I'm sure this was a behind the scenes compromise to keep the mandates alive in some fashion but not piss off the rest of the country. Its going to take another lawsuit from the medical side to get scotus to reverse their ruling on them.
So everyone is clear, the Supreme Court today allowed the federal government to force untold numbers of people to get experimental mRNA Gene-Therapy or be fired.
You can call a section of it a win if you want, but the truth is in what I just said.
I call it a disgraceful loss and a stain on our nation not worth celebrating
If a boss in a free market wants to say “suck it or you are fired” to a female employee, what is wrong with that? The female employee could always get another job.
Looks like it's time to return medical practice to its religious foundations rather than corporatized drug merchandizing and acadmia. Where it belongs.
Yeah, it was a compromise to avoid court-packing, more than likely, but here we are again with another front line battle with the devil. It never ends with these idiots.
I’m pretty sure Kavanaugh became controlled opposition the moment he was sworn in.
The guy says he’s a God fearing man, but he doesn’t even throw the book at these fucking commies when it’s justified? He had his family dragged through the mud and his own reputation tarnished. If he were a true God fearing man, he wouldn’t back down, but in reality he was probably threatened and bent the knee, like a bitch.
Ok so there is already a lawsuit on tap for the medical side. Then there should be a judge somewhere putting up injunctions to stop any medical side mandates till scotus rules.
“Of course the vaccine mandate goes further than what the Secretary has done in the past to implement infection control. But he has never had to address an infection problem of this scale and scope before. In any event, there can be no doubt that addressing infection problems in Medicare and Medicaid facilities is what he does.”
Healthcare workers should sue for discriminatory regulations. Why should their occupation exempt them from the protection other occupations receive from this ruling?
Apparently there is an ongoing case on exactly that. Seems this scotus ruling was for the osha mandate only and not the hhs case which will come up later.
This is a victory because of all the jobs just saved. Congrats to you pedes who held the line.
The case was never argued on the Constitutional merits I wanted to see discussed, although they did defer to the 10th Amendment, which is a small victory.
The funniest part is that these vaccines don't even work on the prevalent variant, and yet they're still pretending it does.
Yep, according to the CEO of Pfizer, they have "limited to no protection" against what "experts" said is the dominant virus out there now.
Which means, all those people that took two doses, it's done absolutely nothing for you now, and if you haven't taken any mRNA yet, and you were to go ahead and take your two doses now, it would literally be for no reason, because the CEO admits it does nothing!
The fact that the "vaccines" don't work wasn't even raised is ridiculous
I know that it's Unconstitutional, even if they did work, but when the Supreme Court allowed several verifiably false lies stand, they lost the tiny shred of legitimacy they had.
I held the line but God help my employer. Just how mad do you think I am after being forced to take an experimental cocktail in order to keep the job I’ve slaved for over 10 years? I think they underestimate just how pissed we all are.
Exactly ... it was a toss the hot potato move. If healthcare wkrs aren't protected by the Constitution NONE IF US ARE 😒 TMK the verbiage is very loose "if u wk in a high Covid contact job." So, if u wk with other dirty humans.
It’s a pyrrhic victory but there is nonetheless another lawsuit coming up next for healthcare workers. Which will now be able to argue their case with this ruling as supplemental reasoning.
I'll be calling it a win if for no other reason I get to go to work tomorrow and shake my head and laugh at my two crew members that held out on getting the jab until our company said we had to based on Xiden's upcoming illegal mandate instead of getting a religious exemption like I did.
Those doomers were correct unfortunately because the logic used by SCOTUS of federal funds allowing the fed to mandate vaccines for healthcare workers will be used for the federal worker, contractor and military mandates, well as opening the door to unlimited other possibilities given this logic.
I think it was done so the employers would have a rationality for it on their own and we will see the globalist/large employers rally to create their own variation of rules to enforce it differently to “step up where government has failed” or something, and they will have a coordinated campaign for it.
The mandate won’t be struck down because the concept itself is illegal, but rather OSHA didn’t have the authority. So they are saying “mandating vaccines are okay if you can better claim authority to mandate it” that’s all they are doing. So we’re still fucked.
The only response that would have had any positive effect would be if they ruled coercing something to inject something in their body, whether directly or indirectly, through benefits or revocation of benefits, any method that attempts to coerce is illegal. But they didn’t do that. They literally agreed it’s okay if they can rationalize authority for it.
This was done wilfully. This decision was pre-ordained. Orders were followed from above. They eliminate half of the medical workers, and it facilitates a far more effective, widespread Genocide/Depopulation Event.
There haven't been a large number of deaths...yet.
There were no long term tests for these shots on humans. And every critter that had an mRNA shot was dead in the following months, years. Their life spans are not as long as ours, so death to a rat in 2 years might mean death to a human in 10 years. If everyone just dropped dead within a week of the shot, the masses would finally open their eyes. Depopulating the world (even just 15%) in a few months would light off all sorts of alarms. But do it in a decade or so, and you can blame all sorts of stuff...long COVID, the unvaxxed, climate change...pick your poison.
