Well at least he can sue Moderna for....?????.... 🤔..... nothing

daty_dato 24 points ago +25 / -1

He can still sue. Might not work, but with the right judge it might survive to appeal at least.

ikuyas 17 points ago +18 / -1

He may be able to sue his hospital.

wookiebush 24 points ago +24 / -0

Too bad when he got his ClotShot, he signed paperwork saying this was of his own free will. Sorry Charlie, but you are screwed. Should have stayed Pureblood.

JamesBond007 12 points ago +12 / -0

And insurance companies are going to be taking the same tack because you voluntarily took an experimental “treatment” so tough luck Charlie

Kamalas_a_Bitch 12 points ago +12 / -0

He can file a claim through the Countermeasures Injury Compensation Program (CICP), who will require an impossible amount of documentation to prove he had a covid vaccine injury and get nothing.

2008RonPaul2012 46 points ago +47 / -1

Don't worry doc, it's probably just a placebo effect.

ObongoForPrison2020 26 points ago +27 / -1

It's incredible to watch the machine begin to shift narratives. They are going to paint all those impacted with vaccine injury as "delusional hypochondriacs."

Tocqueville 13 points ago +14 / -1

How do you even prove that your issue is due to the injection? It seems there are many different side effects that happen at different times... I suppose you can look at a population and compare stats before and after the vaccine to see a rise in instances of certain issues.

It must be horrible for those people who just trusted the system and now are paying the price... No recourse and no support because everyone involved has a vested interest in pretending there are no side effects...

wookiebush 10 points ago +10 / -0

Sad thing is that these same Sheep will trust the system in the next "made up crisis".

tom_of_rj_fame 4 points ago +4 / -0

Yep, going to be an epic battle over 'proximate causation' the legal standard that attaches liability.

JamesBond007 3 points ago +4 / -1

That came out today “Placebo Effect”

SilverStarv5 3 points ago +4 / -1

"delusional hypochondriacs."

You mean like the people who wear a mask in a car by themselves? Or like the people who “sanitized” their groceries for an hour and a half every time they bought food?

ObongoForPrison2020 3 points ago +3 / -0

That was exactly my point.

MeinKaupf 3 points ago +4 / -1

Nah it’s definitely nocebo effect. All in his head.

Trademark 35 points ago +36 / -1

That’s crazy. I went to him several years ago for a back issue. He is very highly regarded in one of our largest local hospitals.

Trademark 17 points ago +18 / -1

My point is that a guy like this is someone other Dr’s down to the janitorial staff at his hospital would refer their friends and family to. Smart or not, when a Dr like this comes out with a Vax injury, it will wake up more than a few people at his hospital.

Gadbous 11 points ago +13 / -2

He may be highly regarded, but he's not very smart....

TheBasedFriscoMan 10 points ago +10 / -0

Yeah apparently he forgot everything he learned in the biochemistry and genetics classes he took in college.

I took one semester of each and knew enough about mRNA to not take a fucking drug that alters it.

JustInTime2_ 2 points ago +2 / -0

Yeah that is the thing every biology major has to take BIOCHEM, yet the medical community was pushing this junk.

BeefChucker 2 points ago +2 / -0

He might be older. These gene encoded injections are new, the original mice experiment was only thirty years ago

WhitePowerRanger 3 points ago +3 / -0

I doubt it if he’s worried about his career being over so soon

zzyzyx 1 point ago +1 / -0

He was likely coerced.

TrumpTrain_MAGA2020 34 points ago +36 / -2

One would think he would have been smart enough to not be dumb enough to get shot up with experimental therapies. What a moron.

JoinTheDiscussion 42 points ago +44 / -2

Most Dr's are not "smart", just have good memory

slangin_paint 20 points ago +21 / -1

highly trained technicians specialized in pharmaceuticals

MobileDev4Trump 3 points ago +3 / -0

This, most health classes are just memorization of names of things.

HawkDriverMN 21 points ago +22 / -1

Ok I for one am done with the medical establishment. But maybe this vaccine will ultimately help weed out the idiots.

I’m sure this doc is great and whatnot but obviously he can’t take the time to do even the tiniest bit of research on what he’s putting into his body.

Not gonna guess as to why but hey that’s one less fool telling me to get a flu shot. Or this pos vax.

I just hope there’s enough of the good docs left after it all winds down.

tom_of_rj_fame 7 points ago +7 / -0

Maybe he would have felt different had someone told him that the CDC was recommending leg amputation when he does routine knee surgery to repair.

kompromatdotwin 20 points ago +20 / -0

Oh hey.. look.. it's the third adverse event listed by the FDA!

That video is the FDA's own video from Oct 2020. It should start at 2:33:37.

At 2:33:40, one single slide, the one with the KNOWN working list of adverse events, was shown for a split second.

You can see it yourself. Pause the video, use ',' and '.' on YouTube to move frame-by-frame.

They knew. They all knew. Sorry, doc.

