We're all too busy celebrating the 100+ employee victory that we forget what a scumbag Kavanaugh is.

21
MrStep 21 points ago +21 / -0

"Victory" - yeah, the ruling needed to emphasize that these mandates aren't powers granted by the Constitution and thus are illegal at the Federal and State levels since we are all granted the right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.

Not to mention the 3rd Amendment - they've called this a "war" against the virus - well, they have to right to quarter their troops in my body.

Kavanaugh sure acts like a leftist so maybe Garth was telling the truth about being raped. I hope we can get him removed from the SCOTUS. He is garbage!

This is why the SCOTUS ruled the way they did. They know that historically, the content/satiated (for now) majority will not fight on behalf of the few that have been wronged.

Unless there's a call for justice for these folks and a government ass kicking I'm not aware of....

Everyone here has continually bashed the medical profession since day 1 of the pandemic. Which I get it. A lot of bad shit has gone down.

But one of the reasons why the system is so messed up is exactly from what you stated. People don’t care that doctors are saddled with mortgages of debt and are slaves to the system. They don’t care about the thousands of nurses who quit or had to find other jobs because of the mandate.

They ultimately won’t give a shit now about forcing healthcare workers to jab themselves. And then they’ll wonder why healthcare has lost its humanity…

33
arkivx 33 points ago +35 / -2

Are they really "medical professionals" if they let the WHO/CCP/DNC stop them from giving sick people medicine so they can pay their mortgage and save muh pension?

12
Fidget 12 points ago +12 / -0

Meat mechanics. I know mechanics that are easily smarter than most Drs I’ve had, they’re just humble about it.

3
DadwithaWrench 3 points ago +3 / -0

I'll back you up on this statement.

2
Waco419 2 points ago +2 / -0

Yup. I’ve thought of doctors as nothing more than glorified plumbers for as long as I can remember.

You know what they call the guy who graduates from medical school with the lowest GPA in his class?

Doctor.

14
FitOfficial 14 points ago +15 / -1

Most doctors aren't slaves to the system once they pay off their student loans. That happens relatively fast. The ones that hate their profession (and don't realize it until they're saddled with debt and have to continue) are definitely a hindrance though; that I'll grant.

The biggest problem with the system is government money and billing in general. Obamacare and the ACOs that it ushered in began the death spiral. Now almost every major hospital is beholden to the government and insurance companies as well as giant EHR companies like Epic that charge ungodly amounts of money for the privilege of using their mandated digital health record software.

I wish the masses could know just how rotten, broken, and corrupt this system is. I could write a book about it but it'd make the wrong people jump off of buildings.

7
BetsyFreedom85 7 points ago +7 / -0

I agree with all that you said except I don’t think docs can pay off their loans very fast anymore. They are huge amounts of money, 300k+. Most docs will take 10 years or more, that’s a long time for that debt to hang around.

I agree I could help write that book if it I didn’t jump off the building first! Ha. The average person has no clue how truly broken the system is.

2
Froynlavenfroynlaven 2 points ago +3 / -1

I don't think you realize how much money doctors make. 300k to them is a mid tier new car to an average person. An expense, sure, but nothing overwhelming if you pay it off over a few years.

7
BetsyFreedom85 7 points ago +7 / -0

Maybe you’re talking about surgeons who make over $1M a year. To most docs, it’s a lot of money. Remember they are making up for lost earning years as well. The days of 1980’s glam doctors are over…

Don’t forget about taxes taking 50% of your income and the sacrifice of time and sanity that goes into the job.

6
Nuny0 6 points ago +6 / -0

Don't forget the kickbacks they get for pushing drugs on patients.

I was watching re-runs of the Dallas Cowboy Cheerleader show, and many of them are pharmaceutical reps, I wonder why???

8
onomatopoeia 8 points ago +8 / -0

Big ol' socialist titties.

2
Froynlavenfroynlaven 2 points ago +3 / -1

Never said it wasn't a lot of money. But you don't have to make seven figures to be making a lot of money, either. If docs want to be stupid and buy their huge house before they pay off their debt rather than after, that's on them.

2
UsernameChexOut 2 points ago +2 / -0

At the lowest with doctors, you're looking at $200-250k starting for the shitties of specialties. That's plenty of money to pay off your med school loans in a couple of years if you don't spend all that money on cocaine and cars for your pharma girls.

7
Prof_Smith 7 points ago +7 / -0

Yeah, never trusted the medical field anyway (They are pill pushers). Always had more respect for nurses but then we got flooded with all those fun dancing videos of nurses and I figured my decades of never going to the doctor were right.

6
unicornpoop 6 points ago +8 / -2

Except they can squeeze the vax into the trash and sign the card for each other. We can't.

4
BetsyFreedom85 4 points ago +4 / -0

That may be true for a limited number of docs who offer the shot in their clinic, but the majority of docs don’t have the vaccine or access to the cards at their clinics. That’s why they sent everyone to mega corporations like Walgreens and Walmart to get shot up.

9
Prof_Smith 9 points ago +9 / -0

That's how I got my card. Slipped the tech at Walgreens a $50 to squirt that shit in the garbage can and moved on.