Excellent post. And accurate. This is a slow burn Genocide. They cannot alert/scare the sheep at this early phase by having them all start dying at once. Not all the batches are lethal, for this reason.
The total number of births in the world is something like 115 million per year; the total number of deaths is something like 78 million.
Basically, they simply need to reduce the number of births by about a third, and increase the number of deaths by about 50% and they are at a PERMANENT DEPOPULATION level.
We already know from OneAmerica (life insurance company), that the number of deaths in the U.S. is up 40%. I'm certain the number of live births (due to financial stress, reproductive issues from vaccine) will drop by at least 33%.
And there you go - permanent, irreversible depopulation.
It might take a decade for the effects to start being seen; but once vaccinated, there is no going back.
From what I understand, the ferrets or whatever died of auto-immune disorder when they contracted the virus that the vaccine is supposed to provide immunity to.
Many of those deaths you're citing in the animal research was actually the labs killing the animals to do autopsies. The MRNA trials did not result in 100% deaths. That's part of the exaggeration that tends to happen here on this website, along with the "explosion in miscarriages" story where people misread a study and thought it meant an 80% increase when in reality the numbers were right in line with year over year comparisons. The jab appears to be at this point low risk but with little to no benefit for most people, therefore negating any reason to take it. That low risk though is very real for some people who have had either debilitating side effects or death. There is also the lingering question about whether ADE occurs, which should be expected since it happened in I think all of the animal trials you were referencing.
OK then explain the factor of 30 increase in miscarriages in Ontario.
Then there is the fact that the widely cited New England Journal of Medicine article saying the vaccines were safe, used manipulated data and the truth is that close to 91% of the women who were vaccinated had miscarriages.
The second one is specifically the study I was talking about where people got confused by the study numbers and came to the wrong conclusion. I can't speak to the first one you're talking about. I'm not saying there's not miscarriages caused by the clot, I'm saying that we spread bullshit on this site and it keeps popping back up even when thoroughly disproven as you have once again shown. Think about it. If there was really an 80% miscarriage rate with the clot shot there'd be no way to hide it.
They don't count the mice that they kill as not making it through the experiment. They all died within 3 years. No need to kill the subject when they can take samples from them, especially the larger subjects like ferrets and cats.
Also, in regards to the miscarriages, I suggest you read this:
They study you are referring to about the 80% miscarriages was a botched study...it was far from on the up and up. The numbers of pregnant women starting the experiment was way more than those that completed the experiment. They removed test subjects during the experiment when the results weren't going the way they wanted.
But I agree with you on the ADE. Now, how bad will it be, how fast will it show? No one knows. But you can bet it wont be blamed on ADE or the vaxx.
This. I've calculated we will see an incremental rise in deaths from June onwards. And, of course, they have been covering up the true death toll from the 'vaccines' for months now.
A follow up event would probably be pretty effective. Most of the western world has bought this shit hook line and sinker. It would probably permanently divide the United States, and put most of western Europe in to permanent serfdom.
Malthusian technocrats like Bill Gates are uber rich and can buy control. That is why they are doing mass imports of illegal aliens from LCDs countries into the MCDs.
This is pretty crazy considering all the reports of hospitals being so low on staff, they're demanding the COVID positive but clot shotted people to come to work while firing off the ones that refused the clot shot that are still healthy.
Yeah this right here. Those bastards can bound sand. I see some of these health professionals creating systems that don't accept Medicare or Medicaid funding to get around it.
Women will submit. Some Men won’t. If you’re relying on the fairer sex to stand up don’t hold you’re breathe. Women comply out of fear and because they’re easily scared.
That’s how you see these giant brand new hospitals in otherwise blighted middle of nowhere small cities. Medicaid and Medicare are pretty much the top of money stream in some areas.
I've been sick with Covid and obsessed over this case since last Friday. I wanted to make a video, but can't speak for 30 seconds without a coughing fit.
Had the case been argued from the standpoint that the the Federal Government had no business telling us what to put into our bodies, this would be a different conversation altogether, but both sides stayed strictly within the scope of OSHA and HHS authority.
Funniest part is that nobody even questioned why you'd mandate a vaccine that doesn't work and most certainly doesn't work against Omicron.
a few years ago I had a horrific case of bronchitis
i coughed so hard that I actually passed out because it reduced the amount of blood going to my brain (cough syncope)
it went on for a couple weeks because it was being traded back and forth at work
as soon as you got better, someone would give it to you again
from all of the descriptions I have heard, that was ten times worse than COVID
highly infectious, severe respiratory problems, long lasting effects- why were there no bronchitis mandates or people being forced to take antibiotics?
Exemption applications are being denied often. 10 years ago this would’ve been laughed at as unconstitutional. Now it loses under conservative majority. The Overton window shifts again.