PremiumPatriotPepe 6 points ago +7 / -1

Includes transverse myelitis. Wow. They did know.

memechallenger33 2 points ago +2 / -0

That’s awrfully specific for a draft list

RIPIsaacKappy 18 points ago +18 / -0

Pfizer execs watching this:

"Mmmm.. Miss Jennings, tell R&D to get to work on a pill for transverse myelitis... $4000 apiece... Suppository form."

Cryptops 16 points ago +16 / -0

"we're sorry" *rubs nipples

worldowedexplanation 2 points ago +2 / -0

They already have this, they are called DMD's, and they are used to treat MS. But I should put all of that in quotes, because MS drugs do not cure anything, they keep you sick for life because they suppress your immune system.

Chopblock 13 points ago +14 / -1

If only there was a group of people with the sworn duty to approach disease with dispassionate honesty, unflinching commitment to scientific validity, and the welfare of patients foremost, with the credentials, education, and income to weather the blowback of showing some courage, who might have done something about it.

BigFreedomBoner 5 points ago +5 / -0

If only they had some sort of oath to swear to. Maybe someone could draft one up for them before they recklessly hurt and maim others.

Chopblock 1 point ago +1 / -0

Maybe that hippo crazy crossdressing secretary of health can do it

45isthebomb 2 points ago +2 / -0

Had a phone consultation with my DR yesterday. She is still trying to get me to take the Vax. I told her that "it's a little late in the game for that Doc." She actually concurred. Then she warned me about Omicron and said everyone is going to get it! I said that i'm pretty sure I had it 2 weeks ago. 2 days of mild symptoms. I told her I have Ivermectin tablets from Mexico that a friend sent to me and that I took it upon myself to order more from India. Just had them shipped to a friend in the States and he sent them to me because Canada wont allow IVER. shipped directly. I said it;s too bad I just couldn't get it from you. She was a little hot at this point and said that the benefits of Ivermectin don't seem to be strong enough.// Well it worked for me. I wanted to grind her gears but I like her and it's impossible to find a DR taking new patients here.

Chopblock 1 point ago +1 / -0

The single biggest nut-cracker question:

‘Hey doc, what does the ’Hoskins Effect’ mean for me (even with endless boooosts) if my immune system is trained to produce antibodies to a single antigenic determinant from a strain that is long gone, against all new strains which those antibodies don’t neutralize?’

SJBHamilton 9 points ago +10 / -1

Folks, do you sense the tide is turning here? The blame shifting from the unvaxxed?

Destineed369 8 points ago +9 / -1

Straight to Trump. They’ll pin it on him 100%

7SEAS 7 points ago +9 / -2

If he took it you know damn well he pressured others to take it and they probably listened because he’s a doctor. Sympathy is getting hard to find amongst all the finger pointing I’m doing.

deleted 7 points ago +8 / -1
nonrate 7 points ago +7 / -0

As a Doctor, he should have known better. Isn't waiving all liability a huge red flag to these so-called highly educated people?

MyDogCompletesMe 5 points ago +5 / -0

Agree. Every doc pays enormous insurance premiums. He should have known. Even with Twitter and Facebook and Google covering tracks, he should have questioned "why is natural immunity not preferred". That one question should have exposed the cognitive dissonance.

My only question, is how many people did he, as a brilliant doctor, encourage to be vaxxed?

Wrexxis780 7 points ago +7 / -0

He better hope he has disability insurance...

And that the disability insurance doesn’t say getting a vax because your job requires it and getting disabled from it is a valid reason to get disability

anticlown 7 points ago +7 / -0

it hasn't even begun

Several comments here saying something like "he deserved it."

Let’s not overgeneralize here. There are many based doctors, nurses, technicians, etc fighting this. Yes the videos of dancing nurses were infuriating, but that was from a few empty hospitals in New York and California. That doesn’t represent the entire country.

We’ve seen a few of these people hit the national stage: Dr. Robert Malone, Dr. Simmone Gold, Dr. Peter Mccolough, nurse Jennifer Bridges, the list goes on. Good on this doctor for standing up and telling his story now!

And that’s just the ones in the national public spotlight. I personally know based healthcare workers that have been fighting this every step of the way. Here is a list of 17,000 doctors and scientists worldwide fighting this: https://doctorsandscientistsdeclaration.org/

Let’s stand up for our healthcare workers and denounce the media that doesn’t give them a platform, and the governments that threaten to take away their licenses. Every one of these mandates needs to be fought and terminated. If we don’t, they will only be expanded.

These mandates are here. Our based healthcare workers are getting absolutely decimated right now. Most/all doctors need to maintain “hospital privileges” for their private insurance contracts and their liability insurance, even if they don’t accept one dollar of government money. And the CMS rule captures basically every hospital in the United States. Several other healthcare workers I know who work at private practices have had their practices instituted a mandate incorrectly thinking that the CMS rule covers them.