6
OhNoes 6 points ago +7 / -1

id happily lie to the government to protect my family but the people who say the above do have a point.

3
OhNoes 3 points ago +4 / -1

its not my place to judge you, and as i say id lie, bribe a doctor, or hire a junkie as necessary if it meant protecting my family. But you do go down in statistics as vaxxed and compliant, and that does make life harder for the rest of us. I considered it myself, but ended up changing jobs at a significant raise, twice, and remaining a very vocal pureblood.

They are trying to crush the American health system to force it into medicare for all.

19
Goldsteinbergsky 19 points ago +19 / -0

And medicare is pure shit to begin with. They want to wipe out healthcare for the tax payer citizens so the "elites" can deny it to the people/"slaves" for wrong think.

18
Gadsden 18 points ago +18 / -0

And they're doing it by..... Leveraging Medicare. It's comical, really.

They're saying that the governments contribution to the health system makes the health system answerable to government edicts.

They're ignoring that the government is using OUR MONEY to do so, so by simply diverting any of the money the government has stolen from us or printed against our will to any private industry or organization, the government then controls it by default.

Communism.

1
electricboogaloo 1 point ago +1 / -0

The mandate that was allowed by SCOTUS with mandating providers that receive medicare/medicaid must be jabbed... This is one more reason to not take medicare. Major hospital systems will take medicare but independent doctors don’t need to... This should push more providers away from medicare.

2
texsnoop 2 points ago +2 / -0

The CMS rule applies to basically everyone that works in healthcare, private or not. The bullshit reason why is because even private practices that don't mandate the jab nor take medicare/medicaid need to be affiliated with a hospital for both their private insurance contracts as well as their liability insurance. So, the few based healthcare workers left are now completely fucked.

46
TastyTreats 46 points ago +47 / -1

What a shitty feeling that must be to be specifically singled out by the Supreme Court as a group of people not deserving of basic medical autonomy, because of your fucking career choice?

That's insane to me. What is happening in this country is actually insane.

8
IeatCrakerzNbed 8 points ago +12 / -4

These nurses need to get on TikTok and do some protest dances about it while the hospitals are so overwhelmed.

23
imnotdeadyet 23 points ago +23 / -0

Quit your job. Contact a contract nursing firm. They will place you in nursing position and will not require a vaccine. You will get a raise. The hospital that you worked for my actually be your assignment. You get more money and there are no vax requirement for the contract nurses. This happened at my sisters hospital. A nurse left because they didn't want the vax. Joined a contracting nurses company, was assigned to the same hospital and there was no vax requirement for the contract nurses. Normally the hospital would take a contract nurse that worked there before, but they were so short handed they had to.

1
DabbingHillary 1 point ago +1 / -0

Exactly what my gf did. I wish I could explain to her why she’s “allowed” to work in that loophole, but I just start screaming about corruption and all hospitals are for profit cogs in the communist machine.

It’s hard to understand how she can avoid the job and make more money just by being a contract nurse

1
imnotdeadyet 1 point ago +1 / -0

Because they need a work around the rules. The contract nurses are not required to take the jab. The drawback is they may move around based on where they are needed. One of the girls my sister graduated from nursing school with went into contract nursing based in Alaska. She has made a fortune.

16
Mungo 16 points ago +16 / -0

We need to start vaccine free Doctors offices and hospitals.

So, the few based healthcare workers left are now completely fucked, because there are basically no hospitals in the United States that don’t take Medicare/Medicaid. That’s what is really needed, so the private docs can flock there, but there is so much bullshit certification and regulation on hospitals, that is basically never going to happen.

11
FitOfficial 11 points ago +13 / -2

Yep. Get the fuck out.

8

Wasn’t there talk of Doctors, Nurses and other medical professionals getting together and starting their own private /company services? Isn’t this the way? Much like the education system in shambles, the power and help should be put back into the citizen’s hands.

2
CNNdotWin 2 points ago +3 / -1

there is talk but that's all.

To make private health systems is super hard due to the licenses and regulations.

Plus the biggest obstacle is hospital admitting privileges.

If your separate system doesn't have the ability to admit patients to hospitals you are very limited in what services you can provide.

1
ganachain 1 point ago +1 / -0

PMA’s. The problem here is, it’s still based on western medicine and big pharm which is the root of all our health problems.

Better in that they won’t be tied to conglomerates and Medicare money but ultimately set up to fail because of symptom/drug

8

When you enter into contract(licensure) with the federal govt, you forfeit everything. That’s the way it is.

33
Toobin247 33 points ago +33 / -0

When people decided to become healthcare workers I can guarantee you they weren’t aware that by working for a hospital they were subject to federal regulations to this degree. It’s a nasty trick.

18
Counterforce1 18 points ago +19 / -1

They’re not subject. It’s a clear violation of the 4th amendment and the rest is c-suite bullshit from people who should be tarred feather and hung.

-1
Anon331717 -1 points ago +1 / -2

Sure they were. You must get certifications by the govt, AMA.

1
Toobin247 1 point ago +1 / -0

That’s not even close to correct. There isn’t a federal nursing license.