It was like 2 months ago that Trump said Pfizer was pushing boosters just to make money. He did a hard flip flop on boosters, but at least he’s finally coming out strongly against mandates.
I'm glad for the ruling, but I was not happy to see this outlined as states should have the right to mandate medical decisions. That should be to the individual.
You summed up in 4 sentences one of the major conclusions it's taken me years to come to.
We stopped being a voluntary union in 1861 and the Federal Government has been flexing its muscles and growing ever since. The nature of the State is to grow the State.
Yeah. 2 sides to every story. Lost 3 family members due to the hospitals vaccine and denial of ivermectin.
Have an uncle addicted to painkillers after the doctors prescribed him too much pain killer.
Have others addicted to anti depressants and all kinds of other medication that fried their brain.
Sure, some doctors do good stuff. As for the yellow bellies just doing their job, they’re killing people.
Also, if we listened to the doctors, I wouldn’t have a sister. Docs to ma to abort her.
My chiro knows more about the vax & ivermectin that any hot shot W2 hospital employee. Yet, he’s not “authorized” to prescribe the handful of life saving medications that work.
All them doctors love J&J. Funny how they got sued for putting asbestos in baby powder.
How do you know your tumor wasn’t caused by all the horse shit these people are putting in all the vaccine with their mercury based preservatives?
My g-ma was only 74, she had cancer. They pumped her full of chemo and horse shit just to have her die 3 months later and they charged the family up the ass to pay for it.
And snake oil? The nutrition God provided us isn’t as good as pharmaceuticals? Healthy diet and exercise doesn’t prevent anything?
Give me a break. 3/4’s of medical schools don’t require a single nutrition class too be taken to get your license to become a medical doctor.
There’s your precious healthcare for ya. Enjoy it all you want. Just don’t make me pay for it with mediacare/Medicaid and tell me it’s worth worshipping and that working to prevent illness through proper living is “snake oil.” Sure, it’s not going to prevent 100% but it would do a hell of a lot more than relying on hospitals as a crutch as we gorge our fat asses on processed foods, sugar bs, frozen pizzas and empty carbs. Nothing but poison.
Oh but your precious doctor never tells you to lay off all that. Nah, just hands you medication and puts you on a subscription service.
So yea, healthcare is by a large pharmaceutical salesmen designed to treat symptoms and never the root cause.
More money we send to the American cancer society, the more cancer there is. Oooh but keep sending money! The cure is almost here. Lmaoooo
Except they do. Every State is treated like an independent corporation, under the "United States", a contract with the Federal government. One State can absolutely sue another state.
Your comparison isn't correct. Its more like you suing someone when someone else fell on their driveway, because the owners are refusing to give medical attention to that other person. The lawsuit was on principle that AZ didn't abide by the "contract" like any other State is required to. Thats why a lot of other States joined the suit, because essentially Arizona was acting and ran their election outside of "equal protection under the law".
Proud my ass. This shouldn't have even been a discussion. This is a signal more than ever before how political the courts have become. The whole system is an absolute fucking mess and the constitution means nothing anymore.
The bottom line, from the start it should have do whatever you want. Want to wear mask? Go for it? Get an experimental jab? Be my guest. But dont make me do it, I'm not scared of covid.
One side needs the government to tell them everything to do, and one side has a problem with that
Absolutely. It’s always been a matter of choice. No one but potentially yourself(depending on what studies you believe or disbelieve) gets hurt from wearing a mask. Maybe some CO2 buildup at worst. Even if a lot of Trump supporters don’t believe they work, most won’t care if you still feel like wearing a mask voluntarily. And it would be hypocritical of us to support the right to try drugs like Ivermectin and then not let people try the vaccine.
Mandates are the true enemy. The rest? Whatever do your own thing. I’ll welcome you to the Trump train even if you’re fully vaccinated and choose to wear a mask so long as you’re on board with the general freedom agenda, oppose mandates, and aren’t an arrogant, superior asshole. Times are hard now too. We can’t really afford to turn away potential allies now.
This should have been 9-0. The leftist judges proved that they’re making decisions based on their preferred policies, and not based upon the law. They should all step down and someone should be selected that can judge based on the law. I know that won’t happen.
SCOTUS Did back down for healthcare workers. Kavencuck and Rubberts accepted orders from their blackmailers and joined the liberals who DON'T EVEN KNOW THE LAW! Looking at you Stephen Breyer, Elena Kagan and Sonia Sotomayor. Wrong on the facts, wrong on the law and wrong altogether
But but but he put out a paragraph today as a response. Frankly he was weak on rejecting mandates and then sweeps in last minute putting out a press release. Pretty weak grifter move if you ask me. It smells bad and looks bad.
This. He swoops in after the ruling and issues a press release. He could have done so much more to help change the public conversation but he’s a vaccine loving boomer. He didn’t help when he was needed the most.
