This. "COVID" was a great test of the basic ability to push back on tyranny. In deep blue New York I was dying to see just ONE other conservative minded person not wearing a mask in the grocery store.

I was so alone. If even 25% had outright refused, those who did it to "fit in" would have stopped. Now you're more 50/50. What a failure.

I did it for the two weeks they requested. As two weeks turned into two months, I stopped wearing the face diaper, and started practicing passive resistance: Not wearing the mask until absolutely given no choice.

After a couple of months, I stepped it up to a more aggressive resistance: I stopped doing business with those demanding obedience to the mask mandates, and refused to wear the mask in all places but the doctors and funeral homes.

I stopped wearing it at church, but we were holding outdoor church at the time. When we moved indoors, I was asked to wear the mask; I confronted them with the data saying they were useless. No more pushback against going maskless.

Now, as more and more evidence is uncovered, those that used to be my biggest critics are now on board that mask policies are next to useless. There are a couple of individuals I know who still go about in the mask, but they are indeed few and far between.

It's a lot of work, but being the example works.

Lost all respect for Christianity as a whole the day I saw churches shutting down for covid and dogmatically enforcing draconian mask mandates and essentially calling people out as murderers who didn’t mask up.

Still a Christian, but absolutely mother fuck churches everywhere with VERY few exceptions.

I found a based church in Los Angeles.. they never closed, no masks. They sued the County and won. If the church is LQBTQ, masks, shutdown that is a red flag to get as far away as you can, it's not a real church.

I'd say - follow the Christ, and not the institutions that bear His name. Follow Him where He will lead, for He is very real.

I have some pretty huge issues with the institutions that bear His name...none with the Christ Himself.

Once a person reads for themselves in the Bible what the principles of Law and Character are required of the citizens to enter His , and what the real atonement is, one cannot help but see that the same puppet strings we see in corporations and governments are just as present within these institutions that bear His name.

Once these puppet strings are seen, one cannot unsee them. The contrast between Christ and His Kingdom, versus the institutions that bear His name, is vast. It is literally like day and night.

The thing is, the powers that be studied revolution, and then they studied communication--how it happens, how much information can be transmitted across conceivable media types, how much persuasion is possible in every scenario, and so on, and they put two and two together. They know that there won't be a Green Dragon pub: the system is too big and too obfuscated.

I'm not saying there won't be something, but it won't be that elegant. Well, that is under the preamble of the Declaration of Independence...not a law, but essentially a human right and a heritage we all share. Our enemies do not believe in it, and are under no obligation to surrender or honor our beliefs which is why they are our enemies...we fundamentally disagree on what it means to be what we are.

If we ever try all the way, it means we risk everything in doing so, and not just our lives, families, children and their futures, but the nation itself as well may very well be consumed in the process...it is our duty, but that doesn't mean we skip to the last method of the process either...ultimately I am willing to fight, kill, and die...but should the nation be weakened enough, we will be invaded by outside threats as well...

The level of ignorance on this site of basic matters like this is staggering. How can people not understand that the Constitution and the Declaration of Independence are two separate documents? One is actual law, the highest law of the land, and the other is good reasoning about why the Colonists rebelled.

If the text of the Declaration were in the Constitution, then there'd be easy, clear legal justification for opposing tyranny, but it's not and so there's not. That doesn't mean the reasoning in the Declaration is wrong, it's just a completely different legal situation.

I would argue that the Declaration of independence is the proclamation of the highest laws of the land - our obligation to uphold the Natural Laws God Himself ordained as Rights to every human being.

I understood his point. I was just adding that the DoI is what underscores the right of people to throw off despotic government, not the Constitution.

I understand the cascade events that are poised to happen...I'd say let them bring it.

I am of the opinion the revolution they want, will not go as they plan, simply because their plan is to destroy America's Christian culture (and biblical Christians with them). This necessarily draws God into the equation, whom they don't believe is relevant to their plans.

Should we lose to these bastards, their transhumanist plans to eliminate free will in all but the elite (who will have a "modified free will") means this sin experiment ends pretty quick. Without free will, the Gospel work is finished.

Should these bastard's opposition throw off the WEF/Communist chains, then their plans for world domination by depopulating the world into a slave class and an elite class go right into the ashbin of history.
