh noes !!! You would have to find a different job !!! At a time when most businesses can't find enough workers as it is !!! The horror...

Melodramatic much?

4
BillionsAndBillions 4 points ago +4 / -0

If the OSHA mandate is upheld, all employers with >100 employees will immediately require the jab. This will embolden Biden's handlers, and all employers will be required to force the jab on their employees within a few weeks. Next will be government programs (welfare, social security). You will take the jab or no food, no shelter.

1
Artisan23 1 point ago +1 / -0

yeah, this is a line in the sand. if these assholes can cross this, it is going to be like "give them an inch, they'll take a mile".

-1
Trump_SIMP -1 points ago +1 / -2

There’s a test out option. You don’t have to get the jab

1
BillionsAndBillions 1 point ago +1 / -0

Ah, true freedom. You're also ignorant if you don't think they'd remove the test option almost immediately as well.

20
LtPatterson 20 points ago +20 / -0

My company just sent out the mandate as if it was law. Insane OSHA documents. Former office worker now full time at home. Vaxx mandate in August 2021 and exempt through the blood of Christ the Savior.

I know that we live in clown world and that stranger things have happened but how can they possibly uphold these mandates? Especially now that the CDC cunt is admitting that they do not stop infection or transmission at all.

TommyJarvis 12 points ago +12 / -0

I wish I had your optimism. I think Roberts has been a lost cause for years, Kavanaugh is compromised by the left's intimidation and ACB may end up being a crucial swing for the left when it counts.

I wish I could believe I was wrong. Maybe I will be. That would be great.

I wish I could believe that Kavanaugh will stand up tall and do what's right in the face of intimidation, that ACB will be the "constitutionalist" she claimed to be.

I suppose we'll have to see. This will be a real test.

The abortion case is one where I have zero faith in our "conservative" justices. They're just too afraid to do the right thing there, but this one should be a slam dunk for the constitution.

This I am picking up on, honestly. The commie media is definitely taking a bootlegger's turn and gunning it on "It's not so bad".

2
MAGA1776er 2 points ago +2 / -0

I can't say what their rug pull motivation is as this seems to only hurt their commie narrative, but things are definitely shifting fast today

1
TakingBackCA 1 point ago +1 / -0

Can you hit me with some?

13

If they strike it down, it’ll be because of the executive workaround…not because they disagree with mandates

Not true.

13
20KAG20 13 points ago +13 / -0

What happens in the mean time? The OSHA mandate officially went into effect today so are people getting fired already?

Edit: I know far too many people have already been fired for this shit, but I’m talking fired today due to the mandate now active.

10
Greatlakespede 10 points ago +10 / -0

From my understanding if the case is in a court the mandates cannot be enforced. My company has remained neutral the whole time.

I guess if it stands I may be finding a new job. Oh well, plenty of them out there.

2
Simple_Doot 2 points ago +2 / -0

If the courts fail to have an honest and decent ruling are you not just fucked no matter what? If you don't have the ability and resources to homestead, which like 1% here do, then what are the options?

7
deleted 7 points ago +7 / -0
4
Greatlakespede 4 points ago +4 / -0

Well, personally, I own a decent amount of land. I have farmer family, my wife makes plenty to support us until a new job, if I didn't decide to stay with the kids and homeschool which right now in my district isn't much need....yet. There are help wanted signs everywhere at small local businesses. It could be tighter for a few weeks, like probably cut some of the non necessities out, but we would be fine.

The main problem I have is there are plenty who cannot afford to lose their job over this insane bullshit! If the SCOTUS stabs America in the back there should be major consequences from WE THE PEOPLE.

1
FreddyThePatriot 1 point ago +2 / -1

then what are the options?

None. You should have planned better.

1
Simple_Doot 1 point ago +1 / -0

Dang. Oh well.

4
jdtiger 4 points ago +4 / -0

Just the mask mandate went into effect today, the vax or weekly test goes into effect on Feb 9 I believe. My company hasn't said anything about us having to wear masks indoors (my job's mostly outdoors), so I'd agree with the other user that it's not enforceable until SCOTUS rules

2
OfficerNasty 2 points ago +2 / -0

They are starting to enforce it at my company. Have to wear mask at all times, and test once a week (starting Feb 9th).

SCOTUS will cuck. There will be mandates. I will not comply. I have 2 years worth in my bank account, more if I go lean. Try and force me faggots. I will not comply.

5
TakingBackCA 5 points ago +5 / -0

They don’t care. Do you have 40 years worth? You can’t run from what they want. You can’t move to Idaho. You can’t hide in your off-grid homestead. They are deadly serious about their goals: they want you and your ideas burned to ash, and they’ll do whatever it takes, at any cost, to ensure their victory.

2
DontTreadOnLego 2 points ago +2 / -0

Then it would be war. It sucks that it would have to be, but that's how would be.

0
Gatchya 0 points ago +1 / -1

No. I will need more income before I can be done working.

5
M-I-vet 5 points ago +5 / -0

Well done. You have me beat - I only have about 10 months worth of cash now. I was doing better, but I had to pay for a new furnace and central air last week, which was a rather large chunk of money.

No worries. Even if I lose my current job, I will be able to find another long before that money runs out.

0
Gatchya 0 points ago +1 / -1

Good work, mate. We must become financially independent. I hope I don’t lose work, because I want to retire at 45, in 10 years. But, I will not fucking comply, I will not take some drug that I don’t need.

5

2
sir_rockness 2 points ago +2 / -0

No I'm not going to be stupid like that. All kinds of medical technology has been developed throughout the years.

When you listen to Dr. Robert Malone you realize mRNA is a legitimate technology but it's been rushed and basically it's escaped any kind of valid vetting process. In 20 years it might be reasonably safe.

If you wanna be hard headed and stubborn and say you'll "never" do something to for it. I mean it's not like we're talking about fucking trannies or something... we're talking about something that might actually be feasible someday.

6

It seems to me that a very quick ruling would indicate maintaining the status quo--that is, no mandates. Upholding the mandates would have a lot of implications and considerations that ought to be discussed at length because it could set precedent that could dramatically change our nation forever. Therefore, this in addition to the rapidly shifting narrative, tells me to be hopeful.

6
ObongoForPrison2020 6 points ago +6 / -0

Something .Win would also do well to consider is that the case(s) were argued on Friday on an emergency basis and the SCOTUS began its regularly scheduled calendar year today. It takes time for opinions to be written and for all the other clerking duties to be completed.

Also, with OSHA enforcement scheduled to go into effect in February, there is no pressing legal need to rush a decision out. No large company is going to risk forced vaccination, testing compliance, or firing between now and Thursday. The legal stakes are too high.