He doesn't have to trash them; he only needs to state that there should be no mandates, and he's done that. But I can recognize trashingTrump when I see it, lady.
The Supreme Court should have clarified that medical institutions must allow religious claims against taking the Covid shots. Religious claims should not be questioned or scrutinized except in very rare circumstances.
They did uphold it for healthcare workers, which is still unconstitutional, and let the deepstate get a win in that department. But loosing a little freedom is better than loosing a lot right? Slow boil instead of hot and heavy.
How about the Arizona Audits being a nothing burger? The potato is still in the white house after a successful coup. The endless two moar weeks! that turned into a whole year of jack shit. Nothing has been done about the election fraud. The elections are still rigged more than ever and nothing has been done to stop it from happening again next time. Inflation is out of control and the economy is in the shitter, but "WE ARE WINNING!" "AMERICA IS BACK AND BETTER THAN EVER!!!!!". I mean if you are a demonrat this is probably "winning"...
That is some amazing cognitive dissonance you have there, sir. You just read everything he listed, you realize nothing has been done to fix anything, and you just say, "Doomers gonna doom."
They rigged the election in 2020, they'll do it again 2024.
Me neither. Doomers always act like everything is bad and that we are losing when in reality things in America are better than ever. Never trust a doomer.
It's a great start but what we actually needed was a more blanket ruling. Thus stops the federal government and osha from implementing mandates but it doesn't prevent individual companies from enacting their own discriminatory policies regarding the jab. This is far from over.
Trump is the first president that stays engaged once he is out of office. He is essentially running a presidential campaign everyday against Biden.
I am glad he is not staying quiet which is what they expect most presidents to do. He won and because of that he should stay in the spotlight. It is his right to do so and hearing from him makes what they have done a little easier to cope with.
Meh, if they didn't stab us in the back on this, they will do it with something else. I don't trust not a damn one of 'em EXCEPT Clarence. Clarence is cool as shit.
It looks like the DNC has kicked off Biden's fair well tour and cutting ties with the Potato but the replacement is the problem. If they convince Harris to take a pass on the President job, who steps in for President, Pelosi, and she turns it down to age and health, what are we left with.
I’m in the opposite camp but that’s because my job and way of life was on the line. This press release infuriated me because it’s literally the bare minimum he could have done. You have no idea the pressure and stress and personal anguish some of us have gone through on these mandates. I respectfully disagree.
Except Kavanaugh followed Roberts in cucking out on the healthcare mandate.
Right --- they got their fucking foot in the door.
I'm sure this was a behind the scenes compromise to keep the mandates alive in some fashion but not piss off the rest of the country. Its going to take another lawsuit from the medical side to get scotus to reverse their ruling on them.
Which will happen. I shoulda been a lawyer. Fuckers making bank at the federal level.
Dude we are fucking in tyranny at this point, at least we have at least some layer of people resisting within the government
From what I understand, it's "Federally Funded Hospitals".
Er, wait, isn't that literally every hospital?
Yes, basically. Most hospitals would not be able to stay open without CMS money.
Every health care worker who receives federal money, ie receives medicare insurance money, ie all of them.
Yes but what's overlooked in this argument is ITS OUR MONEY. The fed has ZERO dollars. It's all ours!
What I've just said here is the argument against these globalist pigs.
Only those who choose to be!
If a boss in a free market wants to say “suck it or you are fired” to a female employee, what is wrong with that? The female employee could always get another job.

Ever heard of at will employment?
This. Mengele would be proud.
Looks like it's time to return medical practice to its religious foundations rather than corporatized drug merchandizing and acadmia. Where it belongs.
Witch doctors?
I’d trust a which doctor over Fauci.
Like the ones on the Brady Bunch.
Yeah, it was a compromise to avoid court-packing, more than likely, but here we are again with another front line battle with the devil. It never ends with these idiots.
What difference, with a court like this, does it make?
It truly is wobbling around like one of those bobbleheads in the back of a tweaker's car.
The whole court packing thing was just a power play anyway. The dems are calling the supreme court's bluff because they know they'll blink.
You said it right here: "He had his family dragged through the mud and his own reputation tarnished"
While that would steel a normal man a weak one will crumble. That's what we saw happen to Kavanaugh. They had him at that point.
Not like a bitch, he IS a bitch.
It’s because he was a weak man.
You
I like you
Hi Anaconda. Don't worry, I remember when you used to pitch a fit over Gorsuch.
Looks like anaconda got another account.
It'll come out of the based 5th circuit again. Thank god for the 5th!
I dropped out of law school.
🎅🏿
it was not a compromise
"let healthcare mandates stand" is misleading bullshit
this case was about OSHA, not HSS
that is another case which is still in the lower courts
Ok so there is already a lawsuit on tap for the medical side. Then there should be a judge somewhere putting up injunctions to stop any medical side mandates till scotus rules.
agreed but SCOTUS would have to grant the stay
Honestly you can repeat this everywhere but the doomer shills are going to find a reason to doom in every sticky.
