Watching it unfold on TV I gave no fucks when the capital was taken. I got exceptionally pissed off when Schumer gave a speech later that night and said order had been restored the capital "returned to its rightful owners." FUCK YOU CHUCK!! The rightful owners are the people.

I agree. It definitely wasn't an insurrection but it was a comical warning to those fucking clowns that we can..and we might.

Agreed. And we perfectly targeted our anger. When BLM takes action, they sucker punch elderly citizens and burn local businesses. We marched to the capital to face our oppressors.

Exactly why BLM is nothing but a farce.

I was loving it watching it on tv. When i saw those idiots cowering down behind the seats I said out loud Good! Those fuckers need the fear of God put in them. They work for us not the other way around!

Those asshole politicians ignored and condoned entire neighborhoods getting looted and burned to the ground for 8 months straight, but a few broken windows and chairs at their workplace is suddenly an emergency? These elitist career politicians need to piss off.

Clearly they didn’t learn their lesson. They used it as an excuse to whip us more.

They still won't let anyone look at the metadata of the photos of those totally scared and not acting congressmen that was taken while it was happening and not days before you guys for real we weren't in underground bunkers blocks away trust us.

CrackerJack2 5 points ago +5 / -0

Exactly.
They have an exact replica of the Congressional and Senate chambers elsewhere, and they were indeed using it.
These people are lying bastards, any one of them trying to pretend that they were in any danger. The only danger they we're in was having their Actors Guild cards pulled.

I hate when conservative media tries to apologize for January 6th. They didn’t burn down the city. The took their complaint straight to the source. If they won’t let in to be heard, you force your way in.

Might be one of the best days for America in my lifetime. It's hard to top the 1st moon landing.

6
SuperFreedomMan 6 points ago +6 / -0

It was a great American protest. Dems are just jealous they can't pull it off.

Star_Commander 6 points ago +6 / -0

That looks like a photo of a Republican taking a stand. A true rarity.

That's my favorite photo from that day.

I wish Jan. 6th was as terrible as they make it out to be. We'd be done with the Democrats and RINOs.

Awesome - FOR THE COMMUNISTS!

There was a massive rally trying to bring attention to the massive evidence of election fraud.

The commies did their thing: provocation agents, TV setups, etc.

And suddenly everyone forgot about the massive evidence of election fraud!

And how we have Biden and political prisoners (peaceful protesters who thought they were invited into the building) jailed worse than actual terrorists...

SonomaGA 2 points ago +3 / -1

Exactly, none of the fraud that was supposed to be exposed that day on the senate floor got exposed. Trusted senators backed away from the messaging to avoid being labeled sympathetic to the breach.

Agreed. History will note it as a great day for America. The first day modern patriots stood up for themselves.

I'm going to celebrate it every year like a minor Independence Day.

I wish it had been a true takeover of the capitol. It really scared the shit out of them that the ordinary man and woman may strike back at the elites. That single thought scares them more than anything else.

But where is the outrage over those incarcerated awaiting trial?

I watched the whole thing on multiple DLive streams. It was boring for the most part- people walking around taking photos. Capitol police were chatting with protesters and LET THEM IN. It did get pretty humorous when they got into the offices and fooled around. I don't care what anyone says, it was hilarious and very cathartic. I loved the podium thief, what a charmer. But, then things did get ugly, word got out that someone was shot- Ashli Babbit. Cops started tear gassing and beating people. You could see and hear some of the cops laughing. It was sickening- it was a trap.

I remember watching in real-time texting with coworkers and texting in all caps "WE ARE CROSSING THE RUBICON". In a big group text and people were getting so pissed off telling me I was out of my mind and this was not supposed to happen in our country. I just replied yes it does because it already happened how the fuck do you think we became a country.

I was excited until I saw the the flacid curfew retreat. Nothing was accomplished on the sixth.

2
CA445 2 points ago +2 / -0

Trump said to go home, that's why people left. No one cares about a mayor's curfew