-1
Anon331717 -1 points ago +1 / -2

I never said there was a federal nursing license. States have governments too. Do you not think that there is a national board that provides “guidance” for the medical profession? Do you not think that there is federal control over all of it via Medicare and Medicaid?

1
Toobin247 1 point ago +1 / -0

You’re missing the point. Fed controls and regulate a lot of things. There are also private practices. The majority of people going to school for healthcare aren’t think about the government controlling their lives, their thinking of finding a solid career too feed their families. It’s a stupid argument to say all nurses should have been aware and this how it is lol. Nobody is thinking “oh I’m signing my life away to the governor” when they are trying to carve a career out for themselves.

And so you’re argument is non sensical. I was going to bring up state licenses but assumed you meant federal because arguing that healthcare staff should have known the they were at the whims of the federal government when their licenses are issued by the state means the whole argument is moot.

-1
Anon331717 -1 points ago +1 / -2

“Private practice is still govt controlled, 100%. If you take insurance, private or govt, still controlled.

1
Toobin247 1 point ago +1 / -0

And? So your argument is “because the medical industry accepts insurance from the state, all healthcare staff should be aware when they start their career that the federal government has the power to dictate what they put in their bodies even if it’s a new drug that wasn’t in existence for a situation that didn’t exist when they started working, otherwise they lose their state license. And it’s tough shit.”

I’m talking to a liberal. Dumbass.

-6
unicornpoop -6 points ago +1 / -7

"To this degree." But all healthcare workers already have to take a handful of vaxxes. What are they complaining about? They signed up for mandatory vaxxing. An IT tech or construction worker did not.

5
dsm1cxm 5 points ago +5 / -0

Traditional vaccines, that typically have decades (or at least years) of safety data. Not something that some talking head says is Safe And Effective™ that was developed in a rush and barely tested on animals.

4
Toobin247 4 points ago +4 / -0

It wasn’t always that way. Been in the field for quite a while. Slowly it’s been rolled and most people are willing participatints when it comes to traditional vaccines so there was little uproar.

5
Memecaliber 5 points ago +5 / -0

An illegal contract is also not enforceable, even when made with the federal government. Need people with BALLS to recognize that.

0
Anon331717 0 points ago +1 / -1

4
onemoretimeagain22 4 points ago +4 / -0

5
Endis 5 points ago +5 / -0

The government said that, and this isn't the first or only time. The founders warned us.

1
Anon331717 1 point ago +2 / -1

Essentially yes. When you “in-corporate” with the govt, you are owned by the ultimate corporation. When you “incorporate, or ask permission from the government to exist as an entity, and receive a benefit(being allowed to pay “taxes”), you are owned by the government, and must follow their corporate rules, or they imprison you and kill your dog and/or you.

Let's also mention that these doctors that are left will be the ones who willingly and knowingly withheld early treatment options (ivermectin, HCQ) from their patients and let their patients die from the later treatment options (remdesivir and ventilators) that have been demonstrated to not work or be detrimental.

It's absolutely wrong and horrible! I agree. But let's be honest, if there was anyone that could have shut down the pandemic last year right as it started it would've been the nurses screaming at the top of the lungs that there is no emergency, the hospitals were empty, that the treatment is killing people, and that there are better alternative treatments.

There are multiple solutions, the best one once again the ammo box, centuries ago some people fought for their rights and freedom, today some idiot who is called a judge says some people don't have those rights and for whatever reason people follow their mandate.

The other option is to be independent and when a judge needs a nurse doctor tell him to rot and die.

2
IeatCrakerzNbed 2 points ago +4 / -2

They were cool af with all the bonus pay and pretending their hospitals were all "overwhelmed" while they had time to choreograph dance routines on TikTok and chorus numbers for the Whitehouse Christmas special. They were cool af about you not being able to receive unrelated medical care if YOU didn't submit to forced injections while they were squirting the shit into the sink and punching each other's "vax cards"...NOW, it's a problem because the government is subjecting them to the same shit they were fine with forcing on us before they'd treat us?

Learn to code.

2
OneArmedViolinist 2 points ago +2 / -0

At the same time...your industry is forced to provide a standard of "care" that is intentionally murdering people every day (remdesivir, ventilator), and you collect bounties for each confirmed kill. If you are truly a based and Patriotic medical person, you should leave that corruption behind and make something new with all the other "good apples."

2

It was a miscarriage of Justice. However, we wouldn’t be here today if hospitals didn’t cook the books on cases/deaths, refuse to prescribe off label therapeutics, refuse noncovid care, test people who were asymptomatic with faulty tests, vent people who were conscious, send infected patients to nursing homes. The front line wasn’t really the wall that could have stopped the flood so fucking suck it.

Just like the unvaxxed aren't worthy of medical treatments, which is unconstitutional. Sucks when the door swings back and knocks you in the ass!

Honey have the hospital fire you. DO NOT QUIT! That way when all this shit is done you will have grounds to sue them. Go find a job at a private practice that are MAGA and ate not mandating bullshit shots, and test daily. Your nursing skills are very valuable right now.