It’s especially true in high energy victory threads like this one. Just be sure to hit that report button.
doomers want to see this country fail
"We will never win another election"
[We win VA]
"We only won because Youngkin is a RINO"
It's like my old Missouri grandma used to say
"They'd bitch if you hung them with a new rope"
I deport them under rules 1 and 2
“Of course the vaccine mandate goes further than what the Secretary has done in the past to implement infection control. But he has never had to address an infection problem of this scale and scope before. What does this document mean?
that is the case I am referring to
the decision under discussion had nothing to do with HHS so saying they let the healthcare mandate stand is misleading
this case was about using OSHA to enforce mandates
that case is about allowing the feds to use HHS funding to enforce mandates
Healthcare workers should sue for discriminatory regulations. Why should their occupation exempt them from the protection other occupations receive from this ruling?
Apparently there is an ongoing case on exactly that. Seems this scotus ruling was for the osha mandate only and not the hhs case which will come up later.
This is still a massive victory. We now have a lot less work to do.
They are actually spreading Covid by doing this-dumb shits!
This is a victory because of all the jobs just saved. Congrats to you pedes who held the line.

I held the line but God help my employer. Just how mad do you think I am after being forced to take an experimental cocktail in order to keep the job I’ve slaved for over 10 years? I think they underestimate just how pissed we all are.
I expect mass corporate sabotage by their own workers is on the horizon.
And that's a good thing.
Looking forward to Fortune 500 disembowelments across the spectrum as pissed off employees walk out with corporate secrets to start their own firms.
The same doomers that are calling this decision a loss are the same doomers who been repeatedly saying that SCOTUS would cuck on the decision.
We'd have all loved to see SCOTUS smack the mandates back to the Stone Age, but that was never on the menu.
This isn’t a victory. “Unconstitutional unless you work in health care, then the constitution doesn’t mean shit” is not a win.
Tell that to the millions who just kept the jobs.
The real Constitutional issues weren't in play.
Tell the ones that didn’t oh well you’re shit out of luck. Sorry your job isn’t constitutional enough.
Exactly ... it was a toss the hot potato move. If healthcare wkrs aren't protected by the Constitution NONE IF US ARE 😒 TMK the verbiage is very loose "if u wk in a high Covid contact job." So, if u wk with other dirty humans.

Yup! The only way this was a win was if they granted bodily autonomy to ALL. If ALL OF US aren't protected, none of us are.
I think it was done so the employers would have a rationality for it on their own and we will see the globalist/large employers rally to create their own variation of rules to enforce it differently to “step up where government has failed” or something, and they will have a coordinated campaign for it.

If this inspire more states and companies not to take federal funds then I'm all for it
Nurses already have to get 20 jabs and yearly screenings.
This was the most ridiculous thing. Common sense..
'During a nationwide pandemic, always fire half of your medical workers'.
-Biden Tzu
This was done wilfully. This decision was pre-ordained. Orders were followed from above. They eliminate half of the medical workers, and it facilitates a far more effective, widespread Genocide/Depopulation Event.
And our parallel economy healthcare system just keeps getting stronger.

Your depopulation theory has one issue though, there haven’t been large numbers of deaths.
There haven't been a large number of deaths...yet.

Excellent, informed, informative post, thank you.
You have summed it up in a nutshell: 'but once vaccinated, there is no going back.'
These evil swine are clever. They are depopulating covertly, almost, but they ARE depopulating.
Cancer, AIDS, etc.
They are going to cover up their crimes against humanity.
From what I understand, the ferrets or whatever died of auto-immune disorder when they contracted the virus that the vaccine is supposed to provide immunity to.

Then there is the fact that the widely cited New England Journal of Medicine article saying the vaccines were safe, used manipulated data and the truth is that close to 91% of the women who were vaccinated had miscarriages.
https://patriots.win/p/140cWqELMv/cdc-scientists-admit-they-did-ma/
Also, in regards to the miscarriages, I suggest you read this:
https://healthimpactnews.com/2022/thousands-of-miscarriages-following-covid-19-injections-reported-in-vaers-are-being-censored-as-an-entire-generation-is-being-sterilized/
Yet.
This. I've calculated we will see an incremental rise in deaths from June onwards. And, of course, they have been covering up the true death toll from the 'vaccines' for months now.
I think his point is that it's preparation for a follow-up event, whatever form that will take.
A follow up event would probably be pretty effective. Most of the western world has bought this shit hook line and sinker. It would probably permanently divide the United States, and put most of western Europe in to permanent serfdom.
Agreed.
Not yet.
here is the other problem with the theory. If the vaccination causes health problems then they lose all the people they have control over.