The SCOTUS ruling on Thursday was devastating, due to allowing the CMS jab mandate to go into effect. It is a loss for liberty. Here's why, and what Trump had to say about it at his Arizona rally. - https://patriots.win/p/141EwWzUen/ Trump completely glossed over this very important point. But it was a good start that he spoke against mandates in general.

TheTelltaleFly 4 points ago +5 / -1

Sorry doc there’s no way it could be the vaccine. It’s a coincidence. The vaccine is safe and effective. You are suffering from anxiety.

What is wrong with you sick people. Where is your compassion.

This very good man has lost his health and maybe you will need an operation someday with no surgeons left.

dixond 8 points ago +9 / -1

What's happened to him is a tragedy. But I want you to imagine a world where all of these immediate life-altering adverse events did not occur. The vaxx train would still be full-steam ahead. The unvaccinated, all prudently waiting for the long-term safety data, would be demonised and blamed for every new variant, excluded from all walks of society, and mocked for their social ostracisation. And all they would have to point at is their belief that not enough time has passed to actually pass judgement on the vaccines' safety. No one but purebloods would sympathise with purebloods.

Runfree -3 points ago +1 / -4

I don't need to imagine anything. What we are living thru is bad enough.

Good people were manipulated with fear.

They may face horrid consequences.

But all of society will loose.

We need compassion more than ever now. Not for the powers pushing this for political gain but the real people suffering.

No one has all the correct answers.

Take the higher road. Hate and Division is exactly what they want.

dixond 2 points ago +2 / -0

A huge proportion of the very dangerous social erosion that has been realised over the last two years has only been possible because of the mendacity, gullibility, petty mean-spiritedness, and pig-headed ignorance of the average jab-taker and mask Karen. I won't ever forget the lessons I've learned over these last two years. Nobody gets my blind compassion ever again.

He can still do consulting, review scans, other office work. It should give him plenty of time to contemplate what he did to himself.

gaijin_ronin 2 points ago +2 / -0

Boo fucking who. Should have spoken up or used your "educated" brain for 5 seconds to think logically. Now go away tingleberries.

tom_of_rj_fame 1 point ago +2 / -1

I play golf with these Dr types all the time. Least critical thinkers for the most part you have ever met, the CDC says so and 'standard of care' are just knee jerk with these Drs. Sorry this guy is permanently inured by the vaccine, but the information has been out there since the beginning.

TheBasedFriscoMan 1 point ago +2 / -1

NO sympathy for this doctor, and here's why:

I saw 4 neurologists over 7 years who all misdiagnosed me. The wait time to get into see most of them was 6 MONTHS just to get an appointment.

The wait time for the MRIs they ordered for me (brain and c-spine with and without contrast) was usually a month minimum, and then the follow-up appointment was another 3 MONTHS wait.

This guy, because of his privileged doctor's status literally got a same-day MRI and neurologist appointment.

I have lesions all over my brain and was misdiagnosed with "Multiple Sclerosis." In reality I have a 40-year-old Lyme and Bartonella infection, from a tick bite when I was a child.

Some of this guy's symptoms match Lyme and Bartonella, both of which cause lesions. Lesions do not appear overnight (they are scars), no matter how much toxic vaccine you put in your body. In all likelihood he always had borrelia or some other bacteria in his CSF, and the poison vax lowered his immune system's ability to keep it in check. So now he has "transverse myelitis" aka a lesion on his spine. He will now most likely be put on DMD's (look it up) for MS for the rest of his life, spending $$$ every 6 months to have more MRIs.

Best of luck doctor!

murph1953 1 point ago +1 / -0

This is going to happen on a huge scale. Economic dislocations on the way.

Not_your_King 1 point ago +1 / -0

Should have had your eyes open doctor.

It's amazing how much smarter and aware we are than most people. When I'm around normies and I talk about all the horrible shit that's going on, and they haven't even heard of it I realize how ignorant most people are.

CanadianIceman 1 point ago +1 / -0

Not a very smart doc.

Scot 1 point ago +1 / -0

He should have known better. I'm not a doctor and I knew better. I have no sympathy left for these vax addicts.

MythArcana 1 point ago +3 / -2

If he took the shit, then he's not much of a doctor then. Where is the critical thinking? He doesn't know about graphene oxide? How come I know and he doesn't?

Tip-O-Matic 0 points ago +1 / -1

Sorry, not sorry! I just wish it would have happened a lot sooner - might have a saved a few other people.

cucumbersandwich 0 points ago +1 / -1

I would need to know more. His face near the neck is abnormally bloated. I'm not saying he's an alcoholic, but he has the jowls of one. Alcoholism will destroy your nervous system. If he stops drinking, he should be able to resume his career. I mean, if he's been drinking his entire life which his face sort of states.

worldowedexplanation 1 point ago +1 / -0

He was probably put on IV steroids by his neurologist who diagnosed him, it is the first-line treatment when they discover lesions.

BeefChucker 1 point ago +1 / -0

Maybe he started drinking when he found out his career was over