Malthusian technocrats like Bill Gates are uber rich and can buy control. That is why they are doing mass imports of illegal aliens from LCDs countries into the MCDs.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iK6SS8CXYZo
They don't care when they are funneling 2M plus illegals in every year to replace them
well, it failed
even Fauci and Bill Gates are backing down on the vax
This is pretty crazy considering all the reports of hospitals being so low on staff, they're demanding the COVID positive but clot shotted people to come to work while firing off the ones that refused the clot shot that are still healthy.
“Appear weak when you are corrupt, and corrupt when you are weak.”
That is still active.
When someone is drowning, put a hose in their mouth.
Yeah this right here. Those bastards can bound sand. I see some of these health professionals creating systems that don't accept Medicare or Medicaid funding to get around it.
Yup, the concierge medical programs are growing like wildfire.
And if they are based and give holistic solutions and not push big pharma needs they will grow fast.
All part of the destruction of our systems by any means necessary. What they can't control or keep they destroy.
every healthcare provider has the option not to accept it
in fact, it's hard to find places that do
Most healthcare workers are female? Safe bet? These bitches gonna rebel, and win eventually.
Women will submit. Some Men won’t. If you’re relying on the fairer sex to stand up don’t hold you’re breathe. Women comply out of fear and because they’re easily scared.
except Trump promotes the vaccine (yeah i know, he says he's against mandates, but at this point, where's the difference)
Mandate = an official order or commission to do something.
Promotion = activity that supports or encourages a cause, venture, or aim.
One is an order meaning you don't have a say in the matter. The other one means that you are free to make your own decision.
Healthcare workers still mandated. Roberts and kavanaugh caved. This isn’t a real win.
Fed funded. But you are right and Trump should have dumped the rapist. lol
The solution is to end federal funding for hospitals and return control to the states. It's disgusting how much they rely on Medicare.
I know that is the reality. I am saying it's fucked.
Fed is NOT going to give up healthcare. Healthcare is everything.
We shouldn’t be excluded from what really our money.

It's a win because a lot of jobs were just saved.
It's not the win it could have been, though, but this case was not argued on those grounds.
i think you are like the only other person that understand this
I've been sick with Covid and obsessed over this case since last Friday.
Because they made an effort to color within the lines, and that's good. We can have another fight about something else tomorrow.
a few years ago I had a horrific case of bronchitis
i coughed so hard that I actually passed out because it reduced the amount of blood going to my brain (cough syncope)
it went on for a couple weeks because it was being traded back and forth at work
as soon as you got better, someone would give it to you again
from all of the descriptions I have heard, that was ten times worse than COVID
highly infectious, severe respiratory problems, long lasting effects- why were there no bronchitis mandates or people being forced to take antibiotics?
As you say, no one questions this crap
That's because the MSM hides the truth
I don't think the media will survive its covid malfeasance once the rest of the truth emerges.
you mean the part of the media that is not in jail or off the air because no one watches them
I had a recent meeting with a smart entrepreneur who is creating a site that does local news aggregation. It's got promise.
Exemption applications are being denied often. 10 years ago this would’ve been laughed at as unconstitutional. Now it loses under conservative majority. The Overton window shifts again.
That's a good statement from him
Yep plenty of ani-mandate in there
Is this an Anaconda alt?
Yes it's the fat snake, doing fat snake things like usual.
Anything with "(name)123" are Anaconda alts, and once again, mods don't give a fuck that this POS keeps coming back to this website.
Yes Trump was in the lab synthesizing formulas. He even loaded up the truck himself!
I wish Desantis was antivax, it would make my choice much easier
It was like 2 months ago that Trump said Pfizer was pushing boosters just to make money. He did a hard flip flop on boosters, but at least he’s finally coming out strongly against mandates.
At least you take rule 1 to heart lol
It's pretty good trolling for sure. Makes me laugh.
Retard.
Ted Cruz sucks, so anyone with a username for him probably does too.
Says leather bottom.
^ sounds like an antifa who took a 2-hour commie seminar on "How to talk like a Trump supporter."
But he doesn't force anyone to.
Yeah, but so does Elon Musk and John Strossel. However encouraging =/= mandating.
They got it right on OSHA, yes. But the HHS ruling is going to effectively result in a federalization of the hospital system.
Hate to break it to you ...
Both rulings were so narrowly defined that we missed our opportunity to push the advance of State power back by decades.
I'll take it, because a lot of jobs were just saved, but this was anticlimactic compared to what could have been.
it sets a precedent for not allowing tyrants to get around the legislature
Yes, and I also liked the fact that 3 different Justices made States Rights arguments. Good to know they still remember the 10th Amendment.
I'm glad for the ruling, but I was not happy to see this outlined as states should have the right to mandate medical decisions. That should be to the individual.
Hopefully they'll do a more broad 10th amendment ruling in the abortion cases they've been sitting on for over a month now.
I hear that.
the stolen election pissed a lot of states off because it effectively made their votes meaningless
it woke them up
that's why you see states nullifying federal law, refusing to enforce mandates etc
taking away centralized power and going back to what we are supposed to be- a confederation of independent states- will clean up a lot of this shit
You summed up in 4 sentences one of the major conclusions it's taken me years to come to.
We stopped being a voluntary union in 1861 and the Federal Government has been flexing its muscles and growing ever since. The nature of the State is to grow the State.
I'm working on a video on the topic.
Hospitals are modern day death camps.
Eat healthy foods and exercise and get right with God. That alone will prevent 90% of medical problems.
Most types of doctors are sleazy big pharma salesmen.
Ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. Keep yourself out of hospitals and bleed their funds dry
Lmaoooo
Sarah Palin was right.
how?
Until every American has a choice, including oligarchs not mandating it, it's not a win.
Tell the millions of people who were about to lose their jobs that. It may not be what you wanted but it is sufficient for the vast majority of us.
I almost lost my job making well over 6 figures. My employer tried to make me to take an experimental vaccine. I won’t forgive or forget that.
They're gonna be a whole lot of pissed off, demoralized employees. The companies that decided this was a good idea will pay the price eventually.
This is not a victory. It’s a combination of stupidity and cowardice by the Court.
Yep
Now force the Supreme Court to revisit its decisions on the 2020 Election, Mr President. Make them say 'Standing', instead of 'no standing'.
but TX had no standing to sue AZ
it's like me trying to sue you because someone else fell in your driveway
Except they do. Every State is treated like an independent corporation, under the "United States", a contract with the Federal government. One State can absolutely sue another state.
Your comparison isn't correct. Its more like you suing someone when someone else fell on their driveway, because the owners are refusing to give medical attention to that other person. The lawsuit was on principle that AZ didn't abide by the "contract" like any other State is required to. Thats why a lot of other States joined the suit, because essentially Arizona was acting and ran their election outside of "equal protection under the law".
of course
if CA puts a huge tax on goods from MO, MO can sue them because they are adversely affected by the law
They can base that on the Interstate Commerce Clause- the "contractual agreement"
But KS cannot sue them because they are not affected- they have no standing
the election fell in AZ's driveway. TX has no standing to sue because they were not damaged
look at it this way, had SCOTUS let that decision stand, you would have things like CA suing to get a red states votes nullified
elections would be complete chaos
Proud my ass. This shouldn't have even been a discussion. This is a signal more than ever before how political the courts have become. The whole system is an absolute fucking mess and the constitution means nothing anymore.
Cocksucker
Love the username kek
Anybody pushing vaccine mandates is damn murderer.
We can’t really afford to turn away potential allies now.
it all started with minor bureaucrats issuing mandates
it was not until the Bei Den regime took over that the feds got involved
I miss him so much
nice username
nice taste
This should have been 9-0. The leftist judges proved that they’re making decisions based on their preferred policies, and not based upon the law. They should all step down and someone should be selected that can judge based on the law. I know that won’t happen.
100,000 children are on ventilators… think of the children!
B-but there are mandates. Medical workers.
The South Korean government can't tell me shit, because they are not my government. Same goes for these assholes.
This.
No man dates!
I’m still losing my good job tomorrow so it’s too late for me.
File for unemployment
I plan on doing that.
If they deny you initially, you can dispute it to get in front of a judge
You made the right choice
I'm proud of them doing the right thing here, but still don't trust them.
Imagine if Hilary got to choose those 3 justices.
Honestly if anyone other than Trump chose them we'd be fucked
What? You don't like 3 black, fat, lesbian judges?
3 black, fat, trans lesbian judges. lmao.
TRUMP WON
He needs a stronger stand on mandates based on principle.
His stand against mandates is based in principle
But but but he put out a paragraph today as a response. Frankly he was weak on rejecting mandates and then sweeps in last minute putting out a press release. Pretty weak grifter move if you ask me. It smells bad and looks bad.
USA USA USA USA USA!
Bout damn time those fggts do something right
“FUCK THE NEW WORLD ORDER AND ALL THEIR SHIT” ~Alex Jones
BILL CLINTON IS A RAPIST
Thank you 45!
Why are you thanking Trump. He didn’t do this. He refused to come down hard on the mandates.
This. He swoops in after the ruling and issues a press release. He could have done so much more to help change the public conversation but he’s a vaccine loving boomer. He didn’t help when he was needed the most.
A lot of the Supreme Court Justices also seem to have 1950’s level of vaccine understanding.
are you kidding?
he has trashed mandates in every recent speech
We have very different definitions of ‘trashed’.
He doesn't have to trash them; he only needs to state that there should be no mandates, and he's done that. But I can recognize trashing Trump when I see it, lady.
I was commenting to a person who said Trump trashed them.
what did you want him to do, pull the libtard trick of humiliating and alienating people?
He's said over and over that he disagrees with mandates. The anti-Trumpers have been deployed again.
I don't know that I agree with DJT here. I think Biden did a phenomenal job at shutting down the economy. It'll be fucked for years!
Based AF
Not really. Fuck the supreme court. How can he ever say he was proud of them after "no standing"???
because they were right in upholding a legal principle that has been around since the 1600s
So was slavery. Your point is moot.
MOOOOOOOOOOT!
slavery is outlawed under the Constitution
do you not get that, if they had granted standing, it would open the door for things like CA suing to nullify the votes of red states?
Except this isn't a real win. NO MANDATES sounds nice, but that isn't reality yet.
Please stop praising them. This was clear cut unconstitutional and against the geneva convention.
They claim it's not because covid vaccines aren't experimental anymore, despite phase III trials not wrapping up until next year
the geneva convention only applies during war (?)
Fired healthcare workers unavailable for comment.
But butt fu ked health care workers.
I'M STILL NOT TIRED OF WINNING MR. PRESIDENT!!!!!!!
AMERICA IS BACK AND BETTER THAN EVER!!!!!
Doomers have been proven wrong once again.
It's not a full win though; People working in the medical field that are against the mandates are still fucked.
The Supreme Court should have clarified that medical institutions must allow religious claims against taking the Covid shots. Religious claims should not be questioned or scrutinized except in very rare circumstances.
There's a difference between dooming and being realistic about the situation. This ruling doesn't end the battle.
They did uphold it for healthcare workers, which is still unconstitutional, and let the deepstate get a win in that department. But loosing a little freedom is better than loosing a lot right? Slow boil instead of hot and heavy.
I can't remember one time a doomer was correct about anything, don't listen to them
How about the Arizona Audits being a nothing burger? The potato is still in the white house after a successful coup. The endless two moar weeks! that turned into a whole year of jack shit. Nothing has been done about the election fraud. The elections are still rigged more than ever and nothing has been done to stop it from happening again next time. Inflation is out of control and the economy is in the shitter, but "WE ARE WINNING!" "AMERICA IS BACK AND BETTER THAN EVER!!!!!". I mean if you are a demonrat this is probably "winning"...
you doomers hang on to the 2020 election like a 3 year old hanging on to his wang
it's done
it can't happen again
get the fuck over it
Exactly, so tired about doomers whining about 2020. Get over it.
LOL!
they're downvoting us
we hurt their little feelers
we have come full circle here! what a joke 😂
Doomers gonna doom
That is some amazing cognitive dissonance you have there, sir. You just read everything he listed, you realize nothing has been done to fix anything, and you just say, "Doomers gonna doom."
They rigged the election in 2020, they'll do it again 2024.
We know what to look for now, its impossible for them to do it again
Exactly
It’s their job to demoralize/distract
Me neither. Doomers always act like everything is bad and that we are losing when in reality things in America are better than ever. Never trust a doomer.
d👀mers
Thank you GEOTUS!
Someone want to tell him one of the mandates went through with one of his justice picks supporting it? Not a win IMO.
Now onto the next one… the federal employee mandate.
The mandates for workers of companies who hold federal contracts still fucking stands. It has nothing to do with being a healthcare worker.
It's a great start but what we actually needed was a more blanket ruling. Thus stops the federal government and osha from implementing mandates but it doesn't prevent individual companies from enacting their own discriminatory policies regarding the jab. This is far from over.
Expect they 100% allowed mandates if there is federal money involved
pretty sure they always had to get the shots they were told.
They mandated flu shots for us before, but exemptions were available, as they are for this. Still, it's horseshit.
are they turning down exemptions? Seems most places are.
I wouldn't have followed it either way and I'm sure I'm not the only one
But still they can mandate for healthcare. Incomplete victory.
What about Active duty and GS employees
Trump is the first president that stays engaged once he is out of office. He is essentially running a presidential campaign everyday against Biden.
I am glad he is not staying quiet which is what they expect most presidents to do. He won and because of that he should stay in the spotlight. It is his right to do so and hearing from him makes what they have done a little easier to cope with.
Meh, if they didn't stab us in the back on this, they will do it with something else. I don't trust not a damn one of 'em EXCEPT Clarence. Clarence is cool as shit.
Except for healthcare sorry not sorry what a bunch of robed idiots. How can a law be for some and not for others? (see insider trading and congress)
Bullshit judicial cowards.
It looks like the DNC has kicked off Biden's fair well tour and cutting ties with the Potato but the replacement is the problem. If they convince Harris to take a pass on the President job, who steps in for President, Pelosi, and she turns it down to age and health, what are we left with.
far as I'm aware this was for the stay for health workers that means the final say is still in the court system no?
BIGLY!!!
When Trump speaks like this, it restores my faith in him.
I’m in the opposite camp but that’s because my job and way of life was on the line. This press release infuriated me because it’s literally the bare minimum he could have done. You have no idea the pressure and stress and personal anguish some of us have gone through on these mandates. I respectfully disagree.
